Chapter Twenty-One: The Truth Means Swore on Revenge

"I am the long lost prince.", mumbled He.

"What did you say?", asked Thomas in concern.

"I am the long lost prince!", cried He, "I remember everything!"

The two gasped and James's eyes went wide. He then went to him slowly, visibly shaken, "H-Hiro? I-is that you?", asked James with a shaky voice as he examined Hiro's face properly.

"Yes, little brother.", replied Hiro with a calm tone, "It's me."

James's eyes began to build up. The man with wicked scars was his brother. He couldn't believe it. No wonder why James thought he looked so familiar. It's been eighteen years since his brother's disappearance. He thought he would never see him again but his brother was alive.

"Hiro!', cried James as he hugged his big brother with tears coming out of his ruby-red eyes, "I thought you were dead! I was so scared and alone!"

Thomas smiled happily for them as tears flowed down his cheek. He now knew that Hiro, the long lost prince was alive, but the question still lingered in his head, "So if you weren't dead, then who did this to you?"

Hiro then went silent. He knew who did this thanks to those little pieces of clues and the two princes' help, but he didn't want to tell as the little boy inside him, still fear for her and her name. Hiro looked down.

"Please, Hiro. Tell me who did this?", asked James with a firm tone.

James wanted to know who did this. James began to think that the Skyla kingdom had nothing to do with his brother's disappearance but then who could have done this? James wanted an answer now, "Hiro! Tell me!", shouted James.

Hiro looked at his little brother, then to Thomas, and then looked down, "I-if I told you. You would go one full rage, James. I know you're the type to get angry easily when things go wrong or someone you love is hurt."

James knew that Hiro was right as Hiro did know him very well even though James was two when his brother disappeared. James remembered one time that when the Silverline kingdom visited them, the young prince, Spencer, was bullying Hiro for his cleverness. James didn't like that went to block Spencer with his tiny body. Spencer thought it was amusing but James went red in the face. James sighed, "Please tell.", begged James.

Hiro then tried to answer the question, but he felt his throat had a lump and his tears began to build. That woman scared him, even though he's a fully grown adult. His inner child was still trapped in his brain. James saw Hiro's pain and began to hug him. Thomas walked closely while trying not to ruin the bond between the brothers.

"Hiro.", said Thomas quietly, "You don't have to tell if you're not ready but do remember that letting it out will ease your fear and pain. That's what my father told me."

Hiro looked at Thomas and gave him a small smile. Thomas's wise words did make Hiro felt a bit better and then he had an idea, "Let's go back to Nia's place with this evidences and I'll try to explain everything on what had happened."

Thomas and James looked at each other and nodded. James picked up the headpiece while Thomas grabbed the ripped banner. Then the three walked out of the ruined castle and went to go back to Nia's hut.

Meanwhile, at the Fyre kingdom in the ballroom, Frankie couldn't stop laughing evilly, "Ah forbidden love. It's good that it happened as now that runt is dead, my stepson is locked up and since the kingdom is now in a vulnerable position! I will get William and I will let the darkness rise again!"

Hurricane looked at the queen and the began to think of his action. He thought that helping Frankie would make him feel good but now he thought otherwise. The actions he did made him feel remorseful. How could he have done this? How could he let Frankie win?

"M-my queen.", asked Hurricane, "Don't you think we're going too far?"

"Oh, don't be silly Hurricane.', replied the queen with a wicked grin, "The plan has gone smoothly but with a bit of change of course. Once the kingdom falls, I will find a way to stay queen forever!"

Hurricane looked down for a moment and then back up, "You won't win!"

The queen froze for a moment and turned her head to him with a glare and hissed, "What did you just say?"

"You won't win!", answered Hurricane, "I think we went too far! I think we should let peace enter us all and forget about avenging your great…"

"Oh, please Hurricane, as if I care. Do you think I care about anyone? Well your dead wrong!", shouted Frankie.

"Then I won't help anymore!", shouted Hurricane, "I'm going to get James out, even it means war will still happening!"

Hurricane walked away and went to find James. Frankie growled and then grabbed out a dagger behind her back. She then went up to Hurricane slowly. She then grabbed Hurricane by the neck, "I don't think so. You will never betray me!"

"I already did!", shouted Hurricane as he spat on her face.

"So be it.", said Frankie in a quiet angry tone.

She then stabbed Hurricane in the heart, killing him instantly. He dropped him to the ground and gave him a smirk, "You should of stay by my side. But don't worry, the long lost prince is dead because of me and because of me, everything is going to my plan either way.", she then walked away slowly with an evil grin upon her face.

What she didn't know was that Toby and Flora had witnessed her murderous act and gasped. They couldn't believe their queen was related to the monster Umbro. They knew they have to save James, "We must save James!", cried Flora to her older brother.

"Flora! Go get James while I find Marion!", cried Toby.

The two darted away in a different direction. Toby went to Marion's chamber and gasped in horror. She was tied up to a wall with a gag on her mouth. Toby rushed to her aid and freed her, "What happened?"

"Frankie…", replied Marion weakly, "She stole all of my formulae and took my power away. She's going to use it against the Skyla kingdom and make her dark magic more unstoppable."

"What do I do?", asked Toby with a worried face on, "How can I save James and the kingdom?"

"Find the powerful mage in the forest where a dead tree and a healthy tree stand together, replied Marion with a weak voice.

Toby then placed her on the bed to let her rest, "I will find that mage!", cried Toby as he raced off to fetch his horse. He darted out of the kingdom to search the mage.

Meanwhile, Flora got downstairs to the dungeon, and to her horror, she saw Ryan, Emily, Caitlin, Paxton, and... Diesel in the cell, but James wasn't there. She gasped and went to find the key, "Where's the key?", she cried.

"Near a helmet of mine!", replied Caitlin as Flora grabbed the key and got them all except Diesel.

"You're our hero!", cried Ryan.

"Let's go and help James!", cried Emily.

"We got to stop the war and bring peace again!", added Caitlin.

"Then let's go!", cried Flora as they all raced out, but Paxton stood there, looking at his older brother. Paxton then went to Diesel, "Are you going to help?"

"What's the use. I was been betrayed by the queen that was a monster. I now realise the crime I committed was so unforgivable. I will never forgive myself so leave me here to die.", said Diesel dryly yet with remorse.

"Everyone deserves a second chance Diesel. I already forgive you as you are my brother. I know you can be rough and tough, but I know that deep inside, you do feel remorse and you just wanted to help.", replied Paxton.

Diesel couldn't believe it. Why would his little brother forgive when he called him weak and softy all because Paxton was nice to others? Diesel didn't want to tell Paxton on what he had done with Prince Thomas as he'll probably lose the bond. Diesel looked at him and to his surprise, Paxton hugged him.

Diesel began to cry and hugged him back, "Thank you, Pax…"

"You're welcome.", replied Paxton.

The hugged ended after a few seconds, "Let's go and save the kingdoms!", cried Paxton.

Diesel nodded and the two raced off to catch up with the others. They knew they have no time to stop for a moment. It was now or never for them. They must save James, stop the war, and destroy Frankie.

Back at Nia's hut, Hiro told them about everything on what had happened but still didn't mention the name. They were all shocked about it, but Nia knew at least Hiro got his memory back. She has just finished a potion that can heal a blind eye. Hiro took the potion and swallowed it. There, his right eye was fully healed and now he can see way better but not as better than his left eye. James now saw his eyes better and knew that this was indeed Hiro.

"Now Hiro, after finishing your story you have to tell. Please tell us who that person is to feel better and well."

Hiro then took a deep breath and sighed, "F-Frankie."

They all gasped in horror. After all this time, Frankie was the one who causes Hiro to be like this, who cause the kingdoms to hate each other and potentially cause the deaths to a certain family member.

Then James's eyes began to narrow and growled with hate, "I will find her and kill that monster!"

Thomas doesn't like it when James was angry as it did scare him. Thomas then looked at James with worry eyes, "I know that Frankie has done this after all this time but try not let…"

Just then, the door swung opened and the four turned their heads towards the open door and saw Toby, "Guys! We need your help!"

The four glanced at each other and then looked back at Toby, "What's going on?", asked James.
