Vic was later inside Umberto's house having a meeting along with the other Cubans. They, too, were ready to obliterate the Cholos as well, and Umberto was now pumped up with adrenaline. The Cholos had attempted to murder his father, so now it was time for him and the Cubans to retaliate.
"So I ask you once more, are you men?" Umberto asked his gang vociferously.
"YEAH!" the Cubans shouted in agreement.
"Then why you not like balls?" Umberto asked.
"Because that's totally embarrassing... " one of the Cubans responded.
"Because that's something you ain't got, baby!" Umberto corrected. HE then pointed to his crotch. "I got a whole sack full here! Tons of them! Balls everywhere! Balls to spare!"
"Well, man, he's certainly full of balls," another Cuban whispered to Vic, who nodded in agreement.
"You what, baby?" Umberto asked overhearing the Cuban's comment. He stepped to the Cuban and got into his face. "You whispering sweet nothings into some bitch's ear?" Umberto asked to the Cuban. "Huh, lover boy?"
"No, boss," the Cuban replied.
Umberto then turned to Vic, who leaned against the pool table with his arms folded. "Victor Vance," Umberto said pointing at Vic to tell the Cubans as a demonstration. "This is a real man, with a lotta balls! You're not scared of no Cholos, are you, Vic?"
"You know I ain't scared of nobody," Vic answered.
"So show 'em your balls," Umberto demanded.
"No," Vic replied facetiously. "I was in the army, not the navy."
The other members of the Cubans laughed at Vic's joke.
"Screw you bitches!"Umberto growled at his gang.
"Come on, man," Vic protested. "I'm just messing with you."
"Someone's gotta teach these Cholos a lesson," Umberto declared. "I guess I have to go... alone."
"Umberto, boss," one of the members of the Cubans said. "I'm up for anything, man. I just don't want to have to take my balls out again."
"Yeah," another member agreed. "Can't we just go hit shit up and keep our pants on?"
"Yeah, let's roll," another member said, and the gang headed out of the front door to leave. Umberto and Vic were the only ones left inside.
"See, Vic?" Umberto told him. "They didn't want to go and now they've gone. The art of leadership, my friend, is making people believe they had the idea all along."
This was finally Vic's big moment. He had taken over ever last Cholos' empire, and it was finally about time to eliminate them from Vice City once and for all. Everyone walked outside, and the Cuban gangs hopped in each of the two green minivans.
"My men are going to collect a little gift for the Cholo," Umberto told Vic. "They'll meet up with you after."
"After what?" Vic asked.
"After you've cleared the way for us," Umberto answered. "Then we can hit the Cholos hard and take their guns! I'll coordinate the attack from here."
"Sure, big man," Vic replied. "We really need a coordinator back here..."
He hopped inside a Cuban Hermes parked in the driveway and started the engine. Vic drove through Little Havana and made his way through the streets of Little Haiti. It was the most determined moment for him, and with the Cholos eliminated for good, there would be one less gang to worry about.
Vic finally made it to the Cholos' factory at the end and spotted the Cholos hanging out on the front. He pulled up front and hopped out of the vehicle to face the gang. He quickly took cover when the Cholos fired at him. Vic ducked behind the vehicle and fired bullets back at them. Each Cholo member came popping from behind the building of the factory and dropped dead one by one as Vic fired bullets into them.
The factory was now empty, and the Cubans in the green minivans just entered inside. Vic followed them inside as well. "I said we're gonna need some protection while we're loading up, man," one of the Cubans said as he and the other members exited their vehicles.
"I've got your backs," Vic reminded them.
Another member of the Cubans set up what appeared to be a piñata of a Cuban with a thick mustache flipping the middle finger. He chuckled loudly. "Do you like our gift for the Cholo, man?" he asked Vic.
"Very tasteful," Vic answered nonchalantly
As the Cubans robbed the Cholos' arms crates and loaded them in their minivans, Vic stood out front to keep watch for the Cholos. He had his machine gun ready to fire at them when they would arrive.
Vic looked ahead right on time to see a Cholo member popping out. Vic used his machine gun to fire bullets at the Cholo member, killing him. Soon, each Cholo member were coming out from the front of the factory, only to be killed by Vic one by one.
Most of them even appeared in Sabres and pulled up front, and there were even several of them appearing from the side of the factory. But Vic was too quick for them. He simply ducked the flying bullets around him and killed each and every member of the Cholos one by one as the Cubans continued to load the truck with the crates.
The Cubans had loaded the minivans, and they hopped inside one of them.
"We've got what we came for," one of the Cubans announced as they drove away. "We're gonna go back now, OK?"
Vic hopped inside the second minivan and drove out of the factory along with the other Cubans. He watched through his rear-view mirrors to check if any of the Cholos were after him. He saw that there were no one in sight just yet. Still, he drove quickly just to make sure. To his pleasure, he finally made it to Umberto's house, where the rest of the Cubans and Umberto were just waiting outside. Vic hopped out of the van to face Umberto.
"My friend, today is a good day!" Umberto chuckled. "We've turned the tide in Little Havana. The Cholos are finished!"
Meanwhile, the Cholos returned to the factory to discover the giant piñata in the factory. One of the Cholos holding the baseball bat used said weapon to destroy the piñata, only to get caught in the explosion, blowing up everyone inside and destroying the factory.
The Cubans had planted explosives inside the piñata to trick the Cholos into destroying it, which instantly killed them afterwards. The Cholos were now officially eliminated from the entire city. First the Trailer Park Mafia, now the Cholos.
Meanwhile, everyone back in Umberto's house were celebrating.
"Umberto Robina says you are a true friend," Umberto told Vic. "You can count on me for anything. I love you, man! Like a son, or a dog..."
"Well...thanks," Vic replied awkwardly. "It was a pleasure to work with you and the rest of your guys. I got business to take care of, so I'll catch you guys later."
As Umberto and his gang continued to celebrate, Vic decided to handle his own issues. Now that the Cholos were officially eliminated, he was free to handle his own business. So he hopped inside his vehicle and drove to Mary-Jo's apartment to see Louise.
