Finally the rest of the Straw Hats, Beacon Hunters, Tails and Chip arrive at the temple, where the brother's trio awaits them.
Sonic: It took a long time.
Nami hits Sonic on the head.
Nami: We are not as fast as you!
Weiss: Besides, we had to deal with the Grimm!
Zoro: And the Boiled Egg soldiers.
Franky: Oi, about Whitebeard...
The three: He is ours.
Luffy: None of you will get into this fight.
Yang: Oh no! You won't get Ruby into this fight without us!

Whitebeard creates a white orb with his hand and "cracks" the air with one blow, sending devastating shock waves in the direction of the brothers.
Whitebeard: Do you think you can scare me? I am Whitebeard!
Ruby runs to cut Whitebeard, but he blocks it with his bisect, sending her back. Sonic uses his Homing Attack to attack him, gaining speed. However, the pirate takes Sonic and stamps him on the ground. Luffy takes over.
Luffy: Gomu-Gomu no Hawk Gatling!
Whitebeard creates an air current that throws the three brothers back.
Sonic: Ngh...! Damn!
Whitebeard advances to the three and begins hitting them with his naginata to finish off with a short version of his earthquake.
Ruby: Agh!
Luffy: Ruby!
Luffy catches Ruby, who is bleeding from the blow.
Ruby: Damn, it's very strong.
Sonic: It is clear why he is the strongest man in the world.
Luffy: It doesn't matter. We are not going to lose!
The three return to the attack, while Whitebeard hits the ground with his ability.
Sonic: Jump now!

The three begin to go against Whitebeard with everything they have. Then he gets up, ready to go.

Whitebeard wiggles his naginata with both hands, then gossiping left and right with great skill. Luffy and the others manage to avoid much of the damage, until Ruby tries to block him with Crescent Rose wrapped in Haki.
Whitebeard: Girl, you're not doing it wrong. Although, you are very reckless!
The pirate grabs Ruby, concentrates his great power on a small spherical area, (this is known as a hypocenter), and in doing so is able to perform a powerful concentrated explosion-like attack with his fist, something he uses with Ruby.
Sonic: Sister! Luffy!
Luffy: Don't say it twice!
Luffy and Sonic: Gomu-Gomu no Supersonic Gomu Shot!
Sonic hits Whitebeard hard enough to drop Ruby.
Whitebeard: Snot-nose!
Luffy: Ruby...
Ruby manages to stand up, with much difficulty.
Ruby: I'm... fine...
Sonic: No, you are not.
Luffy: We already deal with him.
Ruby looks him in the eye, determined to fight.
Ruby: I'm... staying.
Luffy: But Ruby, you can't hold out much longer!
Ruby: If I can't stay... on my feet, how can I... protect... my family?
They both look at her, concerned.
Sonic: Ruby, are you sure?
Ruby: Yes.
Luffy: Then, let's finish him off!

Whitebeard catches all three and crushes them with his ability, along with his massive strength. Then he attacks them with his naginata and lifts them up to the sky.
Whitebeard: The power to destroy the world!
To finish, Whitebeard concentrates his great power in his fist and the three brothers, realizing what he intends, cover their entire body with Haki ... but it is useless.
Whitebeard: I'M WHITEBEARD!
He hits them with all his power, sending them against the wall. The three falls defeated, while Whitebeard turns around disappointed.
Whitebeard: Is that all you can do? It seems that I'm wrong with you brat.

Whitebeard walks towards them and watches them, demonstrating to the veteran pirate the enormous will of those three. Then he starts to laugh.
Whitebeard: Gurarararararararara! You are not as strong as you want to be. You are young and idiots! But it's those kinds of idiots that I like so much... and the ones worth listening to at least once in a lifetime.
Then he focuses on Luffy.
Whitebeard: Boy, you have become very strong. I'm very proud of you.
Now he focuses on Sonic.
Whitebeard: You are a man who would help others without thinking. You're very kind! Surely your friends and family are lucky to have you!
Finally it focuses on Ruby.
Whitebeard: And you are a true leader. But you don't need to do crazy things to prove it.
Then he points to her team.

Then her friends run to hug Ruby, who cries with happiness at seeing them again. Yang then looks at the giant.
Yang: Thanks.
Whitebeard: Give it to them; you can pass. Save this world and show me what the new age is capable of. Ruby, you are equal to your mother.
Then Whitebeard begins to disappear, but not before crossing his arms and smiling.
Ruby: Thank you, Whitebeard. I swear I will not disappoint you; or anyone in my family!
Sonic: "Does he know who Ruby's mother is?"
Tails takes the Emerald and puts it on the pedestal. This is blue and inside it showed the power of the sea. Then the three brothers collapse, although they are caught by Penny, Chopper and Tails, not without seeing that the brothers had a smile on their faces.
Penny: Chopper...
Chopper: They're alive, but if they don't get treatment...
Yang: Then there is no time to waste!
