A sequel to my 1st Beast Wars story. After the Quantum Surge hit the planet, many Maximals & Predacons undergone a change into Transmetals. Even new Transformers called Fuzors enter the war. But even more shocking, is few humans gain strange powers & become like Metahumans. The war & battle for the 'Key' enters a new chapter. One where the stakes are higher then before.

17. Chapter 17: New Resolve Hardships

Greetings dear fans, after much time the VISION-KING has prepared the last original chapter before we follow the Season Two plot-lines of the Beast Wars. So as a little bonus, I've gotten some OCs to be introduced to help move the story along with some heartaches, but touch-n-go events, and surprises like you never believe. After that, other OCs I received from many of my dear viewers, I will try to bring them forth in Season Three. There's so many characters to keep track of when you're busy working on a story and even when introducing new ones. (I counted to see there are 15 or so OC Transformers I've yet to introduce, so it'll likely be they'll appear in the Fanfic Season Three in an original chapter part) So until then I know many are ready to see this story in action, so enjoy…

Chapter 17: New Resolve Hardships

ELSEWHERE

AROUND THE MAXIMAL BASE

The scene opens around the outside of the Axelon, as the camera zooms around the top area around the rocky wall that keeps the old ship in place. There, we see Jackrabbit in Robot Mode just sitting there, looking out over the horizon in seeing the start of the rising sun. Things just seem peaceful for the time being…

"This place, from up here you can see much of what the world looks like? I was so busy thinking about other things, I never bother to look at things from a different view?" Jackrabbit was stating these facts while completely lost in thought: then her mood change into sorrow. "I wonder, was this how Airazor and Tigatron view things? From before…?" The youngest Maximal Cadet was feeling a bit down when mentioning old names of those missed.

"Jackrabbit. Hello?" Jack-Tool was seen coming around the corner before spotting the little rabbit bot. "Oh, there you are…" He signed with relief as he approached Jackrabbit.

"Hugh, Jack-Tool?" Jackrabbit replied surprise to see who showed up.

"What are you doing up here, we have much work to do. We have to prepare some security systems for…" Jack-Tool was about to explain the importance of security measures for the base when…

"Why bother?" Jackrabbit cuts off with a huffy tone out of nowhere.

"Deh-Gah!? Why bother? Jackrabbit, we have to protect the base? To keep us safe from Predacons." Jack-Tool yelps before trying to explain their situation of never knowing if Predacons will strike at their base like in the past.

"Safe! What about the others? Were they safe?" Jackrabbit protest in starting to sound a bit mad.

"Well now…" Jack-Tool was a bit surprised, never expecting the youngest Maximal to bring up such a subject.

"What about what happen to Tigatron and Airazor? Were they safe? They're gone!" Jackrabbit angrily protest in having mentioned what happened to their friends that were taken away.

"Jackrabbit, we're not sure about that. You should know as much." Jack-Tool tries to calm Jackrabbit down, Optimus told them that Tigatron and Airazor were not have been destroyed and just simply taken somewhere else.

"I thought I could handle it, but now I'm not sure." Jackrabbit looks down gripping her hands, feeling mix emotions at this time. "We lost not just them, Dinobot…he's really gone, I saw it." Old memories of when Dinobot passed away when saving the Proto-Humans and protecting the future from changing. "And then when we found a new friend, she was gone less then a day. I just…" She remembered Transmutate, the oddest bot & one who never made it through one day before she was destroyed. "I don't wanna see it anymore!" Jackrabbit protest with shut eyes from having had enough of losing so many.

Without warning, Jackrabbit transform to Beast Mode and then hopped off down a path, leaving a stump Jack-Tool in silent surprise. But then again when he thinks about it, it's been practically a whole day since the incident of when Transmutate was destroyed. It's possible old painful memories were reopened for those that have a strong sense about losing friends.

"Is something the matter?" Then flapping down to join Jack-Tool was Silverbolt, the noble bot saw a bit of the scene and was concern with worry.

"Hugh, it's Jackrabbit. I'm afraid she's starting to realize the dangers we face during the Beast Wars and it's not much a game." Jack-Tool signed in explaining the unsettling truth of when a child realizes things are not all fun and games. "I'm still surprised how much she's been able to handle things even as the youngest Cadet of the crew? Even before most of us became active." It's still never easy to admit that Jackrabbit has slowly improved over the course of the battles even before the new Maximals came online afterwards.

"Yes, well…even I must admit, for children of that age…War is not a pretty thing. It's not a thing they should ever experience." Silverbolt slowly states about how allowing such youths to partake in war, seems too much a harsh thing to do. "What…did she say?" He asked with concerns on the rabbit bot's thoughts.

"She mention those that are no longer with us. The event yesterday seems fresh about, well…of Transmutate." Jack-Tool felt bothered to mention this since Silverbolt was also at the scene of the whole thing.

"Yes, I see. I suppose losing Transmutate just brought back unpleasant memories of when we lost Dinobot." Silverbolt felt terrible in knowing precisely how after losing one comrade in arms from having such shared moments, they lost another too soon to help them understand another. "I too, share the painful feeling. And I may not be the only one. There were others who also felt bad of losing Transmutate." He proclaim in knowing how others who began to befriend Transmutate, also suffer too.

"The more this war drags on, the worse I feel can happen. But perhaps what Rhinox and the other Maximal Scientist Team are researching could lead to hope for us." Jack-Tool tries to look for some hope for them, and the answer may lie in what Rhinox and the others are researching.

"Really, how so?" Silverbolt was asking from a form of curiosity.

"Beep!" Then something on the line was contacting the Fuzor, as he tap his chest plate. "Silverbolt, we need you to meet up with one of our units in Coordinates V-52." Optimus' voice was heard on the line giving instructions.

"Understood, I'm on my way." Silverbolt replied before ending the com-link chat. "Sorry, I must be off." Silverbolt apologizes since they were in the middle of a chat but that will have to wait.

With enough said, Silverbolt transforms to Beast Mode to fly off. Jack-Tool watches his friend leave while still feeling the complication of things. They are growing with worry in how long they can maintain things. The more time passes, the more chances the Predacons may plan an attack they may not be ready for.

MEANWHILE

AT THE PRED BASE

The scene opens within the Predacon Base, in some storage area that was left vacant. There we see Rampage in Robot Mode kneel on the ground. He was placing parts in some hover platform for him to carry around. When he was finished, the body parts that was once Transmutate lay there. Apparently Rampage had an obsession with how powerful Transmutate had within, but when she was destroyed, it felt like her Dark Spark that echoed his own faded.

"Oh Transmutate, why oh why, did you have to go? You and I…we could have achieve so much." Rampage moans over the lose of someone who he saw was like him. "Now all I have left of you, are your remains? How I wish…you could come back? If only there was some way…?" He was truly lost in thought, wanting to bring back the creature that held such power.

"Oh Fractyl, are you in?" Then a voice was heard outside the area that caught Rampage's attention.

We see Rampage glares at what the commotion was, only to spot Knock-Out having some discussion with the working Fractyl studying things related to geochemist. Assisting him was Venomess providing fields as a chemical expert.

"Hugh, do you need something Knock-Out?" Fractyl signed from being bothered

"Oh I just stop by after I heard you acquired a Stasis Pod for our cause, must have pleased Lord Megatron?" Knock-Out smiles to state how excited their leader would be to receive a fresh new soldier.

"If only it were that simple. What he brought back was nothing short of a vacate pod. Apparently it's one of the few Stasis Pods that might have fallen out of the Axelon by an error in not recognizing one without a Protoform." Venomess explain what was found by Fractyl was in fact a rare moment of a Stasis Pod almost perfectly intact, but did not have a Maximal Protoform inside.

"Ouch! I bet that must have stung? A Maximal Protoform you can't reprogram because the pod doesn't have both a body and a Spark." Knock-Out lightly remarks the manner of how such an event could make Megatron be unpleased in gaining what might have been an empty box with nothing worth wild inside.

"The only way it would prove useful would be if we just happen to come across a Transformer body and a working Spark. Other then that, seems unlikely to be of use in Megatron's eye?" Fractyl shrug off his shoulders to briefly mention about how such things could please Megatron with an actual working bot in a pod.

"It's ironic to think back to the time, when the Maximal Commander Optimus Primal was destroyed, a Protoform without a Spark was used to revive him? Correct?" Knock-Out rubs his chin to smile in thinking back to the day they witness Optimus Primal which from the new Preds learn he was suppose to have been destroyed, yet came back.

"Yes, the day when the Quantum Surge hit, it was later learn that the Maximal scientists were working on something. That alone helped guide Optimus' Spark back & gain a new body as well as a new life. As far as what we research after much time had passed." Fractyl explain how they later came across the answer to the mystery wrapped around Optimus Primal coming back which still left many amazed by such possibilities.

Outside listening in on the conversation was Rampage, as he listens carefully the whole time. What he heard truly caught his attention, and for Rampage, the part about Optimus coming back from the dead was something for extra interest.

"New life…hmmm?" Rampage slowly ponders what he heard very carefully.

"If you don't mind now Knock-Out, perhaps you can help us? With Tarantulas now gone, Megatron is making us with big brains work just as hard with new evil inventions."

"Oh but of course, let me just go get my….GUGH!?/CLUNK!" Knock-Out was about to turn around to casually walk away only to bump into something hard and fall down.

Soon everyone saw what Knock-Out bumped against to fall on the floor, it was Rampage who stood while gazing around.

"Is it true what you said!? About restoring life?" Rampage demands firmly if what was said is true.

"Oh, you were eavesdropping? Well maybe next time, a little warning wouldn't kill you?" Knock-Out remotely replied as he got up to dust himself off from getting dirty from his fall.

"JUST ANSWER!" Rampage shouts in not wanting to waste time.

"Alright-alright!? I'll answer for you. Hugh…" Fractyl held up his arms to calm Rampage down before signing at such rash behavior. "It's a possibly, but to pull it off would require things & a manner of what we lack." He simply address the manner of what conditions must be meant.

"Hmmm, alright then talk. What do you need?" Rampage nods a bit while demanding to hear what it is they lack.

"Well the first one is no brainer, simply use a Blank Protoform to act as the new body. Second, is preparing the body to house the said Spark." Venomess pointed out what they need to help them get started in such methods.

"Then we are in luck, I just happen to have the perfect thing needed." Rampage responds in having gain something that can prove useful for his own needs.

Then Rampage left the room briefly that left the others puzzled in what the dangerous bot wanted. Then Rampage came back with a hovering platform which had the resembled body of a decease bot: Transmutate.

"Well, ugh…that most certainly looks…something?" Knock-Out was a bit creeped out by Rampage keeping the scrap of a decease bot around.

"Hugh, you brought a damaged body of a decease Transformer?" Venomess exclaim in feeling slightly bothered of Rampage's taste.

"So!? Can't you do anything to help it become capable of housing a Spark to revive Transmutate?" Rampage snaps out in demanding to know if this is enough or is there something else needed.

"It's not that simple." Fractyl spoke out in gaining some attention, while slightly bothering Rampage's patience. "Even with an empty pod & a body to reconfigure, we need data of the one you wish to revive. Or something remotely close to an energy matching of her Spark." Fractyl pointed out that there were some other important materials of question left out and have yet to be obtain.

"Too bad this one blew up. But then again, Optimus was blown up & some form of his Spark's energy remain in space. So unless this Transmutate had some contact with what protects a portion of her energy readout…" Knock-Out shrugs off his shoulders to simply state how it's not like Transmutate can have the same experience that brought Optimus Primal back from the grave.

"Transmutate's energy….her unique Spark emitted purple energy…When released affected others? Hmm?" Rampage rubs his chin to try to ponder something in thinking about the times he witness Transmutate exhibit certain energy from her Spark.

Then flashbacks of when Rampage saw the energy Transmutate released was indeed an unusual occurrence. But when thinking of such times, and when the same energy stun the Maximals, there was one other. Rampage saw the times that Artemis first connected to Transmutate's Stasis Pod when they meant. And during the energy outburst did the new creature come forth and Artemis was still connected. And during Transmutate's demise, she said Artemis was 'Friend' and 'Life' and the gynoid was emitting a strange flow of energy that was almost Cybertronian.

"HUGH!" Rampage gasped from having finally realized the answer was right in his face. "Hmmm…Ho-ho-ho, I do believe we might have a way to achieve this." He showed an evil expression in having a pretty much perfect idea in what they need.

The scene flashes out from an underhanded action was about to take place…

SOMEWHERE IN INDIA

LOCATION: ROSS ISLAND

The scene shows a strange island formed by four volcanoes in the Ross Sea near the continent of Antarctica. It was just off the coast of Victoria Land in McMurdo Sound. The Lyoko Warriors were around some abandom building site, apparently on a scouting patrol. Then zooming in on his OverBoard, was Odd making a landing to meet the group.

"Anything to report Odd?" William asked Odd who look like he had something to say.

"Nope! Nothing ahead but open space as far as I can see. Pretty much a plain boredom no matter where you look." Odd sadly shook his head to expression his thoughts on his findings.

"Considering this isn't a Predacon Territory, we should be lucky not to find any around." Ulrich remarks that the whole area is under Maximal Territory, so this place has nothing to earn Predacon attention.

"There were reports from the locals that mention falling objects from the sky occurred before a bright light wave hit the planet. And we all know what that could mean." Sissi explain the manner of what likely was how the locals address the manner of a past event.

"No doubt about it. That has to mean before the Quantum Surge hit, some Stasis Pods fell here. The folks said they saw strange spirit creatures when coming around here." Yumi explain the case of the folks panicked because of spotting unknown creatures around the area.

"In that case, it could mean some Fuzors are active and the folks that believe in spiritual creatures mistook them as such. We have to hurry. Let's try to cover more ground with teams of three." Jeremie instructs the group in what they best do under these sorts of situations.

"We're short handed because the New Warriors are on a different mission, so it's up to us everyone. We have to find those pods." Aelita also encourages the others to do their best even though they are a little short on allies.

The children nods their heads before William, Ulrich, and Odd took one path to the left. Then we see Yumi and Sissi heading off towards the right. Jeremie and Aelita were the last ones left, but they turn to one more member. It turn out to be Artemis, who was looking at something in the distance. The gynoid seem distracted which earn some attention from those still around.

"Jeremie, I'm a bit worried about Artemis." Aelita whispered this to Jeremie in what's bothering their friend. "Was it alright to invite her with us?" She asked in feeling like they are pushing Artemis to tag along.

"After what happen with Transmutate, Optimus thought it was best we were active in areas with the less likely signs of Predacons. He must have known after what happen that for some of us…Well, it's been hard." Jeremie explain with a bit of a hard time bringing up unhappy memories of what happen to Transmutate.

"You mean after we already lost three of our friends including a new one?" Aelita whispered back in sorrow in knowing they lost some good friends, some that might not be able to come back. "It's strange Jeremie, but I still remember the day we meant Artemis. She was like the Maximals, but yet was different." She brought up a subject in remembering the day they meant Artemis.

"I remember. Someone constructed her base on alien tech, believing she could reach the Second Large Moon which turn out to be a fake by some alien race. She was the only technology that could reach it & after drifting around so many years, developed her own self awareness." Jeremie explain the manner of how Artemis went through some unexpected events.

"Yes, but now it seems like…something is different? I can't tell why, but…" Aelita drifted to see Artemis, as if trying to focus solely on the gynoid. "I'm sensing something mix in her, a weird energy readout? It almost matches Transmutate." She mentions something that earn some attract attention.

"How could that be?" Jeremie asked puzzled in what he heard just now.

"I wish I knew." Aelita shook her head from being unable to answer such a question.

While Jeremie amd Aelita were pondering about such things, Artemis noticed movement. And upon knowing it did not match anything seen before, it might be what the group came looking for.

"What is it Artemis?" Aelita asked the gynoid what bothered her.

"I saw movement, it could be one of the new Maximals. We must investigate." Artemis insist from what she can logically guess.

"Alright, let's call the others…" Jeremie was about to contact their group when…

"Unnecessary, there could be another where they are. We must do this other selves." Artemis cuts the discussion short as she was focusing more on the objective while moving ahead.

"Oh Artemis, she's trying hard to not burden or slow us down." Aelita felt bad for Artemis, the gynoid believes she's a burden to them and doesn't wanna slow them down.

"Come on, we better make sure she doesn't get hurt." Jeremie insist they move along to keep up.

Jeremie and Aelita quickly follow after where Artemis headed off to. After sometime of follow the leader act, the group reach a hidden location to find something moving around near some abandon structure. Upon studying the creature, it was definitely a Transformer, and it was apparently of the Fuzor variation. A mixture between a Killer Bee and Tyrant Beetle. The frontal appearance is more a Transmetal-like version of a black Tyrant Beetle with gray markings all over the body and gray muscles in the torso and the brachium of both arms and forelegs. There are six-limbs, the middle pair of limbs act as arms. The head area shows red eyes, a long pointed crest on the sides of the head. The other features reveal things similar to a Killer Bee with the furriness which covers the top looking like red hair, a pair of long mandibles. And it has two pairs of large wings that extend from a pronotum on the upper back. Another notice is that the bottom of the limbs points seem similar to a bee's stinger.

"Incredible, it looks like a fusion between two insects? A Killer Bee and a Tyrant Beetle, it's quite the scary thing to picture." Jeremie was intrigue by what type of creature this one was.

"It's just ahead, let's approach quietly. It does not know who we are." Artemis insist they move in on a careful note in case the bot feels they are dangerous.

"Remember, it might be more afraid of us…" Aelita asked they approach to help befriend the new active Transformer.

So far things were alright, the group slowly were approaching the new Fuzor in attempts to make contact to help the confuse bot out. Suddenly without warning, something from behind a building within the shadows aim a weapon. At that moment the light reflects it to which Artemis saw it in the darkness.

"Hugh! Watch out!" Artemis yelps to shout with worry of danger.

But too late as a missile was fired that impacted the ground by the group, causing an explosion that knock them off. Aelita and Artemis fell across one side of the field, and Jeremie landed on the opposite side. The boy managed to keep himself conscious when seeing the girls were out, and saw something come out of the shadows. It was Rampage who fired at them and was accompanied by Fractyl before stopping near the boy and the puzzled Fuzor.

"Predacons? But why were we not warn?" Jeremie was utterly confused, they should have received a warning if Predacons enter a Maximal Territory.

"Because of a little jamming device to block our signals." Fractyl reveals a little box device which was used to mask their Predacon ID code from detection. "Honestly, you should have guess such a thing." He shook his head that for a young genius, the human boy lacked such imagination.

"Ugh…runaway!" Jeremie groans from the pain before turning towards the Fuzor. "They'll try to harm you!" He wanted to keep the Predacons from getting the new bot.

"Runaway? Oh my, sounds scary?" The strange new Fuzor spoke like some derange lunatic. "LIKE THAT EVEN MATTERS!" Then he shouts with an angry upset firey tone.

"Wha?" Jeremie was surprised, something about this was not right.

"Confused are we?" Then Venomess slowly entered the scene that surprised Jeremie more. "Why not show him?" She turn to the Fuzor for him to explain things to the boy.

"Oh very well, if I must…" Then the new Fuzor replied with a more calm, cold & collective tone of his voice. "Blitzwing – TERRORIZE!" He announced forth this activation code without warning.

Then the Killer Bee/Tyrant Beetle made a loud insect screech before transforming from Beast Mode to Robot Mode on the spot. We see he transforms into a humanoid figure of it's Beast Mode version with some changes. The bottom rear splits into legs that have large calves, the beast head merges to become the chest-plate. The insect legs are place from the waist to the stomach region on left and right sides. The beetle chest region splits to form the arms with large spaulders and a pair of three razer claw-stinger gauntlets the actual hands seen underneath. The two pairs of large wings extend from the pronotum on the upper back in an 'X' shape arrangement. It still retains much of it's Beast Mode appearance, with the exoskeleton limb parts are white muscles in the brachium of the arms and the thighs, and a black muscle in the torso. The helmet pops out after the transformation, with a long pointed crest on the back of the head, the red fur acting as the wild hair, and a pair of long mandibles sticking upwards in front. The metallic face is gray-white and has a large red visor over the optics in shielding his eyes. From a full view, it's clear this guy can be hostile and dangerous.

"Surprise-surprise! I'm on their side! Teeheehee!" The one called Blitzwing announced with a crazy expression of an attitude. "NOW STAND STILL SO I CAN ROAST YOU!" He then lashed out like a firey angry bot wanting to terminate the kid. "But then again, that could alert your friends of our presence?" Then he stops in stating this more logically & rationally on such actions.

"Ugh, what is wrong with him?" Jeremie raised an eyebrow in puzzlement, it's like Blitzwing has almost THREE different personalities.

"Oh nothing much." That's when Knock-Out was seen walking onto the scene, surprising Jeremie in what he just said. "Apparently when we came across Blitzwing, he's what you may call…a split personality. Evidentially, the error programming gave him 3 personas. So sadly, he'll feel right at home with us Predacons then with the Maximals." Knock-Out explain the conditions that has made Blitzwing into something where he has a Cold, Rage, and Crazy personalities rolled into one bot.

From that point, Jeremie could realize that Blitzwing was another error in which his personality even before being twisted, shows that he's wanting to become a Predacon. But what really caught the boy's attention was when Rampage lifts up both Aelita and Artemis in each arm as both were still unconscious.

"Wait! Where are you taking Aelita and Artemis!" Jeremie shouted in seeing his friends getting carried away.

"You should know Megatron wants the girl since she's the Key, kid." Venomess remarks that Jeremie forgets Aelita's value that Megatron wants.

"But as for your little drone here, she's needed for a little…project, going on. And chances of survival, well…that all depends? Huh-hah…" Rampage darkly spoke with a dark chuckle in what awaits poor Artemis' fate.

Now the Predacons were slowly walking away, leaving behind Jeremie as he tries to push himself up. But the young boy could not handle it, and soon Jeremie passed out. The last things he saw was Aelita and Artemis taken before he could do anything to stop the enemy…

SOMEWHERE ELSE

ON ROSS ISLAND

The scene shows another part of Ross Island, around a different abandon building lane of what use to be some house structures. But our main focus was on noticing a certain rabbit hopping around while apparently lost in thought. It was Jackrabbit for sure, as she may have used the Trans Warp Gate to send her to meet up with Jeremie's group. Mostly it was because the youngest Maximal still had some emotions to settle through, one of losing friends and having just bolted out when Jack-Tool was only wishing to help her yet she acted like a jerk.

"Hugh, what's wrong with me? Come on Jackrabbit, what's gotten into you? You never acted like this before?" Jackrabbit was giving herself a lecture because of reflecting on her choice actions. "Maybe I was too hard, it's just…it feels like the days of blasting the enemy away isn't what it use to be. Not when it means losing someone? Or even more…" The rabbit bot was truly feeling bad, the war was starting to effect her in ways that young children don't normally get until it's much later.

While Jackrabbit was still lost in thought about her own troubles, she did not notice something moving in the shadows. But there was the sound of what was a twig breaking from a rock falling off a broken wall frame. That made the rabbit stop to look around except there was nothing.

"Hmm? Weird, I thought I heard something?" Jackrabbit was very puzzled with suspicion in what she heard. "Hugh…Maybe it's just my imagination getting to me from guilt?" She signed from thinking too much has happen and it's distracting her.

But when Jackrabbit was slowly preparing to hope away, she accidentally press down on a hidden mechanism. That caused a metal cage contraption to spring forth from beneath dirt and leaf coverings before creating a metallic bar box. This was big enough to hold almost a lot of little rabbits or a larger mammal.

"WOOAH!" Jackrabbit yelped from realizing what happened: she was in a cage. "Are you kidding me? I'm a Rabbit…In A Trap!? Like a Rabbit Trap!? REALLY?" She protest in not believing in such irony that just cause she's in the form of a rabbit, getting caught in such a trap that isn't advance is rather embarrassing.

"Hey Mr. Greedly! I think we caught a live one! Yep! Yep!" A voice was heard of some eagerly sounding guy wanting to please someone.

"Hmmm-Hmmm, good work Rigger! I was down to my last meal. Now what prize is there for Hoggish Greedly to obtain." Another voice was heard of a big man with some manner of liking to stuff himself.

Jackrabbit noticed some figures coming out from the shadows of the abandon buildings. What she saw were not Predacons, but they were two human creatures.

One was a small, thin man with a blonde ponytail. He was seen wearing blue jeans, fingerless gloves, boots, a red singlet (AKA wifebeater) and a green vest, plus he also wore a baseball cap. He has a long, thin nose and bucked teeth, as well as a small beard on his chin. He was seen carrying a large backpack with some weapon blasters strap to each side.

The second was a man who has pink skin, small, fanged teeth, and an upturned nose. He has a thin mohawk of reddish-brown hair on his head and pointed ears. He is incredibly fat, and was seen stuffing his face with any available food: like a drumstick and a cheeseburger. He wore green military fatigues with combat boots, a leather webbing belt and his uniform topped off with a black-tie. This person seem like someone with an authority abuse type of character, as he drop the burger wrapper on the ground along with a sack of empty fries without caring what he was doing to nature.

"Heeem, gurh-gurhm….heh, funny how a rabbit got caught in a trap meant for pigs? GRuhm…It's ironic that was our plan to catch today." The big man called Hoggish Greedly was still stuffing his face with any food he had carrying in a sack bag.

"Pig Trap!? Urrrgh!?" Jackrabbit slapped her forehead in realizing: she carelessly got caught in not a Rabbit Trap, but a trap for pigs. Oh The Embarrassment of it all for a rabbit to endure?

"Lick-lick, lick….Hmm, hey Rigger, does this area have any rabbits?" Mr. Greedily asked after licking his fingers clean of some greasy food traces.

"Beats me? Hey, maybe it's one of them talking aliens disguise as animals? Maybe we can get a reward for catching one so easily." Rigger shrug off to say before bringing up something that earn some attention.

"Yeah, you're right. Hehe, I like me some fast dough. Be it beard or made of cash. Gurh-Snort-Snort!" Mr. Greedly lets off an evil grin and laughs with a snorty way almost sounding like a pig while looking the part. "But from what I heard, they're suppose to be bigger then normal animals. This one seems too small to even match with them. We should be watching out for something big and scary, not something so small and cute. Gurh-Ha-Hah!" The guy was making remarks while thinking such a thing couldn't possibly be an alien robot in disguise.

"Small! Cute? Ohhhh…That brings back some unsettling memories!?" Jackrabbit muttered angrily to herself, that was just what Iguanas said to her when she first became active from her pod.

"So then what do we do with it Mr. Greedly? You said you wanted to capture a wild boar, not a rabbit?" Rigger asked what they should do since this was not their intended target.

"Well it's no skin off me, perhaps we can cook it and have a little…Rabbit Cabob! Gurh-Snort-Snort!" Mr. Greedly laughs off a little piggy snort in thinking they can make a nice meal out of the rabbit prey in the cage.

"Gulp!?" Jackrabbit swallowed hard in having heard what choices were presented. "Great, just great? If I open my mouth, they'll know what I am: a 'Robot in Disguise' alien. If I keep quiet, I'm dinner. Which technically, not being all organic, give them a real hard time and they STILL know I'm not a normal rabbit. Wish there was someway out of here?" The youngest Maximal was caught between a rock and a hard place, which choice should she pick.

Then a weird noise was heard which caused some wildlife birds to flap off alerting everyone of an occurrence. The bad humans were on guard, uncertain of what it was that spook some birds.

"Snort-Gurhm! Hey Rigger!? What was that noise?" Mr. Greedly snorts a bit while acting a bit cautious with suspension.

"Don't know Mr. Greedily? It seems pretty close from where those birds flew off, yep-yep!? Do you think it's the Swamp Beast?" Rigger mentions with eagerness while pondering if it's some local creature they heard about.

"Don't be a dimwit! That's an urban legend! There's no such thing as a Swamp Beast." Mr. Greedly remarks that such a thing is just superstition and utter nonsense.

"But what if…" Rigger was about to debate if it's a real possibility when he was cut off.

Without warning, heavy footsteps were heard approaching the area. And the bad humans looked before something leaped out from the woods. It was a huge creature with sharp horns and covered in muddy swamp water and seaweeds. But from the way it sounded, it was upset and angry, ready to attack.

"Ahhhh! Quick Rigger! Shot it!" Mr. Greedly panicked as he snatched a blaster to hold it straight.

"I'm shooting! I'm shooting!" Rigger replied off in also panicking to aim at what he sees in front.

But the strange creature was moving pretty fast and agile which made it hard to hit him while the bad humans were still terrified. And then it charged to snatch the weapons from the duo before stomping and then stomping to crush said weapons.

"Ahhh, we've been disarmed, what now Mr. Greedly?" Rigger yelps in being a bit afraid now.

"I'll tell you what, we RUN for it Rigger!" Mr. Greedly proclaimed as he turn tail to run first.

"What about the rabbit?" Rigger asked as he ran next while mentioning the cage rabbit they forgot.

"Leave it! It'll be perfect BAIT for that thing to nimble down while we escape!" Mr. Greedly remarked in leaving something to distract the creature then have it chase them.

"Wait! BAIT?!" Jackrabbit yelped in hearing such an unpleasant thing.

The two humans fled the scene without looking back due to them being afraid. But once they left, Jackrabbit realized that with them gone, she was still stuck in a cage and now her attention turn towards what was left looking at her: the Swamp Beast.

"Uh-boy?" Jackrabbit yelps in seeing who was gazing down at her caged situation.

"Hmmmm…" The Swamp Beast lets off a low tone as it lowers to have it's hidden eyes see the rabbit.

"Ahhh! Please Don't Eat Me! I DON'T TASTE GOOD! I'm Made Of Metal Bones!" Jackrabbit yelps to panicked while trying to make up excuses to not be eaten due to her not being organic.

"Hugh…Eat You? Why would I do that?" The Swamp Beast was heard and it sounded like a friendly voice of a young boy.

This surprised Jackrabbit because this thing could talk, but that wasn't the only thing. Without warning, the Swamp Beast charges to ram tackle and break Jackrabbit out of the cage, freeing her. But because of such action, something else caught one's attention which was seeing the Swamp Beast's appearance change. It was most likely due to the muddy swamp surface was a cover to conceal what was hidden beneath it but was thrown out due to the guy freeing the young Maximal.

"No…way!?" Jackrabbit was apparently very shock because the Swamp Beast was in truth: a Transmetal Maximal type Fuzor.

The appearance seem like mixture of a Big Horn Sheep and of an Ox with some Transmetal outer parts feature on the body framework. It's features were a bulky, quadrupedal ox-like animal. The body is mostly gray, with tan coloration on its face, underbelly and legs. It has sharp orange eyes with small black pupils. It has two large sharply curving brown horns from a Big Horn Sheep protruding from either side of its head and a metallic crest of spikes on its forehead. It has a plump, yet powerfully-built and muscular body with thick legs. Has tan metallic boot-like formations encircling each foot, and deep brown hoof-like feet. It has a stubby pointed tail and orange metal features protruding from the hump on its shoulders. In such a short view, it's like it has the body of an Ox, but the height of a Big Horn Sheep followed by the horns, hooves and tail.

"You…You're no Swamp Beast, you're a Maximal!" Jackrabbit exclaim in surprise in what was the real thing under the Swamp Beast disguise. "Well, you're technically a Fuzor since you look like you're between Big Horn Sheep and an Ox?" The rabbit bot studied to know just what type of new Maximal this guy was from having a mix parts of two different animals merge together.

"Really, wow…I never knew that? I always wondered why I stuck out when I tried blending in with those guys?" The new bot replied in sounding a bit amazed and surprised at the same time.

"Well, thanks for the save, I'm Jackrabbit, what's yours." Jackrabbit thanked her rescuer and wanted to know who he was.

"Me, ugh…" But there was something off when he didn't answer.

"You do have a name, right?" Jackrabbit asked in thinking something was up, it's a simple answer.

"Guess I never really thought about it, I'm just me. I found myself on the ground and found myself stuck in one spot for so long until I wanted to explore. So I'm pretty much like a, what would you call it?" The new Fuzor Maximal was trying to think up a word that could explain his whole situation.

"Woah, sound's like you been 'Lock' up in one 'Terra-firma' spot and never saw much?" Jackrabbit pretty much went ahead to simply state how she sees this bot was down to Earth type.

"Lock…Terra…" The new Fuzor replied in finding those words very intriguing. "Hey that could be my name. Terra-Lock! Sounds pretty cool, right?" He smiles in thinking that name fits him to a 'T' base on himself.

"Ugh, sure…" Jackrabbit lightly replied in guessing that makes sense, at least the guy has a name.

"Well, nice meeting you, I gotta go check up on my sleeping friend." Terra-Lock stated as he was preparing to head off now to meet someone.

"Wait! You mention a sleeping friend? Um, does this one sleep in some oval shape object?" Jackrabbit asked in thinking if what she heard could match something by a similar theme.

"Yeah, wanna meet them?" Terra-Lock confirms that was how to describe his friend sleeping in such an object.

"Oh buddy, I think we were suppose to meet. So show me the way!" Jackrabbit smiles in eagerly wanting to see this without delay.

"Okay, hope on my back and hold on." Terra-Lock happily offers the little rabbit a ride on his back.

Jackrabbit took the invite to hop onto Terra-Lock's backside, before giving her a ride towards another area in question. The scene darkens from a new comrade the young Maximal Cadet has just found.

MEANWHILE

AELITA'S LOCATION

The scene was dark at first, until slowly someone's eyes were waking up. It was Aelita who was waking up followed by Artemis who was no longer in her Human Form, but her Gynoid Form. They were both given Energon Handcuffs that restrain their hands in front of them. They tried to struggle free, but it seem like it was a wasted effort.

"Well, glad to see you both wide awake." Then approaching the two was Venomess who was checking in on the captives.

"You? Why did you kidnap us?" Aelita glares at those as she struggled to free herself from the energy cuffs.

"Well I think it's obvious why we captured you, but as for your friend. Well, I'll leave that to your imagination." Venomess remarked in seeing the capture of the Key is a big deal, as for the gynoid could be a side bonus.

The girls noticed straight ahead behind the Predacons, was a setup lab location. There we see Blitzwing with Rampage having some discussion with Fractyl and Knock-Out.

"I must say, everything is properly in order." Blitzwing acknowledges things by a cold and calculated measure. "Yet we're stuck here where there's NO Action!" Then he went all angry with rage over the manner of being in such a place with little action. "Heheheh, I wonder how we'll pass the time?" He laughs off with that of a crazy lunatic without any thoughts of the serious manner.

"Blaaaah! You genius types think this will work? It's all too slow?" Rampage argues to look at those around, thinking all this tech and do-das will amount to anything.

"Patients, one wrong slip up could cost us dearly. And you should be thanking us, since you never could do any of this." Knock-Out politely tried to calm the impatient Rampage for his brutish behavior.

"Grrr…" Rampage growls in feeling annoyed by being suppressed by these guys.

"Hey fellas! Looks who just woke up?" Venomess waves out for the other Preds to see their captives have awoken.

"I see, well then perhaps it's time they were told precisely why they are here." Fractyl firmly explain the logical motion of what the girls are getting into. "More or less, it's because of this…" He points to something while having the other Preds step aside so everyone can see and not be blocked by backsides.

Then Fractyl revealed something he kept under a big sheet, and when it was revealed was a shock. On a table setting, it was a Stasis Pod, but what was inside the pod was a real shocker: the decease damaged body of Transmutate.

"Hugh! A Stasis Pod?" Aelita gasped in what the Predacons were using.

"And in it…that's Transmutate?" Artemis was also shock in seeing the body of a decease Transformer.

"Yes, I'm so glad to hear that you remember." Rampage exclaim to say before he gently looks in the pod of what lies there. "Transmutate, she was destroyed, she…who's powers of destruction echoed my own Spark." He still felt torn in looking at this sight, the one bot he felt was a special friend to him.

"I'm sorry to hear. But…" Aelita understands that Transmutate was a special friend to Silverbolt, Rampage, even Artemis, who felt bad at losing her. "What is it you're planning to do here?" She asked the big question of what the enemy was up to by doing all this.

"Well now isn't that the million dollar question. So I'll just go ahead and tell you the spoils of our surprise." Knock-Out grins lightly to happily explain the manner of business they are conducting. "We're going to try to replicate what your Maximal Scientist did in what brought back Optimus Primal from the land of the dead." When he explain to use a method of what brought Optimus back, it surprised the two girl captives.

"Wait, you don't mean…revive Transmutate? But that seems like an impossible task?" Artemis exclaim in finding such a method to be almost impossible to produce results.

"Really? We all thought Optimus Primal was gone, and instead, there was a way. Not much to argue against that logic?" Venomess reminds the girls about how many thought those that go offline permanently stay that way, but…it's not always the case.

"Oh, bringing those back from the dead! Tell us! Tell us!?" Blitzwing asked with his excited lunatic persona from finding this topic fascinating.

"Yes, but what Rhinox and the others did used an opening through Trans-Warp Space between time travel. Optimus' Spark was stuck there after the Transwarp Explosion and destroying the Alien Planet Buster." Aelita firmly explain what was done that even help brought Optimus back from such an event that many believed he was gone.

"What difference does it make! The point is your 'friend' was revived! So now, the same will be done with Transmutate!" Rampage snaps in fury debating the manner of point. "And you're going to help us." He coldly states how the captives will help them re-perform such a feat.

"Why should I help?" Aelita glares that she has no reason to aid Predacons even if it's about bringing back those from the afterlife.

"Because if you don't help me bring back MY Friend." Rampage takes out his Triple Launcher to aim at Aelita, who wasn't afraid since the Predacons don't wanna hurt her. "You'll lose your own." Then Rampage points towards Artemis, his actual intended target.

Aelita went from being brave to being scared, it makes sense that as the Key, she is vitally important. But because she's not alone, the enemy is using someone Aelita cares for to threaten her. Artemis was worried, and when Aelita saw what seem like actual fear on the gynoid, the girl signed in defeat.

"Alright….tell me what to do?" Aelita sadly gives in to help the enemy while keeping her friend protected.

"See, I knew you saw things my way. Huh-huh…" Rampage darkly chuckles in finding such amusement in toying with these foolish creatures.

"Well, main things are an empty Stasis Pod and a Transformer body. But sadly this body is looking like it won't hold a Spark." Fractyl explain things as he ran a diagnostic on what they have to work with before looking over towards Aelita. "With your Creation Ability, it's possible you can recreate and transform the object to help improve the chances of a new Protoform body to house a Spark." He came to a theory in what can help them achive a better success rate.

"But, I've never done anything that complicated before?" Aelita was stump to hear such a crazy method which she's never attempted with her powers as the Key.

"Well then, what better time to learn then to do? So start working your magic." Knock-Out smiles to give a tiny boast of encouragement to someone feeling hesitant.

"Indeed, after all…your friend is hanging by a thread." Blitzwing coldly states emotionlessly as he picks up Artemis by her cuffs. "SO GET TO WORK OR ELSE!" Then his persona switch to his raging firey and angry voice as he swung Artemis near a wall.

"CLANK!/Ugh!?" Artemis yelped from the rough treatment as she sat there, looking injured.

Aelita was in a tight corner, she has to help the enemy or else they will continue to brutally hurt Artemis or worse…finish the gynoid off. Aelita was then brought over by Venomess to the pod, as Fractyl used a device to allow the Key to exhibit her powers while being monitor if she tried anything funny. Everyone watches as the power of the Key glows over the remains of Transmutate. The bright flashiness blinds the scene before everything goes dark…

MEANWHILE

AT THE MAXIMAL BASE

The scene opens around inside the Maximal Base, were we spot Optimus Primal walking into the Command Center. There, the Maximal Commander was checking on those in the room currently keeping tabs on their comrades and of any signs of Predacon activity among other things.

"Anything to report?" Optimus asked in how things were going on their side.

"Things are quiet now. Everyone is checking their own sectors to report any findings." Rhinox turns to Optimus to give a brief report on what all the other Maximals and their allies are currently doing.

"Except those in Sector V39, they report a Predacon Ambush, involving the sighting of a new bot with Megatron." Longrack turns to look to his commander with unsettling news of a new Predacon was activated by Megatron being on the spot.

"Hmmm…they must have found a Stasis Pod, and reprogrammed it." Optimus hums under breath with an unpleasant tone, hating to learn they lost a Protoform to the enemy. "Any other data about what they faced?" He asked another question that was concerning of a new foe to be aware of.

"The team made it through, they'll give a full report in 15 cycles." Longrack replied that they'll get more info later on.

"I see…" Optimus nods his head from accepting as much for now. "Has everyone given a report on the areas we sent them for any new findings of any kind?" He asked if there was anything left to report that he should know about.

"Everyone has check in, except…" Aquarius was reporting until she suddenly was hesitant on finishing.

"Except…" Optimus raised an eyebrow, knowing this can't be a good sign.

"Well Jeremie missed his appointed time of giving a report. It's been 30 cycles. Last reported in that the group split with just him, Aelita and Artemis." Aquarius explains that it's been almost a half hour and Jeremie with his team have yet to give an update report.

"Hmmm, I don't like the sounds of it." Optimus Primal rubs his chin in feeling that doesn't bold well for them. "Contact anyone near to find out what's happen." He instructs the cadet in what she needs to do posthaste.

"Yes sir!" Aquarius responded before quickly working on that task.

"You don't suppose they ran into trouble?" Dive-Bomb looked to Optimus in thinking there was trouble when they been keeping alert of any enemy activity.

"I'm more worried that trouble somehow ran into them." Optimus Primal firmly express his own concerns of what may have happened. "Let's just hope we can find out before it's too late." He looked to Dive-Bomb and the rest with these small words of hope.

That left many in wondering if things were not going well even within their own territory. They can only hope that the children are not in any danger…

ELSEWHERE

AROUND ROSS ISLAND

The scene slowly opens revealing Terra-Lock bringing Jackrabbit towards a strange location. An abandom town hall structure before venturing inside. After arriving in a room, ahead under sunlight was the Stasis Pod that the young new Fuzor had mentioned as his 'Sleeping Friend' earlier.

"Here it is!" Terra-Lock nods the little rabbit towards what was present.

"I knew it! It's a Stasis Pod!" Jackrabbit exclaim before she hops over to inspect the pod. "Hmm, it doesn't look too bad? Except…Why are there trails of it being pushed?" As she inspected the pod, she noticed drag marks on the floor like it was pushed into this area instead of having crashed on the planet.

"Oh, that was done by me. I had to keep my sleeping friend here safe because…um?" Terra-Lock suddenly stops himself there, then turns to look away.

"Because of what?" Jackrabbit asked as she hops over while noticing something was up.

"Well, I rather not say? It's not a pleasant one." Terra-Lock felt bad about talking about the topic it's self.

"Come on, you can tell me? Aren't we friends?" Jackrabbit tried to help get the young Fuzor to open up towards her.

"You know, I never actually had a conversation with anyone. Mostly I did the talking as everyone else listens." Terra-Lock mentions this sort of stuff because he's been alone, never anyone else around besides his sleeping friend. "But I guess I been on my own for a while, I didn't know what to expect when talking about anything with anyone else? Or that, they actually…wanna know more about me?" The guy was really lost, between talking to someone who's not active, and someone who's listening to him, it's a little new for him.

"Well hey, I'm here now. So, will you tell me why this pod was moved here? Maybe I can help out?" Jackrabbit insist that she wants to help, it was enough to make Terra-Lock second guess.

"Hugh, alright, get ready for this." Terra-Lock signs in deciding it's time he talks for real. "Truth be told, I had another Sleeping Friend. But…some evil folks came and took it." He admits with a heavy motion in sounding gloomy.

"WHAT!?" Jackrabbit yelps from having heard this, a second pod and it was taken. "You gotta tell me everything! Every detail even! This could be important!" She hops closer to shake the guy's cheeks, needing no detail left unturn.

"Well alright, I guess it started….somewhere during this week I think?" Terra-Lock was a bit perplex in where he should begin to explain things.

TERRA-LOCK'S FLASHBACK

The scene opens around an empty two floor abandon building location. Around here were three Stasis Pods that seem to be inactive. Then because of the weak support of the ruin buildings and plantation, cause them to shift which active them slightly. At this time a DNA Scanner pop from one to begin scanning for lifeforms. It picked up the bone remains of a Big Horn Sheep and an Ox, before the computer screen went a bit whacky. Causing an error to occur, and then slowly the hatch open to reveal a sleeping Terra-Lock in the past. After waking up, he peaks to notice his surroundings.

"When I first woke up, I found myself in a strange place and I got out of my pod to look around." Terra-Lock narrates what his young self did as he slowly moved his big heavy body around. "I saw a reflection of myself, at first I didn't know what I was?" A broken mirror shows what the young Fuzor looked like, which puzzled his curiosity.

"Scanning For Lifeforms…" Then a male comuter voice was heard from the two pods as the DNA Scanners unleashed energy waves.

"Then I heard a strange voice, and approach where it came from." Terra-Lock narrates as his young self turns top approach the two pods. "There they were, the pods that were next to mine. They had these things scanning the area. I looked to where I came from and back before coming to thought that maybe…these guys were like me. And maybe they have the answers?" He explained everything of the events that went down in the past, and maybe answer questions for the young active bot.

"DNA Scan Finished. Preparing Protoform…" The pod's male computer voice announced the next activation process. "Error. Maximal Locking-Chips Damaged. Unable To Continue Final Adjusts. Activating Standby Mode." It immediately announced a problem which caused Terra-Lock to be startle.

"When I heard that, it made me think something was wrong, that those I could meet were halted before they could awake." Terra-Lock narrates the problem events that presented themselves before the puzzled bot. "But I also realized that I was not alone, but sometimes that wasn't always a good thing." That part alone suggest some unpleasant events would occur…

Strange noises were heard that caused young Terra-Lock top peak outside the window. What he saw were the Predacons in Robot Mode, searching the area: Megatron, Fractyl and Knock-Out.

"Grrr….is this the place?" Megatron growls in annoyance by this difficult search.

"Yes Lord Megatron, somewhere around here there was a detection of active Stasis Pods. Apparently after a typhoon storm hit this area, some disturbance must have trigger an activation." Fractyl explained the natural cause of the events that happen around the area.

"Well I certainly hope so, after Lord Megatron found that Transmutate to be a bit…odd? He's wanting us to find Stasis Pods that have no side-effects." Knock-Out shrug off to lightly mention about the unsettle events that happen with Transmutate.

"And once we have acquired the Stasis Pods, it will give me great pleasure to turn the Maximal Protoform…Chu-huh…into Predacons." Megatron grins to laugh darkly over what manner they shall do to increase their numbers.

While overhearing everything, Terra-Lock seems very worried. By the sounds of it, those that were searching for something, may have referred to his sleeping friends that have yet to awaken. And they did not so all to pleasant of a nice company to be around.

"When I heard their plans and saw how awful they were, I got scared of what might happen if they found the pods. And even worse, found me?" Terra-Lock narrates the events of his first site of Predacons and what they seem capable of. "So I decided we flee before they could find us, and started working on how to slip pass them." The young Fuzor was working to loosen the overgrown vines to help get the pods unstuck to move them…

"According to my scans, the signal originated from up there, behind that abandon building's second floor." Fractyl points directly ahead of them, the abandon building that the signals are strongest.

"Then let us not waste time, clear the rubble away!" Megatron gave firm and strict orders on what to do.

Inside, Terra-Lock heard such a thing after having just pushed one of the big pods towards a corner. But when the bot was about to go over for the second pod…

"KABOOM!" A loud explosion occurred that knock the young Fuzor backwards: after recovering, witness a huge hole in the wall showing those outside what was inside.

"I managed to get one of the two big pods out, but I didn't get the second one." Terra-Lock narrates the horror of seeing one pod exposed before the Predacons while hidden by another wall side. "I was scared at the time, they said they wanted both pods and wouldn't give up until they found them." He seem worried, uncertain how to getaway while not being followed. "Then I saw my old pod, and came up with an idea." That's when an idea hatch when the young Fuzor saw his empty pod.

Soon Terra-Lock immediately closes the empty pod while having push a button to make it be active. Then the young Fuzor hurries to push the other pod out a backway towards a slide to get them out. At the same time, Megatron's forces reach the pods in the room.

"Looky what we stubble across Megatron, one Stasis Pod as you requested." Knock-Out smiles in feeling a moment of success.

"There's the second pod, it seems it was place next to the other one when it crashed." Fractyl points to the second pod that was nearby, smaller in size compared to the other one.

"Excellent, then open them up so I may see them!" Megatron grins with anticipation to see their spoils.

Knock-Out and Fractyl each brought down a pod towards Megatron. The first one up was Fractyl, as he activated the system to open the hatch, and…

"WHAAAAAT!?" Megatron yells this out in shock because: there was nothing inside. "Why is this one Empty? Fractyl, EXPLAIN!" He furiously demands an answer from the bot that brought him a pod with no one inside.

"I'm not certain? My scans say there were two active pods?" Fractyl was completely unaware of the reason his scans said there were two active pods yet one was empty.

"Well isn't it obvious? Apparently some of the Stasis Pods might have been empty ones launch out from the Maximals during the whole pandemic. Even I wouldn't check if all of them were empty ones?" Knock-Out shrug off to simply state an idea of why they came across an empty pod. "But while yours is a no show…" Then he managed to get the big pod active to pop open it's hatch. "Mine is something else." He displays within, a large Protoform Maximal in check.

"Ah, Excellent. Ye-es-s-s…" Megatron smiles in seeing there was some good news. "At least someone has managed to please me." He remotely brushes off Fractyl for another unless act of what lead to disappointment.

"Hmmm…?" Fractyl signs in feeling like this is just how everyone treats him.

"Now…let us begin!?" Megatron grins with evil joy on what they get to do next.

The Predacons began to check the pod while Knock-Out removes the damaged Maximal Locking-Chip, and replace it with a more Predacon type of chip. While elsewhere hiding behind another abandon building, Terra-Lock observed things while safe guarding the pod he managed to get out.

"I managed to trick them into thinking the other pod that was mine was what they sought, and learn it was empty. But of course, I had to leave one friend behind to save another." Terra-Lock narrates what he did to help protect themselves from strange evil foes, but the cost was very heavy. "And then when I looked back, I saw what came out of the pod I couldn't save." Those next mention words would lay more heavy of what happened next.

Around Megatron's group, a bright flash occurred within the pod the enemy secured. And then from the open hatch and white steam, something crawled out that could surprise many. It was a huge Transmetal version of a jade green Giganotasaurus, only the rest of the body was dark green that had more metallic features, and with glowing yellow optic lens type eyes. Another notice feature was the slightly longer arms with blades across the wrist, and rotation turbines on the leg rears along with a metal tail edge with two blades on the sides.

"My-my, it appears there may have been some fossilized Giganotasaurus remains buried around here. Added with a Transmetal makeover." Knock-Out was amazed by such a sight of what it was that came out.

"Yes…it's perfect." Megatron grins eagerly in finding this type of bot, a perfect addition to his group. "Gurhm-hmm, I am Megatron. Welcome my new Predacon, please…introduce yourself." He cleared his throat before welcoming a new member.

"My name…well, you can call me: Growler!" The new bot replied with a tone of voice of an older male with some level-head way of speaking.

"Growler, hugh?" Fractyl replied in thinking the name was, simple to remember. "What is your function?" He asked what the new bot was capable of.

"My function: Saboteur. If you don't believe me, let me show you what I can do." Growler expressed himself in wishing to demonstrate his capabilities. "Growler – TERRORIZE!" He announced with the name of the Predacon activation code.

Then Growler makes a loud dino roar while transforming from Beast Mode to Robot Mode. First he transforms the body by rotating the upper portion to shift change allowing the lower region of legs to be the same. The beast head merges into the chest-plate area, the turbine fans locate at the backside behind the shoulders, and the tail splits to form the arms with the gauntlets acting for the edge blades. The helmet appears style like two upward horns, has a silver metallic face which had a face-plate covering the mouth area and glowing red-violet optic eyes.

"Ah yes, very good indeed." Megatron kept his smile on from liking Growler more and more. "Now, for the final question. Who is it you serve?" He asked to see if the arrangements done to Growler's programming is perfected.

"I serve under the leader of the Predacons. There is no doubt." Growler humbly spoke in being wise to obediently follow Megatron's lead.

"Hmmm-hmm-hmmm, hmm-hmm…You shall make a fine Predacon indeed Growler." Megatron lightly laughs in knowing Growler shall indeed be perfect among his Predacons. "Ah today has been a glorious day." He humbly spoke on how today was good to him. "Too bad it would have been more perfect if someone learn sooner that only ONE of the pods, had a Protoform, I wouldn't have gotten my hopes up." He then glares at Fractyl for the wrong intel on how many active pods were around and found only an empty one.

"I'm…sorry, Lord Megatron." Fractyl humbly apologized for not having been right on such a manner.

"Well, I suppose they can't all be winners." Megatron shrugs off his shoulders to not let this day feel completely like a bad day. "Come Growler, I'll put you to work. There will be some excellent Maximal targets for you to test your might on. Ye-es-s-s…" Megatron gave the order for Growler to follow them as he'll put him to good use.

"As you command." Growler humbly replied in wishing to obey and follow his leader's orders.

With enough said, Fractyl transform to Beast Mode, while Megatron and Knock-Out transform into their Vehicle Modes. At the same time Growler transform to his Beast Mode, he began to transform into his third mode: his Vehicle Mode. The back hunches over as the body leans more forward, the back compartment opens to reveal a rotor blade that unfolds and expands from the spine area. The turbine fans on the legs pop out to shift vertical upwards to act like the back propeller rotor blades for turn motion. It's almost like a gigantic T-Rex version of a Helicopter vehicle. The Predacons leave the scene before a Warp Gate appeared and as they went through, it closed on it's self.

"Once they finished their talk, those guys went through a crazy Warp Gate, and vanish the next minute." Terra-Lock narrates the final events his past self saw when the Preds left. "I just sign heavily before pushing the only friend left to protect to get as far away as possible." Now it shows the guy pushing the only pod he saved as they vanish through the woods.

The scene began to fad out from the moment this flashback memory came to a conclusion…

BACK IN THE PRESENT

The scene returns to where a surprised Jackrabbit listen to the story of what Terra-Lock went through. From what the rabbit learn, the young Fuzor had went through a very rough time,

"Woah, that's rough? But how come you didn't fight back like what you did in saving me?" Jackrabbit asked a question if Terra-Lock couldn't fight back just as when he saved her in that tight pinch.

"Well in truth, it was easy to scare off those guys. But, those bots mean business. And even though I wanted to fight, I…got scared?" Terra-Lock looked down with guilt in knowing when to pick your battles, if he fought those Predacons, it would have ended badly.

"Hmm?" Jackrabbit hums to herself in thinking about this: about Terra-Lock, he's probably somewhere around Cadet level without much experience. "Computer, what can you read about Terra-Lock's data logs? Is he really apart of the Axelon Crew?" She tap her chest area to activated her system for a report on the new Fuzor.

"Scans determine unit Terra-Lock is around the Cadet function class." The male computer voice responds in giving Jackrabbit her answer. "Old records reveal he was 13 years old, but near recruit requirement for the Axelon when being near age 14 to technically meet the agenda. Still in process of development." It gave out a list of intel that describe precisely about Terra-Lock's quota.

"Seriously? He wasn't 14 but managed to get in? Man, to think I had to stowaway just cause I wanted to be an explorer?" Jackrabbit complains because she was under the age limit, and yet Terra-Lock just barely managed. "Hugh, well, let's just change this topic and do what's really important." She signed to immediately talk about something else at this time.

"What's that?" Terra-Lock asked from not knowing the answer.

"Simple, we'll wake up your sleeping friend, that's what." Jackrabbit smiles in pointing out what they are gonna do.

"Really, but how?" Terra-Lock was more surprised and curious at the same time.

"Well, I sorta learn a trick how to do it. So I'm gonna need your help." Jackrabbit sheepishly shrug off her shoulders to just mention this topic.

"Well, if it'll help keep the only friend I saved from turning into one of those guys, I'm all for it." Terra-Lock lightly nods his head in raring to do whatever it takes to keep the pod he's protected from turning evil.

"Good, let's pop open the console." Jackrabbit hurries over to open the console compartment: only to find a badly burn and damaged chip with the Maximal logo. "Yeah, it's a damaged Locking-Chip, which means we'll need a new one." She exclaim in knowing what this situation may call for.

"Do you have any?" Terra-Lock asked if the rabbit has anything like that.

"Remember when I said I help out but I need your help too." Jackrabbit reminds the bot who nods in response to the question. "Yeah, cause…you're gonna have to pull my chip out to give to this pod." She exclaim while feeling a bit uncertain about what they have to do.

"Um, you sure…I'm only all hooves?" Terra-Lock waved his hooves in front of him: how can anyone do such delicate work like what the rabbit is requesting.

"Oh brother, just do what I do. Except you say your name after speaking the activation code." Jackrabbit slaps her forehead before needing to explain the guy to watch her carefully. "Jackrabbit – MAXIMIZE!" Then after saying this announcement, Jackrabbit immediately transformed from Beast Mode to Robot Mode.

"Woah! So that's how it's done?" Terra-Lock was a bit surprised, but didn't seem bothered by Jackrabbit's appearance that seem less scary then the Predacons he remembered. "Okay, here goes. Terra-Lock – MAXIMIZE!" Terra-Lock announced forth while speaking his own activation code.

That's when Terra-Lock released a mighty Ox-like roar as he began transforming from Beast Mode to Robot Mode. During transformation, roars before standing on the hind legs and the upper region changes. Revealing a silver exoskeleton frame from the legs, arms and neck regions while parts of the Beast Mode are shape-shift into parts for the limb areas. The rear legs become apart of the boot-knee feature. The front legs transform into gauntlets where silver hands come out. The main body transforms into a protective chest-plate of a knightly theme with bulky shoulder pads, having an 'M' logo of the horns in the center part of the chest, followed by with a drape plate down the waist near the knees. Then the head pops out revealing an knight-helmet with crescent horns. Around the face is a silver metallic face with some feature of an Ox-like muzzle mouth followed by full orange color optic eyes. Upon viewing the height and width of the bot, it's close to saying this one is almost around Rhinox's feature while not as big or tall, but not as small as short average size bots.

"Woah! Guess your pretty much bigger then me even if you're below 14? Bigger then Rattrap and about near Cheetor's height." Jackrabbit exclaim surprised and amazed by the small bulky boy bot. "Anyway, you ready." She immediately focus on their main task.

"No, but I'll do my best." Terra-Lock replied uncertain, but wanted to help however he could.

With enough said, Jackrabbit explain what Terra-Lock had to do while she power-down for a moment. The youngest Fuzor was a bit concern with worry, but swallowed back his fears because he had to get the chip needed to help the pod he saved become active.

AELITA'S LOCATION

Meanwhile the scene changes to where Aelita was using her powers within a Stasis Pod. After what seem like a few minutes to almost a half hour passed by, the pink haired girl finally managed to finish half-way. Aelita signed with relief since this was a very difficult task she's ever perform. The destroyed body of Transmutate was being remade into a Protoform for all to see.

"My-my, to think for your very first time, you managed to perfectly recycle a busted bot into a brand new frame." Knock-Out smiles in praising Aelita's handy work that's quite breathtaking.

"Yes! Soon Transmutate will return!" Rampage proclaimed in seeing it's not long now. "How is it going over there?" He looks over to see Fractyl and Venomess plugging in cable wires connecting Artemis to their system which is connected to the pod itself.

"We've managed to plug into this gynoid's hardware to access the data inside." Venomess explain the manner of what they are trying to accomplish.

"Course it was almost hard figuring it out if someone didn't fully cooperate." Blitzwing coldly referred how things would have gone if Artemis resisted, which fortunately, she didn't.

"Do not worry about such little things, I'm transferring the related energy algerathium that was part of Transmutate when these two were connected over to the pod." Fractyl explained the scientific terms in what needs to be done through this experiment. "There, I've made adjustments so that the strange energy that was destroying it's self will not repeat." The bot finished the final setups to help make the process more capable of handling.

"Ugh…" Artemis yelps from a strange purple volts extracting from her being directed by the cables.

"Artemis, are you alright?" Aelita asked in knowing her friend was suffering.

"I've….been better? I'm just surprised that all this is happening?" Artemis struggles to withstand the pain and endure a bit more.

"Don't be! Because very soon! You'll be scrapped if you so much as move funny!" Blitzwing angrily snaps with that firey attitude to make the gynoid not try anything funny while he's watching.

"Now-now, let's not jump ahead." Rampage approach the manner to calm the hotheaded bot. "Of course, that depends if you're holding your end of the bargain, little Key?" He darkly issued about if Aelita fails to comply in aiding them, then Artemis' fate will be another story.

"Hmmm…" Aelita continues focusing her ability until at last, she cease the bright light works. "Hugh. I've finished. The Protoform of Transmutate is ready." She signed with relief, accomplishing her task as best she could.

"Then let's download the energy and data, this should recreate and restore the Spark." Knock-Out exclaim in what next step measures they will take to aid them.

Now the experiment was underway, as Artemis suddenly felt a sharp pulse made her twitch. Aelita could only watch as the gynoid was suffering, she only hoped it would end. But then during the process, a sudden tiny explosion occurred around the middle device, causing

"Cough-cough! WOW! Talk about a SWING AND A MISS? Hahahah?" Blitzwing remarks with a crazy attitude as if laughing at this unexpected and fun surprise.

"NOOOO! WHY DIDN'T IT WORK?" Rampage roared in blind anger that the experiment had failed. "EXPLAIN YOURSELVES!" He glares at the brainy scientist for answers to either calm his rage or direct it elsewhere.

"This is strange? According to the data when Tarantulas survived a damaged body, he had his mind within Blackarachnia. If the theory was correct and after helping repair a said body, the data should show the same results to work in restoring a Spark?" Fractyl rubs his chin in trying to figure out the method Tarantulas used when his Spark survived a damaged body and later was placed back fully restored.

"Well it was a long shot?" Knock-Out shrug off the shoulders in seeing they gave it a shot even if in the end, became a bust.

"Grrrr…" Rampage soon turn his growling frustration at Artemis to snatch her upwards from the ground. "What have you not told us!? Transmutate and you were connected, she said you had LIFE?" He snaps in demanding answers from the weaken gynoid to shake her in the air.

"I…don't understand myself?" Artemis tries to stay active despite what she just went through a failed experiment.

"Leave her alone, we've already done enough!" Aelita protest to approach Rampage, demanding her not hurt Artemis anymore.

"BLAH!" Rampage angry roars from blind rage without so much a care that he toss Artemis aside.

"Crash!/Ugh!?" Artemis crashed near the pod as she let off a yelp cry, as the impact was hurtful.

The moment Rampage threw Artemis near the pod with the Protoform, something occurred. The Protoform's liquid pumps were pulsating at an alarming rate, and energy from Artemis radiated off her body.

"Hugh…they're responding?" Venomess lightly gasped in surprise by this.

"That's impossible? I've search that gynoid thing's mind and only came across related energy and Cybertronian data. There should be nothing else?" Fractyl was flabbergasted in what they were seeing was actually happening.

"Ohhh, what's that around her crack chestplate." Blitzwing pointed out like a deranged child noticing something sparkly to be seen.

That's when a shocking surprise was discovered, when Artemis bang against the pod, it broke off a chunk of her chest-plate. Through the crack, it was enough to discover a familiar see-through energy sphere with a pulse in the center. There was no doubt about it, what was within the gynoid was something only the Transformer species have: A Spark!

"Hugh….a Spark!?" Aelita gasped at seeing a Spark exist inside Artemis.

"That's not possible, isn't it? She's not a Transformer?" Venomess protest that the logics of such a thing should not be possible outside a Transformer-like body frame.

"No, but…what happen to Transmutate was a different action that mutated the Transformer it's self beyond normal means?" Fractyl exclaim in having a sudden theory about the unnatural nature that birth Transmutate by a freak accident. "The energy it had was unstable, perhaps in a way it's similar to Rampage's own. A Spark unlike others can survive even if…It was split in two which a normal Spark would cease to be?" He recounts a type of Spark which was different to survive a means of being split and still active even apart.

"Split? Oh come now, we all know Megatron split Rampage's Spark in half to control him. But surely you jest that this is the same and it's almost like an Indestructible Spark?" Knock-Out rhetorically states how such a thing was possible seem highly unlikely, right?

"Maybe it's not all a bluff. Perhaps if the two were connected, then they both end up sharing the other's half." Blitzwing coldly calculated how Artemis acquired a split half Spark of Transmutate by coincidence from being connected by a cable wire.

"So you're saying I have…Life? Like a Transformer?" Artemis exclaim to say in surprise while gazing at what now beats inside herself. "Because of Transmutate? I finally gain, a Spark?" She held her chest tightly from knowing this gift she got from a decease friend.

"Artemis?" Aelita was a bit stun, she never would have believed such a thing could have been possible.

"So what now! We did all this and now we're back to square one?" Blitzwing argued in his raging firey tone how they are stuck with no way of continuing the experiment.

"Oh but on the contrary. This makes it easier now." Rampage darkly surmised things which made everyone look to the dangerous bot. "If this 'thing' has the Half Spark of Transmutate, then RIPPED it out of her!" He clutch his right fist in proclaiming they rip the Spark out.

"WHAT!?" Both Aelita and Artemis yelps at the idea of ripping a Spark out of one's body.

"Oh, transplanting a Spark into a Protoform. Better leave this to the doctor." Knock-Out smirks in knowing this is where his doctor degree comes in: the process of transplanting a Spark from a bot into a Protoform.

"No! You Can't! What'll happen to Artemis?" Aelita protest that they are not certain what could happen to Artemis if they do this.

"Hahahahah! Looks like we're going to find out soon enough? Won't that be fun?" Blitzwing remarks in a crazy laughter as the lunatic side was having a blast.

"Well honey, better take in some last minutes of things, before they become gone." Venomess gently pats Aelita's shoulder on saying farewell to the gynoid.

"No…I won't!/Trrizzzhmm!/AAahhh?" Aelita was about to object until she was zapped into a paralyzed state by Fractyl.

"I do apologize, but we're in the middle of breaking through a new scientific discovery, maybe this experiment can produce some results to please Lord Megatron." Fractyl apologized in advance, for this was a scientific breakthrough they needed to fully understand.

Artemis stars in horror as she was restrain, before being place on a flat rock table. Then Knock-Out something approaches as the Predacon Doctor prepares for a surgical procedure. The scene goes dark of unknown moments that shall happen during such events…

JACKRABBIT'S LOCATION

The scene opens back towards where we find Terra-Lock having managed to carefully pull out the Locking-Chip from Jackrabbit. And when it was over, the rabbit Maximal soon became reactivated when the process was over.

"Wow, I actually managed to get it?" Terra-Lock stated to see how he managed such a feat.

"Ugh, great work. Glad that's over." Jackrabbit aches from having woken up from that experience.

"You sure you'll be alright without this?" Terra-Lock asked with some concerns about having to remove such an important chip.

"Ehh, I'm only endanger if I'm in Robot Mode too long and soaked in too much Energon. And there doesn't seem much here. But let's move on before anything else happens." Jackrabbit explains before having to take their direction towards another objective.

Terra-Lock nods before carefully placing the Locking-Chip in the compartment for the pod. Once that was settled, the process that was halted began to pick up where it started.

"It's in, now what?" Terra-Lock stated in having place the chip in the pod's computer system.

"Now we watch and wait…" Jackrabbit exclaim in how they wait to see how things go from here.

Suddenly the pod was vibrating before a bright flash blinded the younger Maximals. Then through the mist out of the hatch, something arose of a large creature which was the Beast Mode of the new Maximal. A Transmetal version of a large Lambeosaurus with black metal plating & silver features, plus emerald and gold themes on other parts of the body. The front chest was a metallic dragon's paw sign which had a gold circle belly with five red circle lights in the position of a star and one red circle light in the center piece of the chest. Two large gold crescent shoulders facing backwards upwards while the arms were stretch out. A long metallic tail with a drill-head on the tip. The front neck had emerald plated designs leading to a silver dino jaw and it's clear red optic eyes. When it stares down at Jackrabbit and Terra-Lock, they became a bit jumpy…

"YIKES! And I thought Grimlock was big and terrifying!?" Jackrabbit yelps from staring at such a terrifying metallic prehistoric dino.

"Um, do you think we did it right? Is he a friend or is he a dangerous foe?" Terra-Lock asked in having some concern if this new bot won't harm them.

"Well now, that depends if you look past the appearance." Suddenly the youngest Maximals heard a male voice belonging to an older reasonable fella.

"Ehhh?" Both young Maximals looked up because the voice they heard of someone nice came from their new terrifying ally.

"Huh, guess you're a little overwhelm since I'm really big?" The new Maximal replied in knowing those here are still getting over meeting him since he towers over them. "Well, maybe introduction can help calm the mood. Names Dragonzor." He went ahead to introduce himself to those on just who he is.

"Um…Terra-Lock." Terra-Lock slowly introduce himself now.

"And…Jackrabbit." Jackrabbit also introduce herself at the same time.

"Hey! Is anyone in there?" Then a voice belonging to Odd was heard that earn the three Maximals attention. Soon those that were showing up were the Lyko Warriors: there was Odd, Ulrich, William, Yumi, Sissi, and Jeremie being carried by the girls.

"Jackrabbit! What are you doing here?" Sissi asked in seeing the youngest Maximal cadet was here of all places.

"And…with some surprising new friends?" William pointed out in seeing both Terra-Lock and Dragorex.

"Um, yeah….it's a long story and…" While Jackrabbit rubs her backhead to explain, her focus turns to seeing an injured Jeremie. "Woah! What happened to Jeremie?" She asked in sensing something bad must have happened.

"According to him, he got ambushed by some Predacons. They took both Aelita and Artemis." Yumi sadly reveals some bad news about their friends got attacked and two of them got taken.

"We didn't find anything from our side now, especially where Jeremie's group got attack. So we're checking this place." Ulrich explains their situation on having arrived to this area.

"Why not invite your new buddies to help us in our search event." Odd smiles in thinking of bringing in some new backup for such a rescue.

"You bet! I'm not up for losing anymore friends!" Jackrabbit issued in not about to experience losing anymore friends especially Aelita and Artemis. "How about you?" She turns to her new Maximal pals to get their voices heard on the spot.

"Well…it's hard to believe I'll have to face those guys that came and took one of those I wanted to protect." Terra-Lock was a bit worried in facing such things from the past again.

"Hey, don't give yourself too much a hard time." Dragonzor exclaim to calm Terra-Lock down from being distracted by past failures. "After all, I might not be here if someone didn't keep me safe. So, let me help return the favor to help out a friend." He insist to offer aiding those that helped him out with saving other friends in need.

Everyone was amazed to hear what Dragonzor had to offer, and it was some pretty solid advice to depend on friends to help save other friends. Without further delay, the group immediately began to search for where the enemy has their friends held.

AELITA'S LOCATION

The scene opens around where Knock-Out was soon performing an extraction of the Spark that exist within Artemis. He held a strange device that was used to carefully remove a Spark from a Transformer body during emergency procedures: like transferring them into Protoforms.

"AAAhhhhhh!?" Artemis was screaming during the whole process as she felt something being pulled out the closer the device came.

"Ugh…I won't lie, that is not a pleasant sight?" Venomess felt a bit disturb by what she was watching, seem more cruel then what one usual does in the Predacon group.

"Quit stalling, hurry and extract the Spark!" Rampage snaps in demanding this procedure be picked up without delay.

"Well this would have gone faster but you didn't want to waste time deactivating the gynoid to avoid the reaction of removing a Spark when a bot is still active?" Fractyl argued that they ignored the safety procedures to not deal with the screaming.

"Hmph, what can I say…I enjoy hearing such delightful screams of one's agony mix with their fear." Rampage replied with a sinister thought of how he enjoys watching those squirm.

"ARrugh...AAAaahhhhh!?" Artemis groans as she felt closer to losing herself as the device fully grasp onto her chest-plate area.

"Ugh…" Aelita slowly was regaining her conscious, only to see what was happening next…

"And….it's done." Knock-Out replied off as he finishes things up here.

"AAaahhh…" Artemis let off a final cry which became weaken…

Without warning, the Spark was extracted from Artemis' body however, in doing so caused something. The sudden yank made the gynoid fall off the table onto the ground. But it didn't react, for Artemis' lit eyes went off as she lay there like a deactivated robot as if she was…lifeless.

"Hugh!?" Aelita silently gasped with widen eyes as she stares where her friend had fallen. "Artemis!? No….?" She slowly crawled over from her weaken paralyzed state, as she held Artemis' nonfunctioning hand.

"At last…Soon Transmutate will return!" Rampage proclaimed in sounding overjoy of what comes next.

Knock-Out carefully places the Spark within the Protoform very carefully. At that moment, it seem the liquid surrounding the Protoform began to accept the Spark. The Spark was pulsating with the body, the pod's systems began displaying that all functions were meant to help bring the Protoform online.

"Fascinating? This study will bring forth much to know about what we've achieved." Fractyl scratch his chin in seeing they have learn something from this experiment to use a Blank Protoform with a Spark of a decease Transformer.

"Now! Activate her!" Rampage snaps in not wanting to wait anymore.

"Hugh…Wait!" Aelita gasped before stopping the Predacons from what they were about to do. "Are you going to turn her into a Predacon? She wasn't reprogrammed, she…she might not be the same if you change her orginal programming?" She tries to keep the enemy from turning an innocent new life into another evil Predacon.

"Hmmm, is that true?" Rampage narrows his eyes to look to the others, pondering if they did change things, would Transmutate still be the same as before.

"Why should it matter in the end?" Blitzwing coldly waved a hand off in not caring about such minor details. "When all we want, is one who will fight with us!" Then he shouted with his raging firey persona on just wanting someone who can dish it out on the battle. "Heheheh, and maybe do some hobbies?" Then the crazy lunatic part spoke with a little laughter.

"Oh don't be a worrywart, everything shall be fine…" Knock-Out waved off to Rampage in overthinking things too much.

"BOOM!" But suddenly without warning, a loud explosion interrupts the event that turn everyone to see who caused a scene. "ROOOOOAAARRRRR!" That's when Dragonzor was entering the scene with a mighty dino roar.

"OOPS! Looks like someone spoke too soon?" Blitzwing replied off with his crazy persona in seeing they jinx it.

"Hang on Aelita! We'll save you!" Odd was seen on his OverBoard followed by the other Lyoko Warriors riding on their Over-Vehicles to storm the area.

"NRAAAAurgh! Those pesky Earth Children! I'll deal with the big one, you deal with the munchkins!" Rampage growls in frustration before focusing on the bigger issue of a threat.

"Word to the wise, never misjudge someone." Dragorex remarks that Rampage was underestimating them. "Dragorex – MAXIMIZE!" Then he spoke forth his activation code on the spot.

Soon Dragonzor made a loud dino roar, as he began to transform from Beast Mode to Robot Mode. He transforms into a large bot with a gray-silver theme exoskeleton. The lower half remains unchanged, while the top half changes to slider the chest inside the body. The beast arms slip into the crescent shoulders which sliders to become the chest-plate resembling a dragon's paw shield symbol. The upper body then unveils hidden large bulk muscle shoulder-pads and black arms with silver metallic hands. The beast head acts like a helmet while dropping the lower jaw to reveal a metallic silver face with a crimson visor over the eyes. Wielding a staff formed from his long tail with the beast-chest placed in the upper area where the handle is while the drill-head is above. This appearance alone gives the impression of a mighty warrior ready for combat.

"Ugh, apparently they found a big helper?" Venomess slightly felt like they might have underestimated the children who brought in a strong dino to this fight.

"The experiment will have to wait." Fractyl inform the others that they must put this on hold for the time being.

The Predacons immediately began to engage while the Lyoko Warriors used the Over-Vehicles to zig-zag around to make it harder for anyone to blast their targets that move around. While everyone was fighting it off, Terra-Lock peaks from a corner to signal Jackrabbit, Yumi and Sissi to move in. The girls quickly rushed over to help check on Aelita as she still held Artemis' hand.

"Hang on Aelita, we're here to save you." Jackrabbit inform Aelita of this surprise rescue operation.

"Jackrabbit, Artemis…" Aelita weakly mention the gynoid nearby.

"We'll get her, gotta help you first." Sissi inform the girl as she and Yumi picks up Artemis' body.

"But she…" Aelita couldn't finish her words in time.

Aelita was too weak to mention it or perhaps too afraid to reveal what has happened to Artemis before the rescue. While getting those captive out, Terra-Lock noticed something from the corner that surprised him: a Stasis Pod and it was the pod he used to be in which he duped the enemy to take.

"That pod? Is that mine? But, it shouldn't be active, right?" Terra-Lock was very confused by what he sees, but then as the girls ran pass him, something fell out of Aelita's loose pocket: a familiar chip. "Hugh, that pink haired girl drop the same Locking-Chip that Jackrabbit showed me?" Then the guy slowly started to put some pieces together at the chip and the pod. "Could it be that…the enemy was gonna corrupt what's in that pod? I don't understand how, but best not to ignore this." He concludes what it was best to do during this active time.

When Terra-Lock saw the active pod before running up to open the compartment, and place the Locking-Chip inside. Then he tried to figure out how to start the process to help give the Protoform a Beast Mode.

"Hugh!? STOP HIM!" Fractyl yelps to yell out in what he saw happening with Terra-Lock by the pod.

"Hey! Keep your focus on me, buddy!?" Odd remarks to fire a few Laser Arrows to pin the Predacon down.

"Who could not keep an eye on you?" Ulrich rolled his eyes to make a joke about Odd getting others attention by annoyance.

"You miserable children? I will burn you to cinder!" Blitzwing snaps with an angry firey tone as he fires off his rounds.

"Woah, sounds like your hot tempered?" William remarks as he slips through with Super Smoke to catch him off guard.

"And you are about to get a cold shoulder." Blitzwing remarks coldly before firing a freeze ray at the boy.

"Guess again!" Then William split into both light and dark to make sure the attack miss down the middle.

"Hugh!? Did he split or did he have a twin? Haha, I'm losing my mind?" Blitzwing exclaim with a crazy persona in not knowing what happened just now.

"UGH?" Rampage growls as he was wrestling against Dragonzor, as the guy proved to be a tough opponent in brute strength alone.

"DNA Scanner Activated. Scanning For Lifeforms…" The male computer from the pod spoke

Without warning, everyone saw that a DNA Scan Energy Wave was released, as it was looking for animal lifeforms in the area. The one who activated the pod was Terra-Lock as he was surprised by this too.

"Wait! He activated the pod?" Venomess yelps in what was going on while they were fighting.

"Rats! Which means we instead given the Maximals an advantage!?" Knock-Out exclaimed in what they have just let slip pass their fingers.

Once the DNA Scanner wave cease motion, it shrank back to the source. Then the pod's computer was analyzing things before it was vibrating at an alarming rate. Before anyone knew it, a bright flash occurred that blinded everyone temporally.

"Woah! I didn't expect those Preds had a pod with them? Good thing we got to the Maximal in time." Jackrabbit exclaim in seeing they came when they did.

"But that's just it, that isn't any normal Transformer." Aelita exclaim which puzzled those when hearing that.

"MAAAhhh-Aaaahhh!" A strange animal cry was heard which got everyone to focus on what was seen that leaps out of the pod. A Transmetal version of a Fawn Deer with the layout being light tan white-brown metal plating and the underbelly and beneath the ankles to the hooves were lightly turquoise color, and it had bright lit red color eyes. On the leg sides appear to be golden disc and above the forehead region was a gold metal frame mark for style. Just it's basic appearance gives it the feeling it's a mystical deer of metallic beauty.

"Woah! Is that…?" Sissi exclaim in what they are seeing.

"A female deer, yeah it is." Yumi slowly nods her head in agreement.

Everyone was flabbergasted by the sudden appearance of the bot that came out of the pod. But what was even more surprising was seeing the newly functioning deer bot saw them before rushing to leave the scene. In a more surprising event, it transformed into it's Vehicle Mode: Transforms by shifting the front and rear hooves together while bringing the disc on the legs down to form motorcycle wheels, the tail opens to reveal a engine thruster. Making it appear like a Transmetal Fawn Theme Motorcycle.

"Well…that was pretty weird? Leaving without a word?" Odd raised an eyebrow at how weird that was, as everyone saw the new bot leave in such a way without a word.

"No! I must find her!" Rampage protest as he quickly transform into his Vehicle Mode. "And you fools won't stop me!" He proclaim this against those while aiming his weapon.

"POW-POW-POW!/BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!" Rampage fired off his Triple Launcher all over the abandon building's roof areas, destroying them in explosions to cause debris to fall all over.

"What's he doing? This wasn't part of the plan?" Fractyl protest by such rash actions that caught them in the middle of things.

"Apparently, he's burying us with the others, that's what?" Venomess remarks the manner of seeing Rampage just goes ahead and does what he pleases.

"Oh Boy!? Talk about a plan as crazy as me?" Blitzwing laughs it up in a crazy manner by such actions make even the lunatic persona seem almost sane.

While everyone was distracted, Aelita notice Rampage slipping out during the confusion. She knew immediately, his target was the newly awaken Maximal that just left.

"Ugh….we have to go after her!" Aelita groans to speak up to those with her about pursuing the new Maximal that left.

"But Aelita, you're not well? We should…/Trriizzzvhm…/Ugh?" Jackrabbit was about to protest, but got an electric surge without warning to drop down.

"Woah, what's with you?" Yumi yelps in seeing what happened to Jackrabbit seem familiar.

"An Energon Buildup?" Sissi raised an eyebrow in not seeing that for some time.

"Eh-heh, long story? I gave my chip to help our buddy Dragorex." Jackrabbit sheepishly chuckle to laugh off the pain she's feeling before transforming back to Beast Mode.

"Well lets save that for later. Aelita is still right, we gotta go after who that Rampage guy is chasing." Odd replied while agreeing to Aelita that they can't leave a new active bot alone with an enemy as dangerous as Rampage on the loose.

"Aelita can take those with her. We'll try to catch up later." Ulrich inform about those catching up after handling the situation here a bit.

"Right, but how's anyone gonna get there with this major blockage?" William pointed out that Rampage's attack has caused a major blockade to stall for time.

"You can't go after them, but I can!" Then Dragorex approaches to offer those some assistance.

What happen next was Dragonzor transforms back into his Beast Mode. But then he transforms even further by leaning himself self forward, then revealing hidden beneath the feet are treadmills. Then his fingertips revealing mini-missiles for firing. The drill-head tip on the tail can spin & from swinging it, can drill through hard bedrocks. It's appearance is somewhat like picturing a mobile dino-vehicle tank with weapons in front and a drill on the backside.

"Woah! That's some handy mode?" Terra-Lock exclaimed in finding this Vehicle Mode pretty something else.

"Climb aboard! I'll get us there." Dragonzor offered those a ride on him.

Aelita nods before she, Jackrabbit, and Terra-Lock, climb onto Dragonzor. The Lyoko Warriors would hold the Predacons off for a while before catching up. Soon Dragonzor began to use his front weaponry to blast through the obstacle while driving them off to catch up to those ahead.

SOMEWHERE

THE DEER MAXIMAL'S LOCATION

The scene opens to where the Transmetal Deer rides off to stop near a spot with a lake water. After stopping, she shift changes to her Beast Mode to look at the water which reflects herself. The new Maximal seem very puzzled while trying to understand itself. Then Rampage rolled in before transforming to Robot Mode, and made a loud stomp on impact which startled the new creature.

"Ah there you are." Rampage spoke to the deer as she seem alert of the scary creature's approaches. "Don't be afraid, you know me, do you not?" He gently speaks to calm the worried bot for overreacting.

The Transmetal deer was still a bit on high alert, yet somehow when Rampage spoke to it…she felt something. A strange sense of having known this bot from before.

"Be at ease I won't hurt you, Transmutate." Rampage he kindly spoke in wishing to talk to the one brought back.

"Trans…mutate?" The Transmetal Deer replied with a unique voice, almost similar to Transmutate but more developed.

"Yes…YES! That is your name." Rampage exclaim in trying to help this one know her own name. "Come with me my friend, we have much to catch up on." He held a hand out to give the bot that is Transmutate, a chance to be with him like before.

The deer bot was somewhat curious, it's fear was subsided as it wanted to walk closer to Rampage. Suddenly a loud tank was heard before rushing to slam on the ground, was none other then Dragonzor as he transform to Robot Mode as Aelita's company had arrived in the nick of time.

"BAAAAAH! You Still PERSIST to NO END!" Rampage roared out in anger in seeing those still persist.

"We do!" Aelita protest in anger before standing up. "You used my friend! And now she's…" She gripped her hands, looked down to Artemis' non-active body that has cease function.

"Bah! What do I care for the life of that pathetic thing!" Rampage remarks in caring little for something that doesn't have a Spark of their won. "Now Transmutate! Help me finish off these fools. You hold the great power. Now use it! Transform! You Have a Beast Mode now, you can do it!" He turns to encourage the deer to transform and fight.

The Deer Maximal was very puzzled, but it did something that allowed it to transform from Beast Mode to Robot Mode. Upon transforming became a fembot with turquoise color exoskeleton frame, the hind legs shift down to become the main heel-boots, the arms came out from the chest region while the front legs were placed upon the shoulder region as shoulder pads. The deer-head sank into the chest-plate area while exhibiting the eye colors on the left and right portion of the chest. The head pops out of the body forming a chrome helmet with crescent 'W' shape lines on both cheek sides and for the forehead location. The face was metallic with tan light white-brown color and had clear orange optic eyes. In appearance alone, it was like seeing a female Amazon warrior of the cyber-tech future.

"Ahhhh, just as magnificent as when I last saw you." Rampage exclaim from remembering the appearance, it's feature is different but it's still no less more magnificent. "You're starting to remember, good…now don't be afraid to show your true power, Transmutate." He next went ahead to help encourage the Deer Maximal to show forth her capabilities.

"Transmutate…True…Power…" The new female referring to herself as Transmutate respond with much puzzlement.

"Yes! Your Destructive Power…Use it on those that oppose you!" Rampage points forth to insist the revived Transmutate due away with their foes.

"Power…Use On those…Oppose me…?" The new Transmutate slowly responds with curiosity of wonderment.

Soon without warning, a strange purple energy was emitting around the Deer Maximal's body.

"Woah, what is that?" Terra-Locket yelps from the unknown energy the new bot was exhibiting.

"That's the Sonic Scream that Transmutate used, which means…?" Aelita gasped in knowing what's about to come next.

"Get behind me! I'll try to take it." Dragonzor instructs those as he stands in front ready to take the heavy force.

"Use power…on those who oppose?" Transmutate responded with somewhat puzzled and curious words to understand.

"Yes-yes! DO IT!" Rampage insist to let Transmutate finally be as she was.

"Oppose me…" Transmutate responds but then a strange flash across her optics made the peaceful bot stare at the others. "Is Not My Friends…" She spoke forth in disagreement on who to attack.

"What?" Rampage replied confused, why did this one refuse to do so.

"But…YOU!" Transmutate responded with a secondary voice as she stares at Rampage with fury.

"Hugh?" Rampage was taken aback, that was not Transmutate he was just talking to.

"Wah….Artemis?" Aelita gasped in surprise, Transmutate sounded like…her gynoid friend.

"GRAAAAAA-AARRRRGHHHH!/POWWFruvhmmm…" Suddenly Transmutate released a familiar Sonic Scream attack of energy burst directed towards….Rampage.

"KABOOMVhhmmm…./GRAAAAAAAAAUUUGGHHH!" An explosion occurred which shot Rampage straight through the air and out of distance.

When it was over, many saw the energy emitted faded and only Transmutate was left. Many could not believe what occurred, they almost believed that Rampage convinced it to attack them, but it did the opposite.

"Um, did I miss something? Or did Artemis' voice come from that new bot…?" Jackrabbit asked from being extra confused and lost by what happened.

"You aren't the only one who's confused?" Terra-Lock scratch his head from not following any of this stuff in the least bit.

Soon Aelita approached Transmutate cautiously while the others were still spell-bound. When it didn't attack, but offered a hand as Aelita ended up shaking hands with one making a friend.

"Who…are you? You look like Transmutate but…I heard Artemis in you? How?" Aelita sked a puzzling question which she needed to know the answer to.

"I'm…Transmutate/and...Artemis/Together?" The figure spoke one part Transmutate, the other Artemis, before they finished that sentence together in the end.

That left everyone very puzzled and very confused when hearing this, especially Aelita. After getting word back from the other Lyoko Warriors that the rest of the Predacons called a Warp Gate to vacate the area, they would come by later. The others knew that there was gonna be a long discussion in what it was that has transpired, and more so, what they ended up getting…

SOMETIME LATER

AT THE MAXIMAL BASE

After much time has passed, the scene reopens around the Maximal Base. We zoom in around the Command Center were a familiar scene shows the new Transmutate on the center console table, as she was being scanned by the Maximals in the room. The children were all present, and even Silverbolt was in the room after hearing what events transpired. Even the mentions about the existence of a new reprogram Predacon named Growler to even a fuzor named Blitzwing that has join the ranks. And the greatest nutshell, that the enemy was using a method to bring back a decease Transformer and how the Half-Spark of Transmutate ended up in Artemis before using it to make the new Maximal before everyone.

"It's almost too much to swallow, and even more remarkable to believe?" Silverbolt exclaim from being baffled by all of this. "One moment Transmutate was here, the next…she was gone? And yet, here you stand, it's strange for me to believe?" The noble Fuzor could not believe so much that it seems like the days of yesterday-year were but a single moment when one saw Transmutate to even her final hour of an end.

"Heh, you ain't the only one Bolt?" Rattrap remarked in agreement on the weirdness scale that went up. "Now pretty much our group has two bots that came back in new bodies?" He rhetorically comments in knowing both Optimus and the new bot have experienced new bodies compared to their old ones.

"But is it really Transmutate…or is it Artemis who's in control of that body? It's really far out, you know?" Cheetor scratch his backhead from not knowing who was really who here.

"We've ran diagnostics and the information Aelita told us. Along with what the enemy was plotting." Longrack explain the most brief analyzed codes on the data they collected.

"Along with data that all scans show, the body was indeed Transmutate before Aelita reconfigured it into becoming a new vessel: a Protoform." Dive-Bomb points out that there was not mistaking it, the Deer Maximal before them is Transmutate who in the past lack a Beast Mode.

"However, we've picked up some changes when comparing the two. Both the previous to the current bot in this room." Rhinox expressed words that were firmly serious about 'changes' they found different from when they ran a scan on Transmutate before her destruction.

"What sort of changes? Ugh?" Jeremie approached before aching from an injury from what happen earlier.

"Easy Jeremie, you're still recovering." Dive-Bomb inform the young boy to not be rash.

"I'll be fine. Well?" Jeremie replied to say while focusing more on what they learn about the new Transmutate.

"The data tracks that were beyond recovering seem stable enough to function a Beast Mode, the structure is at most stronger then what was previously, and it's logic circuits which were barely at the level of a drone seem to have reach a firm ground." Optimus Primal explain the basic ground about comparing notes on what they can come to understand Transmutate in a new body form. "It's a wonder the sheer power we previously saw is at most, under more capable control." He points out another major fact that suggest the energy power is not at an uncontrollable state as prior to before.

"So then, let's like Transmutate is not a danger to itself and everyone around like the first time?" Aqurius asked in thinking maybe this was some form of good news.

"But then, why is she different now?" Odd rubs his noggin in feeling like there's things they have yet to fully understand.

"It's likely because Aelita helped fix the body from an unstable energy feedback. Followed by Artemis' intelligence gave a boast for Transmutate to process at a higher level." Longrack

"But to think the Predacons believed Artemis was wired to the pod during the event, and lead to discovering she had half of Transmutate's Spark is a shock to us all. It seems almost vaguely similar to what Tarantulas was saved due to Blackarachnia using the forbidden Cortical Psychic Patch to acquire his knowledge into herself. If enough was salvage, that could help reignited a Spark, but…the problem lied with the Spark being unstable it's self?" Dive-Bomb held his chin to ponder this theory very carefully while running through possibilities that seem similar to old cases but could fill in the voids of what has truly occurred.

"Well, if Artemis is okay, can't we just hook them and get them split?" William asked in thinking the solution is very simple: just perform a link to get Artemis back in her own body.

"I'm sorry…It's not that simple." Artemis' voice was heard while shaking Transmutate's head.

"What do you mean?" Ulrich raised an eyebrow, finding that statement a bit odd.

"Mind needs help, Artemis…help Transmutate, think better." Transmutate spoke with some practice word sentences about her situation.

"Think better, how can Artemis help Transmutate think better?" Sissi asked very puzzled about such a claim.

"Me Grimlock have answer!" Then Grimlock was seen popping in from near hatch door to peak inside since he can't fit his entire self in.

"You do Grimlock?" Yumi asked if the old Autobot knows anything about this.

"Yep! Me remember time when Grimlock was Super Smart Genius by an accident occurrence?" Grimlock mentions something that surprised the children to hear.

"Really, you were a Super Genius?" Jeremie asked almost baffled to believe the strong brute type of guy like Grimlock, was a genius.

"Yep, me help Autobots, and then help make the Technobots during a battle. But they lack Intelligence to beat enemy Decepticon with Brute Force. So Grimlock help them receive what help them in the end and me became good old Grimlock again." Grimlock explain an old past from long ago in which he gave up his Super Intelligence to help new bots stand a chance against an enemy.

"Woah! Did that really happen?" Odd asked in finding this story something else.

"It did, it's a record left in the history of Cybertron during the Great War." Optimus Primal confirms what Grimlock said was what happened during a war of Autobots and Decepticons.

"But then are you saying that, Artemis can't return to her body? She's stuck?" Jeremie asked in thinking there's something else bothering them, which involves returning Artemis to where she belongs.

"I know this is strange, but during the moment the Spark was within my gynoid body, I felt knew senses." Artemis spoke through Transmutate in what events lead to her knew sensations. "When that Spark was place in the Protoform, I felt Transmutate. During that time, I took the chance to help learn what programming errors lead to Transmutate. Thanks to Aelita's help reconfiguring the body, it played a small part. Last thing needed, was a Maximal Locking-Chip." She explained the key events that were what needed to help in reconfiguring & rebuild Transmutate thanks to some outside help.

"Wow, I guess I really helped out." Terra-Lock rubs his back head from feeling a bit bashful.

"My own consciousness is here, I've check much to confirm the body is healthy. But right now I've learn Transmutate needs help developing. So I want to ask a favor." Artemis spoke through Transmutate with a report before asking a request. "Please wait for the time I completely help Transmutate have a more stable intelligence. It was through such an error that she could not fully grasp her own abilities. With time, I believe by then she will be a better aid and a reliable comrade you can trust." She explain the course of what is needed to allow Transmutate to become a much better bot.

Everyone heard this yet many were a bit complex about such a thing. While it's true that Transmutate maybe perfectly fine now, the question remains in her mind. Without a proper working mind to handle a great destructive power could lead to more harm then good. It seems that Artemis has come to learn of this, which is why she wants to first help save the friend she failed to help before.

"Hugh, I suppose if it's to help, then permission granted." Optimus Primal signed before deciding to allow Artemis such an important mission that may in term help a new member out.

"Thank you…I'll do my best…to better myself. As the second Transmutate…or rather as…Trans-Mutate." Transmutate suddenly was speaking while announcing a surprising new name.

"You change how to address you name?" Jack-Tool asked a bit puzzled by this.

"She believes maybe it's like a fresh new start." Artemis spoke through the now dubbed Trans-Mutate about the manner. "We'll rest in my old quarters, we can bring my gynoid body there to." She stated on where one will be during this break.

"Agreed. I think we all can use a little break." Optimus Primal nods to agree on what was suggested forth. "Speaking of break, I like to see how good this Dragonzor is that he helped out." He spoke in liking to meet the newest strong member of the Maximal group.

"Oh he outside, me Grimlock get him ready to meet commander!" Grimlock spoke as he slides his upper half down the elevator hatch while Optimus lightly chuckles to follow out the normal way.

"Hay Jack-Tool, listen…" Jackrabbit approached with a hesitated expression. "I wanna apologize for, you know?" She was trying to gather the courage to say sorry for her earlier actions.

"It's alright Jackrabbit, you were just upset." Jack-Tool rest a hand down on the young Maximal rabbit bot for going through such emotions. "But thanks to you, not only did you find other Maximals, but perform a good rescue mission." He smiled to praise the girl for having done some amazing things as the youngest cadet.

"Well, it'll take time to get use to how weird things are?" Jackrabbit shrugs off her shoulders to admit how weird it'll be to get use to changes.

"You and me both." Jack-Tool replied off in understanding full well on getting use to weird things.

"Hey Jackrabbit, wanna show me around the place?" Terra-Lock asked in wanting the one who helped him out get a guided tour.

"Sure, follow me. I'm an expert." Jackrabbit eagerly replied before yanking the young Fuzor Cadet to follow her out.

"Well, it's nice seeing she's got a good friend close to her age." Jack-Tool smiles in seeing that Jackrabbit won't be having problems with a fellow Maximal close to her age to get along with.

"Awe, I think they might be more then just friends." Aquarius made a sly smile in seeing how it's possible, Jackrabbit and Terra-Lock might have feelings for another but just don't know because they're too young.

The scene later changes to a certain quarter chamber, where there wasn't too much inside. There were pictures of Artemis with her friends and the Maximals including objects from past adventures. And we see Trans-Mutate entering the slide doors carrying the gynoid body of Artemis to carefully set her in a chair. But after finishing, the Deer Maximal turns to notice some visiting company in the familiar faces of Silverbolt, Jeremie and Aelita.

"Hello friends?" Trans-Mutate replied forth to those visiting the chamber. "You wanna speak to Transmutate or me?" Then Artemis spoke through in who it was her friends wanted to meet.

"Oh, um…How rude of us, well…" Silverbolt carefully tried to not be seen as someone rude.

"We actually wanna speak to both of you." Jeremie issued to mention that they wanna speak to the duo sharing one body. "Artemis, we know you been upset lately in feeling like it's hard to keep up with everyone." The boy stated that from how the Maximals and even the Meta-Human children are growing, Artemis felt like she was lagging behind.

"And we know you want to help Trans-Mutate, you feel that you want to fix what happen in the past." Aelita stated in knowing that it's been bugging the gynoid for some time. "But we feel like, you don't want to be who you were?" The pink haired girl was sensing that Artemis rather be a Transformer that does more then what her gynoid body could ever do.

"It's true, I want to help, but…that doesn't mean we won't see another." Artemis spoke through Trans-Mutate to give some assurance to her worried friends. "I'm inside here, and helping Trans-Mutate to fit in…can help me learn more things in what it's like being a Transformer." She insist that this is the next best thing she can do to help while learning.

The group heard this to consider the manner that Artemis wants to help the new Trans-Mutate while learning more things about Transformers. But even still, everyone was use to having Artemis around, and now her mind is in a different body while the gynoid body lay in an unmoving state.

"Don't be sad, Artemis help…Make me better, friends no feel hurt." Trans-Mutate spoke in stating a little more of her improved speech about how Artemis was helping her out. "I will…get better, and then Artemis, can be present, always." She spoke to ensure those present, that Artemis will return to her body once the bot's mind is fully developed.

"Thank you Trans-Mutate, I think Artemis is right. Helping you get better is important. And helping a friend is what we all want." Aelita smiles in feeling a bit better now in seeing how Artemis' efforts are helping someone.

"Indeed, but perhaps take it slowly. I have a feeling, you'll meet up with your other…friend, who thinks differently." Silverbolt firmly spoke especially when speaking of 'another friend' that is different from them.

"You mean Rampage? But don't you think he's realized that the Transmutate that came back is not entirely the same? She's even going by Trans-Mutate instead?" Jeremie raised an eyebrow to question if Rampage will come after Trans-Mutate who is different from before.

"I'm not certain of anything, but best be wary in case one's path crosses on the battlefield." Silverbolt firmly suggest a word of caution when dealing with an enemy that has no means of quitting. "But never fear, we shall each cover our backs to insure, none hurt our fellow comrades." The noble Fuzor proclaim this as a means of making sure those here, will not suffer.

"Thank you all…/We approach it." Trans-Mutate and Artemis both gave their thanks to their friends for their thoughtful words.

"We best be going." Aelita exclaim as she decided to let those rest after much of today. "Sleep well…Trans-Mutate …Artemis…I'm glad that in the end, we didn't lose any friends." She spoke with her sincere thoughts on the manner.

Now the group are seen leaving while giving a few farewells to both old and new friend. After being left alone, Trans-Mutate stares at the sitting gynoid body while back out the door of those that left.

"Friends good. Thank you for…helping me." Trans-Mutate replied on how thankful she was to have good friends.

"It's what any friend would do. And we have a long way to go." Artemis spoke through the bot about such manners of helping another out.

"Then…is it helpful to give friend a ride? Maybe take Artemis' body out?" Trans-Mutate offered some helpful thing in what a friend would do.

"Hugh, a gynoid riding a robotic Fawn? It's got science and fantasy rolled into one. But we'll have to tie myself or I'll fall off." Artemis spoke through next in finding the idea like something from a story.

With that, both Trans-Mutate and Artemis would slowly spend time discussing things about how to better help one another. The scene shifts towards Artemis' gynoid body, as one could see that even while it was offline, a smile was seen. The events are a new beginning and soon may help those evolve into better selves…

NOTES: The main subjects mention in the story are all related to how Transformers can comeback to life. The most common thing is transplanting a Spark into a new Protoform body. Optimus Primal return by an experiment to find his Spark and guide it back. However, Tarantulas shared a body with Blackarachnia, and when he return to his old body mention his Spark was restored. So what occurred in the study of bringing back former Transformer life will eventually lead to events in Season 3 (in this case, the events introducing Dinobot II).

Rigger and Hoggish Greedly are characters from the Captain Planet TV Series.

The big notice of something outside the TV Series, was that Transmutate perished. However there exist a different version in another timeline I thought could bring about a new twist.

NOTED FACT: Here are the newly introduced OCs into the Beast Wars Universe. Managed to work them in with some ways in both Maximal and Predacon accounts, made by the Authors listed above their names and something from the VISION-KING himself. And a bonus of a newly remade original character from the TV Series. So hope you'll enjoy them and look forward to their appearances.

*Azure Phoenix

Name: Blitzwing

Function: Predacon

Transmutation: Fuzor

Beast Mode: A mixture between a Killer Bee and Tyrant Beetle. The frontal appearance is more a Transmetal-like version of a black Tyrant Beetle with gray markings all over the body and gray muscles in the torso and the brachium of both arms and forelegs. There are six-limbs, the middle pair of limbs act as arms. The head area shows red eyes, a long pointed crest on the sides of the head. The other features reveal things similar to a Killer Bee with the furriness which covers the top looking like red hair, a pair of long mandibles. And it has two pairs of large wings that extend from a pronotum on the upper back. Another notice is that the bottom of the limbs points seem similar to a bee's stinger.

Robot Mode: Transforms into a humanoid figure of it's Beast Mode version with some changes. The bottom rear splits into legs that have large calves, the beast head merges to become the chest-plate. The insect legs are place from the waist to the stomach region on left and right sides. The beetle chest region splits to form the arms with large spaulders and a pair of three razer claw-stinger gauntlets the actual hands seen underneath. The two pairs of large wings extend from the pronotum on the upper back in an 'X' shape arrangement. It still retains much of it's Beast Mode appearance, with the exoskeleton limb parts are white muscles in the brachium of the arms and the thighs, and a black muscle in the torso. The helmet pops out after the transformation, with a long pointed crest on the back of the head, the red fur acting as the wild hair, and a pair of long mandibles sticking upwards in front. The metallic face is gray-white and has a large red visor over the optics in shielding his eyes. From a full view, it's clear this guy can be hostile and dangerous.

Weapons: Assault Sniper Rifle, brings up an assault sniper rifle style base on one of the insect legs, capable of long-range shooting multiple sting shots. Mandible Cutters, a pole object with crescent mandibles making an 'S' shape weapon capable of combat & can be split into two swords for each hand. Razor Claws, three razor claw-stinger gauntlets which are used to hack and slash targets during close melee battles. Visor Ray Beam, fires a red beam ray from it's visor optics at targets dealing damage blows.

Bio: After an error in the programming which resulted in the birth of this Fuzor, he's become an absolute terror on the battlefield using his fast flight motion and razor sharp claws to tear through with maximum effect. Few things are more destructive and demoralizing to an enemy force than a flash slashing bug landing on the front line at Mach 2. Blitzwing changes his attack styles rapidly in battle to keep his opponents off-balance at all times. And through it all, he's laughing like a madman because it's just funny to him. His function is likely a Berserker, considering his personality is split in sometimes being a cold strategist, other times consumed with raging thirst to attack targets, or he's just plain hilarious nut-job of a loco. Never knowing which three one can get at any given moment, as he'll change in mid-sentence, but all three outcomes are gonna be unpleasant in some way. Blitzwing is easy to manipulate given his unstable mind which Megatron uses to his advantage. His unstable mind maybe an error effect, but perhaps with some given time he can come to understand certain things: like that something can be dangerous to both ally and enemy that brings up to questin what action he should take…

Noted Fact: Picture his Personality is like Blitzwing from Transformers Bumblebee film and a bit of Transformers G1's old version. The appearances are based on two related Digimon creatures one can closely picture what to imagine them like. The Beast Mode is somewhat like a version of GranKuwagamon. The Robot Mode is somewhat like a version of GrandisKuwagamon.

Name: Growler

Function: Predacon

Transmutation: Transmetal

Beast Mode: A Transmetal version of a jade green Giganotasaurus, only the rest of the body was dark green that had more metallic features, and with glowing yellow optic lens type eyes. Another notice feature was the slightly longer arms with blades across the wrist, and rotation turbines on the leg rears along with a metal tail edge with two blades on the sides.

Vehicle Mode: The back hunches over as the body leans more forward, the back compartment opens to reveal a rotor blade that unfolds and expands from the spine area. The turbine fans on the legs pop out to shift vertical upwards to act like the back propeller rotor blades for turn motion. It's almost like a gigantic T-Rex version of a Helicopter vehicle.

Robot Mode: Transforms the body by rotating the upper portion to shift change allowing the lower region of legs to be the same. The beast head merges into the chest-plate area, the turbine fans locate at the backside behind the shoulders, and the tail splits to form the arms with the gauntlets acting for the edge blades. The helmet appears style like two upward horns, has a silver metallic face which had a face-plate covering the mouth area and glowing red-violet optic eyes.

Weapons: Fusion Cannon, carries a large fusion cannon on hand to blast powerful energy shots at targets to level areas. Twin Missile Shoulder Launchers, a hidden compartment slides back to reveal twin set missile launchers on each shoulder, capable of firing missiles off at distant targets. Tail-Mounted Patas, from the gauntlets show the tail blade edge which can expand into a pata type weapon.

Bio: When a Stasis Pod was found, Megatron decided to reprogram the Protoform to be of his own vision. And thus Growler came to exist, and among the Predacons things like a genuinely loyal and competent commander level role is nearly impossible to find in such a bot. But Growler is one of those exceptions to the rule. Growler shows loyalty to Megatron & the Predacon cause is so intense to even exclude most other emotions and interests from his mind. He is dedicated to destruction in his leader's name. One of his feats show he has the brains to back up that dedication, power to enforce Megatron's will, and the initiative to form plans and get them done. Growler could easily rule the Predacons himself if he so desired, either as a power behind the throne or directly overthrowing his psychotic master, but his responses to any suggestions that he do so? And uses the phrase: 'All hail Megatron!' to those around him.

Noted Fact: Picture his Personality is somewhat like Cyclonus from Transformers G1 TV Series. Previously went by the name Cyclonus, but changed it to fit his Beast-Mode characteristic figure.

*Sage of the Azure Phoenix

Name: Dragonzor (Previously known as Dragonix)

Function: Maximal

Transmutate: Transmetal

Beast Mode: A Transmetal version of a large Lambeosaurus with black metal plating & silver features, plus emerald and gold themes on other parts of the body. The front chest was a metallic dragon's paw sign which had a gold circle belly with five red circle lights in the position of a star and one red circle light in the center piece of the chest. Two large gold crescent shoulders facing backwards upwards while the arms were stretch out. A long metallic tail with a drill-head on the tip. The front neck had emerald plated designs leading to a silver dino jaw and it's clear red optic eyes.

Vehicle Mode: Transforms by leaning it's self forward, then revealing hidden beneath the feet are treadmills. Then it's fingertips revealing mini-missiles for firing. The drill-head tip on the tail can spin & from swinging it, can drill through hard bedrocks. It's appearance is somewhat like picturing a mobile dino-vehicle tank with weapons in front and a drill on the backside.

Robot Mode: Transforms into a large bot with a gray-silver theme exoskeleton. The lower half remains unchanged, while the top half changes to slider the chest inside the body. The beast arms slip into the crescent shoulders which sliders to become the chest-plate resembling a dragon's paw shield symbol. The upper body then unveils hidden large bulk muscle shoulder-pads and black arms with silver metallic hands. The beast head acts like a helmet while dropping the lower jaw to reveal a metallic silver face with a crimson visor over the eyes. Wielding a staff formed from his long tail with the beast-chest placed in the upper area where the handle is while the drill-head is above. This appearance alone gives the impression of a mighty warrior ready for combat.

Weapons: Tail-Drill Staff, wielding a staff with a drill-head spear point can do damage in not just strikes, but also puncture through defenses. Fin Energy Slash, channeling green energy into the fin on top of the head, fires a crescent fin slashing in the air, dealing some considerable damage from long-range. Seismic Claw Stomp, when it stomps one of it's green glowing claw feet on the ground, causing energy to disburse in sending bolts & chunks of Earth to hit one or multiple targets in front of it. Fin Laser Gaze, when the fin glows bright along with the visor eyes, the optic visor fires a strong laser blast-wave dealing long-range damage to targets.

Bio: A large and powerful Maximal warrior who has a strong-willed. This bot maybe big, large, and powerful looking which earn him a spot as a First-Strike Infantry position when he goes out to do battle. However, Dragonzor has also studied the various martial arts which is why he can wield long-reach weapons in melee combat fights. Despite his size and heavy weight which may slow him down, he has taken this into consideration to allow his other senses to alert him so that he won't be just a big target. Dragonzor is a good bot at heart and gets along with those around, knowing to be there for his friends and allies, and is a strong fighter to back anyone up when in a tight jam.

Noted Fact: Picture his Personality is that of Tommy Oliver (AKA The Green Ranger) from Power Rangers, and the Beast Mode designed from Dragonzord along with the Robot Mode designed from Dragonzord Battle Mode (Minus the Mastodon, Tricertops, & Sabertooth Tiger combine parts for the body-arms & feet). Also while his name was Dragonix, thought fans would like something that with appearance & personality of the Green Ranger's zord, came across the idea of Dragonzor which is close to saying 'Dragonzord' just without the 'D' effect.

*VISION-KING

Name: Terra-Lock

Function: Maximal

Transmutation: Fuzor

Beast Mode: The appearance seem like mixture of a Big Horn Sheep and of an Ox with some Transmetal outer parts feature on the body framework. It's features were a bulky, quadrupedal ox-like animal. The body is mostly gray, with tan coloration on its face, underbelly and legs. It has sharp orange eyes with small black pupils. It has two large sharply curving brown horns from a Big Horn Sheep protruding from either side of its head and a metallic crest of spikes on its forehead. It has a plump, yet powerfully-built and muscular body with thick legs. Has tan metallic boot-like formations encircling each foot, and deep brown hoof-like feet. It has a stubby pointed tail and orange metal features protruding from the hump on its shoulders. In such a short view, it's like it has the body of an Ox, but the height of a Big Horn Sheep followed by the horns, hooves and tail. Noted Fact: Picture his appearance like Terrakion from the Pokemon series.

Robot Mode: During transformation, roars before standing on the hind legs and the upper region changes. Revealing a silver exoskeleton frame from the legs, arms and neck regions while parts of the Beast Mode are shape-shift into parts for the limb areas. The rear legs become apart of the boot-knee feature. The front legs transform into gauntlets where silver hands come out. The main body transforms into a protective chest-plate of a knightly theme with bulky shoulder pads, having an 'M' logo of the horns in the center part of the chest, followed by with a drape plate down the waist near the knees. Then the head pops out revealing an knight-helmet with crescent horns. Around the face is a silver metallic face with some feature of an Ox-like muzzle mouth followed by full orange color optic eyes. Upon viewing the height and width of the bot, it's close to saying this one is almost around Rhinox's feature while not as big or tall, but not as small as short average size bots. Noted Fact: Picture his appearance like the Mystic Minotaur from Power Rangers Mystic Force series.

Weaponry: Ox Axe, a metallic large axe which is used for melee combat which is perfect to deal damage to structures and targets, plus acts like a shield against weapons and projectiles. Pyro Breath Beam, fires a burning energy ray from the mouth which deals considerable damage to tough target areas in the field of vision plus impacting multiple targets. Horn Missiles, are a gray two horn missile launcher, capable of firing double rounds each use to deal larger explosive impacts on targets.

Bio: The only thing about Terra-Lock was that he was about to board the Axelon when his 14th age was approaching which allowed him to join under Cadet class. When his pod crashed on Nexas Earth, an error made him into a Fuzor. There were two large pods next to him, but when the Predacons came nearby, he was only able to save one of them while tricking them with his empty pod. The moment he meant Jackrabbit in saving her life, she helped him overcome his guilt and become a better bot. He is still a young, eager, ready to show his stuff bot while wanting to be there to save his comrades and help his friends out. Even while being a cadet, his size and strength makes him like how Rhinox was before he became a Transmetal. While not letting it be known, he does seem to like Jackrabbit, but is still too young to realize he maybe 'in love' with the rabbit bot. (Noted Fact: Picture his personality like Hot Shot from Transformers: Rescue Bot Academy)

(RE-ENVISIONED FOR TRANSFORMERS BEAST WARS SERIES)

Name: Trans-Mutate

Function: Maximal

Transmutation: Transmetal

Beast Mode: A Transmetal version of a Fawn Deer with the layout being light tan white-brown metal plating and the underbelly and beneath the ankles to the hooves were lightly turquoise color, and it had bright lit red color eyes. On the leg sides appear to be golden disc and above the forehead region was a gold metal frame mark for style. Just it's basic appearance gives it the feeling it's a mystical deer of metallic beauty. (Noted Fact: Picture the Beast Mode is almost similar to the Deer Zord from Power Rangers Wild Force)

Vehicle Mode: Transforms by shifting the front and rear hooves together while bringing the disc on the legs down to form motorcycle wheels, the tail opens to reveal a engine thruster. Making it appear like a Transmetal Fawn Theme Motorcycle. (Noted Fact: Picture the Motorcycle used by Transmutate from Beast Wars: Uprising only in a more Deer theme style)

Robot Mode: A fembot with turquoise color exoskeleton frame, the hind legs shift down to become the main heel-boots, the arms came out from the chest region while the front legs were placed upon the shoulder region as shoulder pads. The deer-head sank into the chest-plate area while exhibiting the eye colors on the left and right portion of the chest. The head pops out of the body forming a chrome helmet with crescent 'W' shape lines on both cheek sides and for the forehead location. The face was metallic with tan light white-brown color and had clear orange optic eyes. In appearance alone, it was like seeing a female Amazon warrior of the cyber-tech future. (Noted Fact: Picture the Robot Mode as the same Transmutate from the Beast Wars: Uprising.)

Weaponry: Fawn Twin Swords, wields metallic handles which extend forth harden blue structure blades. Sonic Scream, channels purple energy around herself before making a loud scream shockwave force capable of blasting enemies away and leveling areas. Mini Waist Missiles, opens a hidden compartment to fire mini missile rounds to deal damage to surrounding area and multiple targets. Aid Scout Drone, a specially design hover-drone to provide aid with necessary tools for repairing things mechanical and survey areas to aid other parties.

Bio: The bot known as Transmutate was at first believe to have been destroyed when it was online for no more then a day. But then through an unknown event, Rampage plotted to use a pod and find a way to repair the damaged body to become capable as a reconfigured Protoform. But the last step was finding a trace of Spark energy which was found in a gynoid body named Artemis, but there was more to it: it had Half a Spark which from being connected to Transmutate's pod caused half of it to be in a separate non-Transformer body. So the Predacons separated the Half-Spark out to place in a newly reconfigured Protoform of Transmutate. But before reprogramming it, the Maximals intervene, and one managed to place a Maximal Locking-Chip. Then the pod picked up a Fawn DNA nearby which produced a Transmetal Deer. However, a strange side-effect was done that while the body is not as nightmarish, the gynoid AI known as Artemis exist within. And discovered that Transmutate still retains the destructive power from before, but the mind needs developing to handle it. Artemis helps the now dubbed 'Trans-Mutate' make progress of herself to learn just who she is. Her function is Freedom Fighter, yet she seems able to do work around anything with wires and circuits.

While It's far from obvious that inside the cheerful Trans-Mutate lies a swirling maelstrom of destructive energies that could spell devastation for all those around her. While lesser robots would obsess over how they could use such power for their personal gain, Trans-Mutate has learn to focus on the beauty of all that she encounters. Even the mundane fills her with wonder. More than once she has removed panel overlays to study the intricate web of circuit pathways, memory buses, and diodes that make up the internal construction of a computer terminal. Her interaction with other Maximals is no different, as she treats each new acquaintance like something new for her to inspect. Even those held in regard as 'monsters' can bring her a moment of fascination. That might cause problems when dealing with the Predacon known as Rampage that the other Maximals feel regards for it, but Trans-Mutate wants to further expand herself (especially from remembering a previous encounter with Rampage the first time).

Man, this was a big one, and new OCs were introduced followed by a new surprise character for fans of Trans-Mutate. And now we shall continue on what many have been wanting for Season 2's finale works. For the next chapter, the Maximals learn that thanks to the Quantum Surge that happened, it will reach to inform Cybertron of their presence and can get home. Celebration for such a moment, yet there are many who have second thoughts of when a rescue will come and leave the planet. But not all things are good, for the Predacons will take immediate action in response to who Cybertron will send. However, the most shocking event maybe that who has come might be someone from the Great War, and was a former…Decepticon: Ravage. Just what sort of moments could happen, and more so, what secret acts are happening around the entire scene? Best stay tune for more things to come…
