Was there a better plan than to remain in a prison next to your best friend?

-Shut up, Killer! - Kid was in a very bad mood.
It had been pathetic to fall into that trap, but he was still badly hurt from the fight with Kaido.
Heat, Wires, and the rest of his crew had managed to avoid being captured because of the orders of their captain, and were gathering their allies to riot and rescue Kid and Killer.
There was nothing to do, so when the guards told them they were going to have a new "roommate", they were curious.
And even more when they found out that was going to be Trafalgar's lover.
They brought her in chains, as if she was an animal.
Both pirates stared at her.
-They have no mercy even with women, aren't they? - said Kid.
As soon as they brought her in, a man dressed in white and wearing a mask entered.
-Fuck, Kid - Killer whispered - It's CP0
-The fucking CP0? What the hell do they want from us?
-I'm not coming for you, assholes - replied the agent - I come to see the beautiful young lady next to you.
They both looked at her. That's right, they remembered she was a revolutionary.
-The 11 jurors have decreed that you're guilty of high treason to the World Government, for which you will be executed by hanging. But if you collaborate, I could help you. What do you say?
The girl spit on his face.
-There you have my answer - she smirked.
"Damn, what an attitud" both pirates thought.
The man got up and, without warning, kicked the girl in the stomach.
Kid looked at Mina, who was lying on the ground, trying to breathe.
The man continued to hit her hard on both the face and the body, until she started vomiting blood.
The beating lasted about half an hour, until the girl passed out. The agent sighed.
He looked at both pirates.
-When she wakes up, tell her I hope to find her more talkative tomorrow.
Kid glared back at him.
-A couple hours later-
-Hey, are you okay? - asked the pirate who was tied next to him.
-Oh... You're Eustass Kid, right?
The revolutionary tried to get on her knees. She began to cough up blood.
There were bruises on her cheekbones and jaw, and her mouth was completely stained with blood.
-Damn - she began to speak with difficulty, although with a sarcastic tone - Fate has allowed me to coincide with Eustass Kid, lucky me~

She smirked.

-The following days-
Kid and Killer were daily witnesses to the violence taking place inside the cell. Despite the fact that she didn't scream, seeing how this man torture her until she lost consciousness, began to affect them too. They were violent pirates, but even for them that situation was too hard.
They had a hard time keeping their eyes on the blows the woman received. Also, every day the agent was more violent with her.
On the fifth day, the pink haired girl began to involuntarily spasm pain and tremble.
But she never screamed. Never. Not a miserable sound.
Both began to admire in a certain way the determination of that woman.
-Ehhhh... Are you really okay? - Kid asked as he helped her up off the ground - You really are something else...
-What a gentleman~
-Damn, woman. How can you keep joking after get beating every day? Seriously, I think I'm starting to admire you.

Mina looked at the pirates and smiled sadly as she coughed up blood.

Witnessing a rape was the most unpleasant thing Kid and Killer had ever witnessed.

But the agent didn't stop.
-Stop? Have you seen this woman? - he continued to touch her - You would do the same as me, pirate!
Kid was completely enraged.
He looked at Killer, who nodded back.
Killer had, a day ago, finally managed to get rid of Kid's handcuffs thanks to a wire he found on the ground.
Kid freed himself from his restraints and, as the man continued raping her, Kid hit him in the back.
The agent fell unconscious on top of the girl.

Kid helped Mina up. He felt very sorry for her, he thought that she would cry of such humiliation, and even in front of pirates, but she didn't do any of that.
She was staring blankly, as if she felt nothing.
Without saying anything about it, Mina got up, grabbed the wire from the ground and released Killer as well.
-Th... Thank you - said the blonde - But... are you okay?
Mina made no particular expression.
-Of course, I won't cry because something like this. I'm not a teenager, you know?
Despite her words, clearly she wasn't okey, but both pirates decided not to continue talking about what had just happened.
"Damn, she's really something else... Trafalgar, she's too much woman for you!"
Before leaving the cell, Mina looked at the agent and knelt down.
She grabbed his head and began pounding it on the ground to disfigure him.
-What a sad excuse of a human being~ - she said while grabbing his head from the ground - Was it nice you're last experience in that pathetic life of yours?
Bitch... - the agent tried to say, but his teeth were broken and his nose was shattered.
-What will you do with him? - Kid asked.
-Do you want to start first?
-Ladies go first~ - said the redhead.
Mina smirked.
-Look at that! Eustass Kid really is quite a gentleman~
The pirates watched as Mina brutally beat the agent until broke his skull. The blood stained all the place.
-Fuck. Could you make less noise? They're going to discover us!
After killing the agent, the three ran through Impel Dawn.
-When we get out, my nakamas will be waiting for us - Kid started to speak - I hope you have a plan too.
-Of course, I'll go with you.
-Wait right there, cutie pie - Kid said while laughing nervously - Do you really think I'm going to allow YOU to get into MY ship?

Kid's crew were delighted to see their captain and second-in-command again, but were stunned to see a woman on board.
While Killer tried to explain the situation in a nutshell, Mina explored the deck of the Victoria Punk (yes, that was the name of the ship).
-You have... very bad taste, Eustass - Mina commented as she touched with distaste the gothic and metal details of the decoration.
-Shut the fuck up, I don't need your interior designer advice - the pirate captain answered while rolling his eyes - and even less of someone who is scrounging from my ship.
-Leave him alone, he's in a tantrum - Killer told her in a low voice - As soon as he eats, he will be much more happy~

The pink-haired woman and the masked man chuckled, trying to hide their amusement.
-Captain - Heat suddenly interrupted - Where are we going?

The captain was blank for a few seconds, while the young woman raised an eyebrow waiting for his answer.

-Of course! - he turned to his nakama - Set the course to where that damn paper points!

Mina smirked.

Kid smirked.
-You're going to beat the shit out of them, right? I want to see that. But not because you tell me so!
The redhead turned to continue giving directions to the rest of her nakamas.
-Oi, Eustass...

Mina reached out and kissed the redhead's cheek, causing the redhead to blush.
-Thank you. For everything.

Mina smiled.

-Well, you don't live with him - Killer replied as he shrugged - But I suppose he can be when sets his mind to it...
Killer looked at Mina. Her injuries were still very recent. Her left eye was so swollen that it practically kept her closed, the mark on her neck would take weeks to go, and the other blows she had received hurt to the sight.
-Do you want me to fix... - he looked her up and down - That?
She smiled.

They were both in the ship's infirmary. Killer tried to disinfect the bleeding wounds as best he could. Honestly, he was even afraid to touch her, for fear of hearing screams of pain, but surprisingly the girl said nothing.
-I have to admit that you have a tolerance to pain out of the ordinary - Killer said - What they did to you ... It would be a shame if a face like yours was wasted.
She raised an eyebrow.
-Do you like my face?
-Believe me, a pretty face like yours can save you from many awkward situations.
-You hide your face behind that mask because you're ashamed of some scars?
Although her question was impertinent, Killer wasn't bothered because the girl's monotonous voice.

Killer was quite impressed by that request.

Mina looked at him in surprise, but immediately laughed.
-I didn't expect that answer coming from someone with mom vibes~
-Mom vibes? 'the fuck?- the blonde sighed while smiling and continued healing her.

Every time Mina passed out after a torture session, Killer pulled her onto his lap so that she could rest her head and not wake up on the cold floor. Not as something romantic, but rather as a mother caring for her calf.
Maybe it was because he saw her too young. Or maybe because felt compassion for her. Or even because saw himself reflected in her thinking of his early years as a pirate.

Kid slammed his head down onto the table, causing everyone on the ship to scream with excitement.

Everyone started laughing and congratulating Mina.
-I've never seen a woman hold 54 mugs of beer before... - Killer said somewhat incredulously.
She just shrugged her shoulders.
She had always had an almost magical tolerance for alcohol.
It's not like she couldn't get drunk, just need a lot more than the average person.
-You better help me take this drunk to his bed, after all, this is your fault - Killer said.

They both grabbed the huge body of the redhead and carried him on to his cabin.

Finally, the three of them reached the redhead's cabin and dropped him onto his bed.

-When you're drunk, you're damn annoying! - Killer said annoyed.
-Tell me... hip!... Miss - he pointed to the pink-haired woman - What has that bastard of Trafalgar that I don't have?
Killer facepalmed.
"Damn, he's drunk".
-Are you flirting with me, Eustass? - she asked back with an amused grin - I didn't thought I'd be your type~
-Honey, you're everyone's type... hip!
-I will have to reject you, Eustass. I like Killer better~
-Oh, come on!
Killer laughed.
-If you ever get tired of Trafalgar, I will accept to be your husband! - The redhead continued speaking, clearly drunk.
Mina laughed like never before.
-Who would tell me that the first person to propose marriage to me would be a drunk Eustass Kid~
-Goddammit, tomorrow he will regret saying so many stupid things - Killer sighed - If Trafalgar finds out about this, he will kill you, Kid.
-I can assure you that I'm way better lover than him!

-The next mornig-
Kid puke all over the deck, wich made Killer angry.
-You fucking drunk! Have a little more of self-control!
-Ah Fuck, shut up... I think I'm going to die... My head...!
Kid continued puking.
Mina smirked while looking the vomit in the pirate's mouth.
-What a nice day to get married, don't you think so, Eustass?~
