This has been a terrible day

Disclaimer: Damn, still don't own Freezing. Just the OC's

Kazuya could barely believe the sight that he had rushed into once he had gotten through the front doors, he hadn't even thought to look back and see if Abel had kept up with him. "He called Satella-senpai his sister, he even knew about her special nickname! What the heck is going on?!" The raven-haired Limiter would shake his head furiously, forcing those worries to the back of his mind as he saw the two Pandora who cherished him most about to kill each other.

"What the heck?! What are you two doing?!" His voice would break their ice-cold focus on one another, Satellizer seemed to instinctively want to reach out for him as he ran up to her, even though Rana was less than pleased by this action. "Satella-senpai! Rana! Why are you two doing this?!" He looked upon the wounds that the two of them now bore, amazed that the two of them were even standing.

"We were..in the middle of a duel yes?" Rana would be the first to reply, her body was slow to tense, even with Kazuya's presence seeming to calm down the Untouchable Queen. "We were dueling over which of us has the right to call you her partner."

Her words seemed to further baffle the young Limiter as he finally began to understand the severity of the situation before him, they had no doubt fought tooth and nail in order to prove that each was superior to the other. "A duel over me? But I already have a partner!" Kazuya didn't notice that he had placed his hands upon Satellizer's shoulders until he had felt them tense up beneath his grip, his natural instincts as a Limiter had subconsciously kicked in to protect her. "Satella-senpai and I are a pair, you know that!"

The azure-haired Pandora would shake her head in astonishment at his words, unwilling to believe that she had lost the war before the first battle had even finished.

"But you haven't performed the Baptism yes? A man with the Freezing ability..A Limiter should be irreplaceable to us Pandora! For her to borrow your power without performing the Baptism is beyond cruel!" Rana would place her hand on her heart as she continued to speak, Kazuya couldn't help but marvel at her threshold for pain as she spoke with a fiery passion. "Satellizer is just using you for your abilities, so you should ditch her and pair up with me yes? I swear to you, upon the name of the Goddess Kunlun that our partnership will be one founded upon love and honesty. Never will I try to deceive you!"

The raven-haired Limiter couldn't help but smile at her words, maybe in a different world he would've gladly taken her as his partner and fought valiantly beside her. "That's not true at all, Satella-senpai isn't using me for my abilities." Kazuya would smile sadly as Rana's expression slowly turned to one of sorrow, but he knew that someone with her bright and cheery demeanor would be able to land a Limiter she could be happy with. "As a matter of fact, the one who first wanted us to pair up was-"

"That's quite enough, all of you."

A voice Kazuya didn't recognize would stop him from speaking any further, a small silver-haired Pandora would enter the room flanked by two more women: One was much taller than her diminutive superior, with skin the color of chocolate and a calm, focused expression on her face. The second woman was the one that caused the Limiter's instincts to start screaming at him to flee: A red-haired beauty with a cold sharpness to her eyes, her focus seemed to be solely focused upon his Senpai..and her intentions were far from friendly.

"Everything almost went according to plan. But you started to lose my interest at the end there, what with the cheesy HAPPY ending." She wore an irritated expression as she addressed the Limiter and the two Pandora, despite the confident swagger in her steps. "They say that plays are only entertaining when there's conflict, you did show me a fierce battle my cute little second-years and for that..you've earned my applause." The silver-haired girl would deliver a slow, mocking clap as the murderous intent in the air seemed to thicken, had Kazuya not been so shocked by their sudden appearance he would've contemplated taking the girls by the hand and attempting to flee.

Half of the people lie with their lips, the other half with their tears

Rana couldn't believe the words that she had been hearing from Attia's mouth, her senpai basically admitting to staging the events that had led to her quarrel with the Untouchable Queen in the first place.

"You said everything was going "according to plan", explain yourself Attia-senpai!" The Tibetan-born Pandora balled her fists tightly as the realization slowly dawned upon her, and she was not one to tolerate being fooled, even by her seniors. "You told me that Satellizer L. Bridget was using Kazuya for his abilities and that once she had used him up she would simply move on to a second unique boy in our ranks, was all of this simply a lie?!" Her body was very much exhausted from her extended battle with her romantic rival, but the adrenaline rush she felt from this newfound fury towards the smaller Attia did well to dull the pain she was feeling in that moment.

The silver-haired Pandora would scoff at the other woman's angered outburst, simply crossing her arms and giving her a look of disgust.

"Oh my gosh, you still don't get it do you? I suppose I should've expected someone from a backwards nation like Tibet to be this dense." Attia would uncross her arms and give an exasperated sigh, this gesture only served to piss her off even further. "It's exactly as Kazuya Aoi said before: The one who pursued the relationship between him and Satellizer was none other than Aoi himself."

The Manipulative Schemer seemed more than pleased at Rana's growing anger and wanted to stoke that fire further, but Rana would stand her ground and begin to speak once again.

"I'll ask you this once more: Was any of what you told me the truth?" The azure-haired woman would force herself to be calm, a good fighter had to be focused and could only fight at their best with a serene state of mind. "Was Satellizer L. Bridget really using Kazuya's power without giving him the sacred Baptism? And if so, did she truly plan to dispose of him and move onto A- …a second candidate as you insinuated?" She didn't know why she held back from saying Abel's name in that moment, perhaps it was out of some instinctive need to protect him from the wrath of their seniors, or maybe the tension in the air had just caused her to misspeak, whatever the case might've been she was grateful for it.

"Rana, the part about the Baptism is true and there's a good reason for that. Even knowing that we wouldn't be able to have it, I still approached senpai on my own." The sincerity in his voice was akin to slowly hammering a rusted nail into her aspiration to pair up with him, the honesty in his eyes served as the salt to the wound that widened with every word from his sweet lips. "The thought that she was using me is ridiculous! If anything, she kept turning me down again and again, but I kept on asking her…"

Any hope that had persisted within her died with that final statement; her aspirations lay shattered around her like shards of glass after being shattered by the stone of reality. Her Man of Destiny was choosing to defy the plan that Kunlun had laid out before her and carve his own path.

"So I was tricked…" Rana wanted to wail in despair, but this was far from the time to do so, there was the still the matter of her scheming senpai to deal with. "You tricked me yes?"

"And the slowest horse finally crosses the finish line, yes I tricked you." Attia would once again give her a mockingly slow applause in reply, enjoying the reactions she was receiving from the three underclassmen: Rage, disgust, astonishment. It was like an energy boost to her ego. "To tell you the truth, my plan was to use the new student to punish Satellizer while keeping the fight between second-years."

"Why would you do such a thing?" Rana grit her teeth in agitation at how casual her senpai spoke of punishing her fellow students, as if it were something she did as routinely as one brushes their teeth every morning.

"It's simple really. Satellizer is a Second Year, yet she chose to bare her fangs against us Third Years. Here at Genetics, the authority of the academic Years above you are absolute!" Attia would finally drop the mocking tone in her voice, her gaze suddenly becoming serious and malevolent. "It doesn't matter if you're common low-born Tibetan trash, or the bastard child of a wealthy family, if this behavior is allowed to continue then she'd be setting a bad example for the underclassmen, and that's why she deserves a beating!"

"If you plan on fighting me then hurry it up, my splendid upperclassmen." The audacity in Satellizer's voice was enough to silence Attia, as well as put her fellow senpai on edge, although judging by the malevolent look on the red-haired woman's face that wasn't exactly the best idea at the moment. "Hell, I'll even take on all of you if that's what it takes to end this nonsense!"

"How dare you, you Second Year brat…" Rana would watch as Attia continued to lose her usually calculated façade and let her cruelty show, it was enough for the azure-haired woman to consider joining in on the fight herself. "Did you hit your head or something, because it seems you don't understand just how much trouble you're in!"

"AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" The red-headed Pandora would begin laughing hysterically, surprising everyone, including Attia herself as she looked back in concern. "Ya know, I was already set to dish out a little punishment to you because Elizabeth asked me to. But then you had to go and run your mouth about how you'll take us all on, it kinda reminds of this pesky little frog I know: So eager to prove yourself but having no clue have deep the pool of shit you're standing in goes!" Rana blinked in confusion at her words, although judging by how focused her gaze was upon Satellizer it seemed that this frenzy was coming from a much different place.

"But she won't be fighting alone yes? I for one have a score to settle with you upperclassmen as well!" The Tibetan-born Pandora would focus her gaze on Attia, although the dark-skinned Pandora beside her would block Rana's path. "So, you're not only a liar but a coward as well!"

"I never said that I would deal with you two personally, your opponents will be your big sisters here." She would gesture to the red-headed Pandora first. "Third Year rank four, Arnett McMillan, the Slashing Trickster." Attia would then gesture to the stoic woman standing beside the clearly irritated Arnett, the dark-skinned woman calmly focused her sights upon Rana herself. "Third Year rank five, Creo Brand, the Lightning Hammer"

"Unlike Arnett here I bear you no personal malice, but this is something that has to be snuffed out at the source!" Rana would watch as the woman summoned her Volt Weapon and was intrigued to find that much like herself, the upperclassmen sported a pair of a steel gloves. "My Infinity Fang will make this a very short match, although it'd be wise if you just surrendered."

"While I appreciate your words of wisdom, I'm afraid I cannot comply with what you ask of me. It would be a dishonor to me as well as my own Volt Weapon, Shinen." She would ready herself for a fight even as her body internally ached and her muscles burned with pain. "Besides, your compatriot saw fit to deceive me and I will not allow such a thing to go unpunished!"

"Stop this, you're all Pandora, aren't you?!" Kazuya would do his best to step in between the opposing sides, hoping against hope that a peaceful resolution could still be achieved. "We should be working together, not squabbling over some hidden hierarchy between juniors and seniors!"

Before either side would react to the raven-haired Limiter's words, Arnett would make her move to silence him, knocking him out with a swift chop to the neck.

I will indulge my sorrows and give way to all the pangs of fury and despair.

Arnett had heard more than enough of that useless boy's prattling, barely batting an eyelash as she watched both underclass Pandora desperately trying to awaken him. "Oh Little Frog, this is the girl you sold your soul to that devil for?" She would sigh to herself as she glanced over to Creo, still as cool as a cucumber despite the affront that the two younger women had committed by daring to challenge them. "Oh calm down, I only knocked him out to keep things fair between us. After all, it wouldn't be fair for you two to have a Limiter on your side when we don't have one." Arnett would cross her arms angrily, keeping her gaze cold while focusing solely upon the Untouchable Queen.

"Fair? What about any of this is fair?!" Satellizer would charge forth with an Accelerating Turn, the point of her weapon aimed squarely at the Slashing Trickster's throat. "Kazuya was an innocent boy, he had nothing to do with this and you dragged him into this anyway!" This kind of attack was nothing to the Swiss-born woman, easily using her own Accel to dodge and reappear a few steps away from the buxom blonde with a knowing smirk.

"You're one to talk about dragging in innocents, do you have any idea how many people have suffered because of your very existence!?" Arnett would dodge another attack from Satellizer's blade by simply moving her head a few inches, then deliver a punishing backhand slap in retaliation. "Because of you. Because of you!" She could fear the stinging sensation of tears building up in her eyes as she imagined Abel still laying in that infirmary bed, his body slowly being withered away from the Synthetic Stigmata that had enabled him to be a Pandora, that had enabled the two of them to meet and become friends.

"Volt Weapon deploy! Scythe Machina!" She felt the familiar weight of her weapon manifest in her hands and breathe a sigh of ecstasy as she laughed maniacally, the expression on her opponent's face became one of apprehension as Arnett finally let loose her inner Mad Dog. "Yeah, you should be nervous! This may not be the same one he wields, but nonetheless you're about to be cut to ribbons by a weapon used by your own brother!"

"Calm down Arnett! Remember that this is just supposed to be a disciplinary action!" Attia's pleas would amount to nothing but white noise for the enraged Pandora, who simply lunged at the Untouchable Queen without delay. "Arnett! This is not the time to deal with your messed up personal issues. Remember that we are here to enforce Elizabeth's will!"

Arnett would growl angrily as her scythe met resistance in the form of the opponent's own bladed weapon, her amber-colored eyes staring into the deep blue of the enemy she swore to make suffer. "Oh trust me, I haven't forgotten. Which is why I'm going to spare this life-wrecking tartlet from having to feel the wrath of my Pandora Mode!" She would spin along the pole of Scythe Machina and deliver a stiff kick to the other woman's ribs, smirking as she felt a couple snap from the force of her blow as the underclassman was sent spinning toward the wall. "It's more than what she deserves, for all the blood she's got on her hands. It's only right that Scythe Machina be the instrument of her punishment."

"Stop bringing him into this…" Satellizer would slowly struggle to stand up, blood trickling from the Untouchable Queen's mouth as she faced her senior, using her free hand to wipe it away before continuing to speak. "The boy you're aggravating over is nothing like the brother I grew up with, all you know is the mutant puppet born from a mad scientist's crazed theories!" The British-born Pandora would try to strike back with a surprise attack via Accelerating Turn, but it was painfully obvious to someone of Arnett's high level training as she quickly pulled a Double Accel, leaving her opponent to attack her afterimage while the Slashing Trickster herself struck from behind.

Arnett would continue to toy with the Untouchable Queen in this manner all while taunting her as she struck, ignoring the splatters of blood. "There you go, trying to look before you leap again! No wonder I had to work him so hard during training, stubborn just runs in this family doesn't it?!" The Swiss-born Pandora would sigh as she appeared in front of an exhausted Satellizer with a smug smirk, almost enjoying the look of defiance on the other woman's face as she cradled her scythe close. "I'll bet you're confused as to how you keep getting damaged aren't you, well as a fellow Accel type you should know how an Accelerating Turn works: Pushing our bodies to the limits and letting it all out in an extreme burst of speed. You can do the same for a Double Accel, except that there's a bit of an interval in between the two bursts."

She would sigh in annoyance as Satellizer once again tried to attack her with an Accel Turn, once again displaying her superiority by leaving behind another afterimage but this time striking her from multiple directions. "As I was saying! I've learned how to pull a Double Accel WITHOUT the interval, I'm unbound from the basic tenants that still confine your lower level thinking!" Arnett would smile proudly as she leveled her Volt Weapon at the haggard and beaten Pandora in question, although her continued look of defiance was becoming less endearing the longer the battle dragged on. "It's a skill I've perfected through hours of hard work and endless dedication, one I was proud to pass onto someone precious to me. Or as you so disgustingly referred to him: A mutant puppet!" The red-haired woman would spit on the Untouchable Queen out of anger, as if she wanted to rid herself of the insult.

"Don't..Don't think you've won, I refuse to lose to someone like you!" Satellizer would stand up once more, deciding to continue the battle with another Accel Turn which caused Arnett to scoff in annoyance before countering her every attempt at a comeback and slam her back against the wall or driving her into the floor violently. "I…Won't…Lose.." The blonde-haired Pandora would struggle to stand up, even though her injuries were more than enough to knock out a normal Pandora ten times over. "Th-This isn't over…!"

"Oh you don't think so?" Arnett would kick Satellizer's weapon aside before glaring down at the beaten woman with contempt, slicing her neck with one clean stroke and watching the blood splatter out "I'd say that's the end…" She would sigh quietly, looking over to see that Creo standing over her defeated opponent and looking about as pleased with her victory as the Slashing Trickster was with her own.

"Don't you think you overdid it Arnett?" The silver-haired amazon would look over at her friend, expecting to see her usual sadistic smile only to find a look of cold hatred in the woman's amber eyes. "Arnett..?"

"Leave her be, you two have done a fantastic job. It wasn't pleasant but it had to be done, the will of the Upperclassmen- Elizabeth's will had to be enforced!" Attia would saunter over to the fallen Satellizer and leer down at the fallen Pandora with a smug smile. "As for you, are you finally ready to apologize for your actions? Do so and I'll make sure you're delivered safely to the Recovery Center." She would lean down to hear Satellizer's answer, even though Arnett had a rather good idea of what she would say.

"She won't quit. Just like my Little Frog she won't cower to anybody." Arnett would close her eyes and think about the many times she had pushed him to his limits, expecting Abel to quit or whine to Elizabeth about being pushed too hard. "It's funny, I'm actually starting to respect this annoying bitch."

"I'll never…" Satellizer would glare up at the Third Year Pandora weakly, struggling to speak as she did. "…never..bow to anyone..ever..again." She would finally go silent as the Untouchable Queen slipped into unconsciousness.

"Creo. Arnett. Tear out her Stigmata and destroy them!"

Attia's words would send an uncomfortable chill down Arnett's spine, even as Creo began to protest the decision, hoping to save her fellow Pandora. "If we rip out her Stigmata, she won't be a Pandora anymore..but would that really be the right thing to do here?" The Slashing Trickster would shake her head, deciding to speak her mind outright. "We've done enough, if we go that far and the higher-ups find out, we'll be the one's getting punished!"

"So neither of you have the spine to do what needs to be done? Would you really place the value of one woman against ALL OF US?!" The Manipulative Schemer would stand proudly as she spoke, her eyes gleaming with the zeal of a religious fanatic speaking the word of God. "The laws our Senpai died to create are worth more than the paltry rules of this Academy, even a small leak can sink a great ship and we're under military jurisdiction so that applies here even more!"

Arnett was still visibly struggle with what she was being asked to do, and while she herself had no love for the Untouchable Queen's actions, she knew someone who would be affected by her leaving: the boy who was resting peacefully in the infirmary, who believed her to be someone worth looking up to, someone worth believing in, she had practically become a hero to him.

"That's too far, we'd be crossing the line." Arnett would pick her words carefully, even though the Mad Dog within was dying to finally put an end to the one person standing in her way. "Not even Elizabeth would-"

"LOOK AROUND YOU! We've crossed the line a long time ago, don't you dare try to tell me you came into this battle not knowing that!" Attia would stomp her foot indignantly, amazed that the two of them would even think of disagreeing with her. "If you understand this then let's get it over with!" Arnett would bite her lip hesitantly as she made her way up to the unconscious Pandora, silently praying that whatever God was watching over them would forgive her for the sin she was about to commit.

"Volt Weapon, deploy: Sangré Rosa!"

A hero is someone who understands the responsibility that comes with his freedom

Abel had struggled his way through the doors by sheer grit alone, although standing had taken something of a herculean effort for him to accomplish due to the protest from his legs. Even summoning his Volt Weapon was now causing his vision to blur every so often, but what he had heard come out of Attia's mouth had been enough to stir him to act.

"What are you doing here Little Frog, you should be resting right now!" He would look straight at Arnett, the red-haired Pandora looking more concerned with his sudden appearance than following through with what she had been ordered to do. "C'mon Abel, listen to me..you need to stand down okay? You don't look too good right now, just give me a minute to finish up here and I'll take you back to the Recovery Center." The Slashing Trickster would take a step forward, causing him to Accel in front of the fallen Pandora and take a defensive stance.

"Don't you touch her!" The male Pandora would hiss in pain as his legs throbbed in agony against the technique he had just used, something that didn't go unnoticed by the two women in front of him. "I saw everything you did Senpai. Rana and Satellizer were in no shape to fight and you took them out anyway, you even attacked Kazuya and all he wanted to do was stop the fighting!" His angered tone did little to change the expression on the woman's face, her hand reaching out to him only to for him to point his scythe at her.

"We were just doing as we were told kiddo, you know how things work around here." Creo would speak calmly while maintaining her distance from the Volt Weapon, she knew damn well that Arnett was too emotional to deescalate the situation and Attia would only serve to antagonize the boy into attacking. "We didn't mean to drag the other two into this, but the transfer student insisted on fighting alongside the Untouchable Queen, and we only knocked out the Limiter to keep him out of the battle, he'll be fine in a few hours!"

"What are you two doing reasoning with this trash, if he insists on standing in our way then he's an enemy to us as well!" Attia would look to the two of them for a response, finding nothing but silence from her fellow upperclassmen before summoning her own Volt Weapon. "Fine, I suppose it's only fair that I deal with the small fry since you two did most of the heavy lifting earlier!"

"So that's it then, you're all no better than the Pandora back at Marrakesh. All you see me as is some sideshow freak to be trampled underfoot." Abel would smile sadly as he looked at his Senpai for what might be the last time, and while he wished he'd had his usual plague doctor mask with him, he knew that it was time to let the monster loose. "It was nice while it lasted, I almost felt like I had a real family for once.." He would focus his body and mind on one thing, protecting the two Pandora behind him before letting out a howl of agony, the familiar weight of the rose-colored aura blanketing his body before billowing outward to his Senpai in front of him.

"Wh-what the hell are you doing?!" Attia would do her best to shield herself from the intense heat emanating from the young man before her, looking around she would see Creo shielding her eyes with one arm while Arnett just stood there in shock at what she was seeing. "Goddammit Arnett get down!"

"Senpai, you're not looking away. Why aren't you looking away, or running, hell even Parcé knew enough to tell everyone to arm themselves!" Abel would sigh as the pain seemed to level off somewhat as he readied himself to fight, surveying his surroundings he found two of the three upperclassmen were dealing with the backlash of the burst of energy. "I'll only attack Creo and Arnett if they get in the way, Attia's my only real target here!"

He would Accel behind the smaller Pandora and swing his scythe with anger, narrowly missing her neck by inches as she rolled away, her Morning Star did little to weigh her down as she seemed to move with a swiftness he didn't anticipate.

"Amateur, did you honestly think I wasn't expecting something so primitive?" The Manipulative Schemer would be twirling her much larger Volt Weapon with ease over her head before swinging it at him, he instinctively blocked the move with his scythe, but the weight of her weapon would send him flying back towards a stunned Arnett. "Get out of the way Arnett!"

Abel would see Arnett out of the corner of his eye and plant his feet back on the ground, skidding to a stop in front of the Slashing Trickster and forcing the Morning Star to the floor. "Dammit! I won't fail her again!" The rose-haired young man would glare at Attia with a look of pure hatred, seeing shades of Louis in her sadistic smile and pointing his scythe back at her. "I screwed up when we were younger, I wasn't strong enough back then! I wasn't the monster I am now!" He would grit his teeth and remember what little he had gleaned from his training with Creo as he charged forth and executing a Tempest Turn, although only one copy would appear, and it was easily battered aside by Attia's weapon even as the man himself managed to avoid the weapon by a few hairs.

"You stupid boy!" Abel would narrowly miss as he attempted to grab Attia's neck, only for the smaller woman to drive her knee into his stomach viciously and smirking as he coughed up blood onto her uniform. "Look at you: Despite all the training, all our guidance, you've learned nothing from your time with Arnett." He would feel his Volt Weapon fall from his hand as she gripped him by his hair and looked straight into his eyes with a knowing smile, slapping his cheek hard as the sound echoed off the walls of the Simulation Room. "I told Elizabeth you were too volatile to be properly broken in, but she insisted that we give you a chance, even Sister Margaret seemed to believe in this untapped potential you seemed to have."

Attia would drag would slap the battered male a few more times, her smile getting bigger as she savored the sounds of him grunting in agony. "But that's the thing about potential, just because you have it in you to be the world's first Male Pandora doesn't mean you'll actually accomplish it!" She would let Abel finally drop to the floor, kicking at his leg and relishing his screams of pain, raising an eyebrow of curiosity and deciding to roll up his pant leg and see just how damaged her prey was. "Well would you look at this: various welts and burns, no doubt a side effect of your little light show back there. Or it could be your disgraceful use of High-End Skills!" She would stomp her foot down on his knee, grinding her heel even as he cried out in agony and swung his fists wildly at her.

"Dammit Attia, he's down! You've won already, he's in no position to defend himself anymore!" Creo would place a hand on her friend's shoulder, she knew it was in the Manipulative Schemer's nature to toy with her prey but there were lines that even the Lightning Hammer could only take seeing so much. "We've done what we came to do, let's just call it a night and get out of here!" The taller woman would lightly pull her friend away from the fallen young man, sparing him a look of pity as she did.

"I thought I gave you two an order, why does the Untouchable Queen still have her Stigmata?!" Attia would shove her friend aside and glare up at the much taller Creo Brand, not caring that neither of them had agreed to do so. "I guess if you want something done right around here, you should do it yourself!" She would turn around to do the dark deed that her friends refused to do, only to find an injured Abel slowly crawling toward the injured blonde. "Then again, perhaps I'm going about this the wrong way. Satellizer at least has value as a Pandora, but this little freak show on the other hand!" The silver-haired Pandora would stomp on Abel's back before tearing off his Genetics uniform and the dress shirt underneath, finding herself staring at six pulsating pentacle-shaped Stigmata embedded in his back.

"Ugh, I can't believe something so vulgar looking can even be called Stigmata. These look like the kind of sores you see on a leper." She felt the heat coming off the Synthetic Stigmata and felt a trickle of sweat fall from her brow, wondering how she was going to be able to strip him out of her victim without burning her hands in the process. "You had a good run my little sideshow, but sadly the curtain falls, and the show comes to a close."

Abel would laugh sadly as he looked upon his fallen sibling, catching a glance at the sapphire ring that had given him the drive to make it as far as he did.

"Sorry Violet..I screwed up..again."

A sister is both your mirror and your opposite

Satellizer had heard those words before, when she was still a normal girl living in a mansion that she would never call home.

"I remember now, that night..Louis had come into my room again to do those horrible things. But then the door opened, and Abel tried to fight him off." She remembered the flash of sapphire in the corner of her eye more vividly, his hair was a different color back then, but he still had that familiar habit of rushing into a fight without thinking. "You nearly took a damn lamp to the head just so save me, since then we've both embarked on a road where our only options were to either fight or die." She would see herself cradling her younger brother's head in her lap while Violet was busy dealing with Louis's poor attempts at trying to excuse his actions toward Satellizer, crying quietly as she stroked his cheek gently.

"And now here you are again, having dove into the deep end once again to try and look out for a sister who's too stubborn to admit she needs help. Satellizer would slowly be slowly coming to, hearing muffled voices seemingly in an argument as she struggled to open her eyes, her body was slow to respond to her commands to rise and continue the fight against the Third-Years. Even that girl Rana and Kazuya-kun had enough sense to step in when I was in over my head, and even they paid the price for MY actions!" Her eyes would slowly open, seeing the red-haired Pandora standing over a badly beaten Abel and shouting at the other two, she would examine the rest of her surrounding's and find Rana slowly rising to her feet as well although the azure-haired girl seemed not entirely aware of her actions.

"I told you..it..isn't over!" Satellizer would rise to her feet and summon Nova Blood back into existence, her sudden outburst interrupting whatever argument the three were having as she suddenly initiated an Accel Turn as her body seem to not only listen to what she wanted but compelled her to push her past her limits. "I refuse to lose to you!"

The Untouchable Queen felt her body becoming faster, more lethal to the point where even the Pandora who defeated her seemed to be at a loss for how to counter and would find herself being struck by Nova Blood repeatedly with slashes.

"It's my turn to protect you, to be the kind of sister you need me to be!" She would turn around to try and retrieve her sibling, but whatever second wind that had brought her a second chance to fight had seemingly evaporated as she felt herself collapsing down next to him. "Crap, I guess..this was all I could do…" Satella's vision would begin to blur as her consciousness seemed to fade once again, grasping his outstretched hand with the last of her strength before passing out once more.

But this nap didn't last nearly as long as she'd hoped, her body acting on instinct as she tried to repel an unfamiliar touch, awakening to find Rana of all people looking down at her. "You shouldn't move, opening the Holy Gates is a double-edged sword and you weren't exactly in the greatest condition to begin with." The other Pandora's words were a confusing mess to the blonde as she looked over to see her brother still unconscious on the floor next to them. "It appears Kazuya wasn't the only one who wanted to help us, I suppose even the fiercest of tigers has a kind heart deep down." Satellizer would smile briefly at this comment but made a mental note to question Rana later as to how she even knew Abel.

"You're all too dangerous to be left alone, this mockery of our authority will not be tolerated!" The two Pandora would turn to see Attia summoning her Volt Weapon, a look of rage crossing her normally calm face. "I guess I'll have to just finish you two like I did the little freak show, hopefully you put up a better fight than he did!" These words would cause the British born Pandora to stand quickly and ready herself to crush the diminutive upperclassman, noticing that even Rana seemed to be agitated at what she'd heard as her expression went from one of kindness to an eerily cold focus.

"Yeah, I've still got a bone to pick with you about that Attia." The red-haired Pandora she had just defeated would be back on her feet with a maniacal expression on her face, seemingly ready to fight once again. "But if anyone's gonna put an end to this cold-hearted bitch, you bet your skinny ass it's gonna be me!"

"Yeah Attia, do us a favor and stay out of this." The silver-haired Amazon that had fought Rana had now seemingly recovered from her injuries as well, and like her scythe wielding friend she was also looking for a rematch. "This isn't about punishment anymore; this is an opponent I need to personally put down!"

"I'm at my limit, but these two aren't exactly in the best shape either." Satellizer would look to Rana for her reaction, the Tibetan-born woman nodding in affirmation as she seemingly reached the same running's out of the question, then I'll just have to beat you again!"

Arnett would grin with sadistic glee at these words and ready herself for the glorious slaughter to come. "Then let's make this a fight to the death, that way there's no doubt who the superior woman is! Besides, my pride as a senior won't allow me to settle for second best, not after all you've done!" Each of them would nod grimly at this statement, poised to summon their Volt Weapons and begin the war anew.

"That's far enough all of you!" The voice of Student Body President Chiffon Fairchild would cut through the room, causing all attention to focus on her and her right hand woman, Ticy Phenyl "You know that battles between Pandora outside of the Carnival are forbidden, disengage your Volt Weapons and stand down!"

"Like hell I will, this bitch needs to pay for what she's done!" Arnett would once again summon Scythe Machina and attempt to attack Satellizer, but her Scythe would only end up meeting the steel of Ticy's own Volt Weapon. "Dammit Ticy, get outta my way!" Before the Untouchable Queen could even think about summoning Nova Blood, a burst of power unlike anything she had felt before would rush past her and knock Arnett out cold. "What the hell was that, I barely even had time to blink and yet.." The blonde would look on to see the normally meek Chiffon standing over a fallen Arnett, the attack was so sudden that seemingly no one had seen what had happened.

"Well now, I don't suppose you two would like to continue fighting would you Attia? Creo?" Chiffon's words were enough to silence the once-enraged upperclassmen into submission, causing them to retrieve their fallen ally and leave. "Now that that's settled; Satellizer, Rana, I would like you to take Kazuya, Abel, and yourselves to the Recovery Center please." With that last command, Chiffon would take her leave of the group even as Ticy seemed reluctant to follow.

Satellizer would instinctively move to help Kazuya, setting the unconscious Limiter onto her back with a sigh of relief, although she was stunned that such an act occurred without incident. "That's strange, I expected a bit more whining. After all, it's because she wanted Kazuya that this whole mess started." She would look over to find the Tibetan-born woman tending to the fallen Abel, opting to carry him in her arms instead of on her back. The look on her face was somber as she walked, as if she had lost something precious to her amid battle. "Just how in the world does she know Abel?" As much as she wanted to question her rival, now was not the time for her to be picking a third reckless fight that night.

For now, at least, she would let the matter be.

Just for tonight, they would know peace.

This may not have been the longest chapter written for this story, but it was one of the hardest to write. Between this one and "Rana", I seriously questioned what on God's earth I was doing. But I promised you all that I would keep going, angry laptops, incoming health problems, and review glitches be damned (so no pwashington, nothing got deleted and i'm definitely going to highlight Parce's issues with Gengo Aoi before we hit the 10th Nova Clash)

I'm going to get some much-needed rest, a LOT of things hurt right now.
