Beverly Hills: Art Museum, Noon…

Sam was antsy as she awaited Danny's arrival. This was their first date, and while they had hung out many times before, this was different. She genuinely liked the halfa, all parts of him, and wanted this date to go well. The museum hadn't even been her choice.

Danny insisted they come here, but she had insisted they do something more up his ally. That wasn't an insult to Danny. They both knew what the other liked by this point, and Sam was happy he enjoyed spending time with her regardless of what they did.

All that said, she just wanted this to be the right kind of first date. A good first step. She worried that should he not enjoy himself; she'd have blown her chance to continue dating him. The red headed spy didn't want that. She wanted to go out with Danny more after this.

"Where are you Danny?" Sam thought. "I know if you were here, I wouldn't be worrying." She checked the time and it was 15 minutes passed noon. "Hopefully, he's okay."

"Sam!" Danny shouted.

She spotted her date running down the sidewalk and holding a bouquet of flowers. She couldn't quite make out what flower they were only that he was holding it like a baby.

"Danny, I'm glad to see you." Sam stated as he arrived.

"I'm so sorry Sam." Danny shook his head. "I didn't quite know what to bring on a first date, so Jerry suggested flowers. I'd heard that was a popular choice, and that most went with roses; however, I didn't want to go with something obvious.

So, I spent a lot of time with the flower guy who was helpful explaining what all the flowers meant. We finally decided on these white periwinkles which stand for delightful memories because that's what I've had with you and wish to continue having with you.

By the time I made my choice, I'd seen how late it got, so I booked it all the way over her. What I'm saying is, I hope you can forgive me for being late on our first date. It was completely my fault, and I'm truly…"

Sam realized, in that moment, that Danny was as worried as she was. Not only that, but he was being incredibly sweet. This prompted her to give him a kiss on the cheek to make him stop talking since she had something to say. It worked as Danny clammed right up.

"Danny, it's alright." She accepted the flowers. "I'm not mad because we already acknowledged before that we may be late. I was just worried something happened to you, but after hearing what you were doing for me, all I have to say is thank you."

"It was no big deal." Danny rubbed the back of his head. "I'd have spent as long as it took to find the right kind of flowers. I just worried you'd be mad at me."

"Well, I'm not." Sam stated sincerely before blushing. "Sorry for kissing you on the cheek like that. I'll admit my mind's been a little frazzled today, so I may not have been thinking as clearly as normal."

"It's fine Sam." Danny smiled. "I can't say I hated it." He shook his head. "Anyways, it sounds like we've both been rather concerned about today. Want to try easing up and get in there to look at some art?"

Sam smiled back. "I'd love to."

Inside

Danny had held the door open for Sam before escorting her inside. Once inside, the red head fawned over the modern artwork. At every piece, she'd give some insightful meaning. The halfa admired how into this the red head was. It genuinely made him smile.

Eventually, the pair ended up before a work of art called "Differences". It was of two wooden figures holding hands. They were basically identical with the only way to distinguish them being one was a boy and the other a girl.

This piece seemed to stump Sam. "I'm not sure what the artist is trying to say with this one."

Danny felt like he had an idea. "I think I have some idea."

"Really?" Sam was curious to hear what Danny thought. "Don't keep me in suspense. What do you think it says?"

"I think the guy and girl lack features because we're supposed to fill those in ourselves." Danny stated. "I'm not talking the same features because then they'd both be male or female if that was the intention. I think its different features for each one.

Maybe they're of different countries or colors, but I think we could take it a step further. I think what we see on the inside is important. No matter how different we may envision them to be, they are still holding hands. I think that means they like each other despite their differences."

Sam was impressed. "That's an amazing perspective Danny." She nodded. "I think you might be right. These two are as different as they come, yet their happy being together. They care for each other. Ultimately, it may be their differences that draw them to each other."

Danny smiled before reaching for Sam's hand which surprised her, but she didn't resist.

"It's like you and I." Danny stated. "We have different interests and disagree; however, I've enjoyed what time we've spent together. Honestly, I wouldn't change what we've done up to this point."

"I think the same way." Sam stated. "Plus, it's not like we never agree. After all, we have a similar taste in movies." She looked at the statues. "Maybe that's another thing about them. They have something they can agree on."

"Perhaps." Danny stated.

The two of them, still holding hands, continued looking at the art. Danny may not have had any more ideas on what certain pieces meant, but that was fine. He was more than content listening to Sam describe her thoughts on the pieces.

Beverly Hills: WOOHP Training Room, Next Day…

Danny phased into the training room to find Dean and David. He figured David had been recruited by this point, so that part wasn't surprising; however, seeing him here was.

David was equally as shocked to see Danny, but for different reasons. "Dean, when you told me Phantom was a ghost, I thought you were kidding." He recovered. "It may be surreal meeting you Phantom, but you did join WOOHP." He held out his hand. "My name's David."

Danny maintained composure and shook the hand. "Glad to meet you David." He then looked at Dean. "I don't have anything against this guy, but what is he doing here?"

"David here is one of WOOHP's newest members." Dean explained. "I spent the past couple of days giving him his training, so that's why we haven't begun training. Now that I've finished, you two will be training with me. Sound good?"

"I have no objections." David stated.

Danny shrugged. "With an explanation, I say the more the merrier."

"Before we get started, I have three basic rules you must agree to." Dean stated. "One, you do what I say. No complaining. No questioning. Two, you will never tell me you can't. Three, you must commit 100%. You both commits, and I'll be glad to be your mentor."

"Agreed." Danny/David answered.

Dean walked a few feet away before turning to face them. "Albright, here's what we're going to do for today. First, I'm going to show you a technique before we get down to finding your limits. What I want you to do is charge. Phantom charge at a normal pace. David you first."

David nodded before charging at Dean with his fist ready for an upper cut. The moment he reached Dean, the more experienced agent placed a hand on his chest and grabbed the arm before flipping David into the ground.

"Ow, alright that was effective." David stated.

"Recover by the time I'm done with Phantom." Dean ordered as he moved away from him. "Phantom, you're turn."

Danny nodded and charged at Dean only to be met with the same result. Once Danny hit the ground, David was on his feet.

Dean stood before them. "You experienced what I did, so what was I trying to teach you?"

"When I attacked you, you quickly reacted using my momentum against me." David stated.

Danny continued. "The lesson wasn't just the technique, but to show us how we can used someone's own momentum against them."

"Good to see you two can pick up on things quickly." Dean praised.

He then approached Danny and put an arm across his chest. Just as Danny was wondering what this was, he suddenly remembered the lesson Dean taught him when they first met. Unfortunately, it was too late as Dean swept his feet and pushed Danny into the ground.

David would have asked what David was doing, but he remembered the rules. "Phantom, are you…"

Dean fell to the ground, caught himself with his hands, and spun his legs into David's shin. The hit was hard enough to send the guy to his hands and knees.

"Rule one of combat: Always be prepared. Rule two of combat: Most villains will not fight fairly. We do not match them but learn to counter them. Rule Three of combat: An enemy will not tell you when combat has started. That said, I will tell you when it's over. It's over."

David tried to stand, but he fell to crouched position rubbing his shin. "Noted."

Danny sat up. "Ditto."

"You two have a long way to go." Dean walked away. "Take 15. Then, we get to work finding your physical limits. From there, I will provide you with proper work out routines and papers on balanced meals you should be eating. Am I understood?"

The two guys looked at each other before nodding. "Understood sir."

Danny sat there with his head down as he tuned everything out. "When I trained with Uncle Jerry and restricted my powers to as normal as could be, the training was more effective. So, if I were human, wouldn't that make the training more effective for my ghost half?

I still have the common powers of a ghost while human, but my strength, speed, and stamina are normal. The question is, does my human half impact my ghost half? Shouldn't it if I'm both human and ghost? Are they intertwined? If I reveal my identity, I can train my human half.

Even if it's not connected to my ghost half, making my human half stronger can't be bad. I do trust David. Dean and I do have a long-standing mission, so shouldn't I trust him. I won't just go around telling everyone but keeping my secret here has proven different from Amity Park."

"Trust them Danny." Danny heard Clockwork's voice in his ears. "Train as a human and ghost."

He looked around only to see green particles dissipating to his left. It happened so fast that he couldn't say for certain he hadn't imagined it. If that was Clockwork, he wouldn't listen to him. Not after what he wouldn't do.

David shook Danny. "Hey, are you okay Phantom?"

"I'm fine." Danny came to a decision that his mind was playing tricks on him. "I was just deciding how effective I want this training to be." David and Dean's eyes were on him. "Considering we're going to be training together, I think I should tell you who I am."

"If you have a secret, it's yours to hide." Dean shrugged. "Don't feel like you got to share just because we'll be training together."

"It's fine." Danny stated. "Your goal is to train me, so you should know what that means." He looked at David. "He's my best guy friend. Since he's an agent, I don't have much of a reason to hide it."

"Wait, I'm one of your best friends." David looked at Danny with shock. "Are you…"

Danny transformed back to his human form shocking David while Dean kept a more level head. It wasn't that he wasn't surprised, but that he's seen his fair share of oddities in his time as an agent. Some villains could come up with the weirdest plans.

"Danny, you're a ghost!" David exclaimed.

"I'm half ghost and half human." Danny explained.

"Alright, class suspended while you tell us the truth." Dean stated. "While you're at it, why not explain how your human side is different from your ghost side? Since you've decided to tell us, I'll need to know that to effectively train you moving forward"

Danny nodded before launching into his explanation. He told them how he gained his powers and everything concerning the incident. He finished by laying out the differences between his human and ghost sides.

"I never could have guessed how much you've been through." David shook his head. "You're a strong person Danny."

"I hear that a lot." Danny stated.

Dean nodded with crossed arms. "It doesn't make it any less true. It's alarming to think there are beings stronger than you out there. No wonder Jerry assigned me to train you. At this point, I'm your best bet in the realm of combat and physical exercise."

"Are you two really okay with this?" Danny asked.

Dean shrugged. "I've seen plenty of weird things in my time. While this is among the weirdest, you've chosen to join WOOHP. You've dedicated yourself to humanities protection and have undertaken several missions. I see no reason to treat you as anything but an ally."

"It's a lot to take in, but you're my friend Danny." David nodded. "I thought you were a good guy before, and I think you're a great guy now. The fact that you dedicated yourself to protecting others before and after joining WOOHP speaks volumes for your character."

Every time, Danny was surprised with how well those around him took the news. Beverly Hills wasn't anything like Amity Park. Man, did the halfa genuinely like that aspect. Yes, he loved those he lost, but out here he saw support unlike anything he got before. It was refreshing.

Dean stood up. "Unless you got anything more to share, it's time to really get down to training." He looked at Danny. "When it comes to you, we'll be finding both forms limitations. Mark my words. I will make you two stronger."

"Considering I got a superhero for a friend; I'll need to work twice as hard to keep up." David stood with a smile. "I say bring it on."

"Don't take that to heart David." Danny nodded. "I'm by no means the strongest out there, and I know I have much to learn."

"Enough talk you two." Dean stated. "Get started by running around this room until you drop."

Fenton Residence: Danny's Room, Night…

Danny slowly phased into his room before plummeting to the ground while becoming visible. "Dean's a slave master." He crawled to his bed and slowly got onto it. "That does it, I'm not moving from my bed until tomorrow."

Danny and David had to run, sit-up, and pull-up until they couldn't anymore, In Danny's case, he got three hours of rest before running through the same process again. Even now, they weren't done pushing limits. Dean had plans to have them do more exercises and lift weights.

Danny heard his phone go off. He contemplated just letting it ring, but what if it were Sam trying to get in touch with him? He reached for his phone and managed to bring it to his eyes before seeing that someone familiar had gotten in touch with him.

"Daniel,

I have taken this time since we last met to contemplate on what you said and reflect on my life. Now, my mind is clear. The perfect state to show you the difference between us. Meet me in the location below in one week. Your uncle should know where it is.

Vlad"

Danny took a deep breath before calling his uncle's number.

Jerry picked up. "Danny?"

"We need to talk…" Danny began.

Well outside of Beverly Hills: Huge Clearing, Morning…

Danny arrived, as Phantom, to find Vlad, as Plasmius, hovering just above the ground in a meditative position. When Danny landed on the ground, Vlad came to his full height and lowered himself to the ground.

"What was that Vlad?" Danny asked.

"That was meditation Daniel." Vlad stated. "My mother taught me, and somewhere along the way, I lost sight of it. Ever since our talk, I've found it's a great way to calm the mind. That is essentially unimportant compared to the reason you are here."

"We already know why I'm here." Danny removed a remote from his suit and pressed a button causing a green ghost shield to encompass the clearing around them. "Naturally, my uncle doesn't want me to take chances, and I agree."

The halfa sent the remote skidding along the ground and out of the shield while Vlad merely watched.

"If this is what it takes to make you feel safe in my presence, I will not judge." Vlad stated. "Do not take that as anything more than what it is. I will not hold back this time Daniel."

"I don't want you to Vlad." Danny squared off with him. "Even if I can't win, I intend to take full advantage of this opportunity."

Vlad and Danny stared each other down waiting for the right moment to move.

WOOHP Luxury RV

Jerry was looking a large screen in the wall which showed Danny and Vlad squaring off. Suddenly, Sam, Alex, and Clover were materialized into the seat much like they had been in the plan during the whole S.P.I business.

"Why does it have to be cold?" Alex asked.

"Why did Jerry have to WOOHP us now?" Clover complained. "I was just about to ask that cute boy out."

"Girls, look." Sam had seen what was on the screen. "Danny is facing Vlad."

"What!?" Clover/Alex screamed.

"Jerry, is this why you've called us?" Sam asked. "Do we need to save Danny?"

"Potentially; however, I already have a couple of agents in place to attempt a retrieval." Jerry turned to face them. "What you, I, and they are currently here to see is just how strong a halfa can be."

"I don't get it." Alex stated.

Jerry turned back to the screen. "In short, I've broth you three here to observe how strong people like Dan and that being can be. At this point, Vlad Plasmius is our best bet at having any indication moving forward."

The girls looked at the screen while Sam focused worriedly on Danny. "Please, be careful."

Clearing

Danny and Vlad had yet to move.

"Vlad has practically every power I do and then some." Danny thought. "Well, there is one power I have which he doesn't, but that's a last resort."

"Daniel's potential has always been monstrous, but I don't think he's anywhere near my ful strength." Vlad thought. "That potential is exactly why I can't underestimate him."

Vlad was the first to make a move, and it was with such speed that Danny was wide eyed. The older halfa was in front of Danny before he could react and punched him hard in the chest. Danny was knocked into the ghost shield which shocked him.

Danny felt to the ground, but he slowly rose to his feet. "That speed and strength." He watched as Vlad slowly approaching him. "You've really been holding back that much the entire time we've been enemies?"

"Don't look so surprised Daniel." Vlad stated as he continued to approach. "I've been a halfa for decades. I've had a long time to cultivate my powers. While your potential and progress dwarfs mine, I still tower above you with my years of experience."

"All this time, you could have ended our encounters in seconds and eventually minutes." Danny shook his head. "Why didn't you?"

"As I said, I never hated you." Vlad stated. "Everything I've done was meant to teach you in my own way. Maybe I let a power or two slip by to give you something to learn. This time, the lesson I'm out to teach is how strong you can be. What will you do?"

Danny clenched his fist. "I won't give up!"

The younger halfa flew at Vlad who had stopped in his track allowing Danny to punch him in the jaw. Normally, a hit like that would have sent Vlad flying, but that was when he held back. Now, Plasmius held firm with his face barely moved moving.

"My turn." Vlad stated.

He slammed his fist into Danny's gut knocking him into the air. The younger halfa recovered only to see Vlad flying at him. Phantom moved to meet him head on. From there, the two began to clash in midair with the older halfa landing solid blow after solid blow.

Vlad eventually hammered Danny on the back sending him into the ground. Plasmius remained where he was forming a pink ball of ectoplasm surrounded by electricity. Not enough to revert Danny to human, but more than enough to hurt.

Vlad lobbed that ball down at the younger halfa just as he was recovering. The ectoplasm scattered into the air upon contact and trapped Danny in an electric field which made him scream in pain.

Phantom stumbled back and forth while shaking his head to recover. The older halfa landed before him, so Danny held out his hand before shooting out a ghost ray. Vlad casually dodged to the right, grabbed the arm, and flew Danny back into the air.

From there, he spun the younger halfa around before throwing him into the ground hard. Danny reverted into a human, but he was still conscious. The younger halfa was struggling to get back up after taking such a beating.

WOOHP RV

Jerry and the girls had watched in shock at how easily Vlad had dealt with Danny. According to their the younger halfa, he'd always stood a chance against the older halfa. Seeing this, it was hard to belief that was true.

"With how easy he's made our missions, it's hard to believe he's actually losing." Alex stated.

"He's totally been overwhelmed before Alex." Clover nodded. "Tim Scam and Ariel have both claimed victory."

Sam clenched her fist. "Jerry, we need to stop this."

Jerry spoke up. "Samantha, your concern is admirable, but this is something he must see to the very end. If Danny's conscious, he will continue to fight."

"What do you mean?" Sam asked.

Jerry looked back at them. "Think of it this way girls. What if there was a skill so rare that only you and another could do it? That other was older and better than you are. In some way, you respected them no matter how bad they were as a person. What would you do?"

"I'd want to show them that I was capable. "Alex stated. "I'd want them to notice me for all my hard work."

Jerry nodded. "That is exactly what Danny feels. No matter how bad Vlad is, he was the first halfa Danny met and still the oldest Halfa we know of. Even when Danny viewed him as an enemy, on some level Vlad is one of the few who could understand him."

He sighed. "Danny loves his family and he values his friends; however, he respects Vlad. Not for his villainous ways, but for what he could have represented to him. That is why, even after everything Vlad has done to him, he will continue to fight."

The girls looked at the screen with a new eye and hope that Danny could keep fighting.

Clearing

Vlad landed with his arms crossed. "I know you're better than this Daniel. That's not all you have. Even if you cannot beat me, don't you dare go out like this." He clenched his fist. "Stand tall and transform this instant. If you don't, you'll never get any stronger."

Danny clenched his teeth and fist as he finally got to his feet. He attempted to transform with the rings appearing around him, but they seemed to refuse to move.

"Daniel, you're potential dwarfs mine." Vlad declared. "Don't you dare waste it. Do not disgrace my losses of the past. Even if they were handed to you, I can take pride in those loses knowing you improved. If you fail to meet my standards now, everything was a waste. Transform!"

Danny yelled as he forced his transformation back into Phantom. "I'm not done Vlad!"

The younger halfa went for a hard right, but Vlad held up a hand blocking the blow. "That's it Daniel. Never give up. That's what heroes are supposed to be about, right? He slammed a foot into Danny's gut. "If you give up now, the villain wins."

Danny was sent skidding alone along the ground, but he held out a hand managing to catch himself. When he came to a stop, the younger halfa watched as Vlad once again approached him with a slow, steady walk.

"His speed, strength, and stamina dwarf my own." Danny clenched his fist. "Still I can't… I won't give up. I'll keep fighting to the end."

"There's the fire in your eyes Daniel." Vlad stated. "Now use it. Come at me!"

"I can't beat him head on, but maybe with a little creativity, I can land a solid blow" Danny thought.

The younger halfa got back to his feet and took a deep breath before charging. Vlad moved to punch him, but Danny phased through arm, and moved slightly to the left putting him within Vlad's guard. The younger halfa quickly became tangible before grabbing the outstretched arm.

He placed a hand on the older halfa's chest, shot ghost rays from his feet to increase the force, and slammed Vlad into the ground hard. While this was a solid hit, it was nowhere near enough to finish Vlad, but it was impressive.

Vlad floated back to an upright position. "Well done Daniel." He moved behind his opponent. "Most impressive, but nowhere near enough to beat me."

He grabbed Danny by the leg before spinning him around and throwing him into the ghost shield at the far end. The younger halfa slammed into it and was shocked once again. He fell to the ground, but still he stood back up.

Danny knew he was practically out of energy. "I only have one thing left that I can try." Danny planted his feet and took a deep breath. "It's time for a ghostly wail."

While Vlad had no idea what Danny was doing, as the ghostly wail was acquired before the younger halfa left his life, the older halfa could assume it was a sound-based attack. The thing about ghost sound attacks is that most had physical presence.

Vlad had a couple of counters for those up his sleeve. Ge let his electricity flow into his hands while moving backwards. Once he was at the right distance, the older halfa slammed his hands into the ground.

His electricity moved through the ground carving out rectangle in the earth. The electricity surrounded each rectangle before lifting them up as a shield. While Vlad could just attack Danny, he figured blocking the attack would prove his point better.

By the time Vlad was done, there were large slabs of earth, held up by electricity, between himself and the younger halfa. Danny let lose his ghostly wail. The attack pushed into the slabs dissipating the electricity around them and pushing the slabs into one another.

Each slab moved into the next making each subsequent one slower to move than the las until finally the wail reached the final slab and ceased. Danny transformed back into a human and collapsed on the ground unconscious while the slabs fell to the ground.

WOOHP RV

"He tried so hard." Clover stated sadly.

"I knew Dany was strong where it mattered." Alex shook her head. "I also thought he was strong in the physical sense as well. To see someone beat him like that, it's surreal."

"Danny gave it his all girls." Sam looked her the downed Danny. "It just wasn't enough, but I think he'll learn a lot from this."

"You did well Danny." Jerry picked up his wallet phone and called someone. "Retrieve Danny while being careful around Plasmius. Don't let your guards down."

Clearing

Dean, in his blue cat suit, tapped his earpiece. "We read you loud and clear Jerry." He then looked at David who wore a gray cat suit. "We're moving in and securing Danny. Make sure your specter deflector is on and blaster drawn."

David nodded as he picked up the remote and turned the ghost shield off. "Got it."

They ran over to Danny and made it to him just as an approaching Vlad was a few feet away.

"Step away from our agent Plasmius." Dean ordered aiming his blaster at him.

"You're not going to harm him outside of your fight." David stated.

"I see, you two are more friends of his." Vlad put his hands behind his back and slowly lifted into the air. "Relax, I think Daniel is where he belongs." He turned away from them, but quickly looked back at them. "Take care of him and tell anyone else close to him to do the same."

With that, Vlad flew off without another word.

Dean sighed before putting his blaster away and looking at Danny. "We've only had two training sessions, but I couldn't be prouder of you Danny." He walked over, picked the halfa up, and slung him over his shoulder. "Come on David, Danny may need medical care."

David nodded. "Right."

They walked away from the scene while other agents moved to clean things up.

Amity Park: Graveyard, Day's Later…

As the sun rose, Vlad stepped out of a limousine carrying two bouquets of flowers. One of white roses and the other of white tulips. The white tulip was a sign of forgiveness while the roses were a sign of gratitude.

Even red roses could mean this, but they had become associated with love which was something Vlad didn't want to convey. He took a deep breath before slowly moving into the graveyard and traversing the path.

Eventually, Vlad stopped before a group of graves. The graves of Danny's family, his friends, and Mr. Lancer. More specifically, he came to stand before the graves of Jack and Maddie which had been placed next to each other.

Vlad stood there for a good five minutes just staring at them before finally speaking up. "When you died Maddie, it felt like my heart had been ripped out of my chest. I thought of how unfair it was that the oaf got your love instead of me.

As my interactions with Daniel progressed, I began to see what I couldn't before. I could have stayed in contact, but I let my pride, arrogance, and self-pity influence me. Even then, I'm not certain that would have changed the outcome.

You always were closer to Jack than I during our time knowing one another. As much as it hurts to admit it, you were never mine. Jack, that was something I blamed you for all this time, but you had no control over who Maddie chose.

All this time, I've lived bitterly and let it influence my life. Even up till a few days ago, I tried to hang onto Maddie by combining our DNA into the perfect son. In the end, I must let go. I've replaced your DNA with another, someone named Ariel, who seems promising from her records.

Of course, I hope my son will be willing to let me train him, but I've seen what trying to enforce my views on others gets me. I will let him choose his own path. I'm certain you may think this weird, but I'm not getting any younger.

I have never found anyone else like you, and I have been alone all this time. I don't want to go back to that." He shook his head. "I'm starting to get off topic." He placed the white roses on Maddie's gravestone.

"Maddie, you never loved me, but thank you for being in my life." He placed the white tulips on Jack's grave. "Jack, I forgive you for the incident. You were a simple man, so surely it was just an accident.

You never would have hurt me intentionally old friend." The older halfa turned away from the graves. "I'm not certain how you'd take much of what I told you, but I will be back to visit. Good-bye Maddie and Jack."

Wisconsin: Vlad's Basement Lab, A Couple of Days Later…

Vlad stood in front of the capsule containing his son. One comprised of his and Ariel's DNA with Danny's mid morph sample. This was it. No longer would Vlad be alone, nor would he allow his son to feel alone. He opened the capsule to reveal a young man of 16.

The older halfa would have liked to go younger, but that presented complications. He had short, silver hair and as his eyes opened, they were revealed to be a greenish-blue. He wore a full golden suit with the jacket open.

The boy sat up and rubbed his head. "Who am I?" He looked around before focusing on Vlad. "Where am I."

The older halfa had wanted to give his son as blank a slate as possible while not making him ineffectual as a young man of his age.

Vlad gave the boy a small smile. "You are Mihnea Masters, and this is your home." He held out his hand to the boy. "I am your father and there is much I wish to show you, my boy."

Mihnea looked from the offered hand to Vlad before accepting it. He had no memories, but what this guy, his father he supposed, said sounded right. Considering it sounded right, and he had nothing to go off, he had to trust Vlad much like a child had to trust their parents meant well.

Vlad helped his son out and let go once he was standing. "I hope you will be happy here." He gave the child a hug. "You have a long life ahead of you, my child."

Amity Park: Grey Residence (Formerly Fenton Works)

A tall, well-fit ghost with green skin, white hair combed back into a mullet, and straight teeth phased into the room. He wore a long black coat with three green buttons and pockets, a black belt with a rectangular belt buckle, and a silver cape that covers his shoulders.

This was Technus 2.0. "I thought I sensed powerful tech in here." He was looking at Valerie's suit laid out for her evening patrol. "Hopefully, this can tell me where my prize is." He flew into the suit possessing it. "Oh, this is rather interesting. Looks like I know just where to go."

He deployed the hoverboard and flew out the window.

Once he was gone, Valerie entered her room and saw what was missing. "My suit!" She frantically looked around for it. "It was just right here!" Suddenly, she received a call on her cell phone and immediately answered it upon seeing who it was. "Mr. Scam, I…"

"Valerie, are you looking for your suit?" Tim asked.

"How did you know?" Valerie asked.

"Ecto-plasmic drones." Tim replied. "We've had them tailing a ghost where we could not, and they've confirmed one's made off with your suit."

Valerie clenched her fist. "I'm sorry I let a ghost get the better of me sir. If you provide me with some weapons, I'll hunt it down myself."

Tim had made a valuable contact with the Ghost Zone's greatest hunter. While he wouldn't hunt the halfa due to a long-standing contract with his former client, he was certain it had to be Vlad Masters, he was still rather useful in many departments.

Acquiring ghost with cores who wouldn't be missed and information being some of the biggest things he handled. A little tidbit of information he provided was of a ghost called Technus and his plans. Those plans would royally impact WOOHP and the Center.

Since that was the case, he saw no harm in letting the ghost mess with them while he came up with a way to defeat him. Did Valerie know this? No. Was he going to tell her? No. There was a lie and a truth he could tell her though.

"Ms. Gray, I was planning on keeping this a secret, but recently I've been hard at work designing you a superior suit. A suit that will not only be perfect for hunting and fighting ghost, but humans as well. After all, WOOHP agents aren't push overs." Tim stated.

"That's amazing sir!" She meant it, but there was still the matter of a ghost on the loose. "What about the ghost, sir?"

"Relax, I have the White Blasters trailing it as we speak." Tim stated. "They will hunt it no matter where it goes and bring it to justice."

Naturally, this was a lie, but there was no chance of Valerie running into them. Tim had sent them into the Ghost Zone with Skulker for some intense training. With how effective the hunter was, Tim already decided not to take his core.

Far too valuable an asset, and it's not like it'd offer much to anyone besides Skulker himself. Oh sure, Tim could just betray him later, but he liked to think of himself as someone who rewarded loyalty. Loyalty like that Skulker and the White Blaster's have shown him.

Valerie gave a sigh of acceptance. "Thank you, for being on top of things sir. It's a nice change of pace to have some adults in town that are competent ghost hunters. Danny Fenton's parents, god rest their souls, just couldn't cut it as genuine hunters."

"Think nothing of it dear girl." Tim stated. "I know my record may not be clean, but my goals with the GIW is to make the world a safer place and look out for my agents. That said, I can't guarantee a recovery of the suit."

"It's fine sir." Valerie stated. "You've been making me something superior anyways."

"Just don't think anything of it." Tim stated. "I'm happy to supply one of the GIW's quickly rising stars with something that will make them truly shine moving forward. Please, stop in tomorrow and your suit should be ready."

"I'll do that sir." Valerie stated.

"Please, do stay safe." Tim stated. "No going out hunting ghost without your new suit and no following the ghost who took your suit. That's an order for your safety. Do you understand?"

"Yeah, I understand." Valerie stated sincerely. "I promise I won't disregard your orders. Considering my father is working late, I'll use this time to train."

"That a girl Valerie." Tim stated. "See you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow sir." Valerie stated.

Vlad was named after Vlad the Impaler, so his son's name, Mihnea Masters, comes for the Impaler's own son Mihnea cel Rău.

Runeion: Thank you for the lessons of episodes in a series. I'm still not entirely sure how I'm going to handle it moving forwards, but there is a great deal of content I can use. Totally Spies, Martin Mystery, Danny Phantom, and my own ideas. I think I'll work on making a season 25 chapters longs instead of 26. The reason being that I want a collection of Totally Spies missions, beyond what I'm likely to acquire, to call on when I eventually run out other things I can call on. Plus, I like it ending in a five.

Jebest4781: Vacations more a time for the Paranormal Investigation Team and the Spies to meet in a more relaxed setting.

ShadowPaladin23: It's not out of the question for Danny to partner with Dean and David on a couple of missions, but his main team is the girls.

IrishKatana: Don't worry for I'm getting to that.

Matt: Technically, Shadow is dead because Dan has turned it into something else. Something much stronger.

Yakuza2010: I just figured Danny's really improved since the catalyst that was Dani's destabilization. It seemed like the right time for Danny to try dating here because I felt he could be a good date at this point rather than the date he could have been before. We'll see what happens with Martin moving forward. He's been brought into a larger story than he could ever imagine.
