REVIEW TIMEE!1

kaia: Thanks :)

After what went down in that restaurant, we all knew that it was time to leave.

"That's what Pennywise does, right? He fucks with us. So, Stanley's probably fine." Eddie kept rambling.

"Do you have Stan's number?" I ask Mike, considering that he is the one that called all of us back here. "Hey Richie." I hear a young boy's voice ring out.

Richie immediately became suspicious. "How do you know my name?"

"The fun's just beginning. Right?" the boy says.

I looked over at Richie, who is about to snap. "Rich, don't." I say, but it wasn't enough.

"Listen, you think this is funny. All right? Think this is some sort of game, huh? "Well, fuck you, all right?" Richie was rambling. "Rich, be careful, dude." Bill says.

"Fuck you! I'm not afraid of you!" Richie was screaming

"The fun's just beginning. The line from your act, dude. I'm a fan." the young boy says. "Are those your parents?" Richie asks as a man, a woman, and a little girl were walking their way towards us.

"You okay, Dean? Come on." the young boy's, Dean's, father asks.

"I think I'm good." Dean says as he rejoins his parents. "Sorry about that." I say to the retreating family, before I turned my attention to Richie.

"How do you not know the lines from your show?" I ask him.

"I don't write my own material." Richie confesses, glumly, as we all walk out of the restaurant. "I fucking knew it!" Eddie exclaims as he follows us out.

After Mike gave me Stan's phone number, I dialed it. I put my phone on speaker phone so everyone else could hear it as well.

"Hello." I hear a woman's voice from the other line. I am assuming that it must be his wife.

"Is this Mrs. Uris?" I ask for clarification.

"Yeah, this is she." she responds.

"This is Agent Raven Carpenter. I am calling at the behest of the FBI. My team and I are investigating a series of murders that might link back to your husband when he was…" I was about to say but I could hear small cries.

"Is everything alright?" I ask.

"He passed." she says, confirming all of our worst suspicions.

"When did it happen?" I ask.

"Yesterday. It was horrible, the way he died. His wrists. In the bathtub." Mrs. Uris sobs out.

"I am so sorry for your loss." I say, trying to stay calm and collected, fully knowing well that I cannot break.

"I'm sorry. I have to go." Mrs. Uris says as she hangs up.

"Stanley." Eddie says as Bev was lighting a cigarette.

"Pennywise knew. He knew before we did." Eddie says.

"We have to stop him. I have a plan." Mike says.

"I got a plan. Getting the fuck out of Dodge before this ends worse than one of Bill's books." Richie retorts. My phone rings and I saw that it was from the police department.

"Hello." I say, getting myself away from the rest of the group.

"You need to get down to the baseball fields now." I hear my brother say.

"What happened?" I ask.

"A little girl got murdered." he says.

"Send me the address. Give me the information when I get there." I told him as I hung up and rushed to my rental.

"Raven…" Mike was about to say, and I fully know well that he was about to plead with me to stay in Derry.

"No, Mike. I'm not leaving Derry." I tell him as I continue to rush over to my rental.

"Rae, are you fucking serious?" Richie asks.

"I'm with the FBI, Rich. I made a promise to the FBI. I made a promise to all of you that if that fucking clown comes back, then I would too. Then again, RIchie, you should know about breaking promises." I say, now remembering the boy that abandoned me senior year, alone and pregnant, before I got into my rental, entering the address into my phone, via Google Maps, and drove off to the baseball fields.

I made my way to the murder investigation. I showed the cops my badge and I walked over to Nick. "What happened?" I ask Nick.

"Victoria Fuller. Apparently her mother didn't know that she wandered off under the bleachers." Nick responds, gesturing over to the crying woman, who is being consoled by various cops. "Whoever is doing this killing is bringing this into the broad daylight."

I drove back to the inn that I am staying at and the first thing I heard was, "I've seen every single one of us…" from Bev.

"You've seen every single one of us what?" Bill asks from right beside me. I looked right beside me, and I see Mike and Bill standing beside me.

"At the place that Stanley wound up. That's how we end." Bev chokes up, tears streaming down her face.

"How come the rest of us aren't seeing that shit? I mean, what makes her so different?" Richie asks. "The deadlights." Mike says, answering Richie's question.

"She's the only one that got caught in the Deadlights that day. I was only knocked unconscious." I say. "We were all touched by It. Changed." Mike was saying as I got behind the bar and made myself a Vodka Cranberry. "Deep down. Like an infection or a virus."

"That virus, it's been growing for 27 years. This whole time, metastasizing." Mike was saying. "So, are you insinuating that it got to Stan first because…" I was about to say, but was cut off by Richie. "He was the weakest."

"Seriously, Rich?" I ask him. "Just saying what everyone else is thinking." he says, defensively.

"What Beverly sees, it will come to pass. It's what'll happen to all of us, eventually, unless we stop it." Mike says. "How the hell are we supposed to do that?" Eddie asks what we were all thinking.

"The Ritual of Chüd." Mike asks. "I'm sorry, what?" I ask, looking at Mike, then at Bill, who seems to know what that is.

"The Shokopiwah. The first ones who fought It, they have a saying, "all living things must abide by the laws of the shape they inhabit."." Mike was saying.

"A tribal ritual?" Richie chuckles in disbelief. "Are you fucking kidding me, man? All right, there's gotta be another way. Okay? This thing comes back every 27 years? Let's just kick the can down the road and do it then."

"All of us would be around the age of 70 then." I say, trying to reason with a reluctant Richie. "It doesn't work that way." Bev speaks up.

"None of us make it another 20 years and the way it happens…" Bev was trailing off. I took a huge sip of my Vodka Cranberry.

"So, if we don't beat It, this cycle, then…" Ben was saying, trailing off. "We die." Bill cuts in.

I already know that my daughter holds a huge resentment towards me working so much. Even though she claims that she doesn't, I could see it in her eyes. The biggest part of my worries is who would be there for her after she graduates.

And Mitchell. He is only just a boy. He is only 7-years old.

"All right, guys, look. I've seen w-wh-what he's talking about and it's all true." Bill says, believing Mike's story. "It's the only way. If we want this ritual to work…"

"We have to remember." Mike finishes.
