Havoc
District of Origin: 2

Havoc pushed the flap of the tent to the side, ducking in. Inside it was dark, lit by only a single holographic screen in the middle of the table. As he stepped in, all eyes turned to him, since they couldn't exactly start without him. Seated around the table were his top men and women. Furthest away was Raven, to her left Bing and Jannus, along with the twin sisters Lupa and Champira along with the tech genius Farra.

"Hi guys, sorry. I'm not late this time, you guys are just always early." He got a few chuckles out of this, as he made his way towards the head of the table. He slid into his seat, tossing his bag onto the smoothed out dirt floor. He rolled up his sleeves, revealing the full extent of the tattoos on his left arm. A band for every person he'd ever killed, thin and black from the top of his bicep and down every one of his fingers.

"Okay so, what're our resources looking like Lupa?" Lupa perked up at her name, leaning forward in her seat to pull something up on the hologram with a few swipes and taps.

"We're good on food supplies for a while, having recently hijacked grain and cattle trains going from Ten to the Capitol." Havoc nodded as Lupa continued.

"Weapons wise we aren't doing too badly, but most of our explosives are gone after your little party trick." She gestured at Raven who grinned proudly.

"Outside of that, everything is stable."

"Thank you for that supply update Lupa, how are we looking for vehicles Janus?" Janus pulled a notebook out of his bag and leafed through the pages, eventually landing on the page he was looking for.

"We have enough functioning cars for everyone, as well as our one functioning hovercraft. We're currently working on getting another one we recovered from Thirteen up and running.

"Sounds good, do you need more people working on that? Because I think we have the manpower to spare for it." Havoc glanced over at Raven, who reaffirmed that they did.

"No, I think we're okay with what we have now." Raven sat forward in her seat, look as if she wanted to say something which she did.

"Have you found any new recruits from Twelve so far?" Havoc had been sent into Twelve's fighting circle, in an effort to recruit possibly strong fighters.

"Yes possibly, here's the list of the most promising ones. Send out scouts to watch them." He slid the list across the table to Raven, who took it, folding it and sliding it into a pocket on her jacket. Havoc was about to motion to end the meeting when Farra pipped up from her seat.

"Hav, I have an idea." All eyes turned to Farra since her ideas were always good.

"Okay, shoot."

"Okay, so you know how during the final battle of the Games, the president collects all the mentors, the prep teams, everyone important basically to watch in the training center?"

"Yeah, I do."

"Well since everyone in the Capitol will be focused on the Games, that would be a good chance to attack. What if we planted another bomb, but this time we make sure it gets her. I could also make a device of some sort that would disable the Peacekeeper guns."

"Raven, do you think you could build another bomb but bigger this time?" Havoc turned to Raven.

"Of course I could, I'm just gonna need more supplies."

"Bing, Janus, Champira, do you think you could get Raven here some more bomb-making components?" The trio looked at each other and nodded.

"Alright, then Farra we'll get what you need for this plan." Havoc nodded at her, and she nodded back.

"Meeting adjourned, Raven hang back for a sec." Everyone got up and began leaving, but Raven. As soon as the rest had filed out of the tent, he turned to her.

"The Capitol is on to us, they found me in Two, and I'm afraid they're gonna find our camp." Havoc said in a low voice.

"Do you think we should pick up camp and move?"

"No, no not yet. I don't think we need to quite yet, but if we do make sure everything and everyone is ready to go." He patted her twice on the shoulder, and she nodded

"Thank you, Raven none of this would work as well as it does without you." She grinned gratefully and turned walking out of the tent. Havoc turned back to the holograph. He had to plan how to break into the training center, which would be a feat in itself.

Gerard Snow-Morris, 32.
Head Peacekeeper.

Gerard rolled out of bed, alarms blaring overhead. He groaned, scrambling for his armour as the alarms continued. He could hear groaning coming from the bed and his husband, Hades rolled over, glaring at him.

"Really? Again?" He grumbled.

"I don't exactly control when the alarm goes off darling." Gerard responded with a grin, as he clipped his belt on. Hades rolled over, grabbing a pillow which he threw at Gerard. It hit him square in the chest.

"What was that for?"

"Do you have to go?" Hades pouted, trying to guilt him into staying.

"Yes I have to go, it's my job." He stepped over to the side of the bed, and kissed him on the forehead.

"I'll be back as soon as I can be, you won't even notice I'm gone." Hades sighed and rolled over, as Gerard moved out the door, flicking the light switch off as he went. He appeared out into the hallway, people rushing to and fro. One of his assistants, Melana skid to a stop next to him.

"I was wondering where you were, I was just on my way to get you." Melana said, speaking about a million miles an hour.

"What's going on?" He replied, pulling his long hair into a ponytail.

"The rebels have struck again." Gerard sighed.

"Same ones as before?"

"Yes, we believe so however, their leader wasn't with them this time from what we can tell."

"Where? And what did they take?"

"Another distribution center, they took more explosives."

"Shit, that means another bomb?"

"Possibly sir, yes."

"Prep a car for me, I'm going there myself." Melana nodded and pulled a phone out of her pocket, texting someone.

The car pulled up to the distribution center, on the edge of District Two. Gerard hopped out of the car, a squad of Peacekeepers following behind him. He walked over to the pair of Peacekeepers guarding the door, who saluted him.

"Which floor should we be heading to?" Gerard asked, his entourage stopping as he did.

"Third-floor sir." Gerard nodded and walked through the doorway into the building.

"You two come with me, the rest of you stay here." He gestured at two of the Peacekeepers standing nearby, who followed him into the elevator. he pushed the third-floor button with his thumb. The elevator rose quickly, and Gerard braced himself on the railing that ran around the perimeter of the small space. It finally came to a stop, opening out onto the third floor. It looked just like any old distribution center, Gerard had been in hundreds, but there was a certain air about this one he didn't like. The trio stepped out, turning down the hall towards the room where the heist had taken place. Gerard poked his head into the room. It looked as if barely anything had been taken, save for a few boxes of explosives.

"Shit, they really had a plan when they came in here huh?"

"Yes sir, we believe they got in through the vents, and lockpicked their way into this room specifically, similar to how they did it last time." Gerard nodded.

"We need to catch these bastards before they do something worse than last time. Contact my sister, I need to talk to her."

"Yes sir."

Another chapter for you. Meet Gerard, I kinda forgot there was a Head Peacekeeper, so I decided to introduce him here. Meet Gerard, twin brother of the president! Cool dude. Anyways, I'll see you soon for train rides day two. Signing off, Times.
