The phone ringing woke me up early the next morning I could hear Billy and old Quil talking and it turns out old Quils friend was very interested in meeting me and would be arriving the next morning Billy thanked him and hung up the phone.

Before I could even process this information I heard my mom Sarah asking my dad who was calling so early in the morning dad explained it was old Quil and that his friend was eager to meet me and would be arriving tomorrow morning

What happened next I didn't expect

What do you mean she's eager to meet our daughter my mom yelled

I have no idea Billy stated I'm just telling you what Old quil said

and you don't find it suspicious that a witch is eager to meet our part shapeshifter and part vampire daughter my mom asked

Sarah you need to calm down my dad said I trust Old Quil judgment well I don't my mother screamed remember what happened the last time you trusted old quil judgment it almost got our daughter killed Billy

I shivered thinking about the day she was talking about it happened when I was five years old quil and a few other of the elders weren't happy that I was part vampire they were always afraid I was going to lose it and attack somebody

I'm not sure how old quil came up with the information that he did I have my suspicions of who the person was but anyways old quil convinced my father Billy that if I didn't drink blood then the vampire genes in me would weaken and my shapeshifter genes could destroyed them and I would no longer be part vampire

So Billy decided to give it a try and when it came time for my next feeding he wouldn't let me feed instead he kept me locked in our garage for weeks away from everybody

at first I was only irritable then I start getting really bad cramps then I started to feel like my throat was on fire and nothing anybody gave me not water nothing would quench it

by the second week I was having seizures

finally in the third week I fell into a coma but old Quil swore that this was just part of the process that I was in no real danger

Luckily Sarah went behind Billy and the council back and called my mom Mary and told her what was going on and that's when Sarah learned the horrifying truth yes my shapeshifter genes were destroying my vampire genes but it was also killing me in the process for the spell that was responsible for my birth made it so that I could not live without both of my father's genes running through my blood

Now I don't know what happened while I was in the coma I'm just going by what people have told me

Sarah was informed that she needed to get blood in me and that my mother Mary my brothers and few of the Cherokee council members would be there within 24 hours

To make a long story short they ended up getting blood in me and my mom mary and the others did show up within 24 hours and from what I been told it took alot for my brothers not to rip Billy and the council heads off and I ended up having to be moved to Carlisle house so his venom could repair the damage that had been done to my body.

The whole situation almost broke up Billy and Sarah's marriage I was not allowed to go back to la push for a very long time old quil and the rest of council are not allowed to be alone with me and neither is my aunt Adsila I told you before I have no idea where old Quil got his information but that I had my suspicions and also remember she's the one that cast the spell for me to be born so who eles would have had the information but I have no proof it was adsila for the others refuse to tell me

Billy and Sarah raised voices brought me out of my day dream and I knew if I didn't stop the fighting it would only get worse so I climbed out of bed and went into the kitchen

Entering the kitchen I heard my mom Sarah state I will not have that witch near our daughter Billy I don't trust old quil judgment then who's supposed to help her billy yelled I will call Adsila myself and deamand she help her Sarah stated

Stop it I screamed Billy and Sarah both turned to me I'm sorry sweetheart did we wake you up Sarah asked no the phone woke me up I stated and mom dad is right we don't have a choice but to trust old Quils judgement because I refuse to be taught by Adsila besides it's not like dad would let anything bad happen to me again I stated

I saw my father flinch at my statement but I didn't feel guilty because he had been mean to me yesterday and overreacted

Are you sure Sarah asked yes mom I'm sure I stated fine we will meet this witch tomorrow and see what she has to say but you tell old quil we are doing things my way she told Billy I'll call him right now my father's stated Billy

While my father left to go make the call Sarah turned to me smiled and said come on sweetie let's go back to bed it's too early to be up

I knew it was her way of distracting me from what what's going on and asking questions but I was too tired to even argue with her so I let her tuck me back in bed

her kiss and smile it's the last thing I saw and felt before sleep claimed me once again
