Hi readers!

So I am INCREDIBLY sorry for not uploading for a week. I've been really busy what with getting back onto a proper schedule for school. And it was my sisters birthday as well. And also I did try to write a chapter on Wednesday, but it turned out rubbish because I'm currently experiencing writers block so there's that too.

So unfortunately I couldn't come up with an evil laugh…..

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with my life now.

Being evil is my talent you see…..

Anyhoo, I had no idea how to pick up the story after that cliff hanger. So I'm not sure what is gonna happen this chapter since I'm forcing myself to write it on the spot with no real plan in my mind. Let's see how it goes…..

They walked in through the gates but all of a sudden Annabeth stopped moving completely. She just stood and stared.

"What is it?" Percy asked.

There stood Luke in front of them.

"L-Luke." Annabeth stuttered trying to keep the fear and sadness out of her voice.

"Annie!" He grinned holding his arms out.

She stayed where she was stood in between Thalia and Percy.

He glared causing her to flinch.

Percy obviously didn't know who Luke was, so he decided to ask a rather stupid question .

"Hi, do you know Annabeth from somewhere?" He asked.

"Do I know her?" Luke snorted. " We used to go to the same school."

"Oh and that's all?" Thalia questioned with a hint of anger in her voice.

Luke snickered. "Ah. She didn't tell you the full story did she?"

"Maybe she did. Maybe she didn't. What's it to you?" Thalia retorted.

"I guess she did." He smirked. "Well anyways I'm starting here at Goode after Christmas. So it was nice to meet Annie's friends."

He walked back into the hall.

Percy and Thalia turned to face Annabeth.

Thalia grabbed Annabeth's arm.

"We're going to head off Perce." Thalia told him.

"But what about the after party at Pipers?" He asked.

The girls stopped in their tracks.

"Just tell her we're not coming!" Thalia replied.

"She's not going to listen. She never does." He said.

Thalia groaned in exasperation.

"Fine as long as HE'S not invited."

"Who Luke? He seems alright." Percy answered.

"Everyone seems alright to you at the start Kelp Head. Didn't you see who he was dancing with?" Thalia rolled her eyes before walking back into the building still holding Annabeth's arm.

Percy ran after them.

"No."

"You can be so oblivious at times. You know that?" She sighed still walking speedily. "He came here with Rachel."

They waited for those last words to sink in.

Okay so I know this chapter is short. But I am trying. As I said before I am experiencing writers' block.

So the next time I'll be likely to update is Wednesday. Tomorrow I have an afterschool class and honestly I have no idea how long it'll be. Thank you so much for reviewing too! I forgot to say that at the beginning.

As always feel free to review. Cya soon! Byeee!
