Nightwalker stood on the rooftops of a few warehouses, the warm air of the sea and desert mixing around him. "Nightwalker to Victorious, Bruiser, come in."

Across the buildings Victor, Molly were in an alleyway dressed in dark black wearing clothing. Victor had on a hoodie and black pants while Molly wore a black t shirt with one of her cat hats, a black one though "Just call me Victor okay." Victor asked.

"Code names on coms only, you had all day to pick a code name." Nightwalker said "Lucy in the Sky, Super Skrull anything on your end?" Nightwalker asked. On the top of another warehouse both Xavin and Karolina were standing on a corner, Karolina was wearing a black tank top and sock cap with dark gray pants. Xavin had died his purple and black suit to full black "Perimeter is clear sir."

"Did you just call him sir?" Karolina asked, holding a pair of binoculars "He's in command and… it's an old habit, my love."

Nightwalker looked up at the sky's seeing an invisible shimmer passing through a few clouds. "Sister Grimm, Talkback how are the skies."

Up in the leapfrog which Chase was piloting and had Nico as his copilot leaning back in her chair, arms crossed as Chase flew "I don't see anything but a few helicopters." Chase said "Are you really taking orders from a thirteen year old?" Nico asked.

"I took orders from you Nico, look I know you're not happy with it but I think we should give the kid a chance?" Chase asked her.

The witch and former team leader looked shocked "You're okay with this, you have all people with the code name Talkback."

"I'm not saying I like it, but if we're doing this hero stuff for real it may help to have someone who knows how to survive Iron Man's goons?" He asked her.

"But he attacked me-" "You said you wanted to fight him?" Nico asked.

Okay let's clear some things up, I was a little drunk last night, drunk enough to attack Nico and apparently rant on the Runaways for not being real superheroes and then taking control of the team… not my best moment, in fact maybe one of my worst. To be honest I regret it. I don't want to be a team leader, but my curiosity of seeing what I could do with my own team….

Down below Nightwalker saw three large trucks coming up into view, "The trucks are coming, everyone be ready." He said into his ear piece reaching over his back taking out his stun batons.

It's intoxicating.

The trucks pulled into the alleyway between the warehouses "Now." Nightwalker said jumping off the roof. Molly ran out in front of the first truck, her eyes growing purple before she rammed into it, her mutant powers causing the truck to come to a violent halt. The other three trucks crashed into the ones from behind, immediately the truck doors opened and men with guns jumped out all wearing body armor and masks.

The idea of being in charge of my own Avengers.

"Victorious." Nightwalker said landing on the back of the lead truck getting all the gunments attention "It's the Nightwalker, shoot him!" They only got off a few rounds before Victor came out from behind cover holding up his hands, the electrified making all their guns fall a part in their hands. Nightwalker jumped over the truck to the first ones and attacked smacking them with shock batons using his enhanced abilities he dodged any fists or knives they threw at him, the men at the back of the line of trucks seeing Nightwalker tearing through the thugs started to run.

Molly is perfect for stopping heavy hitters, Victor is perfect for disarming any tech problems plus he's like Magneto but less genocidal.

"Team two cut off their escape." Nightwalker said knocking out one with the back of his elbow, a dozen more between him and the three running a way.

Karolina and Xavin are match made in heaven, they work together like clockwork then again they are married.

Karolina and Xavin topped down holding up their rainbow and burning arms "Hands up." Karolina said "Or resist, please resist." Xavin said smugly as they raised their hand above their head. Nightwalker finished off the last thug standing as the Runaways came out from behind the trucks.

Nico and Chase well, the Leapfrog only listened to Chase and Nico well is Nico still a little sore about me being in charge so I don't want her on missions yet. She may be the most powerful of us all.

Up above in the Leapfrog, Chase and Nico looked down at the cameras "That was… fast?"

"Yeah?" Nico said.

Down in the alleyway Nightwalker reached into his pouch on his belt and took out two dozen zip ties. "Bruiser thinks you can tie these bad guys up?" He asked throwing the zip ties to Molly who caught them "Awee but I want to see what's in the truck."

"Victorious help me with the trucks." Nightwalker said walking over to the drops and starting to pry it open "Please stop calling me that." Victor asked him.

"Pick a new code name tonight then, now help me with this. It's more important." Nightwalker said opening the door "Whoa?" Karolina said as the door opened to reveal to be filled with men, women and children all huddled together.

Xavin landed down next to Victor and Nightwalker "What is this evil?" Xavin asked him.

"Human traffickers, worse than Supervillians." Nightwalker said walking back to the other truck "Victor see if any of them speak Spanish and tell them it's okay."

"Super Skrull get the other truck." Xavin obeyed Nightwalkers orders and flew over to the truck opening it up to see more people, Nightwalkers truck was the same.

When everyone was out of the truck and the thugs were tied up "Talkback contact the local police about this human trafficking ring." The Runaways gathered in the street with police sirens on their way.

Chase heard him "Wait, you want the cops to take all the credit now?" Chase asked "It's not about credit, now call them." Nightwalker replied.

The leapfrog landed a few seconds later lowering the ramp "Cops are coming time to go kids." Chase yelled from the ramp. Nightwalker waited till everyone was on board and looked back at the people gathered around the trucks waiting for the cops before he got onboard and the Leapfrog vanished into the night sky.

Nightwalker took off his mask walking through the chairs as everyone got ready "Good job everyone… uh lot of intensity out there?"

He turned around with all of them staring vacantly at him.

Adrian sighed with disappointment "Chase, take us home."

SHIELD HELICARRIER

Tony Stark was looking at a recording of the Nightwalker work with Carol Danvers, aka Iron Man and Ms. Marvel, "He's good, very good?" Iron Man said.

"Knows how to move, where to hit this 'Nightwalker's' been trained." Marvel pointed out.

"You think so, looks more instinctive." Iron Man said analyzing the recording with his helmet "That's what training is supposed to do Tony, or did you just want to say that so you sounded smart."

Iron Man snickered "Like that's ever been brought into question, so what do you think?"

"I think we should at least make the offer, if he says no we can always bring him in." Ms. Marvel said "Alright, next stop LA."
