21. Fossil Pokémon Trouble
Kanto: Pewter City
At the Pewter City, Professor Cerise taking the heroes to the Fossil Pokémon Park.
"Dad, are we almost there?" Chloe asked.
"Yes, we are here, the Fossil Pokemon Park!" Professor Cerise said.
"Professor, what are the Fossil Pokemon?" Rook asked.
"Fossil Pokémon are prehistoric Pokémon which can be obtained from their specific fossils." Professor Cerise said. "And they can be restored to life."
"Restored to life?" Ben asked.
"I'll explain later if we reach the park." Professor Cerise said.
And then, Team Rocket, disguised as citizens, heard everything what heroes are saying.
"Did you hear that?" James asked.
"Fossil Pokémon!" Meowth said.
"Let's capture the Fossil Pokémon along with the fossils!" Jessie said.
Back with the heroes, they reached the Fossil Pokémon Park and met a woman scientist.
"Meet Cara Liss, the friend of mine who owns this park." Professor Cerise introduced the woman scientist.
"Hello, everyone. Welcome to the Fossil Pokémon Park." Cara Liss said.
And then, a Dracovish, an Arctovish, a Dracozolt and an Arctozolt came here to greet the guests.
"Wow, check out these new Fossil Pokémon!" Goh said.
"Four brought-to-back Dino Pokémon!" Kevin said.
"These are Dracovish, Arctovish, Dracozolt and Arctozolt. They're my Pokémon. I revived them by combining the fossils." Cara Liss said.
"How?" Serena asked.
"Come and I'll show you." Cara Liss said and she takes everyone to her lab.
Unbeknownst to the heroes, Team Rocket silently followed the heroes.
In Cara Liss' lab, Cara unveiled the Fossil Reviver and revealed the Jaw Fossil.
"What is that?" Clemont asked.
"This is my Fossil Reviver and this is Jaw Fossil." Cara Liss said.
Cara Liss hooked up the Jaw Fossil to a machine and activated it.
As the machine emitted light, the heroes (and Team Rocket through window) looked on eagerly.
When the light cleared, the Jaw Fossil had become a Tyrunt.
"Oh, wow! Who's that Pokémon?" Goh asked and scans Tyrunt by using Rotom Phone.
"Tyrunt, the Royal Heir Pokémon. A Rock/Dragon type. Tyrunt's jaws are so big and powerful, it can crunch up a car. If it doesn't like something, it responds with a wild tantrum." Rotom Phone read.
"Hi, Tyrunt." Ash said and Tyrunt ran behind a machine.
"It appears to be timid." Professor Cerise said.
"It makes sense, considering it's suddenly in an unfamiliar thing." Cara Liss said. "The Galar Fossil Pokémon were the same when I revived them."
Dracovish and Dracozolt walked towards Tyrunt and encouraged it to interact with others.
Tyrunt went towards heroes' Pokémon, who greeted it friendly, making Tyrunt happy.
"Well, would you look at that? It's already making friends." Professor Cerise said.
"My dream is to create a park where people from all over the world to see and learn about Fossil Pokémon." Cara Liss said.
"What about clarifying the question how did you revive the Galar Fossil Pokémon?" Serena asked.
"Dracozolt is resurrected from combining a Fossilized Bird and Fossilized Drake. Arctozolt is from combining Fossilized Bird and Fossilized Dino. Dracovish is from combining Fossilized Fish and Fossilized Drake. Arctovish is from combining Fossilized Fish and Fossilized Dino." Cara Liss explained.
Team Rocket heard everything from back outside.
"A park, huh?" Meowth asked.
"We will be rich by opening our own park." Jessie said.
"Then, Team Rocket will become billionaires!" James said and the trio began planning.
Later, Tyrunt and the Galar Fossil Pokémon playing with kids' Pokémon, then a mechanical arms burst out opened.
The mechanical arms grabbed Tyrunt, the Galar Fossil Pokémon and the Fossil Reviver.
Cara Liss, Professor Cerise and the heroes got attention.
"What was that? It took the Pokémon and the Fossil Reviver!" Cara Liss said.
Everyone went outside and they saw Team Rocket has the machine and the captive Fossil Pokémon.
"Team Rocket!" Ash said.
"Give me my Pokémon and the machine back!" Cara Liss said.
"What do you want?!" Dawn asked.
"We want to make our dream come true by opening our own Fossil Pokémon Park." Jessie said.
"So we can make money!" James said.
"So long, suckers!" Meowth said before retreating with the machine and the Fossil Pokémon.
"I can't accept the thought of greedy people opening their own park for monetary gains." Cara Liss said.
"Don't worry, Cara Liss. We'll get your Fossil Pokémon and the machine back." Ash said.
"Gengar, I choose you! Go and find Team Rocket!" Ash sent out Gengar.
Gengar flew off to find Team Rocket.
At the skies, Team Rocket were celebrating, only to be interrupted by Gengar using Night Shade at their balloon.
Balloon is out of air and it crashed to the ground.
Then, the heroes, Cara Liss and Professor Cerise came here.
"Give up?" Ash asked.
"No way! Mimikyu! Chewtle!" Jessie said, sending out Mimikyu and Chewtle.
"Go, Mareanie and Poliwrath!" James sent out Mareanie and Poliwrath.
Ben uses the Omnitrix to transform into Rath.
"Boltund, use Thunderbolt!" Boltund zaps Poliwrath and Mareanie.
"Pikachu, use Electro Web!" Pikachu creates net of electricity and launched it at Mimikyu and Chewtle to ensnare them.
Rath slices the mechanical arms with the claws on his wrists, freeing the Tyrunt and the Galar Fossil Pokémon.
"Oh no! The Fossil Pokémon!" Meowth said.
"Mimikyu, use Shadow Ball! Chewtle, Hydropump!" Mimikyu launches a ball of black energy and Chewtle releases an extreme jet of water at the heroes, only to be stopped by Tyrunt's Stone Edge.
"Huh? Tyrunt?" Cara Liss asked.
Suddenly, Tyrunt's body was enveloped by light and changing; Tyrunt evolved into Tyruntrum.
"Tyrunt… You evolved into Tyruntrum!" Cara Liss said.
Mareanie and Poliwrath tried their best to beat Tyruntrum, but it defeated them with its Iron Tail.
"And became much stronger." Clemont said.
Tyruntrum said to the Galar Fossil Pokémon that they must defeat Team Rocket together, who nodded in response.
Dracovish, Arctovish, Dracozolt, Arctozolt and Tyruntrum used Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, Discharge, Aurora Beam and Rock Slide at Team Rocket.
But then, a Bewear arrived and flew with Team Rocket.
"We're off with a new blast!" Team Rocket said before flying out of sight.
"Thank you all, for helping me out today." Cara Liss said.
"We didn't really do anything to help." Clemont said.
"Even, I still thank you." Cara Liss said, and she turns to Tyruntrum. "Will you stay with me, Tyruntrum?"
Tyruntrum agreed happily.
"And so, the beautiful start of friendship." Professor Cerise said and the heroes agreed.
