To be honest, at this point in his life Vali finally understood how time could fly by so quickly that one didn't even notice it. He didn't know the exact number, but he felt quite certain that about 6 years had passed since the whole Urizen incident. 6 years since Nanoha had been discovered as a member of something known as the Kure Clan.
Speaking of the Kure clan, when they had discovered that Nanoha belonged within their ranks and had activated her eyes, Hollis had been sent to locate her and bring her back with him so they could see her for themselves. Of course, Hollis had found them and Nanoha, to which he had offered some hospitality to the children for not only protecting one of his family members but stopping the Qlippoth tree.
Seeing as they had been in need of some time to recover, and the fact they didn't trust Hollis with their friend's safety, Vali and his group had agreed to come with him, resulting in them leaving the city so it could be repaired in peace… not to mention it gave the group a chance to hide away till the hot mess blew over.
After taking about a couple weeks worth of travelling, of which Nanoha had yet to wake during the whole journey, they had finally arrived at the village of the Kure Clan, with each of them not knowing what to expect from the sight. From what Siegfried had told them, though it wasn't too much, it would seem that this Kure Clan was a Clan filled to the brim with warriors and the like, with traditions which needed them to be mostly isolated from worldly matters otherwise they may have been prosecuted by every law enforcement service around.
This… created quite the dark picture for the group, so with baited breath and anxiety in their hearts, they had their own opinions in mind whilst being decidedly cautious upon their arrival.
However, what they found there instead, was well… a normal Village, not some kind of military base.
Not only that, but everyone there had the same eyes as Nanoha when she had gone all rage mode against Urizen, something that had surprised them at the time, especially when they'd seen how big of a family they had there.
At the time, Hollis had led them to a chinese-styled house which, according to him, had housed the patriarch Erioh who was the same man who had sent him out to find their newest family member in the first place. Upon seeing him, each of the group not only learned of how happy the man had been to have a family member back, but also saw how saddened he'd became when they'd told him that Nanoha's father and mother had died due to A Stray Devil who had planted a Qlippoth Tree, something which had alerted them to the fact that he had been one of the few who knows the Qlippoth tree. He was glad that all of them including Nanoha who stopped Urizen and the procedure of the tree, decided to give a burial to his family member, despite being kicked out he is part of the Kure family.
Vali could still remember the time at the funeral.
Flashback
At the funeral where it was raining Vali was wearing a suit(despite complaining that it was choking him) there were other Kure families at the funeral who had some umbrellas to cover them.
Xun Er, Siegfried, Medusa, and Nanoha whose eyes were covered by her hair as the rain were hiding her tears as the body of her family and friends were buried at the cemetery of their home.
Vali stayed silent as he watched this and was polite for once as he sees how much this means to them.
As the coffin was within the hole dug into the ground beforehand, several Kure members each took a shovel and buried it within, until it was completely buried within the dirt. Since the bodies had been reduced to petrified messes, they had each been transported here by Hollis and the group for a burial, both her parents as well as her few friends as a token of goodwill by the Clan. Her mother, whilst not being related to them by blood, had been married to one of their members hence her burial with her husband.
Once the funeral had been concluded, one by one people slowly left the funeral as a few stayed at the cemetery only Xun Er, Siegfried, Erioh and Medusa as they looked solemnly before leaving as Erioh put a hand on Nanoha's shoulder before he left, leaving Vali and Nanoha alone in the rain as they looked at the burial ground.
"...You were right all along, Vali." Vali stayed silent as Nanoha continued to speak. "I was a weak, naive girl who thought….. I could be a magical girl to save everyone….. That I could bring smiles to everyone… I didn't listen to you at first, if I had… then my parents-"
She wanted to say more, but stopped herself. Vali took this opportunity to include his two cents as he glanced at her form, his tone softer than normal but still as hard as it ever was. "It's not your fault Nanoha…." He began to say, pausing to think of the words he wanted to leave his mouth before continuing. "I'll admit it, I may have been hard on forcing you to accept it, but perhaps I didn't approach it the right way. After all, unlike me and most of us, you were raised as a normal person and were inspired by other stories, couldn't blame you if I was at the same position as you." he remarked. As much as he hated her goody two-shoes attitude to the point where he wanted to clobber the innocence out of her at times… seeing that it was finally gone didn't feel as satisfying as he had thought it would.
Nanoha remained silent for a moment, seemingly contemplating his words as well as the fact that this may be the first time that Vali had ever been so understanding of her. Ironic, that it was because of loss that made him be like this, but the truth was apparent nonetheless. Neither of them could deny it at this point, not like Vali had been denying anything aside from her own stupidity in the first place."... all I wanted was to be a hero, someone who could have the power to protect others….. Now I see why the world… is not a good place as you said….. I'm not sure what to do…." she admitted, finally raising her head to allow Vali to see her eyes. Those white eyes with black sclera may not have as much expression ability as her other ones, but right now he could see it: that she was a broken girl, looking for direction, a purpose and a reason to continue existing, now that her last one had pretty much gone up in flames.
Fortunately, the silver haired male had one ready for her. "... then get stronger."
"Huh?"
When he spoke and she gave him a confused sound in response, Vali continued whilst pocketing his hands inside his pants, Yamato sheathed and strapped to his right hip within his long Coat. "If you have nothing now, then become strong, strong enough to overcome your fear and your fate. If you do, then others would think a second when fighting you. This is a world that is full of dangerous beasts, with fangs that can cripple entire continents if not outright obliterate them. Those who want to talk change, have to be beasts themselves for others to listen to them. Get strong… and you'll never lose something important to you."
Flashback end
After that, Nanoha had been quiet for a few days before deciding to heed Vali's opinion, get stronger so no one can mess with her. She did so in the form of going to the Clan Patriarch and requesting that the Clan train her whilst she would train with her Sacred Gear in private. Erioh had been pleased with this and decided to help her in her training, teaching her the Kure clan style techniques. One of them had been the Lion Bite, a technique that involved brutally twisting and dislocating the necks of the user's target, causing instant fatalities. In the case of a particularly skilled user, multiple people could be attacked simultaneously in one swift movement. She improved so much she almost matched Xun Er in terms of technique and strength.
There is also another technique, a secret one called the removal. The most notable result of their selective breeding process is their ability to consciously remove their brain's limits on their muscular strength output, as well as the physical constitution needed to handle unrestrained exertion of the muscle's strength. As such, while regular humans are naturally unable to access more than 30% of their body's muscular strength , the removal technique allowed the Kure to freely access and utilise their latent muscular strength with no repercussions; the only drawback to using the Removal was that it required a good amount of stamina to perform and maintain, in addition to the release rate of one's latent muscular strength being reliant on the individual's talents. Whenever one activates it, the technique makes the user's skin turn red (or a dark shade of red-violet) with their blood vessels bulging on the surface. It's also been recorded that some Kure Clan Members could use this technique on certain bodyparts… and Nanoha? Turned out that she could use 100%, making her an almost even match with Vali whenever he activated his Devil Trigger.
Meanwhile, it wasn't like the rest of the group were left in the dust either, though. For one, Vali found himself being trained in his Hakkyokuken, something which Erioh had noticed and identified. Once he had started pointing out some flaws in it, he decided to give some instruction to Vali on how to master the Hakkyokuken which helped a lot, allowing him to start on the second part since his body had grown strong enough according to Albion and this past possessor. According to them, it had been called Hikaken, and it was a cousin to the Hakkyokuken style; both styles were said to be VERY compatible with each other and can even be used in unison with each other to make the user's attacks more effective. Something which Albion vouched for since that had been a major part of why this past possessor had been so infamous back in his day.
The Hikaken style highty focused on palm techniques, with the power in the techniques being from the force generated from fast arm rotation, though the hips were slower and moved more gently than in it's cousin style the Hakkyokuken. As the arm rotated, the speed created the force for the blows as explained to the silver haired Hybrid. This force was then focused into the striking open palm, making it capable of producing massive damage when slamming against an opponent. In contrast, The Hyakkokuken focused on hip rotation to build up force whereas the Hakkiken used hammering punches and elbow swings which rely almost completely on the rotation of the hips. Once these two martial disciplines were combined and mastered, both Albion and the past possessor believed that it's user would become a BEAST in close combat, something Vali had felt to be the case as well during his Spars.
Oh yes, the Spars...
During their time at the Kure village Vali was constantly approached by one of their members Raian, a bloodthirsty psychopath who didn't know the meaning of giving up. He challenged Vali at different times across the day, only for Vali to brutally defeat him every time... this didn't faze him though, as Raian always got back up and to try and defeat him once more. Eventually, it had reached a point where Vali had to brutally defeat him to the point he had almost died, to which he had thought he would just give up and come back another time. No such luck there, however, as everytime he'd healed, he just straight up challenged Vali once more.
Finally, Vali had decided to use this to his advantage, resulting in him using the guy as a punching bag for his Devil Trigger so he could discover more about it's functions, capabilities and limitations. Thanks to his willing partner, he discovered how he could use the Devil Trigger anytime he wanted when he was fighting a stronger opponent. Erioh constantly scolded Vali for his conduct. but he didn't take much action outside of this since he could tell that Raian was getting WAY too bloodthirsty, to the point where he needed to control it before something bad would happen. Therefore, he allowed Vali to teach him a lesson… over and over.
On his end, Raian got so addicted to the goal of defeating Vali that it reached the point where he would do anything to match the half devil's strength: drugs, surgery, all of the above he would take it to match Vali. he managed to wound him a bit which impressed Vali in his determination that in the end, they got along (which Nanoha and Xun Er now complain there is two of them), becoming fast friends.
Then...
Then there was one annoying girl that made Vali wish he should stop meeting with women period, and that girl's name is Karla Kure. From the very first moment she had seen his strength and his ability, she had at first attacked Vali though he quickly dispatched her, it wasn't too difficult for the half Devil. Initially after this defeat, she had been first curious about him, then became infatuated with him to stalker-like levels, bluntly telling him that she wanted his children. Of course Vali had refused and would have smashed her into the ground to the point where she would be on death's door like he had done to Raian... however, she has also grown to be close friends to Nanoha thus rendering that tactic moot. This, every time Vali had tried to get away from her the damn girl would manage to find him no matter where he freaking weant! GGAAHHH HOW THE HECK DOES THAT GIRL DO THAT?!
But anyway, throughout these last 6 years, Suzuka and Lavinia had to go back to their respective places to report on the situation at Uminari and that it would need time before it could return to normal there, but not before both of them gave Vali their phone numbers so he could call whenever he wanted something. Though Suzuka sounded pretty chillax about this whole thing, Lavinia cried a bit when she gave Vali a suffocating hug before saying goodbye, something which would serve as Vali's first introduction to the… charm of an older woman.
Xun Er and Medusa had decided to go out for a bit, shopping or girl talk whatever it was.
Siegfried decided to stay a bit with Vali as they did some missions for the Kure clan to get money despite Hathor giving them a lot of money to make a person rich. Siegfried also unlocked his balance breaker under the threat of death one time when he accidentally interrupted one of Vali's fights with Raian and suffered the psycho's wrath. His Balance Breaker: Chaos Edge Asura Ravage, Siegfried's Twice Critical's subspecies Balance Breaker, one which allowed him to have four Dragon Arms growing out from his back, with his power doubling for each. As a result, Siegfried obtained 4 Dragon arms in addition to his real arms, resulting in him now being able to use all of his demonic swords and his light sword.
After about two of those six years had passed, the group had a visitor come to the Village, that visitor turning out to be Azazel, the leader of the Fallen Angels. Apparently, he'd come to visit them due to giving up finding 'those objects from space', though nobody told him what they truly were. Thanks to this visit, not only did he get introduced to the kids, but he also found out that Vali and them were the ones who had stopped the Qlippoth tree, resulting in the older man laughing his lungs out in incredulity. When Vali had asked what the heck was so funny, the man told him about how apparently he had begun forming his own little reputation, gaining the moniker of 'White Draconic Devil', a rumored hybrid of a dragon and a long forgotten demon.
Whilst this pleased the everloving hell out of him, Vali's glee had been soured by the fact that, according to Azazel though he trusted Albion's word along with his various Devil Arms ([Glavenus] and [Valstrax] who had sworn to stay by his side for life thanks to the debt that he owed him for killing Urizen in his place), he would be pursued by all kinds of different people who would want him to join their side for all sorts of political and personal goals, including the new and old satan factions which Vali had ZERO interest in joining... ever. Despite being backed by the Kure clan, Azazel feared that they would not be enough (much to the annoyance of the said Clan since they knew he had a point, due to there being so many beings who could literally wipe out continents and even the world should they feel like it, held back only by politics).
Therefore, in order to combat this issue, Azazel had decided to introduce Vali to the succubus family, consisting Hanamura Marino and her daughter Hatsumi which Vali quickly declined as he didn't want to be with those… sex demons who would lust over men, the succubus Marino didn't like this as she grabbed Vali's ear which caused him in lot of pain before he was forced to say sorry to them.
Once more, Vali learned of the effects older women had… in a much different way compared to Lavinia.
After she had made 'sure' she had taught him a 'lesson', the older of the two women had finally let go of him and told him that whilst it's true they suck men's life force, that was a long time ago, and in current times instead of facing extinction they instead suck out sexual energy from their victims as an alternative to their original habits that were seen in their folklore. Kind of like how Devils used to steal souls before they stopped. This way, Succubus's could get stronger by absorbing the ambient sexual energy and either using it instantly or store it up on top of their existing power reserves.
Thus, an exasperated Vali had ended up being forced to be adopted by Marino. As such he was raised by them back in a town within Succubus Territory, so that none of the other factions could touch him without their permission since apparently, they were quite high up on the succubus political system. This also meant that he had not been able to keep in contact with the other members of his group, but that just meant that he would be able to stay away from that crazy Karla, so that was fine. Though, what he did miss turned out to be the company of his comrades, and according to Abion that was due to them having fought so often together that he had already stopped seeing them as acquaintances, even Medusa and Fate. Though, his greatest companions turned out to be Xun Er and Nanoha, the original trio they had been, thus out of them all Vali found himself missing the two of them the most.
He'd take that to the grave if he had to, Vali mentally swore much to the amusement of his Devil Arm/Sacred Gear tenants.
Whilst he stayed with the two Succubus, things… weren't actually all that bad. Not only were they stronger than he'd given them credit for (turned out that combat had become quite an important factor with all the powerhouses walking about, so now Succubuses now had powerful figures of their own… even if it was so that some of them could dominate their partners), they taught him to be a bit more respectful to other women and being polite, because despite being a succubus they could be as such. Though, as much as he disliked being around so many females initially, one thing which he DID appreciate… was how Vali had received the love of a mother after being alone for so many years when he was a kid. Heck, he even called Marino mom after 3 years of living with them.
Still, there was ONE thing which became a constant bother to him even after all these years.
Her daughter, his adopted sister, was lazy but annoying for Vali, especially because 6 months ago she had slept with him unexpectedly. No, not actual sex though he bet that she would have tried to do so if she got the chance, he had stopped that from happening resulting in them just staying in the same bed together.

Originally, he had thought it was an enemy but it had turned out to be Hatsumi. It continued this for a while to which he had to sleep with a magic barrier (which had been taught to him by Albion who didn't want his partner to be sleep driven) strong enough to not get into his room. She'd complained about this every time.
He could still remember one such time himself…
(Flashback)
Once again, Vali exited out of his room before dispelling his barrier, stretching his arms above his head. However, his morning got sour when he glanced downwards and saw his adoptive older sister sleeping by the door. Kind of like a cat curling around the feet of it's master. For a reference, his adoptive sister Hatsumi took the form of a woman in her early to mid twenties, with short purplish black hair with light purple eyes. She had a figure which many succubus seem to be jealous of from what he had seen over the years, with her clothes currently consisting of a pair of PJ shorts and a PJ top… as well as a hat over her head. Usually however, she wore her work uniform, which was usually a white lab coat, a tan colored sweater with a large collar, a crimson miniskirt which concealed her black nylon stockings and black stiletto high heels.
Groaning into his hand which had found itself on his face like every OTHER time which this had happened, Vali gently kneeled down and shook her by her shoulder to get her attention. "Get up, Hatsumi."
Slowly, this allowed him to rouse her from her slumber as the woman moaned and groaned in protest, eventually culminating in her opening her light purple eyes which she rubbed a bit with her hands. "Hhmmmm... oh, is it time to sleep?" she questioned drowsily, frowning to show that she wasn't quite awake yet… though, that would be what normal people would think when, in truth, this was just how she usually was.
A fact which Vali had been LONG since aware of, if the twitching brow he sported was any indication. "No, it's morning." he stated bluntly, wondering why the hell he had even allowed this to happen. Oh yeah, politics being a bitch, like usual.
Still, as Hatsumi got up from her makeshift sleeping spot by Vali's door, the woman let out a yawn that she covered with her mouth. "Aaaahhhhh you really need to stop with the barrier Vali." she commented idly and lightly, yet with a kind of scolding to it that only someone like her could pull off.
Though, a dry look from Vali was what she received in return. "And let you unexpectedly sleep with me? I think not."
Hatsumi tilted her head, not seeing the problem. "We are siblings so we have to sleep together." she stated.
Something which Vali instantly refuted. "Adopted and no last time you almost made me have sex with you which I am glad for my will."
"We are succubuses, so it's alright for us to be in such a relationship."
"...Just get dressed already."
Shaking his head knowing that this argument was a fool's errand, Vali walked down the stairs he saw his adopted mother Marino who was in the kitchen before she saw Vali. "Good Vali, had a good night's sleep?" she questioned politely with a matching warm smile. Unlike her daughter, she had already been well and truly awake for a while, having put on her usual assemble: a jet black business suit consisting of an overcoat, white shirt underneath which was open a little alongside the overcoat, exposing a bit of cleavage as well as a golden necklace. She wore a black miniskirt like her daughter with some black high heels too.
After nodding at her, the silver haired hybrid, not in his late teens, sighed. "Almost mom, Hatsumi slept at my door again." he told her.
"Not my fault that you used a barrier to keep me away." Hatsumi responded shamelessly as she got down the stairs all dressed up in her usual attire.
Seeing the way her daughter looked at him, Marino smirked smugly and a little teasingly. "You know Vali, you should let her sleep with you."
Oh, how her smirk widened at the groan that escaped his lips. "Oh great, you too?"
"It would be a wonderful bonding for the two of you!"
"Uhhhh, are you nuts? She almost had sex with me one time!"
Marino shrugged her shoulders at that. "So? We are succubuses, so we also approve a brother sister relationship so I suggest you let her sleep with you, oh the wonders of having a grandchild!"
"DAMMIT, WOMAN!"

Even his own adopted mother suggested….. Incest(Shiver!). Anyways, as for his education, he had learned some stuff but didn't have the proper guide due to being a part of the supernatural would, forever being targeted which really… limited his options in that kind of field. One good thing about living a normal life, was that one could attain an education much more easily than one would with a target as large as his painted on his back.
Anyways, before long Vali had found himself being contacted by the TSAB after so long which had surprised him. He received a call from his phone that they wanted to see him. Normally there isn't much of a threat in his world but he remembered the conditions a long time ago from the captain, he be damned if he breaks his promise it would make him no less like his sperm donor or his grandfather so he accepted and told him to to go a specific place where they can teleport him to the ship. He wonders if Fate will be there.
Oh before we forget Fate decided to work with the Kure clan as they are quite informative as she could get a lot of data for the TSAB, including the Sacred Gears they could study more about. Fun fact, he had discovered from Fate that the sacred gears were made from the lost items that landed on earth which YHVH used them to make the sacred gears.
Heh, truly ironic how the Sacred Gears were light years away from other people.
Once he was at the beach he was looking at the ocean before a magic circle appeared before him as he walked to it before it disappeared.
Opening his eyes, Vali found himself standing in the middle of the same old teleportation room he'd appeared in when he had been before. It gave him a sense of sweet nostalgia, but he didn't let it last in favor of crushing it before pocketing his hands inside his coat and walking to the main deck.
A short while later, the silver haired hybrid stopped by a futuristic-looking door, which then slid open when sensing his presence. With the lack of barrier hindering him, not like he couldn't just kick it down if he wanted, Vali walked through to find himself in the same command room as before, where all the TSAB workers were currently positioned at their posts in front of various monitors. He could even see the Earth and space from here.
Hearing the sound of the door opening and closing, one of the workers glanced at it and spotted him, thus promptly shifting his gaze towards another direction. "Captain, he's here."
Upon the worker saying this, a woman got up from her seat nearby and walked on over to him. This prompted Vali to see that it was indeed the same captain from these years ago, Lindy Harlaown… to his surprise, Vali saw that she hadn't changed all that much since he had seen her last, save for a few wrinkles on her face. Time must have been kind to her, the teen figured, something which many women would be envious of her for since they used cosmetics to try and keep their own youth going, kind of pathetic really.
Next to her, stood someone who made Vali internally roll his eyes in haughty derision: that annoying boy Chrono, having grown up to be a young man who currently scowled at him. Though the said half Devil didn't give a shit since he strolled up to Lindy.
"Ahhhh Vali, it's good to see you for a long time, you've grown so much!" The woman known as Lindy spoke politely, smiling a little at him. Though thanks to his life with Marino and Hatsumi, Vali nodded back with a slightly warm smile of his own.
"... you too Lindy, you haven't changed that much. Anyways, why have you called me here?"
Seeing that he wanted to get straight down to business, Lindy nodded as she clapped her hands together. "Ahhh straight to the point I see, very well. You see, 3 years ago when we explored each planet for some studies in the future, it's a wonder how these planets function. But when we reached mars there was a vast demonic energy there." she told him, her tone growing serious and grim at the end.
… what…. Demonic energy, she said? "Hold on, are you shitting me demonic energy?!" That sounded… not good, not good at fucking all! If Rizevim discovered space knowledge, then who knows how much chaos he would spread?
Lindy nodded her head gravely. "Yes, it is."
"Then why haven't you contacted me sooner Lindy?! You know as well as I do any of you won't survive there!"
"That was my original plan Vali, but the TSAB wanted to know first if it was a threat or not, we sended three of our squads to Mars in order to investigate, but the time they got there… we lost contact. For three years we tried to contact the squads but haven't received any but we received an image from one of our squads before we could talk to him."
Flicking her hand out, Lindy directed Vali's gaze towards one of their screens, which soon flickered to life. It then showed a bloody message that looked nothing like any language he had ever seen… however, the same couldn't be said for a certain Heavenly Dragon.
'Hold on….. That's Sumerian, the first language of civilians before christianity!'
Internally surprised at the Heavenly Dragon's knowledge of what this was, Vali remembered briefly hearing of it one time when he had been a kid and talking with his tenants at the time about their old war stories. 'Sumerian Albion? But, that language is said to be forgotten?' He questioned.
'It is, but I along with some elder Gods have known this. Remember we have lived for a very long time.'
'Then what does this say Albion?'
'It says…. "We will take back the world that belongs to ours, to our king, to our world." that's what it said….. whatever it is…...'
Once Albion finished, Vali narrowed his eyes as he proceeded to inform the green haired woman of what he had heard, prompting her to frown in worry about the possible implications leading to a moment of awkward silence. "... Lindy."
However, that silence got busted when Vali spoke her name urgently, to which she nodded her head in understanding knowing that there wasn't much time to waste. Whatever had written in this language must have been incredibly old, as well as incredibly powerful. It wasn't hard to imagine what could have befallen her men in that situation, in which case they had to act fast. "I know, prepare a teleportation to Mars!"
""YES CAPTAIN!"" Each of the workers yelled in unison, before the sounds of frantic typing and clicking noises filled the air as the rest of them got to work in making preparations for the incoming operation.
However, one element still needed to be solved here, and that would turn out to rear its ugly head within the next few seconds. "I still think it's a bad idea, mother. Let me handle this." Chrono spoke with insistence.
This caused him to get a look of disinterest from the silver haired hybrid who had honestly forgotten to even register his presence the moment he learned of Demonic Energy being present on Mars. "Oh….. you, I honestly forgot about you….. Arrogant boy, let me tell you this again, you're weak, you won't even last a second over there." he stated bluntly.
However, that only served to make Chrono even more pissed off, showcasing his stubbornness over the matter. Though in all fairness, ever since he had first met the male he and Vali had never really gotten along. Not after the way he had been manhandled like a little bitch by him. "Gggrrrrhhhhh, just because you have the most experience doesn't mean-"
"CHRONO, ENOUGH!"
"Wha…. mother!"
Pausing to rein in her temper at her wayward son, Lindy took a few breaths as she put her index finger and thumb on the bridge of her nose. "... I'm sorry, but Vali is right…. Whatever is happening on Mars is something we can't handle. it could kill you chrono…. I already lost your father and I can't lose you….." She admitted softly, barely above a whisper.
Chrono was silent for a moment, before he wordlessly walked to the mechanical door, stepping through it after it opened before it closed.
"... what happened, if you don't mind asking?"
"... before the Jewel Seed incident, my husband Clyde took on a dangerous mission for the TSAB. I told him he might not survive, but he was reckless and a bit arrogant. He thought he could handle it and he would back soon... but days later, I was worried about him by a messenger saying that he had died in the mission that went wrong… Chrono is like his father, which is why I worry that Chrono will also die from these missions. That's why I ask you… you're the only one who is stopping and saving my son's life please."
Vali stayed silent before he also went for the door, stopping just as it opened. He slightly turned his head so Lindy could see his mouth as he uttered the following words. "... Don't be ashamed. You are acting what a true mother would do, protecting their kids whatever it means. I honestly don't blame you Lindy, you're making the right choice." With that, Vali exited out of the door, not noticing a tear falling from Lindy's face as she took out a picture of her and her husband when they were together.
Meanwhile, Vali returned to the teleportation room, stepping into the centre of it before waiting to be transported as it began to speak.
TELEPORTING TO MARS IN 3…..2….1…. TELEPORTING NOW!
Vali teleported out of the room.
Vali appeared in what it looks like… a facility. it wouldn't be a surprise that the modern human could reach Mars but he sees…. Demonic sigils that he never has seen before.
'These are?!... I see.'
'What is it Albion?'
'I recognize them, they are the old sigils of a summoning of an old demon from hell."
'Hell, you mean the-'
RRRRRAAAAAGGHHHH!
Vali suddenly heard a scream, he turned around and saw three people, but their remains of what looks like a TSAB sigil on the arm outfits and their surprisingly diminutive stature. To Vali's shock and horror, some kind of mutation had seemingly already taken great effect physically on them, their skin being almost mummified and brown in color with their skin seeming to be... fused somehow, with parts of their armor and weapons, their movements erratic and slow. Their eye sockets looked to have disappeared, and instead they possessed a single large socket in their forehead.
"What the fuck?"
The three beings began to walk towards him like the shambling Zombies of which Vali had seen in some modern movies that Xun Er liked to watch before the Qlippoth Tree incident. Just as he was about to summon [Astalos] however, Albion spoke.
'Vali, you can't summon your devil arms, here. The magic density is low here on Mars, which means you won't be able to summon some of them!'
THAT caught his attention, followed by the fact that he indeed could NOT summon ANY of his Devil Arms to his person. Not only that, but it seemed like he couldn't communicate with any of their spirits either, meaning that he was essentially isolated from the majority of his weapons. "... fuck, glad I brought Yamato with me." He muttered, glancing down at his waist where the said weapon had been strapped to within his coat.
Fortunately, unsheathing Yamato didn't come with any issues as he held the blade in both hands in a traditional iado stance. As the monstrosities approached him, he quickly dashed forwards, stopping behind them with various slash marks appearing on them after a few seconds of tense silence… before they fell to the ground in multiple chopped up pieces.
Thing was, Vali had discovered during his training that Yamato, his new demonic sword, was almost the same as nothung, Siegfrieds demonic sword in terms of it being sharp as hell. He had discovered this when he had tried to practice it with a Kure Clan member who excelled within the art of the sword... that Clan Member had been lucky that it didn't kill him when his sword and the walls behind him were cut clean through like there was no resistance at all. Therefore, in light of everything Vali had to limit himself from training the Yamato because he had to train other things as well. Fortunately, he did know some basic stuff from training with the Kure clan, so he wouldn't be a COMPLETE noob with this Sword.
Looking down at their corpses, Vali frowned. "Well…. Looks like I found the reason why they haven't contacted for three years, what the hell happened?"
'... Yes, Hell happened.'
For some reason, he got the chills when that word 'hell' got uttered by his tenant. "What, you mean the underworld is involved with this?"
'No because they can't even reach this place due to the magic density. What I mean is the 'true' hell.'
"The true hell?... You mean?!"
"GREETINGS YOUNG MAN."
"?!"
Vali heard a robotic voice as he turned around as he looked for it before seeing a futuristic screen as he saw on the screen an incoming voice comm. He walked to it as he began to speak. "Who are you?"
"I'M DR SAMUEL HAYDEN AND I'M THE HEAD OF THIS FACILITY."
"Head of this facility? Are you responsible for this?"
"NO, THAT WOULD BE MY WORKER OLIVIA PIERCE, SHE DID ALL OF THIS UNDER MY NOSE. IN FACT SHE WAS THE ONE WHO KEPT THIS INFORMATION THAT ANOTHER ORGANIZATION WAS COMING TO MY FACILITY."
"I see."
"I THINK WE CAN WORK TOGETHER AND RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM IN A WAY THAT BENEFITS US BOTH."
For a moment, Vali just stared at the screen pensively. Something about this futuristic-looking Robot didn't sit well with him, his very instincts told him to just continue on without speaking any further. However, he decided against that and sported a facade of manners with the robot, nodding his head. "... fine Hayden, tell me how we can resolve this issue?"
The screen began to change as it showed a satellite, displaying that the main power and the alignment was offline.
"WE FIRST NEED TO ACTIVATE THE MAIN POWER OF THE SATELLITE SO WE HAVE THE FULL DETAIL OF THE FACILITY, OLIVIA MADE SURE THAT I WON'T KNOW WHERE SHE IS."
"... alright show me where this satellite is."
"FIRST YOU NEED A SUIT CAPABLE ENOUGH TO BREATH IN MARS, I HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU WAITING IN THE NEXT ROOM."
The door opened, and Vali looked at it for a movement, before walking to it. As he entered the room, he saw a suit that's mostly dark green in color, with slightly lighter colored legs and helmet. The Suit covered the person's whole body, including the arms and legs. In addition to this, the Suit also appeared quite technologically advanced, with a complex visor and internal systems.
"THE PRAETOR SUIT, A PROTOTYPE FOR THE NEXT GENERATION ELITE GUARDS, THIS WILL BENEFIT YOU A LOT."
"... where can I find a color change, green is not my style."
"AHHHH A PICKY PERSON, VERY WELL WHAT COLOR WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE, I'LL PREPARE A COLOR CHANGE IN THE NEXT ROOM."
"...Silver, make it silver."
"ALRIGHT, TAKE THE SUIT TO THE NEXT ROOM AND I SHALL BEGIN THE PROCEDURE."
Vali took the suit to the next room in several pieces, transporting them to the next room where he saw a set of robotic arms with spray paint. Knowing what they were for, he put the armor pieces in the spots indented in the shape of them, before stepping back whilst the arms began to change the color.
Walking through the hall in his new Praetor suit, but with a different style(the praetor suit in Astro skin style), Vali entered another room which had multiple TSAB personale on the floor, dead with some possessed and some creature that looked like a demon with an adult human-like form, with its skin being red. It had claws and elongated back spines, the way it looked made it look more like a demon than a human.
Frowning at the sight, Vali noticed that they hadn't been paying him much heed and thus, decided to ignore them in turn. As such, he then walked past their dead bodies before seeing a gun on a UAC person. 'Hmmmm… Albion, could I possibly use this? As somewhat of a substitute for my Devil Arms since this thing isn't powered by Magical Density.' Vali wondered to his sole partner this time. 'This Gun… I think Nanoha called it a Shotgun, she's been getting into guns a lot recently thanks to looking into them for her Sacred Gear…'
'... I don't see why not. Not many in the Supernatural World try to use firearms these days due to sticking with Magic and superpowers, so it could be a good trump card to use against them. The element of surprise has always been historically effective in countless battles. I can even see you forging bullets out of your own energy to use to make them more effective against beasts.'
'True, and while I haven't been using them much, obtaining [Valstrax] means that i'll have to get used to them at some point. Might as well try out handling them now…' Vali added on, a slightly curious yet interested look forming in his eyes. Vali hadn't been favoring Guns too much since he stuck with close combat or, as Siegfried sometimes phrased it which Raian had also taken to doing, 'glorious melee combat', but considering that firearms have been making strides in the human world (and he'd seen a few pictures online thanks to Nanoha who showed him how deadly they could be), he'd admit that he wanted to know more about them. Arched brow, Vali walked on over to it and took the Shotgun out from the corpse's dead hand. He looked it over for a bit, before pumping it (Combat shotgun). Afterward, he went to the door as it slowly opened before entering an elevator and pressing up. Hayden spoke from the elevator switch.
"WHEN THEY FIRST LANDED ON MARS, I WAS SURPRISE TO SEE ANOTHER ORGANIZATION FROM SPACE, THAT WAS AFTER OLIVIA HID THEM FROM ME AND USED THEM FOR A HELL RITUAL."
"A hell ritual?"
"ITS SOMETHING WHICH SHE HAD A SATANIC CULTIST WORSHIPING THE ORIGINAL SATAN BY USING THEM AS A SACRIFICE, I FIGURED THIS OUT AND DISCOVERED THEM, BUT IT WAS TOO LATE THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. IN ORDER TO NOT LET THEM SPREAD I HAD TO CUT THE COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR ORGANIZATION IN ORDER TO NOT LET ANYONE SEND OTHERS."
"... so you were the reason why the TSAB couldn't get in contact with their squad."
"YES, I ONLY HOPED THAT THE DEMONS WON'T SPREAD ACROSS THE UNIVERSE."
"... what the hell were your people studying?"
"HELL."
"... wait, did I hear that correct? You and your people were studying hell?!"
"YES, THERE IS A REASON WHY. WHEN THE GOD OF THE BIBLE AND HIS FOUR CHILDREN FOUGHT AGAINST SATAN, THAT THING CREATED AND UNLEASHED HELL UPON THE WORLD, FILLING IT WITH DEMONS AND POTENTIALLY COULD HAVE DRAGGED THE WORLD INTO IT TO BECOME PART OF HELL, WIPING OUT ALL LIFE AS WE KNOW IT. HOWEVER THANKFULLY THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. WHEN THEY KILLED SATAN, THE BIBLICAL GOD SEALED HELL AWAY AND MADE SURE THAT THE SINNERS WOULD ONLY GO THERE IF THEY DID SOMETHING HORRIBLE, FOR THE WORST OF THE WORST. HOWEVER, THE GOD OF THE BIBLE KNEW THAT THE BARRIER WON'T KEEP HELL IN ITS DIMENSION AS IT HAD ALMOST CONSUMED ALL THE CRUSADERS HE HAD WITH HIM. THEREFORE, HE LEFT INFORMATION ABOUT HELL AND HOW TO STOP IT."
"Stop it huh, looks like you were doing a great job Hayden."
"IT WASN'T MY INTEREST TO ALLOW HELL COME TO OUR DIMENSION. WHAT I WASN'T AWARE OF, WAS THAT IT HAD A MIND EFFECT THAT MADE OLIVIA SO OBSESSED WITH IT SHE BEGAN TO WORK IN SECRET FOR MANY YEARS, I DIDN'T NOTICED IT AT FIRST. I WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE THAT HAPPENED 3 YEARS AGO."
The elevator stopped as Vali exited out of it and entered the Mars environment, though he had to chuckle a bit at the situation he had found himself in. "... heh first half devil to enter Mars, wonder if this is how those people felt when they arrived on a new planet for the first time." He then jumped off the cliff, landing on the ground as he was on one of his knees and a hand on the ground before continuing as he saw destroyed parts of the facility. He sees some ammos on the ground as he picks it up and reloads his shotgun before he continues his path.
He arrived on another cliff, but before he could jump down Vali spotted some….. Possessed, that's what he'll call them, knowing that they would be trouble. Good thing then that he had this Shotgun and Yamato in case things went awry, before he descended down to the ground.
Apparently that turned out to be the sign of his presence that they needed, resulting in the Possessed soldiers quickly tuning towards him. Some of them, which looked slightly bulkier and with what looked like rifles fused within them, fired at his position. Vali however, didn't let this happen as he instead summoned his Divine Dividing and taking to the skies. 'Hmmm, looks like I can summon my Sacred Gear alright…' The silver haired Hybrid thought before circling throughout the area, getting the hang of the Shotgun by shooting at them through the head. At first, that was what he did, but for the majority of that time he would miss and almost get ripped to shreds by the Possessed's claws or rifle blasts. Thus, he decided to change targets to their torso areas since they were bigger targets, and his constant mobility somewhat hindered his shooting too though the fact that the Shotgun fired in a wide spread made up for this a bit.
Eventually, all of the Possessed lay dead at his feet… in many small pieces thanks to the explosive blasts from his shotgun. 'Heh, this thing is surprisingly useful. Maybe I could give it to Nanoha as a gift if she's been training hard enough…' Vali internally mused in interest.
"I SEE... YOU HAVE THE LONGINUS, THE DIVINE DIVIDING. WHICH WOULD MEAN THAT YOU BELONG TO EARTH. QUITE THE SURPRISE."
Hayden said through the helmet, something which startled Vali for a brief moment. Though, it didn't last long thanks to how he had been told shortly after it's completion that it had communications installed. Though, the stuff which the robot told him about caught his attention the most. "Huh…. so you're from Earth as well?" Vali questioned, soon getting a response back.
"YES, SINCE YOU KNOW ABOUT THE SUPERNATURAL LET ME TELL YOU A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF. I AM A DEVIL OF THE ASTAROTH FAMILY, A BRANCH MEMBER YOU COULD SAY."
So, he was a Devil, huh? Already, his suspicions about the robot sprouted roots from the seed that it once was. "The Astaroth family huh…? Wait, if that's the case then how did you even come to Mars?"
"I HAD HELP FROM AN ASSOCIATE THAT HAD A SACRED GEAR CALLED UNKNOWN DICTATOR. WE WORKED TOGETHER FOR A WHILE AS I BEGAN TO RECRUIT WORKERS FOR MY RESEARCH ON HOW TO STOP HELL. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE MANY AMONGST THE DEVILS AND OTHERS WHO THINK IT DOESN'T EXIST AS ANYTHING OTHER THAN A MYTH, NOR WILL IT POSE A THREAT TO THEM EVEN IF IT DID. HOWEVER, I FOUND OUT THE TRUE THREAT THAT HELL POSES WHEN I FOUND RECORDS OF ITS EXISTENCE BACK IN THE UNDERWORLD. NOTHING TOO DETAILED, BUT ENOUGH FOR ME TO PIECE TOGETHER WHAT HAD HAPPENED BACK THEN."
Humming thoughtfully at that, Vali frowned. "Huh….. talk about paranoia. Kind of like Zeus in how he always takes extreme precautions. Especially with his affairs." he mused, causing Hayden to respond in a way that, if he had a human face, he would have frowned.
"TRUST ME, YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL HAPPEN, MAYBE DAYS, MONTH, YEARS OR ANYTIME IT HAPPENED."
Oh, that he could see. Most of the threats in the supernatural world happened when one least expected it, after all. Just look at the whole Jewel Seed and various other incidents across history. "True, alright send me where I should go."
"I'VE MARKED THE LOCATION TO YOUR DIGITAL MAP INSTALLED IN YOUR SUIT SO BE QUICK, OLIVIA WILL KNOW SOMEONE IS DISRUPTING HER PLANS."
A beep was heard on his helmet, to which Vali opted to open up one of the Armour's functions: an entire 3D Map view of the building that Hayden had supplied him with. There was what looked to be some kind of marker on one part of the building, which told Vali that it should be where Hayden was currently located and the point where he should go. Centering in on it's position on the map, Vali then closed the function before he looked towards a building that wasn't far from him. Spreading his Divine Dividing (which could be summoned outside of his Armor), he took to the skies and flew to the base as a means to stop all this quickly.
It didn't take him long to arrive at the designated location as the door opened for him, allowing him to enter. As he entered the building, Vali noticed a switch which said 'exit facility', prompting him to press it. The result was the door behind him closing to allow the front to open instead.
Not long after he walked through the door, Vali received a transmission.
|Hello, I am VEGA, the sentient intelligence assigned to Mars|
This caused Vali to arch a brow within his helmet. "An AI….. not everyday you get to see something like that. Alright VEGA, tell me what needs to be done here?" He questioned the AI. Usually in whatever form of medium it was in, an AI was depicted to be a very smart existence, and despite not knowing him for long if at all, Vali believed that Hayden wouldn't let an idiot be in charge of the crucial systems within this facility.
|After running a diagnostic, you need to manually activate the power online as Olivia Pierce made sure that Dr Hayden could not scan nor override her work in this area.|
Again, that name. It had been mentioned multiple times at this point, but Vali still didn't know much about her. He hadn't questioned Hayden about her due to the teen getting the feeling that the robot was more of a practical sort who tended to avoid needless exposition. "This Olivia Pierce… just what is she gaining out of this?" He questioned the AI instead.

Shame that even VEGA wasn't too sure about this, much to Vali's dismay. "Even AI's don't know." he mumbled under his breath.
After this brief exchange, VEGA cut the connection whilst Vali walked to the building as the door opened, he went up the stairs and saw that almost everywhere was almost completely dark. He entered the facility and saw some possessed walking around. Putting away his shotgun as he didn't want to waste ammo, Vali unsheathed his Yamato and sliced them before one Imp(he will call them that) was spawned near him… it got itself killed the moment it appeared.
Once the enemy had been defeated, Vali walked to a broken door nearby, to which he placed two hands on it before forcefully yanking it open, allowing him to continue walking. It didn't take long for more trouble to be stirred up, but Vali easily dealt with the possessed before he climbed the stairs and noticed something within the hands of a dead man. To him, Vali recognized it to be some form of Rifle, and seeing as how it wouldn't serve it's previous dead owner any longer, Vali took it (Heavy assault rifle).
'I must admit.., seeing how effective these weapons are against these enemies, I can understand why humans have been favoring the use of firearms. Brutal yet effective, and are abl to be easily carried…'
He admired the weapon for a moment, before he went to a nearby terminal, pressing on it's screen or, to be more specific, he pressed on the 'reset power' button. Because of this, things started to take backup power, opening window protection as everywhere began to light up. Watching this happen, Vali heard a beep before seeing a screen that showed a Caucasian English woman that appears to be aged somewhere between her late 40s to early 60s. She had white hair cut very short and wears a light gray exoskeleton. She appears sickly and almost emaciated, being very thin and short of stature. On top of it was her name Olivia Pierce.
"I believe in honesty, especially now, in what will be your final moments in this world. All the rumors, the human sacrifice, the hell portal, the demons… it's all… true. My sisters and brothers, be thankful. You will be the first. You will have a seat alongside them just as I will in what will become the new world they create for us….. starting…... now."
It began to disrupt as it had some demonic sounds at it before he narrowed his eyes. "...a twisted old lady I see….. Another one, just great."
He then walked back to where the maintenance room is before he saw a button but went to the side as he saw the door there just below him before he activated his Sacred Gear and flew there. As he was at the door he saw a bunch of possessed, including one with a hydrogen stuck to its chest before he took out his shotgun and shot it as it exploded the rest of the possessed group. As he walked to the room he spotted some Imps and a possessed soldier which prompted him to use Divine Dividing take to the skies. Aiming his rifle at them as they tried to get a hit on Vali as he killed the possessed soldier and the imp that was climbing on a column.
One got a hit on him as he turned around and saw two imps running towards higher ground before he saw a red barrel as he tried his luck and shot it. It exploded and killed the both of them as he put away his Rifle for the Combat Shotgun, flying on over to the possessed soldiers whilst avoiding their rounds... and blasted their limbs off. He did the same to any other Demon who came his way before the entire mess got cleaned up.
Now that he was done, with his Sacred Gear dismissed and his Guns put away Vali then looked left and right before seeing a door and went to it... but not before seeing a dead body with a chainsaw close by. Intrigued, he went to it and pulled out the Chainsaw as he looked at it as he pulled the cord and activated. Upon hearing the sounds of the blade revving itself up, a grin of shark-like bloodlust formed over his face. "Oh yeah, I'm keeping this for now."
After admiring his new toy (he found himself getting a lot of goodies here, wasn't he?) Vali got out of the locker room and saw some demons running around, prompting him to try a field test. Thus,he revved his chainsaw and went to them, hacking, ripping and tearing the demons from the head, their torso and their body parts. Some tried to block but was impossible as it penetrated their defences like a hot knife through butter.
Once they were all dead he saw that the door was locked before VEGA spoke.

"Yes, I want to finish this as fast as I can VEGA."
|Understand, opening the door now.|
The door opened for him as Vali strode on over to it before he found himself at the airlock room before he saw a medical sign, one which he figured implied that it could heal him instead of having to rely on his Demonic Power to do so. Upon approaching it, it sensed Vali's presense likely through some kind of detection system, as it opened, Vali slowly put his arm in the machine before it tightened around his arm before the cylinders went down. In the following seconds, Vali's eyes glistened with wonder behind his visor whilst he felt his wounds were healing fast before it stopped. It let go of Vali as he stared at his arm and his injury before he could no longer feel pain. "Huh… this could be useful for any doctors, I beat the TSAB would make use of this." he mumbled to himself.
Vali said as he went to the airlock system before pressing the opening airlock as the gates opened as Vali exited the building. He sees the demons as they walked around before Vali used his divine dividing and flew to the air as they saw him and tried to get to him but couldn't get the proper aim as he went to the roof of the control room before he opened the hatch and entered the room. He sees a dead person and the screen security clearance as he took the dead body and put the hand on the screen as it scanned before the hand went limp. He sees the satellite began to operate and the screen began to scan before Samuel spoke
"I'M BLOCKING YOUR ACCESS TO THE FACILITY SCANNER. COME TO THE VEGA TERMINAL AND I'LL GIVE YOU WHAT YOU NEED."
Vali stood silent before he flew to the air and went to the next building. He entered the building and dealt with the demons easily with Yamato since he needed to preserve his magic as it slowly regenerated. He walked to the terminal system and killed the imps that were running to his direction. He opened the door as the possessed soldier and one with a bluish energy shield ran at him... but with a quick few slashes from Yamato both of them died, even with the shield protecting them it was no match for Yamato. After beholding this sight and looking the blade over, Vali started to wonder if it's true ability was that it could cut through anything, but put that thought on hold in favor of getting shit done.
Afterward, he walked through the halls and another terminal system was there, but it was already opened as he saw the soldier doing a quick roll before shooting at Vali. However, once he had dodged the blasts Vali just cut it down before continuing his path. He climbed up the stairs and entered another room which was the VEGA terminal. He entered it and there were a bunch of futuristic screens as Samuel spoke.
"TAKE IT, IT WILL GIVE YOU STRENGTH. IT WILL HELP YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY , IF THAT IS YOU CAN WITHSTAND THE POWER SURGE."
Below him something was opening before a containment was there as it opened before Vali's eyes. As it opened, a faint red glow could be seen beneath it before, finally, the source or the glow presented itself before him: a ball with red energy inside of it. Energy which constantly and violently slammed into its shell as if it were trying to escape and rampage everywhere, but the shell contained it well.
'Argent energy.'
Vali blinked when he heard Albion's voice, the Heavenly Dragon's tone being both surprised and yet grim at the same time. Though, Vali decided that the fact that he knew what this was, was of greater concern. 'Huh….. argent energy, what's that?' he questioned in confusion whilst subconsciously holding the orb out in front of him as far away from his person as possible.
"It is Hell's energy, the energy that flows through Hell. It wouldn't be a stretch for it to be considered corrupted chaos energy. Not many can withstand its energy, as those who are hit by it either are vaporized by it without even a chance to scream or are converted into a Demon and resident of Hell… but you….. You already know the answer."
Albion mentally said as Vali took the orb as he stared at it before he crushed it as he felt his energy was replenished as red lighting was around his body as he endured the power before it died down. He feels like he could go toe to toe with all of the winds of destruction before the screen beeped. The screen then showed a robotic face and some of its upper body as he spoke.
"THAT…. IS PURE ARGENT ENERGY YOU'VE JUST TAKEN INTO YOUR SYSTEM. IT SEEMS TO AGREE WITH YOU. HMMMM I WILL UNLOCK THE REMAINING ARGENT CELLS WITHIN THE FACILITY FOR YOU."
"Sweet, so Hayden how are you able to hide all this from the humans who entered mars?"
"THAT IS SIMPLE… WHEN THE HUMANS WERE ABOUT TO LAND ON THIS PLACE, I OVERRIDE THEIR TECHNOLOGY AND MADE THEM THINK THAT MARS HAS SOME KIND OF EMP FIELD THAT STOPS THEM FROM COMING HERE. IT WON'T BE LONG BEFORE THEY MANAGED TO GET PAST IT, HOWEVER, WHICH IS WHY WE NEED TO ACT FAST BEFORE HELL INVADES EARTH. Ohhh, on that Vali can very much agree. Albion had told him once that the Gods or YHWH throughout the supernatural world don't want to show themselves, because they think it would mess the humans' economy. It's like saying this: "Hey we have Gods walking among us, let's praise them!" it would not only mess their lives but a huge war between religions. There are over a dozen Religions throughout the universe, each with their own ideals and rules, therefore peaceful cooperation between them would be a pipe dream. Ever since the modern-day arrived and people like foreigners started going to other places, Christianity grew so much that they think only one God exists, which ended up making multiple factions go into exile, hiding or disappearing from the world.
One could call this a world which had very thin strings keeping it from falling apart.

AN: Alright done, hello this is Hunter and here's a new MHD Chapter. This one is focusing on an arc me and Darklord have been anticipating for a while, because of what it means for the story. Vali being sent to Mars to conduct operations there against the threat of Hell… and no, not the Underworld but the REAL hell from DOOM. One of the most revolutionary games out there. Now, people have said that Vali being like Vergil from Devil May Cry would be cool, but what about a mix between Dante, Vergil AND the DOOM SLAYER? AH SHIT HELL IS INVADING!... My name is Darklord bringing you another chapter of the story! For this arc we are doing the DOOM arc. For this one instead of the maykers involved with hell, we are going to make sure that someone in HEAVEN is working in hell for some, preparing something big, we will not go in details so figure out who would go so far to work in hell.
