A/N Hey guys, hope you enjoy this chapter. Yesterday's episode, eh. I missed Octavia and Murphy, my two favourite characters still alive. And it had too much Niylah for my liking. Nothing against the actress or anything, I just really can't stand Niylah.

Anyway, finally what I set up earlier in the story, Raven's crush. Enjoy.

Monty's POV

You are sitting down, watching everyone as you sip your moonshine. You remember when you really used to party hard, but those days were long gone, and now, you are literally an old man in a teenager's body. You thank the stars for the wonderful family you got, and that you got to come back and be with them. This time, things were much better, and although there were times when you missed the ring and Eligius IV, for the most part you are glad you came back.

You watch Jasper and Maya, as they dance, still in the honeymoon phase of their long awaited romance. You watch Bellamy, knowing how hard it is for him to be here, celebrating amongst all his friends, watching them pair up and missing his partner. You watch Lexa and Clarke, seeing them celebrate their new life together. You watch as Ontari flirts shamelessly with Murphy, her infatuation with him not restricted to their first lives. You watch Roan as he slowly relaxes, and on the other hand, you watch Indra stay stiff as a stick.

"Octavia, you got to take me away. I have to leave. Please," you hear Raven, despite the loud music playing.

"We'll take you," you hear Harper say from right next to you.

"You sure?" Raven asks. "I don't want to intrude."

"Nonsense," you say. "Let's go."

You see Octavia mouth thank you and you nod before turning around to leave.

"What's up Rae?" you ask.

"I just could not handle it at the party." You and Harper both raise your eyebrows in confusion. Raven Reyes fed up of a party. Never. "Can we not talk about it please."

"No problem," you say. "But we're always here if you need us."

She nods, and sits down on the bank of the river which you all had made your way to. "Thanks guys. I'm sorry for pulling you away from the party."

"It's fine," says Harper. "We're too old for that stuff anyway."

"Do you guys mind telling me about life on Eligius?"

"Sure Rae. The first year was the hardest, by far. We were still quite young, and had a lot of energy. I don't think I need to go into detail about how all that energy was used. Harper also got crazy good at football, or soccer, whatever, and I ended up getting pretty good at coding, if I do say so myself."

"You did get into Eligius III files. That counts for something," Harper chimes in. "Anyway, you should have seen how hard it was with Jordan when he was younger. He had his dad's wild side. It was scary. We were sure for a sec, that he would wake one of you guys up, or worse. But it was all good. He grew up with the algae so he did not think it was that bad. I felt sorry for the poor kid, only had Monty's algae. It must have sucked not knowing what real food tasted like."

You jab her side causing her to giggle. "You should have seen him. He was always fascinated with the ground, and he loved whenever Harper let him shoot her gun. He grew up on stories of Wanheda, Heda, Skai Ripa, the cockroach and the raven. He loved you guys. You all always intrigued him. Sometimes, he would just pretend you guys were there. You were the foundation of his imagination."

"It was so peaceful Rae, like you wouldn't imagine. There were some days that I wanted to wake one of you up for a day, show you the family we built. Monty stayed strong for me, but sometimes it was just so hard."

"We missed you like crazy in Sanctum. You were always the best of us."

"He was," Harper agrees.

"Both of you," specifies Raven. "And your son, ever like his namesake, he fell in love with a girl who they effectively killed by replacing her brain with someone else's. But Jordan even dove in front of a knife for the body of the woman he loved."

You have tears in your eyes. No one has told you anything about Jordan since you came back, but you are so glad to hear this about him.

You talk with Raven until you see her lay her head on the sand and close her eyes.

After a minute or two, Harper speaks softly, "Our baby girl is in love."

"They grow up so fast. She was just in her 'boys are awful' phase. I remember like it was yesterday," you joke.

"You guys might want to use a different metaphor," the voice of a clearly not asleep girl sounds. "And how did you know?"

"You were obviously jealous. You saw something you didn't like, or rather someone you didn't like flirting with someone you did. But then I saw it in your eyes, you're in love. Question is, who are you in love with?"

Your eyes widen in realisation. "No way. No way. No way."

Harper looks at you, confusion etched across her face. "Who is it?"

"Murphy."

You look at Raven, waiting for her to disprove your realisation, but you are only met with a nod. "Mind telling us why? We're not judging you we're just a bit shocked."

"Well," she says. "I don't know what it us. I think I first realised that I had some sort of feelings for him when he stayed back to keep me company on Eligius IV. I'm such a mess."

"No you aren't."

"Anyway, I'm different with him, and when I'm with him, he makes things a lot easier. I don't think I knew how badly I had it until we came back. It was a shock to the system. I would work for hours on Praimfaya and getting the Ark down to the ground in time, and when I was done, I would have no way to calm down. So I would talk to you guys. The first time, when we were looking for ways to stop Praimfaya, he would take my mind off of things, and I never realised how much it helped. He calms me down, and he makes sure I have fun."

"Come here," Harper says, hugging Raven close to her. "That's why you never wanted to go after Emori, despite her being your prodigy and all."

Raven nods, and the three of you stay out under the stars for the rest of the night.

A/N So what do you guys think is going to happen? Review, I would love to hear what you guys think about it.
