23. Chapter 16-Anger

-Frank's POV-

Katniss had passed out. Medical attention had come, and we were all worried. Peeta told us the Capitol could be really cruel, and they controlled every aspect of life. I couldn't help but feel angry and indignant at this Capitol. This was basically having slaves and slaughtering them annually.

After Effie stopped talking, we were supposed to go back home, and watch the other districts' reaping. We needed to tell Jason what had happened, anyway. By the time we got back to Katniss's house, we were all pretty annoyed. This couldn't go on!

-Nico's POV-

I told everyone that we needed a plan. We could stage a riot, sneak in the government building and blow it up, let all the citizens go free. But we also had to be careful. We heard about District 13. They were obliterated, and we couldn't let that happen to us. But we are demigods. We've fought Gaea, Kronos, Nyx, and even Porphyrion. We can take on anything.

So the strategy:

1. We sneak into the Capitol.

2. We split up and find some of the Gamemakers. The more people we find, the better.

3. We force them for information and where the Games are exactly located.

4. We interfere with the Games, and help Katniss and Peeta.

5. We overthrow the Capitol, and people will be free and happy for millenia to come.

Easy, right?
