Happy stood by her workbench and watched as everyone followed after Walter and Paige into the kitchen. It was the first day since Florence fled the Garage that she came back. In order for her to feel more comfortable with the counseling with Toby and Walter they conducted the sessions in her lab. Happy sat down heavily on the stool as she looked at the door remembering Florence fleeing the Garage after Walter's outburst. She didn't often think back on unpleasant memories but she thought about the first time she was alone with Walter at the hospital and they had gotten into it over the break up.

"What do you mean I wasn't a very good friend?" Happy nearly screamed back at Walter.

"Just what I said," Walter glared at her. "I risked my citizenship by getting Cabe to speed up the process so we could get divorced so you could marry Toby. And then when I got all that money back from Cabe's bail I could have paid off the company's debt. But instead I happily gave it to you two for fertility treatments."

Walter's arms crossed over his chest, "And then when everything went to crap around me what did you both do? You bailed on me and as if that wasn't bad enough you helped to start a company to compete against me rather than try to help mend things between Paige and me."

He snorted, "You left me alone, vulnerable, humiliated, feeling betrayed, hurt and worthless. You made it possible for Collins to get me. All I suffered at his hands was because you guys left."

Toby stepped up and put his hand on her shoulder, "Hey Happy. Didn't you hear me call you?"

Happy jumped and spun around and almost struck Toby.

Toby had moved back just far enough at her sudden movement that her fist missed him. His eyes wide for a moment when he saw the pain in her eyes, they were red as well. "Hey, are you okay?"

Happy looked around for a moment and started to shrug it off but instead she fought her instinct and pushed in and hugged Toby tightly as she shook her head. "I was thinking back on Walter's outburst, Florence running out, it brought back memories of when Walt's outburst with me tore me apart."

Toby felt her shudder in his arms as he hugged her tightly.

As Walter along with Sylvester and Florence walked out of the kitchen back to their desks Paige grabbed Cabe's shoulder and held him back for a moment. She pointed towards the back wall of the Garage and he nodded before he walked back with her.

Cabe looked at her as she looked around to be sure none of the geniuses had followed to intrude. "Okay, what's going on with Walter?" She asked seriously.

Cabe frowned, "I don't know what you mean."

She looked at him for a moment, "Doughnuts Cabe, seriously? You expect me to believe he wanted to go with you to get doughnuts."

Cabe shrugged. "Didn't you both agree to open and honest communications?"

Paige nodded, "We talked last night about our wedding. Was he hurt I didn't care about the ceremony? I'm not worried about the ceremony Cabe, only that we get married."

Cabe smiled, "Well he did mention that he was surprised you didn't seem to care about the ceremony. That kind of surprised me to be honest. Are you sure you wouldn't want a little bit of a ceremony?"

Paige smiled, "Honestly Cabe, all I care about is getting married. I'd be willing to go to Vegas and get married in the Chapel of Love if that is what he wants."

Cabe nodded, "Well I might have just stirred the pot a bit on that. I told him I couldn't believe you didn't care about the ceremony. But he did seem okay about it after we talked."

Paige nodded, "Well I guess I better sit down with him and work something out with him then."

Cabe nodded before they walked back up front.

That night as Walter sat rubbing Paige's feet in bed she looked at him. "Walter, you're not upset that I don't really care about the ceremony are you?"

Walter looked up and frowned. He shook his head, "No, I get it. You are going to be happy as long as we get married, the details don't matter."

Paige smiled and then nodded.

Walter's eyes grew distant, "Hey, what if the Monday after my parents get here we go to the courthouse and get married?"

Paige smiled, "That sounds good to me. Or if we could find Ray maybe he'd marry us here at the Garage. It wouldn't mean as much walking or time on my feet."

Walter nodded, "He did a pretty good job with Happy and Toby's wedding. I'll ask Cabe if he can track him down. Oh that reminds me. Cabe asked if we'd like to come over with my parents Saturday after they arrive for a cook out. I told I'd have to check with you first."

Paige nodded as she moaned at one spot he hit on her right foot. "Yes, right there. My metatarsals are really paining for some reason tonight."

Walter nodded as he concentrated on that spot.

Paige looked at him, "You don't think I gained too much weight with Megan do you?"

Walter looked up with a frown. "Paige, I could recite all the facts about pregnancy and weight gain. But I know that would probably irritate you. But based on our agreement of open and honest communication, you are simply the most beautiful woman I know. As beautiful to me today as you were when I first saw you in the diner all those years ago."

Paige smiled, "That's really sweet Walter. But have I put on too much weight?"

Walter laughed, "No you haven't. In terms of weight gain you are under the average. And to be honest, I happen to like where you've gained it." He reached up and slid his hand under her and squeezed her butt.

Paige giggled and grabbed his arm. "I love you Walter."

Happy surprised Walter and had the laser device completed within a week. It took him two more weeks to actually get the scans of Paige naked. He spent the next day at his computer translating the data and he emailed it along with the pattern for the wedding dress he wanted for Paige to Allie's sister.

Amanda checked the dress pattern and frowned. She called Allie. "Hey Sis, what's up?" Allie asked as she answered the phone.

Amanda sputtered, "Walter just emailed me the pattern for the dress for Paige."

Allie smiled, "Let me guess it is one of those super long flowing dresses with a huge train that will take you three months to make?"

Amanda shook her head, "No. It's basically a mini dress."

Allie grinned, "Well Paige has worn a lot of short skirts. He probably selected it because of that."

"But she's pregnant. Surely she wouldn't want to wear that." Amanda exclaimed.

Allie laughed, "I'll try and talk to Cabe but right now I would plan on going ahead with what he sent you."

Amanda grumbled but hung up, at least it wouldn't take as long to make she thought.

"Hello Ms. Jones. How can Homeland be of assistance to you today?" Cabe grinned as he answered his phone.

"Whoa, wait. He did what? Are you serious? Oh man that kid, I swear. No, I'm on my way over to the Garage. I'll speak with him about it when I get there. Yea, I love you too. Bye," Cabe hung up and shook his head.

Cabe walked into the Garage and saw everyone but Paige. He frowned but was a little relieved as he made a beeline to Walter's desk. Walter looked up and smiled at Cabe and then frowned.

Walter swallowed as he tried to decipher his expression, "Cabe?"

Cabe looked around again before he softly asked, "Where's Paige?"

"Hey Paige, Cabe is here. Okay, we'll see you down in here in a few minutes." Walter pulled his coms out and sat it on his desk. "She's upstairs. She had some nausea after lunch. She'll be down in a moment."

"You sent Amanda a dress pattern for a mini dress for Paige's wedding dress." Cabe told him as if that meant something to Walter.

Walter frowned and nodded, "Paige has beautiful legs."

Cabe chuckled as he turned his answer over in his mind. "Well I am sure she does but some women don't always feel their prettiest when they are pregnant. Are you sure that is the style you want?"

Walter nodded, "Most definitely. I only calculate a thirteen point eight percent chance she'd be disagreeable with it after our discussion last night."

Cabe laughed, "Remember when you made your calculation about Paige not being upset with you after Tim left?"

Walter grimaced, "You didn't have to bring that person up. But I am confident in these numbers."

Cabe nodded, "Okay, but don't say I didn't warn you."

Cabe pulled out his phone and called Allie back and told her to tell Amanda to go ahead.

Paige looked down from the loft, "Walter. Did you take your coms out?"

Walter looked up and nodded, "Since you said you was coming down I took it out."

Paige shook her head, "I've been talking away to you all this time."

Walter smiled, "Sorry."

Paige began walking down the steps and Walter jumped up and ran over and up the remaining steps. "I thought we agreed you would use the ramp?"

Paige smiled and reached out and kissed him, "I said I would try."

Walter shook his head and walked backwards down the steps slowly.

Once Paige reached the bottom she looked at Walter. "Besides, if you remember it was you who fell down the steps."

Walter kissed her, "All the more reason for you to take the ramp. If it can happen to me it could happen to you too."

Paige smiled and looked at Cabe, "Afternoon Cabe."

Cabe grinned, "Afternoon kid. Katherine Cooper wanted me to let you guys know she is going to try and keep everything off of Scorpion's plate until May to give you guys a break."

Paige smiled as she sat down, "That is very considerate of her. Have there been any changes with Collins?"

Cabe shook his head, "That whack job is still locked down in Guantanamo Bay."

Paige smiled, "Good. Oh did Walter ask you yet?"

Cabe frowned, "I might need a little bit more than that."

Paige laughed, "We talked about getting married here in the Garage the Monday after his parents get here and we wanted you to find Ray to perform the service."

Cabe faked surprise, "Really? That's great. I'll get on that right away. Have you guys already filed for a license?"

Paige shook her head. Walter spoke up from his desk, "Actually I downloaded the application this morning and filled it out. Just got to take it to the county clerk's office and pay the fee to get the license."

Cabe nodded, "I can take it for you if you want. Or I can take one of you with me."

Walter held out a folder and money to pay for it. "Thanks Cabe, we'd appreciate that."

As Cabe stepped over and took it Walter whispered, "I forgot about your friends, Rusty, Simone and Nick. Do you think they would like to come to the wedding?"

Cabe smiled, "Probably," he whispered back.

Walter and Paige stood in the terminal waiting for Walter's parents. The last few weeks had been a little nerve wracking for Walter. He didn't actually like hiding the wedding ceremony but he felt in the nature of it being a surprise it would be acceptable. At least that was what Happy and Toby kept telling him so he was more or less okay with it.

Getting Amanda updated measurements for Paige's dress had been the hardest thing. But he resorted to just getting her weight changes and rough estimates. Everything else had come together for the ceremony. They had their license, Ray and Veronica both had been located and promised to be there. Paige's two friends that Walter felt she'd really want at the wedding were ecstatic with the news and promised to keep it quiet and would be there.

Cabe's friends Rusty and Simone had volunteered to cook the food for the ceremony rather than getting it catered and he did it as his wedding present to them. Everything was about as perfect as it could be.

The only hitch had been Paige wanting to go get a dress for the ceremony and Walter quickly recommended she wait and go with his Mom. Paige smiled at that and quickly agreed.

"Sean, Sean there they are, our babies." Louise called out from about fifty yards away.

Walter, Paige and Ralph all three waved hearing her voice.

Louise rushed forward and right to Paige and hugged her first. Sean laughed seeing Walter's face, "Relax boy, a daughter is always more important."

After breaking the hug Louise turned and slapped at Sean, "Don't fill the boy's head with nonsense." She turned and hugged Walter. As Louise and Walter broke their hug Louise looked at Paige and took her hands and smiled. "You look so beautiful Paige. I was pretty enough but I felt like a bloated cow when I was pregnant with Walter."

Paige smiled, "I'm sure that isn't true Louise. Walter has been very kind and reassuring about my weight gain with Megan."

Sean laughed as he hugged Paige and then Ralph before stepping over to Walter. Louise hugged Ralph before they walked out of the terminal to join Cabe.

"Haven't you gotten your license yet boy?" Sean asked Walter as he clapped his hand to his back. Sean shook Cabe's hand.

Walter nodded, "Cabe offered to drive us. That saved us time and parking. By the way Cabe and Allie invited us to his house tomorrow for a cook out. He's invited some friends over who helped rescue me. And Monday we're going to have our wedding at the Garage."

Louise smiled as she looked at Paige and Paige nodded. "I was hoping maybe we could go look at some dresses Sunday for the wedding."

Louise nearly teared up as she nodded as Cabe drove them out of the airport. "Are you sure you want the ceremony so ordinary dear?" Louise asked.

Paige nodded, "All I care about is that we are going to be married."

Louise patted her hand, "Well if you are happy with it then so am I."

Louise and Sean were surprised they changed Ralph's room with the nursery. Ralph smiled, "It seemed like the efficient thing to do. Megan will be closer to them and they will hear her cry easier."

They both laughed as they all sat down for dinner that Allie had prepared while they were at the airport. Toby and Happy joined them as well as Sylvester and Florence.

Walter looked at the other geniuses, "Now don't forget you're off work Monday, but the ceremony is at three p.m. Paige and I will be gone for three days for a small honeymoon."

Walter looked at everyone, "Don't need us for anything."

Everyone laughed.
