I, Yang, and Blake were all holding hands as we glared at Adam. Mufasa and Sarabi were ready to protect me if Adam tries to attack or hurt me. "you knew you couldn't win two on one at haven, what makes you so sure,

you can win now?" Adam said with with a smirk. "I don't have a choice. I have people who actually care about me. And I promise I will never leave them again. so I am not dying now" Blake said. "You know she made that promise,

to me once. that she would always be at my side. and look how well she kept it" Adam said with a smirk. I glared at him. "she left you because you fucking abused her!" I yelled. Mufasa held a paw up to stop me from interfering.

"did she make that promise to you or the person you were pretending to be?" Yang said. "so I just wasn't good enough for you" Adam said.

"you know it's so much more then that" Blake said. "I know you made your choice. and I have made mine" Adam said,

as he was getting into a fighting stance. We removed hands from each other. we then gave out battle cries and attacked Adam.

we were fighting him, blocking his moves as Adam was slashing his sword at us. I slashed my sword at him. Adam blocked my move.

he kept putting pressure on my sword. I was trying to escape but I couldn't. When Adam noticed I was weak he grabbed me by my throat,

and choked me. I was gasping desperately for air. Adam chucked at me. "you really think your lovely wife is gonna save you now?" Adam said.

Yang growled and punched Adam. Adam let go of me and Blake and Adam continued fighting. "are you okay Lana?" Sarabi said.

"yeah, I will be fine" I said. "your neck is red Lana, I really think you should stop fighting and rest" Mufasa said. "no, I need to help them"

I said. I then ran toward the fight. "wait Lana!" Mufasa said. I ignored Mufasa and continued to fight. Blake shot out her rope weapon,

and then weapon end hit Adam. Yang gasped and grabbed the weapon end. She then swung Blake around. Blake let go of the rope,

and slashed her sword at Adam. Adam blocked her move. When Blake was released Blake flew towards the cliff and fell. she was able to hang on.

"Blake!" Yang and I said. "don't worry I will get her. you two stay there" Mufasa said. Mufasa then went to the cliff to help Blake up.

We then turned our attention back to Adam. "moment of truth Yang. do you think you were faster then you were at beacon?" Adam said. Yang gasped and her hands were shaking. I held her hand to comfort her.

Adam chuckled again. "me either" Adam said. he then drew out his sword, and attacked me and Yang. Yang and I were blocking Adam's moves and attacking him again. We stopped for a second to catch our breath.

"your guy's aura's are bound to be running low" Adam said. Yang and I looked at the cliff and we saw Mufasa helping Blake climb up the cliff. Adam was getting angry. "HIT ME ALREADY!" Adam screamed as he attacked us.

"WHAT DOES SHE EVEN SEE IN YOU!?" Adam screamed again as he attacked us. he threw his sword at us but Yang blocked it.

Yang and I landed on the ground. we were gasping for air. we looked at the cliff again and saw Mufasa and Blake leaping to another ledge.

"YOU GUY'S ARE COWARDS LIKE HER!" Adam screamed again. Adam leaped up and attacked us with his sword. But to his surprise,

Yang caught it with her robot arm. Yang's eyes were red and her hair was glowing yellow. "gotcha" Yang said. Yang gave out a battle cry,

and punched Adam hard in the chest. When she did Adam slid on the ground causing the ground to tear open. "yes Yang you take that bastard down!"

I thought. Adam got up after his punch. "I may not be faster. but I am smarter" Yang said. her aura was down so was mine. Adam's eyes,

widened with fear as he saw Yang holding his weapon in her arms. Yang then threw his weapon over the cliff. "No!" Adam cried.

he bend over the cliff. Blake and Mufasa then gave battle cries and uppercutted Adam. Adam fell backwards. he got up and we spotted Blakes broken,

weapon. I drew my sword out. Blake, Yang, and Adam raced for the two pieces of Blake's weapon. Yang and Blake grabbed the two pieces.

we then ran towards him and Blake and Yang stabbed him in the chest. I also stabbed Adam in the chest with my sword. I could see,

Mufasa and Sarabi's shocked faces. My face turned to shock also. for the first time in my life I had killed someone.

"Oh" Adam said when he realized he has been stabbed. we drew our weapons out of his chest. Adam walked to the edge of the cliff. he fell on his knees. Adam took his final breath and Fell into the lake. Adam has been defeated.

Blake and I were traumatized from this event. Blake and I fell on our knees and tears were streaming down mine and Blake's face's. Yang, Mufasa, and Sarabi rushed over to us. they all hugged us. "I-I'm not gonna break my promise.

I swear" Blake said. "I know you won't" Yang said comforting Blake. Yang, Mufasa, And Sarabi continued to comfort us as we continued to cry. "what will the rest of the family think of this? what will mom and dad think?" I said,

inbetween sobs. "I don't know. but I am sure that if you tell them and explained what happened they will believe that it was your reason.

self defense" Sarabi said. "you really think so?" I said. "yeah" Sarabi said. "I can explain to them if you want Lana" Mufasa said.

"sure, I would feel better if someone else explained. this is all just too much for me" I said. "we know. when we get back to the others,

you can rest" Sarabi said. "okay" I said. "here, you can sit on my back so you can rest on the way there" Mufasa said. "thanks" I said.

"we should head back now, the others are probably worried about us" Yang said. "good idea" Sarabi said. Mufasa bend down so I could get on.

I got on his back and Mufasa lifted himself up again. "are you on okay Lana?" Mufasa said. "yeah I am" I said. "alright lets go back" Blake said.

we nodded. we then made our way back to the others. when we got back to the others we saw a giant robot controlled thing controlled by Cordovin.

"Ruby!" Yang called. "Mom, dad!" I called as we ran up to them. Ruby, Uru, and Ahadi Ran up to us. Mufasa let me off his back and I hugged my parents.

"what happened sweetie? are you okay?" Uru said. I shook my head. "I will explain later" I said. "okay" Uru said. "Yang, Blake!

are you okay?" Ruby said. we then stared at the robot controlled by Cordovin. "what happened?" Blake said. we then heard a giant Grimm roar. "was that a giant Grimm?" Yang said. Weiss nodded and said,

"yes. and we just ruined the only thing capable of stopping it"
