After Ash went to the under the sea kingdom with Felicia. So in the meantime Kyla, Jumbo, Pikachu and Aipom all decided to go to a different part of the jungle but this part happens to be very different then the pokemon part. That is because this part of the jungle is where animals live. So the reason why Kyla and the other pokemon are here is so that they can look for an old friend of kyla's and Pikachu's.
Jumbo: So where are we going and what are we doing here.
Kyla: We are looking for an old friend of mine that used to be in charge of the pack before Kiko took over and I was hoping he can teach Ash how to be a great leader.
Jumbo: oh okay and I see that this friend lives in a different type of jungle.
Pikachu: yes but there is one thing that you should know about Jumbo and that is this friend is not a pokemon.
But before Jumbo could respond he got distracted by a pretty bird that was flying past him.
Jumbo: so what do I need to oh look at that flying pokemon.
Then Kyla and pikachu all started to laughed. After the bird got away from Jumbo he noticed that pikachu and Kyla were laughing at him.
Jumbo: hey what's so funny.
Pikachu: we are laughing because that is not a pokemon.
Jumbo: what do you mean it is not a pokemon. If it's not a pokemon than what is it?
Pikachu: wow jumbo you really have to get out more often if you don't know that there is another jungle that contains animals on this island.
Jumbo: oh really is that where we are going.
Kyla: yes but where to find him is the real question cause this part of the island is very big so all of us have to stay together.
After an hour of looking for Kylas friend. She finally found her friend sitting on a tree eating some food as he was watching the little ones play. When she saw him she started to get nervous cause she does not know if he will remember her.
Jumbo: woah who are they and are those the animals that you were talking about. They have lots of hair on them and they look a lot like Ash but with much more hair.
Pikachu and aipom just gave each other a look and they didn't see the animal looking anything like Ash.
Kyla: These are a special animal that are called gorillas and the one that is sitting on the tree is my friend George. I am very nervous on seeing him cause what if he doesn't remember me and I don't know what to say to him.
Pikachu: oh don't worry Kyla I am sure that he will remember you.
Kyla: okay I just hope that he does but I am not going over there until I know what to say to him. Then she started to walk back but when she did she bumped into a brush which was very loud.
Meanwhile when George was eating he couldn't help but overhear something that was coming from the bushes so he slowly walked over to the bush to see if it was a predator that was stalking them and it wasn't. When George saw the pokemon he was shocked to see them that he pretty much just froze in place.
When the pokemon heard movement from the Bush they moved out of the way and Kyla was in tears when she saw her old friend again.
George: Kyla, Pikachu is that you all my gosh it has been so long since I seen you. How have you been and how is that grumpy leader that took my place. Most importantly how is your son doing? The last time I saw the lad was when he was only a baby.
Kyla just mumbled and still in shock but she took a deep breath and started to speak.
Kyla: Yes my old friend it has been a While. The grumpy leader is the reason why I came over here to see you . But before I tell you what I been up too. I want you to meet some new members of my pack that joined after you lifted.
Jumbo came out of view and introduced himself to the gorilla and walked in front of him and said.
Jumbo: Hi George my name is jumbo. It is really nice to meet a old friend of Kyla's.
George: It is very nice to meet you too Jumbo. Then he walked over to aipom who was very interested in him cuz he looked like a monkey.
George: and who is this little primate?
Aipom liked him and George can even understand what he is saying cause they are in the same animal family.
George: well hello to you too Aipom. These are very nice pokemon that you have here it is really nice to meet you all but what I really want to know is what brings you here Kyla in the first place.
Then Kyla turned to the other pokemon and said
Kyla: hey guys do you mind if I can speak to George alone.
Then pikachu and aipom climbed on top of Jumbo's back.
Pikachu: No problem Kyla you can take as long as you need. We will just take look around the area and might gather some food as well.
Then they both left so that Kyla can talk about her life and the situation about Ash learning how to be a leader.
George: so Kyla what is it that you wanted to see me but please tell me how everything is going.
Kyla: well everything is fine but I have bad news about kiko he died from a crazy merman. Which means we need a new leader to take over the pack.
George: oh my gosh I am so sorry. I told you those merpeople were dangerous.
Then Kyla had a smirk on her face.
Kyla: will that is what I thought to until I actually met one that made me think not all of them or bad they are just misunderstood creatures and you know my son has met a mermaid and he is with her right now. The mermaid that he met is a really sweet mermaid. I would know cause I met her to and her father as well.
George: really he has met one i wonder how he met her. wow I see that Ash has been busy. I wonder how he met this mermaid I would like to know more about this. I would love to see him again.
Kyla: that is why I wanted to find you so that you can help us. Now you know that Kiko is dead so that means we need a new leader.
George: are you saying you want me to be the leader of your pack again.
Kyla: hum no cause we already have a new leader and I was hoping you can teach this leader how to be one.
George: oh really I would love to help the new leader. So who is the new leader.
Kyla: you are not going to believe me it's Ash.
George: WHAT THAT BOY IS GOING TO BE IN CHARGE OF YOUR PACK NOW WOW. well of course I would love to help you out but as you know I can be very tough when it comes to my training.
Kyla: oh don't worry I like that cause then that way he will learn how to be a true leader. He also needs to know how to be tough. So I was hoping that you will be tough on him. So the tougher that you are on him the more serious he will be. But try not to be to hard cause he is still a little nervous.
George: alright good. So where is he and no problem I will just set up some things that can help us. We can do it when we go back to your side of the island.
Kyla: He is in the mermaid lake with his mermaid friend. He will be back by sunset.
George: great than that will give us enough time to get ready. Now come on let's go get the other pokemon and head to your part of the island so we can get ready for him to return.
Then George and Kyla went into the forest so that they can find the other pokemon. They were on a nearby tree getting some food for themselves. Then pikachu turned around and saw them coming towards them and ran up to them.
Pikachu: Hi George great to see you again. So are you able to help our new leader.
George: it is nice to see you too Pikachu and yes I am. We came back here so that we can get back to the pack. Since the lad will not come till the sunset. We can head back to the pokemon side of the island and wait for him to come back.
Then everyone agreed and started to head back to the pack.

Meanwhile under the water Ash was having a lot of fun being a merman and when they were down there. There was a grand ball in honor of him saving Felicia and Travis being gone forever and changes to come to the future.
As everyone was having a great time at the ball. Ash fanilly met Felicia's sisters husbands and they loved him. Every time Ash would take a break from dancing with Felicia he will get himself a drink and talk to them and they thought that Felicia is so lucky that she found someone that will treat her right. Suddenly when everyone was dancing and having a good time Poseidon wanted to post a toast.
Poseidon: excuse me everyone I have a announcement to make.
As Poseidon was making a speech everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at the king and waiting for what the king is going to say.
Poseidon: well the first thing that I want to say is thank you everyone for coming to this ball tonight and I also want to thank a sudden merman for making me see things that I didn't see and I couldn't had gone my daughter back without him. I will also like to thank my daughter for letting me see things that I was missing from the start. So we are happy to announce that from this day forward any mermaid can pick her husband anytime she wants with no time limit or any merman that seems worthy. But this time it is your choice Felicia.
Ash was shocked to hear what the king just said and he couldn't help but cry tears of joy.
Felicia: well thank you so much father for all of this but I was thinking if we can have the wedding not just here but up on the island cause I still want to explore what else that is up there.
Poseidon: wow slow down my dear let's just focus on one thing at a time.
Then Felicia swim next to her father and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
Felicia: your right father I just got to excited and thank you again.
Poseidon: well of course cause after all we also want Ash's family to be involved to. Then he turned back to the crowd that was looking at him. That are waiting to get back to dancing and having a good time.
Poseidon: I'm sorry everyone I am just happy for my daughter's future so Ash and Felicia you can decide on what you want to get married or not. Cause I know that you are going through a lot right now Ash on what happened to your leader. So you can take as long as you need.
Then when everyone went back on what they were doing. Ash went over to the king as he was holding hands with Felicia.
Felicia: thank you so much father for making us decide on what we should do.
Poseidon: well I just wanted to be fair and after what we had to go through with Travis. I couldn't bare to let you marry someone that you are not happy with and I felt very bad for making you marry him. So Ash if you want to marry my daughter and if your family is okay with it. I will be more then happy that you marry my daughter.
Ash: oh your majesty thank you so much. I will give Felicia anything that can make her happy.
Felicia: we also have been thinking if we can have a wedding that involves the land and water so two worlds can be as one.
Poseidon: oh that is beautiful and of course if that is okay with you Ash.
Ash: well I think it is a great idea but I need to let my family know what is going on first but can you excuse me for a second he says as he swims out of the room and went outside.
Felicia felt concerned for him so her father put his hand on her shoulder and he said You should go talk to him.
Then Felicia looked up at her father and said okay and swim outside to join Ash. When she saw him. She placed her hand on his shoulder and started to rub his back.
Felicia: hey are you alright you look worried.
Ash looked behind him and saw Felicia. Then he wrapped his arm around her waist.
Ash: oh Hi Felicia sorry I am just a bit nervous cause now that Kiko is dead he wants me to be the leader of the pack and I don't know if I can do it and I don't even know I am able to be a good husband.
Then Felicia just laughed and wrapped her arms around Ash's chest. You are going to be a great leader I know that you are going to be a great husband as well and you have nothing to worry about cause I will stay here by your side. Felicia says as she smiles up at him.
Ash: how do you know.
Felicia: cause I see the way you treat your friends and family with lots of care and after all I will be here to support you. And If you wouldn't be a great leader kiko wouldn't had picked you.
Ash: Thanks Felicia that means a lot and thank you for always making me feel like I belong and is always good to have someone that believes in me. He says as he kissed her head.
Felicia: well that is the same feeling that you gave me. Before I met you I didn't know who and what I was and now I feel like I can make my own choices thinks to you.
Ash: oh and Felicia now that we are alone. There is something that I want to ask you. I hope you still want to marry someone cause I was hoping he said as he rubbed the back of his neck and feeling nervous.
Felicia: oh of course I still want to get married but there is this one merman that I would love to be my husband and I can't picture my life without him.
Then Ash pulled Felicia close to him and without them knowing Poseidon was seeing and hearing everything
Ash: I don't know how wedding work under the sea but Princess Felicia I love you with all of my heart and you are the only one that makes me feel like I belong. You have showed me a world that I always wanted to see and I want to know more about your world then ever before but it will be a lot more fun to have someone to share it with. So will you be that someone that will join me. What I am really trying to Ask you is will you-
But before Ash can finish his sentence he felt his fins were starting to turn back into legs. Then he looked down and was disappointed that he has to stop what he is doing to head back to the surface.
Ash: oh my god really sunset you really have to go down this second. I'm sorry Felicia I really have to go.
Felicia: it's alright Ash you can ask me tomorrow if you want.
Then she kissed him on the cheek.
Felicia felt bad that he didn't finish what he was going to say and she made a decision to stay home tonight cause she needs to finish up with the event and she promised her father that she will. She just told him that he can ask her what he wanted to ask her another time.
Then he waved Good bye to her and he swim up to the surface. When Ash got to the surface he felt even more nervous and more upset that he didn't finish on what he wanted to say to Felicia.
After Ash left Felicia felt a hand on her shoulder and it was her father.
Poseidon: what's the matter my child. He says as he kissed her on the head. "Oh I see what's the matter Ash had to leave early. Come on everyone wants you to come back inside so that we can continue with the celebration and I know that this is not fair that he can only join us until the sunset but it is the only spell that we can use right now.
Felicia: oh hi father its just that I wish there was a way where the land and the sea can be together. I understand father and I wonder what he was going to ask me.
Poseidon: well we can figure it out back inside and we can think about it then.
Felicia hugged her father and said your right father. Then they both swim back inside so that they continue with the party.
Meanwhile back on the surface Ash was walking back to the pack and still thinking about the marriage between him and Felicia. When he got to the pack he saw Jumbo, Pikachu and aipom running up to him.
Pikachu: hey Ash we are so grad that you came back because we have a lot of stuff that we have to do tonight cause if you want to learn how to be a great leader the time is now.
Ash: what stuff do we have to do? What are you talking about and what is going on?
Pikachu: when you were in the lake we and your mother found someone that can help you learn how to be a leader.
Ash: oh really who can help me. Come on I want to know who is teaching me.
Then he started to walk in front of the rock where Kiko used to sleep in and noticed that there was a strange creature on his leaders bed. Ash was very confused about the strange creature on his leaders bed and he didn't like it. So he stormed over to it but Pikachu tryed to stop him but it was too late.
Ash: Hey what are you doing? that is not your bed and who are you and what makes you think you can come here and sit on beds that are not yours.
Then kyla ran over to her son and stopped him.
Kyla: Oh Ash you came back and thank goodness and I am really sorry about this George. Ash please apologize to your uncle right now.
Ash: Hi mom who is this on kikos bed and wait did you say that is my uncle.
George did not like the way he was talking to him so he just let Kyla explained everything to the boy.
Kyla: will Ash this is an old friend of mine and his name is George. He is your uncle.
Then he felt a chill running down his spine knowing that this gorilla is going to help him. So he stand straight like he was in the army.
Ash: I am really sorry my lord for my outburst. I am your loyal servant and I will obey you without question. You tell me what to do I will do it with pride
George: oh Ash you have grown so much and I am here to teach you how to be a leader and thank you for your apology now lets get to work so the faster we do this the sooner we can catch up.
Ash: what is the first thing we should do my lord? so that I can be a strong leader just like kiko was.
George: I will tell you that once we get to the training field that I made when we were waiting for you.
Out in the field George and Ash were doing some leadership skills that he will need to learn
As Ash was standing in position George was circling around him and said to be a leader you must be brave and strong your job is to protect your family from any danger.
Ash: yes sir
George: Now for your first training I need you to get across this obstacle course so I can see how strong and fast you are. I will give you an hour to finished it.
Ash: right away my lord.
Then Ash started to do everything on the obstacle course. It was hard for him in the beginning since it was his first time doing this. He had to get across a huge waterfall without falling. He got through it by just hopping on the rocks. He did fell down a couple of times but he was determined to get it right even if he has to fall and fail so many times he will do whatever it takes to get it so that he can impress George and the rest of the pack. When he got across he standed right next to George and said.
Ash: so how did I do on that course my lord.
George: well it was difficult to watch at first but once I saw you get back on the rock I always thought that you had it in you and that is one thing that will make you a good leader and that is to never give up no matter how hard the challenge is so in my books you passed the first round and I'm very proud of you and I'm sure that your mom and the rest of the pack and your friends will also be proud of you as well but that is just one of the major things on becoming a great leader.
Ash: really there is more then being a leader than protecting.
George: well it is one of the most important part. Protecting the pack is mostly your job but that is not what it means to be a leader.
Ash: what do you mean.
George: well that is something that you have figure out for yourself my boy.
Ash: hum how do I know if I found it.
George: your heart will tell you that is how you will know that you found it. Come on we have more training that we have to do.
Ash just stood there and kept on hearing what George told him. I will know with my heart who was still confused. Then when George calling out to him he came out of his trance and ran up to catch up to George.
Ash: sorry I just couldn't stop thinking about what you told me what is like to be a true leader.
George: oh that's alright but you already have something that makes you a leader. But I am just the teacher and I am here to help you on how to stay strong it is just something that you can think about.
Ash: oh okay. I already have what my heart wants hum. I wonder what that is.
George: you will know it in your heart. Now come on I really want you to try out this course.
When George and Ash were walking. They were getting to know each other.
Ash: so George what kind of a pokemon or you. How did you met my mom.
George just laughed and said will Son I am not a pokemon. You see before you were born this island used to be shared with two creatures that are called animals. I met your mom cause I was in charge of this pack before Kiko took over.
Ash: wow that's amazing. So what else should I know about being a true leader.
Before George can answer Ash's question. They made it to their next challenge and that is he has to do is he has to know how to play archery.
George: okay Ash this is your next challenge I need you to jump across the river of crocodiles and then you will have to go to the end where you have to throw an arrow at those targets. Do you think you can do that.
Ash: oh of course I can do that. This is going to be easy.
As Ash was doing the obstacle course with no problem. He got across the crocodile lake by swinging on a vine and jumped on top of their heads when he got across he did a high jump in the air. Then he ran up to the targets he had a hard time getting the arrow to stay on the bow but it worked after a few more tries. George saw everything and was impressed how Ash is putting a lot of effort into it on getting across all of the challenges and he was very proud of him. Then after that George decided they had enough training for today and decided to head back to the pack so that they can have some dinner and Ash really wanted to know more about his uncle that his mother never told him until today.
George: well son that is enough for today hey how about you show me how you pokemon get food around here and we can take it to the pack for dinner.
Ash: oh okay and I know just the place.
As they were walking they went past the Peach tree that he went with Felicia. Which he misses very much.
Ash: hum I remember this tree it was the peach tree that picked with Felicia. I wonder what she's doing. Tomorrow I am going to ask her if she would like to stay with me on this island forever but then again he still wants to know about her world as well. I wish there was a way where land and sea can live together.
George couldn't help but noticed that Ash was thinking about something.
George: Hey Ash is everything alright you seem to be lost in your thoughts.
Ash: oh sorry George I just got something on my mind that's all.
George knows what he is thinking about. He is thinking about what his heart wants.
George: Do you want to talk about it. We can sit on that log and you can tell me.
Ash: well I guess I can tell you. Do you know anything about the mermaid lake.
George: yes I have heard about that lake. I always thought the mermaids in that lake were dangerous.
Ash: wait did my mom tell you that the mermaid lake was dangerous.
George: No I just heard stories about it being dangerous. So what do you want to tell me about the mermaid lake almost every creature on this island knows about the mermaid lake.
But as Ash didn't know was that George was the reason how Ash discovered the mermaid lake in the first place but he didn't want to scare him. So he decided to keep that info to himself for right now.
Ash: oh really you see I actually met one and before I met you I was with her and Before I came up to the surface I wanted to ask her something but I couldn't because the sun decided to set on that moment. I just wish there was a way where two worlds can be as one.
George: hum I see that you care a lot about this mermaid and your mother has told me about the mermaid encounter that you had to and that you helped her to get out of that marriage of hers.
Ash: well yes I did. I was wondering if it will be okay if she can help us and you can meet her that is if you want to my lord. Cause once you meet her I am sure you will change your mind about mermaids just like my mom did.
George: well of course I would love to meet this mermaid of yours and if you want she can help us with your training to.
Ash: oh thank you my lord I couldn't have any help or support if it wasn't for her to cheer me on.
George: well oh right my boy how about we gather some food and head back to the pack. They are waiting for a fresh meal done by their leader.
Then as Ash and George got up from the log and started to pick some food from the pack. After they picked enough food. They head back to the pack when they did. All of the pokemon were making a path between Ash and the thrown rock.
Pikachu: Ash I think this thrown belongs to you.
Ash: aww thanks you guys you all really didn't have to do this you know.
Pikachu: oh no Ash we wanted to do it. We wanted to make that you are comfortable that it is okay to be nervous when you are becoming a new leader we wanted to make you shore that you will be a great leader and we are here to support you no matter how hard and difficult the journey may be.
Ash: awww thanks you guys I am feeling a lot better already. I promise that I will not let you all down.
Jumbo: don't forget the mermaid to. She will also be the perfect mate for you as well. So that we can have more new members of the pack.
Everyone just laughed about the idea of Felicia and Ash having kids of their own.
Jumbo: what did I say.
Ash: oh nothing jumbo and yes Felicia will be the perfect mate but as you all know she is mermaid. I know that she will also help me as well. Well thank you everyone now let's eat so that we can get to know my uncle that I just met today for the first time.
He says as he sits down on the thrown as he was sitting across from George as they were handing everyone their own pile of food for themselves.
Ash: okay everyone let's eat.
So after everyone ate their dinner. George really started to get along with Ash very told George everything about the encounter that he had with the mermaid and he couldn't believe that his own nephew has fallen in love with a mermaid.
George: wow that's a amazing story Ash. Oh Ash how did you discover the mermaid lake in the first place.
Ash: well honestly I first discovered it when I was little and I saw this little figure out on the lake and I swear that it has to be a mermaid and my mom has told me lots of stuff about it so ever since then I had always been curious about them and now that I am in love with one. There is nothing then I reather have in my life than her. I never realize that there is someone else that can feel the same emotions that I feel and when I am with her I really feel like I can be myself and I don't feel like a stranger. I also never feel alone when I am with her. Do you know what I mean George.
George couldn't help but had a little tear coming out of his eye.
George: well my son I had never seen anyone so passionate about their mate before.
Ash: oh I do and I can't wait to see her tomorrow. Um sir if you don't mind me asking do you mind if she joins us on our training.
George: oh that is perfectly fine. I think he just discovered what it means to be a true leader. But I will let him know about that tomorrow. Hey Ash I will be more then happy if she joins us.
Ash: oh thank you so much. Then he ate all of his fruit and went to find a tree to sleep in.
As he was gone George couldn't help but think on how much Ash feels about this mermaid.
As George was thinking Kyla came up to him to see how everything was going with the training.
Kyla: Hi George how is the training going. I am sure Ash is doing a good job and I couldn't thank you enough for helping him.
George: it is going great but he doesn't know what he has that makes him a true leader and the mermaid is going to be joining us tomorrow.
Kyla: oh George I am sure you are going to love her. But you said that he always has something that makes him a true leader.
George: yes but he doesn't know that yet. He had it all along but he just doesn't know it yet. But I am sure he will figure it out sooner or later.
Kyla: I think I know what you mean. Do you think you should tell him.
George: No he has to figure it out for him self. The answer he is looking for is right in front of him this whole time and he has to see it for himself.
~~under the sea the next day
The next morning Felicia was just waking up and let out a loud yawn. When she got up she saw her sisters getting ready for the day. All of them were still tired from the party from last night. After Felicia is all done with her morining routine then she started swim up to the surface so that she can meet Ash.
Felicia: WOW that was some party last night. Now I better get up to the surface and see what Ash wanted to ask me.
Misty: your telling me so Felicia are you going up to the surface to see Ash.
Felicia: yes I am I just promised father that I was just staying cause of the party. Now I got to know what Ash wanted to ask me before he had to go back to the surface and there has to be a spell where he can stay under the sea as long as he wants.
Misty: I'm sorry Felicia but me and the girls are looking everywhere for a spell book that can do that so for right now Ash will just have to continue on using that spell for right now. Until we find a spell book that can make him a merman much longer.
Felicia: oh thank you so much girl's. I know I can count on you. Now I better get going. I will see you when I get back.
Then Felicia waved goodbye to her sisters as she swim up to the surface. When Felicia got to the under the sea cave she was so happy to get out of the water and felt so happy to feel the fresh air blowing in her hair. So when she exit the cave she had no idea where to find Ash or any other members of the pack and every time she comes up to the surface she still gets a little trouble walking but she got the hang it after she remembered what Ash told her on her first time on land.
Felicia: okay just have one foot in front of the other. Wow I finally got it. Even without Ash helping me. Now where to find him in a big island like this. The first place I should check will be thrown rock. I hope someone else I know is there to help me and hoping Ash will be there to. I never realize how big this island was.
Then as Felicia lefted the cave she went to every corner of the island. Then finally she bumped into Ash who was on his way to the cave right now and so that she can help him with his training and so that she can also meet George too.
Ash: oh my gosh Felicia I was just on my way to get you.
Felicia: oh Ash sorry I couldn't wait to come back to the surface and I really wanted to know what you wanted to ask me last night.
Then she ran up to them and both them kissed each other
Ash: oh we can talk about that later but first I want you to meet someone first. I never thought I had one of these.
He says as he grabs her by her hand and pulls her to the Direction where he wanted to go. Then he pulled Felicia closed to him and then he jumped on a vine and both of them were swinging throught the trees together.
Felicia: woah Ash Where are you taking me
Ash: Just you wait until you meet him, Felicia. He thought that mermaids were dangerous too but once he gets to meet you. I swear that he will change his mind about you just like my mother did.
Felicia: oh okay
Then Felicia and Ash got to thrown rock when they got there Ash started to introduce Felicia to George. He was very shy at first but once he saw how sweet Felicia was he decided to give her a chance since Kyla gave her one.
Ash: Felicia this is my mothers old friend and also my uncle George.
Felicia: Wow Ash I never knew you had an uncle and he looks so handsome to. Is he the new member of your pack.
George was very unsure at first but after a little look. Then he saw Ash nodded his head meaning that this is his mate and you don't need to be scared of her. Then George walked close to Felicia and hold out his hand so that she can reach it. When she did they both hold onto each other's hands. He can see why Ash likes her she is in the same species as him. He was happy that he found someone out of his own kind. He couldn't wait until he got to know her.
George: it is very nice to meet you too my dear. Ash has told me so much about you and he was right about how beautiful you are. I can see why he chose you to be his mate and thank you so much for helping me train him. He already has what it takes to be a leader but he just needs that special someone to make him see it.
Ash: okay my lord what do I have to do now for this training and are you going to tell me what makes you a true leader?
George: No I can't I'm sorry my boy that is something that you have to figure out for yourself.
Ash: But how do I know if I found it. I know that you told me I should listen to my heart but I don't understand what you mean by that?
George: Well let's see what is your heart telling you right now and we can talk about it on our way to thrown rock. Cause I think your mother and your friends said that they were going to get some food for us. Since we got food for them yesterday. I also want to know more about Felicia is that her name.
Ash: Yes that is her name and okay hum what is my heart telling me right now, Well my heart is really telling me is I should be thinking about being a great leader and my heart is also telling me that that my strength comes from the ones that I love the most. Is that what you meant by that.
George: Well yes it has something to do with that. Now come on you are getting closer. But there is one thing that you did prove to me that made you a true leader and this is what Your mother told me how you saved this mermaid from this evil monster and you risked everything to save her.
Then when they got to thrown rock everyone was ready to start eating but they were not going to start until their leader tells them to. Felicia was very happy to see everyone there and she wonders if they know what Ash wanted to ask her but she thinks it will be better off if she waits for him to tell her.
Pikachu: Hey you guys it is about time you guys got here we were so hungry and we can not wait to start the day and now that Felicia is helping us with your training Ash we well get things a whole lot faster. So what do we have to do today George.
George: Well Ash still has to finish up with that course that I made for him and after that we can see what else we can do.
So after everyone ate breakfast everyone inside of the forest and when they did instead of walking they wanted to swing all the way there so it will be a lot more fun that way and it will get there much more faster to.
Ash: Man that was an very good breakfast thanks you guys now I have a lot of energy to complete this course.
George: Grad to hear it Ash cause you will need a lot of energy if you need to pass this challenge because this next challenge is you have to defend yourself if a predator attacks you and you will also need to learn how to find their weaknesses. One of the most important lessons of being a leader is to always think and act fast.
Ash: oh okay is the course at the same place where we were before. Cause I was wondering if we can get there by our very own way if you guys know what I am talking about he says as he looks at the pokemon as he gave them a wink.
Pikachu: oh yes I do know what you mean Ash even though it doesn't matter where we are as long there are trees I am shore we can swing through them. So do you guys want to swing there
George: you guys can go right ahead I am way to old to be swinging so I will get there by walking on foot.
Then Jumbo came up and asked George if he would like to ride on his back so he does not have to get tired easily.
Jumbo: Hey george since you can't swing on vines like everyone else, would you like to ride on my back that will be much easier for you to get around.
George: oh okay thank you Jumbo that is really nice of you and you are right.
Then as everyone grabbed on a vine they all swing all the way to the location of the course well Jumbo offered George a ride on his back. With no time at all they made it just in time as they got there. As Felicia, Ash and the pokemon were swinging through the trees they were having a lot of fun on the trees but down below Jumbo was having a hard time getting out of the forest there were so many bug pokemon and he doesn't like pokemon that are smaller then him. So anyway after they travelled for a long time they finally got to the place where they were suppose to be. This course was a lot different then the other one that is for sure that is because Ash will have to fight all of the dangerous pokemon and he has to think of a way to get rid of them.
Ash and Felicia were amazed on how big the course was but Felicia was also impressed since this is her first time seeing a obstacle course.
Felicia: Wow Ash is that the course that you have to get through. Those creatures look very tough but I am sure you can handle it.
Ash: thanks Felicia I need all of the support that I need if I am able to get through this in one peace. I also hope that this will make me into a true leader and with you cheering for me. There is no deed that I can get through it.
As everyone got to the course everyone let go of the vines and Jumbo placed George on the ground. As he did George started to explain the course to Ash.
George: oh okay Ash this is what you have to do. Do you see those creatures at the end of the course you have to get across the course without falling but at the end of the course you will have to defend yourself from them. Do you understand what I am saying to you.
Ash: No thank you sir. I can do this and I will not fail you as long I have all of you cheering me on. I know I can get through it with no problem.
As Ash was doing the course with no problem everyone was watching from the sidelines when that was going on George decided to have a little talk with Felicia and something that she will need to know about being a mate. She also talked about herself as well as they were talking George can really see why he liked this mermaid so much.
George: well I have to say you a very charming young lady. Kyla was right about mermaids I really thought mermaids were bad. I am also really sorry what you had to go through.
Felicia: we come in many shapes and sizes and thank you so much. There are so many different types of merpeople out there.
As Ash was on the course he had been doing a good job. The course that George set up for him was a level type course. As he was talking to Felicia he was also keeping track of how Ash is doing. But as Ash was doing the obstacle course he couldn't stop thinking about what George told him about that he should listen to his heart It is important for him or any leader in general to know. The first course that had to do is that he had to swim to get across a crocodile lake without getting attack but he got the hang of it by using one of his arrows to help him battle the crocodiles.
Ash: wow those crocodiles really are fast. But I did it without breaking a sweat.
He says as he got to the end of the lake. Everyone that was watching him were all on Jumbos back.
Pikachu: way to go Ash I know all those times at the waterfall will pay off.
Ash just gave his friends a wink and went on top of a vine and swing his way over to Felicia so he can give her a flower and kissed her on the cheek and she just blow him a kiss.
The second Challenge is a one that Felicia is involved. So she was tied up on a tree as she was about to get eatern by monsters and Ash will have to get there and save her by swinging on a vine.
Ash: oh no Felicia don't worry I will save you. As he was jumping on top of the rocks and swings all the way there as he kicked the monster in the faces as they were down on the ground. Ash started to untie Felicia and she hold onto Ash's neck and they were done with that challenge.
Felicia: wow that was amazing thank you so much for saving me my hero. Then she kissed him on the cheek as they were heading back to their friends.
After that challenge everyone decided that Ash did a good job and they think he has what it takes to be a leader but he still doesn't know what his heart wants but the only thing he can think of is the love that he has for his family and for Felicia. So after a few more challenges George thought he had enough for today. So he is letting them go and he will see them at dinner.
Ash: great thank you my lord come on Felicia lets go have some fun and I have a surprise that we are going to have for dinner but you will have to wait until tonight to get it. Until then lets just have fun with Pikachu, Aipom and jumbo.
Felicia: oh okay that sounds good to me.
Then he grabbed Felicia by her waist and pulled her up as she wrapped her arms around his chest.
Ash: hey how about we head to the waterfall I want to do some climbing too see if I can climb a water fall.
Then everyone agreed as they got there Felicia just remembered that she can't go in cause if she does then her fins will return. But she didn't want to ruin everyone's fun so she just deal with it.
Ash: Hey Felicia are you alright. He says as came up behind her and sat next to her as they were over looking the waterfall.
Felicia: yeah I just remembered if I get in the water my fins will return.
Ash: oh that's right its like the same problem that I am dealing with. I wish I can stay under the sea as longer as I want.
Felicia: yeah and I wish I can go in the water without getting my tail back. There has to be way that we can be in each other's worlds without a problem.
Ash: yeah me too. But someday we will find away to be together it doesn't matter if you live in the water and I live in the jungle we will find a way. I just know that we will find a way where two worlds can come together someday.
As Felicia and Ash were talking they got to the waterfall got off of the edge of a cliff that was overlooking it then their friends started to run straight to the waterfall and called out to was still upset that she couldn't enjoy the lake as being a human but she can still go in the lake as a mermaid. When she put her foot in the water her legs started to turned back into a mermaids tail. Then Felicia had a choice to make and that is to enjoy her time at the waterfall with her friends or just sit on the island and watch everyone else have a good time without her. So Felicia didn't want to feel left out of the fun so she just ignored and decided to just deal with it and then she jumped right into the lake. When she got in everyone was happy that she decided to join in on the fun.
Pikachu: Hey Felicia I am so happy that you decided to join us. But I'm sorry that you couldnt join us as a human but I am happy that you can get in on the action anyway.
Felicia: Thanks pikachu so where is Ash
Then pikachu pointed to the waterfall where there was a figure that was climbing up to the waterfall.
Pikachu: He is really doing good I am so proud on how far he has come if Kiko was still alive he will be very pleased to see this.
Up on the waterfall Ash has been climbing all the way to the top of the waterfall it seems like he was having a hard time at first but he seems to get the hang of it as he keeps going. He was climbing between the rocks of the waterfall and when he made it to the top he called down to everyone that was in the lake.
Ash: Wow that was such a climb I seem to get good at this everytime I do it. HEY YOU GUYS ALL OF YOU LOOK LIKE LITTLE ANTS FROM UP HERE!
Jumbo: okay Ash now I dare you to jump down from there with your eyes closed.
As Ash was on the top of the waterfall he had no problem accepting Jumbo's dare so he did as he was told and he landed in a perfect splash.
Ash: woah that was amazing then he swim over to Felicia as they were dancing in the water together.
Felicia: Yes that was an amazing jump maybe I can try she says as she gets out of the water as she did her tail turned back into feet again.
Then Felicia started to run all the way to the top of the waterfall as she did then she dived off of the waterfall and landed head first into the water.
Ash: Wow that was a good jump my little mermaid can you imagine if we can do stuff like this everyday.
Felicia: yes that would be nice.
After for a long hour of swimming and jumping off of the waterfall they all decided to head home cause they were all getting tired and so that Ash can plan a private dinner so that he can ask Felicia something very important but he was still nervous on asking her so he planned a special dinner just for the two of them by the Midnight lake so that they can watch the fireflies which will make the lake even more beautiful and he also got the first fruit that Felicia ever ate when she first came to the island and that is going to be their dinner for tonight.
Ash: hey everyone are you all getting hungry cause I am starting to feel hungry right now.
Pikachu: oh I am totally hungry we should head back.
Jumbo: yes I totally agree come on everyone climb aboard. let's head to the pack so we can have some dinner.
Ash: couldn't have said it better myself
Then Ash turned to look at Felicia. " when we get back then we can have our surprise" Ash said as he winked at her and put his arm around Felicia.
Felicia: I can Hartley wait for the surprise. As she kissed on the cheek then she lean on his shoulder.
Then Ash told Jumbo if he can drop off him and Felicia at the firefly lake and of course he had no problem doing that but along the way Ash had picked up a special fruit for him and Felicia to share and he thought that this might be his chance to ask Felicia to marry him and ask if she can stay with him forever and since her father is already planning it their wedding now it will be the best time for him to ask her himself. because back at the Under the Sea ball Ash forgot to propose to Felicia so that is why he is planning to propose to her tonight at midnight when they are having dinner together.
So after Jumbo drop off Ash and Felicia. The rest of the pokemon decided to join the rest of the pack for dinner. When they got there Kyla wanted to know where Ash and Felicia were.
Kyla: hey guys you are just in time for dinner but where's Ash and Felicia.
Jumbo: they decided to have a private dinner just the two of them.
Kyla: awww that is so sweet.
While Kyla went to go greet the pokemon George had a smirk on his face and said to himself " I think he is going to discover on what makes you a true leader. I am so proud of him I think he discovered what makes a true leader" he says with a glare on his face.
As George was talking to himself Kyla and the rest of the pokemon decided to have dinner together and talk about what the future has in store for them.
Kyla: Hey George are you thinking about Ash and the training that you did with him today.
George: yes I am very happy for the lad. So where is he anyway.
Kyla: pikachu told me that he went to have a private dinner with Felicia.
George: that's great he is starting to discover what it truly means to be a leader.
So as the pokemon and George were having their dinner. Ash took Felicia to an Moonlight Lake that fireflies were sprinkling all over the midnight sky. When Felicia saw it she thought it was very beautiful to see the lake at night then in the cave or under the water.
Felicia: wow Ash I never realize how beautiful the lake looks at night.
Then Ash wrapped his arm around Felicia's shoulder and she lean on his shoulder.
Ash: I am glad that you like it but you are going to love what I have for dinner for us to share.
Then Ash took a basket of peaches behind him. Then Felicia covered her mouth in surprise and said " awww you got peaches that was the first food that I ever ate when I came to the island she says happily. As she grabs one for herself but without them giving each other kiss as they started to eat peaches.
Ash: yep and all of them are all for us and you are right the lake does look beautiful at night but it is much more beautiful cause I am sharing it with someone that I love very much and she is right here with me.
Felicia: awww Ash you are so sweet as she grabbed his hand as they feed each other peaches.
Then Ash stopped eating for a second cause he remembered that he wanted to ask Felicia something.
Felicia: yeah what was it that you wanted to ask me and now that we are alone this will be the perfect time to do it.
Ash was starting to get really nervous so he took a deep breathe so he grabbed a small wooden box that helded a ring that was made out of twigs and flowers that he found and that he made himself. Then he started to say very sweet things to her and this is what he said.
Ash: Princess Felicia of the under the sea kingdom you are the greatest mermaid that I ever met and I can't picture my life without you and I want us to spend the rest of our lives together. Thinks to you I want to know more about your kind then ever before but it will also be nice to have someone to come along with me. I also think I found a way we can both live each other's world and I dont want to learn about it by myself and I am sure you don't want to explore my world by yourself either and there is so much that we can find together.
When this was going on in the lake Susie and Felicia's sisters are hearing and seeing everything that is going on between Ash and Felicia. May and Dawn were over joy to hear what Ash is saying to Felicia. But the that is not the reason why they are here. They are here because they found a way where Ash can stay underwater as long as he wants. So now back to Ash and Felicia on the surface and Ash proposing to her.
Ash: so will you be that special someone that will join me what I am really trying to say is. Then he got down on one knee then he took out the ring that he made for her and then he continued on what he was saying " well you marry me?"
When Ash was saying his speech Felicia was in tears so she ran up to him and said yes I would love to marry you and not only that my father and my sisters will be so excited.
Then Ash put a finger up to her lip to stop her from talking so that he can pull her into his arms and held her close and said Thank you my beautiful princess of two worlds then he lean in and then they were kissing each other passionately.
But when Felicia and Ash were kissing they didn't know that they were being watched. So Susie, May and Dawn couldn't hide anymore and just yelled out YES FINALLY OUR LITTLE SISTER IS FINALLY GETTING MARRIED. When Ash and Felicia heard loud screaming they stop their kiss and noticed that Susie, May and Dawn were jumping out of the water with joy. Felicia was surprised to see her sisters here.
Felicia: what are you guys doing here? Were you spying on us and did you hear and see everything on what just happened.
When the sisters realize that got caught they just froze into place
Dawn: oh sorry Felicia we came to look for you cause we found a book that can make Ash stay a merman as long as he wants.
When Ash heard that he was so happy that he jumped for joy and did a Victory cheer. Then gave Felicia another passionate kiss.
Ash: Do you know what this means. We can explore your world together.
Felicia: No Ash it is not just my world it is our world. As she return a kiss back to him.
May: oh you bet we did Felicia and we couldn't be happier for you our baby sister.
Then Misty came up to the surface she was slowly following her sisters but when Dawn and May told her the good news. She was so proud of Felicia.
Misty: oh sorry Felicia are we interrupting your night with Ash. I was trying to catch up to them but they swimming to fast.
Dawn: oh Misty thank god you made it you are not going to believe what just happen.
Misty: what happened Dawn. Did you two do anything embarrassing that I should know about.
May and Dawn did not like the way Misty called them embarrassing but they ignore the insult and just continued on telling Misty the good news.
Dawn: Ash just propose to Felicia!
Misty: oh my goodness congratulations you two. I am sure you two will be very happy together just like we are with our husbands I knew that sooner or later are our little sister will grow up someday.
Everyone just laughed except for Ash who still wanted to know how he can stay under water as long as he wanted. As Felicia showed everyone her ring. Ash cut in and started to remind them on why they came to the surface in the first place.
Ash: oh thank you so much girls so how can I stay under water longer and can I still be able to visit my family.
Misty: oh of course you here take this necklace. It is the same necklace that Felicia has. Do you remember how it works.
Ash: yeah all I have to do is touch water and then My feet will turn into a tail and when I am on land they will turn back into legs. But what would happen if I take it off.
Misty: then you will stay in the same form that you are in oh and Felicia there is something that father forgot to tell you about the necklace. If you are in the water and you are a mermaid you will stay in that foam and when you are on land and when you take it off your legs will stay. The necklace that Ash is wearing is the one that we made.
After hearing what the sisters said about the necklace. Felicia was so shocked that she can enjoy life as a human and she can be with Ash anywhere she wants. But best of all of them have never been so happy.
Ash and Felicia had thanked the mermaids and they were so happy that no matter if they are humans or merpeople they will always be together. what do you Ash's family will react when they find out that they have a new female leader that will take care of the pack. not only that what do you think king Poseidon will say about his last daughter has fanilly found herself a husband all of these questions will be awsnered On the next chapter is going to be the wedding of land and sea. This might be the last chapter of the story. I thought I was never going to firsnh this chapter cause it is so long. But I hope you all like this chapter. I will see you all in my other stories or on the next chapter. The reason why I am ending it here cause I was getting tried of this chapter and I just wanted to be publisher already.
