Dreams are strange. Starlight knew this. However this one was stranger than usual. Because it was in a place that was familiar even though she had never been there before. Her conscious was aware it was new, but to her subconscious it was home.

There were long corridors with training rooms and the constant sound of water. She somehow knew that she was five corridors from the barracks. Slipping though those corridors she found herself walking into the barracks. She knew that the ladders placed between the two lines of circles above head height lead to sleeping tubes which the circles were the only visible part of when closed. Looking down the sides she saw that below the tube blocks there were lines of lockers on both sides to hold equipment.

Soon she started to hear voices of a conversation and found that two strange yet not strange beings were walking past her. When she went the next few steps she found the Domino Squad talking. Soon the others had left and she was left there with Heavy and a strange clone that she had never seen before.

Unlike the others his face was quite lined, half of it was paralyized, and he was stooped over with a crooked back. This strange clone was not wearing the same uniform as the others, but a coverall blue thing that had a lot of pockets. Instinctively she new that this was the Janitorial clone Ninety Nine. And that he was the one who gave Heavy the will to stay and try again.

There was no screaming, explosions, dismemberment, or blood. Just two brothers letting each other know that they were family, and that Ninety Nine was appreciated even most looked down on him. The expression that the older clone had when told by Heavy, "Your one of us" was just amazing to see. And for the first time in her life, she wished she could stay asleep to see more. But Aligner was hacking again and needed her help.

Heavy woke up at the usual time after a good night sleep. He had dreamed he was home, and that he had seen Ninety Nine. It was a good dream, especially when a lot of the brothers had nightmares instead. Images of harm and betrayal characterized the nightmares, but no one in the Domino Squad had them yet. Strange.

The strange thing about his dream was that Starlight was there too. Even though she could never have been on Kamino. Yet if felt so real…. He should talk to her about it. Having decided on action he got up to act on it.
