Just a few things: My friend is going to be helping me respond to the reveiws from now on, so the responses may sound a bit different. We're doing it together.

Second, we are only responding to the reviews for the Darkblade chapter and the first two author notes because there are way too many. She doesn't know that chat knows because adrien knows and they are the same person. Because Chat Blanc never gave away his identity, so she concluded that he found out because the message spread after Adrien found out. Rewatch that part in chat blanc-it might make more sense! :) glad to help. Thanks! :D Oh, and no probalem about that mistake-thanks for letting me know!

Marinette: Mom and Dad, I'll help you in the bakery. To hand the Christmas logs to all my friends you see. (Marinette passes the log to Alya but it falls. Alya catches it.) Merry Christmas Alya and your family!

"Keep in mind that I did NOT sing!" Marinette reminded them.

"Yeah, I don't recall that either," Alya laughed.

Alya: Thanks my BFF, the same to you three!

(Alix and her father arrives. Marinette passes the log to them.)

Marinette: Alix and her dad, Merry Christmas to you!

Mr. Kubdel: Tom, Sabine, Marinette Happy Holidays too.

(Rose and Juleka arrives. Marinette passes the log to them.)

Marinette: Rose and Juleka, gifts for you, you bet!

Rose: Merry Christmas to you!

Juleka: Merry Christmas Marinette.

(Nadja arrives. Marinette passes Manon to her with the log.)

"Okay now I'm rhyming?" Marinette shook her head in amusement.

"This is funny though," Rose laughed.

Marinette: Merry Christmas,Manon and Nadja! (Nino arrives. Marinette passes the log.) Merry Christmas, Nino (Sabrina arrives. Marinette passes Manon to her with the log.) and Sabrina! Merry Christmas, Chl- (Chloé and her father arrives. Marinette stops singing and blinks)

"Aaaand there it comes!" Nino whistled, making everyone burst into laughter.

Adrien chuckled. "I knew the song wouldn't last." Marinette blushed.

Chloé: Do you want a photo?

"Daddy paid me to say that," Chloe huffed over all the laughs from her classmates.

Sabine: Marinette, it's Christmas!

(Marinette sings as she gives Chloé the log.)

Marinette: Merry Christmas, Chloé.

"Where did your cute pretty voice go now?" Adrien teased.

"I have no idea," said Marinette, amused.

Chloé: Could you repeat that? I couldn't hear you.

"Oh come on, even on Christmas?" Adrien collapsed in laughter. Marinette and Chloe were impossible.

"But wow Chloe, that's savage," Alix snorted.

Chloe smiled proudly. "I know."

(Marinette sings even louder)

Marinette: MERRY CHRISTMAS CHLOÉ!

"Now that's just screaming!" Chloe smirked at Marinette who turned red as the rest of her class drowned in laughter again.

André: Chloé, it's Christmas.

"Your parents probably sensed all the tension," said Max.

(Chloé sings towards Marinette.)

Chloé: MERRY CHRISTMAS MARINETTE! (Whispers) But I hate your guts, don't you forget!

"Well that's a nice little line!" Adrien laughed.

"IT EVEN RHYMES!" Alya yelled in joy. "This show is pure gold!"

Tom, Sabine, Marinette & Tom: Merry Christmas to all!

"Well, that's cute," Adrien said, a bit sadly.

(Chloé and her father leave. Tom and Sabine kisses Marinette. Adrien's bodyguard arrives.)

Marinette: Adrien's bodyguard. The present! I'll be right back! (runs off to her room.)

"Of course you made me a special present," Adrien nodded, smiling.

Scene: Marinette's room. Marinette searching for her present.

Marinette: I don't believe this! Where's the gift? Where did I put it? I'm so lame!

"Girl, you are not lame!" Alya laughed.

(Tikki flies out and pulls the present.)

Tikki: It's right here, Marinette. See?

"Tikki to the rescue!" Nino shouted in his superhero voice.

Marinette: (takes the present) Ah! Thanks, Tikki.

Scene: Bakery. Sabine waves goodbye to Adrien's bodyguard.

Marinette: Aa! (Runs out of the bakery.)

"Marinette's scream is hilarious."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Nothing."

Scene: The Place des Vosges. Marinette calls out for Adrien's bodyguard.

Marinette: Excuse me? Wait! If you don't mind, this is.. this is for Adrien.

"Just in time!"

(Adrien's bodyguard takes the gift.)

Marinette: Can you wish him a Merry Christmas from me, that is.. I mean it could be from you too, in fact Merry Christmas to you from.. um, ah.. me, of course.. Ah.

"How do you even mess up small lines like that?" asked Adrien. "Plus he wouldn't be able to wish me a merry christmas. I've never heard him talk in my entire lifetime."

The theater ringed with laughter.

(laughs. Marinette waves goodbye and the bodyguard leaves.) I hope Adrien has a good Christmas. (looks at the skies and an image of Adrien appears.)

"Thanks..it was an amazing Christmas for the most part, at least," said Adrien.

"What's up with your face appearing in the clouds?" Marinette questioned.

Scene: Agreste mansion. Adrien and Nathalie are decorating the Christmas tree.

Adrien: Check it out, Nathalie. Do you think he will like all the decorations?

Marinette could suddenly feel the tension rising from Adrien. She had this sudden feeling that they probably shouldn't be watching this part.

"Are you-"

Adrien shook his head, pale. "Do we-do we need to watch this?"

Alya didn't notice the tension and laughed. "Abby clearly doesn't want us to. Look, the remote only has a pause and play button. No fast forwarding, sorry!"

(Adrien's bodyguard enters the house.)

Adrien: He should be down here already. Did you call him?

Adrien prayed to god that his friends wouldn't see what happened next. This was between family and family only..they would try to get involved.

Adrien jumped when Marinette placed her hand over his. "What is going on with you?"

"Nothing," he lied.

"I'm not convinced," she whispered back stubbornly.

Nathalie: Perhaps we should give him... a few more minutes.

"I have this feeling that he won't show up," said Nino.

"Yeah. How rude!" Chloe huffed.

"What type of father does that?" Alya shook her head.

"Guys, stop," Marinette said, her voice harder than usual.

Her friends looked at her in surprise. Marinette had a feeling that they were eavesdropping on something very uncomfortable.

(Adrien looks disappointed.)

Adrien: What's the point? He's not coming. (Adrien walks and his bodyguard gives him Marinette's present.) Thank you. (Adrien walks up to his room.) Merry Christmas both of you.

"Sorry, dude," Nino said, looking a bit guilty.

Adrien sighed. "What are you sorry about? He'll never change."

"I feel really bad," said Juleka quietly, many people nodding and agreeing.

"From that very first Bubbler episode, I think we knew how isolated your dad could be," said Nino quietly.

"But you know, if you're really that sad at home..why didn't you tell anyone about it?" asked Marinette.

"It has nothing to do with you," said Adrien.

Scene: Gabriel's atelier. Gabriel is looking at a picture of his wife.

"No offense, but does he do that all the time? Just..staring at that picture?" asked Chloe. Marinette shot her a glare.

Adrien managed a small smile. "Yeah..he does."

(Nathalie knocks on the door.)

Gabriel: Yes?

(Nathalie enters the room.)

"This is getting intense.."

Adrien was so grateful for Nathalie. On the other hand, he wasn't sure it was the right time to go talk to his father.

Nathalie: I can imagine how difficult it must be for you, sir. But it's also Adrien's first Christmas without his mother. I really think you should go see him, sir…

"Your- your mother?" Marinette's voice was quivering.

"Yeah," Adrien cleared his voice. It seemed like he was about to cry.

"I can't even imagine how difficult that would be," said Alya. "I'm sorry."

Suddenly, Chloe spoke up quietly. "If anyone gets it, it's me. I know how hard it is having your mother leave you." Chloe looked up at Adrien and gave her a small smile, which surprisingly, he returned.

"Thanks Chloe," Adrien sounded like he meant it.

Marinette didn't know what to think. Chloe? Showing sympathy? But as she looked over at Adrien-she realized that she had been a little wrong about Adrien's relationship with Chloe after all.

Gabriel: I know, you're right. I'll go see him. I just need a little more time.

"Yeah. It was really hard on my father as well," Adrien looked down to his lap. "I should probably give him more time."

"Adrien, I-" Marinette hesitated. "I don't want you to take this personally, but..it's just as hard on you, isn't it? I-I feel like he should acknowledge that."

Adrien stared at her. "Yeah, I know, but that's just how he takes it."

"And if he's not here for you," said Marinette.

"Then we'll always be," Chloe finished, making the entire theater settle in silence.

Adrien blinked. He couldn't believe how lucky he was. The great friends he had, who would always be there for him. For the first time in ever, Adrien suddenly felt homesick.

But this time, the homesick didn't literally mean his house. It was what actually felt like home to him.

There were actually people who cared, and they'd been right before him the whole time. But what did that make of his father? What had his father ever done for him?

Adrien couldn't help but realize..he seemed to be more happy than he was at home in any other place.

Nathalie: Of course. (leaves the room)

Scene: Adrien's room.

Adrien: He's still only thinking of himself! I just want this terrible day to be over and done with! I hate Christmas!

"Don't hate Christmas," Marinette whispered. "And..you know that even if he is thinking about himself at the moment-Look at me, Adrien."

She forced Adrien to look up at her and finished, "He still cares about you so much. Parents have different ways of showing how much they love their children."

"He never even lets me out of the house," Adrien said bitterly.

"He wants you to be safe," Rose smiled encouragingly.

"And most of all, he wouldn't want anything to happen to you," Chloe finished, smiling grudgingly at her childhood friend.

"He cares-just like we do. Your dad just has a..different way of showing it," Marinette said gently.

The small lump in his throat was beginning to fade. "Maybe you're right.." he said quietly, deep in thought about what his friends were going to think about what happened next. He gulped. Marinette tightened her grip on his hand.

[Transformation Sequence]

Adrien: Plagg, claws out! (Adrien transforms into Cat Noir and runs away.)

Hope that was worth the wait, and hopefully you all are still here. Also give my friend most the credit for this chapter because she had to put up with me going on and off since I was grounded.

Oh wait, and also! If you are someone reading this in the future, you're probably confused what all that talk at the beginning about me getting grounded was and stuff. You're probably confused but it's fine-I deleted those author notes so you won't understand so just ignore that part if you are a future reader.
