Chapter Twenty Four.

Dio pushed the Maneater's body into the blue flames, one hand pressed to his side. Even with the blood he had drained, it would take some time for him to heal properly.
'First I request the league kill Midoriya, then I fight and kill the man sent to kill him. How foolish of me,' said Dio, slumping against a tree. He had heard that their target was Bakugou, he didn;t care, he just needed to keep going. If he managed to reach the main camp, then he could take it easy.
'Then he breaks my ribs,' he said, leaning on the tree to get back up. 'And he doesn't even have enough blood to heal me properly. He could have at least shot me through my head, that would have been easier.'
'Oh, you look like my type!' A high-pitched voice announced behind him. He turned, seeing a vaguely familiar face. He remembered her from when he had made himself known to the League of Villains.
'Another,' he muttered. 'I can probably take her, assuming her Quirk is not too powerful.' He glanced at The World, not wishing to use it anymore.
'Dio Brando,' continued the girl. 'You were at the U.A. Sports Festival, I loved your fight against Bakugou! Though it really wasn't my kind of ending.'
'I do not suppose we could continue this chat at a later time. As you can see, I am already I bit worn out.'
'Oh, that will make my job a lot easier. Suck… suck… suck…' She trailed on.
'Very well,' Dio muttered. 'Come at me then. I will not be beaten by a little girl-' A black shadow fell behind the girl, the shadow had two yellow-slit eyes. The warp-villain from the USJ.
'Come along now, Toga. Our job here is done.'
With a protest from the girl, Toga, the warp-villain took her away, saving Dio a mighty effort. 'I suppose I can continue on then.' Dio said, returning to the base camp.

Two nights later, outside of the League of Villains base.

With his false-mask on, Dio slammed his fist into the metal door. 'Tomura Shigaraki, let me in.' The metal door cracked open, revealing to Dio a host of characters. Mask-man with hat, lizard-face, human-girder and stitch-eyes. These were the identities Dio had give some of them as soon as he saw them.
In the middle of the bar, he saw Bakugou restrained, sitting on a chair. 'Why, this is a strange sight. I have played my hands at hostage taking, but this is just strange,' Dio said to himself.
'Your information was correct,' Kurogiri said. 'Though Izuku Midoriya sadly survived.'
Dio nodded at this, noting the lack of Maneater being mentioned. 'I was already aware of that. No matter, he can be eliminated at a later time.'
He looked at his trapped classmate. He saw a dark rage in those eyes of his, one which spoke of future promise. 'So, is anybody going to explain to me why we have a U.A. student chained up in the middle of a bar?'
'Simply put, we are turning young Bakugou into a villain.

Fast Kilmister hid in a side alley, his breathing was ragged, a burn-mark covered the back of his hand. He had never used a lighter before. Since that night with the masked man, he had not been able to use his Quirk. However, he had gained a new power.
Behind him, hovering just at his shoulder, was a ghostly specter. Its head was like a war-pig, its knees and elbows marked with spade-like motifs. Two ace-marks covered either pectoral, one facing up, the other down. At its heel, numbers could be seen, a long with the sign for jokers, kings, queens and aces.
Its power was simple, it multiplied its power corresponding to whatever number or simple was at the top of its heel. Kilmister had given the specter a name; Ace of Spades.

Well, I say we set things up good enough. until next time bye.
