As Deku left Bakugo started laughing his ass off, "Oh, that was too easy. That nerd gets flustered over everything." He then looked at me, "Been like that since we were kids."

"So I have been told." I went to get showered.

"Why do you bother with him?" I looked at the blonde boy.

"What are you getting at?" I asked crossing my arms.

"Deku is a weak nerd, and yet you of all people seems to have taken a liking to him, unless he knows something about you... Monkey girl." He didn't have time to react. My fist was buried deep in his stomach. "The hell... you... weren't this fast before." He doubled over.

"Never call me a monkey." I left and got showered then making my way home, to my apartment.

Along the way I passed a shop with the news playing. "Who is the Hero Killer?"

Chapter 20: The Sports Festival Opening

I stretched out in the waiting room was everyone prepared themselves, Deku going over his notes. "You seem eager to start Fuma." Uraraka said as she walked over and sat down.

"Oh, I can't wait to show the world a Sai... my power." I bit down on my tongue. 'That was close.'

"Yeah, I've been training for this!" She flexed her... moderate biceps, she had a ways to go.

"Well I have been refining my power." I said as I did the splits reaching for my toes.

"Indeed, you seem to have gotten a lot stronger in short period of time." Iida said as Todoroki walked over to us.

"Midoriya, Fuma." The scared boy looked at us.

"Oh, what is it Todoroki?" Deku asked as I got to my feet.

"You two have some sort of connection to All Might, and it is for that reason I will beat you in the Festival." This took many of the others aback.

"Woah, Todoroki, where is this coming from?" Sero asked, but the ice user ignored him.

"I heard that All Might personally talked with you two, I will be the number one hero." There was no heart in those words, yet... he meant them.

But Bakugo couldn't let a declaration of war like that be made to those he saw as lesser then him. "Hey, Icy hot, if you really want to be the number one, you have to go through me!" A explosion escaped the palm of his hand.

Soon it was time for the Festival to begin. We walked into the stadium the other courses formed a lose crowd. I looked up at the roaring crowds as stuck to my class mates. "WELCOME TO THIS YEARS UA SPORTS FESTIVAL! WE ARE STARTING OFF WITH THIS YEARS FIRST YEARS!" Present Mic shouted.

"Now, we have a few promising students this year. In all the courses not just the Hero Course." Aizawa said over a microphone.

"Oh yeah! Let's get this party started!" The blonde screamer screamed.

"Will Fuma step forward to say a opening statement for the first years." A black haired woman in a very... provocative hero costume called me up, this is Midnight one of our teachers. I stepped up a podium and stood in front of a microphone. "Say what you want love."

I took the microphone off the stand and looked at my fellow students, bringing the microphone up to my mouth I smirked. "I don't have a message for the audience so much as it is for my fellow competitors. Fight with honor and bravery, you'll need it." I put it back and stepped down.

"A fine message for aspiring heroes." Midnight said.

"It was a threat to any cowards who would use dirty tricks." I said a bit louder so that the rest of the students could hear me, Shinso glared me.

I stood next to my classmates, 'Was that really needed? Most of the other classes don't like us." Izuku said.

"I rather a fair fight over just getting teleported out of the battle." I crossed my arms, standing by what I said.

He sighed as I turned to look at a large screen, "Okay, the sports festival consists of three random events." Cementos said as a wheel appeared on the screen and began to spin.

"Let's see what this years first event is?" Midnight pointed with a shirt leather band whip. We all looked as it went around and around, until it began to slow down to a... "Ah a obstacle race, you are to run around the stadium one time. There are three main obstacles in your way, first one back wins." She explained.

"And GO!" Present Mic yelled. This caught many of the students of guard, but not the ones in 1-A. I flew over the crowd winds kicking up. I looked down and saw Todoroki and Bakugo in the lead using their quirks to push through the crowd. The half'n'half students ice froze the tunnel but all of our class escaped. Momo using a metal pole to vault her self over the crowd, Deku using his full cowling to leap over the ice. I looked back and saw that much of the competition was stuck behind it. I stopped midair and fired a weak ki blast to shatter the ice wall before blasting off down the track.

"Wait, why would she do that?" Present Mic asked, "All she had to do was keep going."

"It's her pride, she wants a good challenge, but that challenge could have been trapped behind the ice, so she destroyed it. She may come across as cold and uncaring but she has been training with Izuku Midoriya who got last place in the class quirk apprehension tests where she came in first." Aizawa explained over the loud speakers.

I blocked the two out as I spotted something up ahead, massive robots. The Zero pointers from the entrance exam. I charged a ki lance in my hand. "HARBINGER!" My ki aura flared orange, as I threw the bolt through the steel head of a Zero pointer blasting a hole through it. In a instant I closed in on a second one's head shooting upwards tearing through the metal until I hit a metal beam that held firm. "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" My power surged as I started to lift it off the ground, my body screamed with pain from the exertion.

"Oh, my GOD!" I heard students yell from down below, I shifted my grip and began to spin it around smashing it into other Zero Pointers, rubble and scrap falling to the ground as I threw the head into another one.

I looked at the last three standing, I knitted my fingers together, charging up my beam attack. "STAR!" I shifted my hands to my waist from my chest, before thrusting them forward, "ARROW!" The silver beam tore through their heads with massive explosions, the bodies falling to the ground. I looked around, I had fallen behind once again.

I blasted forward again looking down at a deep pit with pillars and cables, I spotted Izuku leaping from pillar to pillar, when a cable shot at me, I caught it on reflex and saw a pink haired girl with gadgets, goggles and over sized steel boots, the wire was attached to a machine on her hip. "THANK YOU!" She yelled as the wire retracted from my had and she soared towards the end of the pit, high power fans on the underside of her boots screamed with power.

I blinked twice. 'That... was a girl...' I shook my head and powered up. I reached a open dirt field and looked down to see a few students crossing it, Todoroki in the lead and Bakugo shot past him. I needed to go just a bit faster. "HARBINGER!" I Flew low to the ground, the air pressure off of me knocking others over and pink explosions went off. I reached and caught up with Bakugo and Todoroki flying between the two, when a massive explosion went off behind me, I looked back and saw Deku flying right at the three of us with a large sheet of green metal, he planted his feet on the two boys beside me.

"SMASH!" He body glowed with power from his quirk as he brought in down in front of, creating a small crater. I had time to draw in a breat as I few over the metal unable to stop. He pushed forward and a explosion sent the sheet of metal into me. I was blasted into the air, I felt something in my chest crack as I shoved metal away from me. Todoroki and Bakugo were thrown to the sides.

I spun around and charged two balls of ki in my hands. I thrust them forward unleashing twin beams that shoved me back at speeds I had never seen. I looked behind me as Deku entered the tunnel, I followed a instant later, in the dark I couldn't see him. Then for just a heart beat I saw him as we tied.

"AND WE HAVE A TIE!" Present Mic yelled to a roaring crowd.
