Shimon is currently on his way home thinking what will he need to do in order to take Mayura back. Arima refuse his request and he can't do anything to break the engagement, is this the end? Or maybe he and Mayura are not meant for each other...

"Shimon!" Shimon lost in his thoughts when someone call him, upon looking to know who it was he saw...

"Seigen-san!"

"Do you have a minute?"

Mayura is walking at the school corridor on her way to Tenma's classroom. Her days for the past few weeks wasn't as happy as when she's still with Shimon, she know that she can't be with Shimon now since she agree with the engagement. Once a partner of an Unomiya accept the engagement it can never be broken anymore. As she keeps walking down deep in her thoughts she suddenly hear the chit-chat of a few schoolmates of her

"Did you hear? Haru-san is already engaged?"

"With who?"

"With the Ame's! They're noble right?"

"Yeah I've heard that the fortune of the Ame is so close with the fortune of the 12th family, the Zeze family! How did Hikari hit a jackpot!" Mayura's eyes widen as she hear the words. Haru is engage with the Ame's but she thought that she have a relationship with Shimon, what's happening it makes her confuse. But the sad smile she wore when she met Mayura last time, it looks like something is troubling her. Even if Mayura wanted to ask her what's wrong with her she can't because of what happened she can't face her

"Neko-chan!"

Shimon is sitting upright in front of Seigen, he did not know why he feels this way but somehow he feel guilty maybe because he kept his and Mayura's relationship a secret. He look at Seigen, Seigen is casually drinking his coffee when suddenly he look at Shimon with a fierce glare

"If only you announce it, this won't happened!" Shimon eyes widen, could it be Seigen knows?

"S-Seigen-san you know?!"

"Hmm... So I was right?" Shimon freeze, so it was a bait and he got caught! It only means that Seigen already have a feeling about their relationship and he is waiting for them to say it

"Seigen-san... Do you think if Tenma still remember his promise to her this won't happened?"

If only Tenma didn't forgot about his promise to her. Then maybe Tenma can use his chance to marry her... To marry Himari...

"What?! Tenma fell down the stairs?!" Shimon and Himari are talking to each other when suddenly one of the Ikaruga servants came and announce the news"Shimon let's go visit him! I'm worried!" Himari said tears forming in her eyes, Shimon sigh and pat her head to calm her down"Don't worry, he won't die easily!"When they reach Tenma's hospital room they saw him looking sadly at the window. Shimon slowly approach him while Himari dash out to Tenma and hold his hand crying"Ten-chan are you alright? What happened? I was so worried!" Shimon look at them confuse why does Tenma look so surprise to see his girlfriend?"Miss, who are you?" Himari's tears instantly stop after hearing the question and Shimon only look at him confuse"Are you bird-maru's friend?" Himari look down and wipe down her tears, she needs to stop this. Maybe its just the Earth telling her that they are not meant for each other..."My name is Haru Hikari you can call me by my first name if you like and... I am Shimon's childhood friend...""The patient have a selective amnesia, its the type of amnesia where the person only forgot certain things... That's what the doctor said... Himari..." Shimon said looking at her sadly"...""Why did you tell your second name?""Shimon... It hurts... He promise me that he will do anything for us to be married in the future. But... But he forgot about me! Maybe... Just maybe this is the way the fate telling us that the both of us are not meant to be for each other. Now that he forgot about me I will not be able to stand next to him anymore so what's the point of telling him about us?" Himari said crying her hearts out, Shimon can only look at him with sadness. He can't be able to do anything since... Since he doesn't know what to do in this kind of situation"Shimon... I think I need to leave the country for a while... I want to forget everything...""Hmm? Bird-maru you are alone? Where's your friend?" Tenma ask quite surprised, Shimon look at him carefully as he gave him the answer"She left the country... I don't know when will she back or if she will ever come back here again...""Is that so...?" Tenma smirk sadly and look down. Based on Shimon's observation it seems like only his mind forgot about Himari but he did not forgotten her in his heart...

"Their relationship can't be supported by the 12 families, so it only makes sense for Himari not to let Tenma remember her. When we met again I saw her smiling but I can see the sadness in her eyes... She still love Tenma..."

"Well we can't do anything about it and now the problem is my daughter's freedom"

"Neko-chan you look like something's in your mind!"

"Umm... I've heard something..."

"What did you hear?" Tenma ask and look at Mayura with curiosity

"Hikari is engaged with the Ame's..." Tenma stops in his tracks and look at Mayura eyes wide

"What did you say?" Mayura stop walking to look back at Tenma confuse

"Hikari is already engaged..."

"Engaged...?" Tenma look down clenching his fist. Why? That's the only question swirling to his head, after all the trouble he has done to be able to be with her... In the end it was all gone to waste. When Tenma think about her being engage with someone else it feels like someone is stabbing him in his heart
