Chapter 19: Storming Ember
Ash POV:
Okay. It was 9:43 at night, and Serena, Seraphina, John, Arlo, Elaine, Blyke, Remi, Isen, Cecile, Gavin and I were at the doors of an abandoned military bunker and lab. Through are research from yesterday, this should be their location. I slowly open the sliding door, and we slip through the rusty door. Okay, that means they have another sort of entrance, because this one we could barely fit through.
We make our way down the stairs, and I turn everyone invisible with Terrence's ability I swapped with Arlo's Barrier. I take out my Gengar, to turn invisible naturally as well, and he slipped through the walls, until he came back and showed us where the cures were being held. Gengar quickly grabbed it, and rushed out, but we were so overjoyed that we hollered in the air and invisibility turned off. Our abilities activate and we start the fight. Blyke shooting beams, Arlo obliterating people with his barrier, Remi taking down two per strike with her splash damage thanks to lightning, while Gavin threw a superpowered punch, KOing one of the scientists. Isen was sadly grabbed, and he was the first hostage, causing everyone to run to him, freeing him, but that leaves us four undefended. John rushes forward, but I stay behind to protect them, but I get pushed aside by some no-name's ability, the two girls getting taken. How dare they take Serena. My ability gets activated, to which five syringes get injected into me, but that doesn't even make a dent, as my aura is too powerful. A blue glow surrounded me, growing by the second. The five EMBER agents were blasted back, my aura getting to close. So I channel my aura to hurt the EMBER agents only. I attack Seraphina's grunt, but Serena gets thrown in a room, me pounding on the glass, trying to break through. They must have made this ability proof. But Aura's not an ability. It's a gift, from the soul and heart, to show your kindness, trust, and knowledge between you and your surroundings. I power up an Aura Fist, much larger than my first Aura Fist, when I fought John originally.
I smash it into the glass repeatedly, barely making a dent. How big is EMBER? So large, that they found an immunity to specific auras, as they carefully made it to me. My eyes widen, and I smile. I teleport inside, grab Serena, and try to teleport out, but they have so much defense on the room, that now we're both stuck. Chains come out, and wrap around my arms. I get pulled next to Serena, me spitting out blood.
An EMBER executive comes in, and grabs Serena. "GIve her back!" I shout. "If you don't answer every answer truthfully, your girlfriend gets hurt. "Where did you guys come from. "We currently live in Wellston, but Serena comes from Kalos and I come from Kanto." They write that down. "What is that purple creature and why can't we do anything to it?" he asks. "It is a Gengar, my Pokemon. We come from a different dimension. "I'll believe it just because you don't seem scared of us, and that purple thing. I use my Aura, trying to contact anyone. I can't use any ability that does anything physical, but I can still send out Aura Waves. Mewtwo, Dialga, and Victini pick up on the Aura Waves. "Help. They have Serena, and I'm in Dimension 708. I saw it on the portal." "We're on your way." I open my eyes, smile, and say, "You're so screwed." I then burst out into laughter as Victini appears, and attacks the executive, followed by Mewtwo, and then Dialga was present, as I could hear him in the main area, as he is too big to go anywhere else. We escape with John, say our goodbyes, as the three legendaries and us teleport to Paul and Casey, and the four of us and the three legendaries teleport us to Kanto, as the three legendaries say goodbye. I guess this is the end to our story. I guess we just live normal lives, I guess. But there's one more thing….
