In the previous chapter, the Original Four ended up in the Nightmare Realm. For this chapter... well, go read and find out.

Enjoy.

Thank you, Jude and Shade552, for the most recent reviews.

To Jude: Love the Game Theory reference, by the way.

To Shade552: Hey, no worries. If you want to write essay-like reviews, be my guest. Oh, and you were right about writing a fic for the FNaF archive being a huge risk. I may be a big fan of FNaF now, but I've mostly stayed away from the FanFic side (apart from a few stories that capture my interest). Because of that, I don't know exactly what people in this archive want to read. Writing a FNaF World story as my first FNaF fic was indeed a major risk. And believe me, I wanted to write an Afton Family story since that's my favorite part of FNaF lore. Unfortunately, the type of Afton Family story I wanted to write involved lots of controversial theories, especially for someone like me who became a FNaF fan because of MatPat. It's no longer about belief for me, though. It's about personal preferences (what I want to tell vs. what's more likely to be true), which can still be controversial. And so, I decided to go with a FNaF World story. The first two chapters were a test and now... here I am. And thank you again for another complimentary review. You've truly helped me feel that I've done something right with this story.

The Nightmare Realm. The place where your worst nightmares come to life, such as the Nightmare Animatronics. You don't just come into the Nightmare Realm for a Halloween party or something. You come to this realm either to do business or because you were forced to come here. In that case of the Withered Four - Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy - you come here by accident. For example, a device used to travel between realms breaks and opens a portal that sucks you in right away, taking you to where you don't want to go.

Aside from trying to find a way home, the Original Four prioritized staying hidden. If anyone were to find them, then what Nightmarionne did to them will look like child's play.

"Well, I will say, the Nightmare Realm certainly lives up to his name, and that's without meeting the other Nightmare Animatronics," said Chica.

"Can't afford to be scared, even if it is really creep here. We have to find a way out," said Freddy.

"I have an idea," said Foxy. "That thingamajig that sent us here. It is how the Nightmares escaped. We have to assume that each one of them carries one."

"So, your plan is to steal a portal device from a Nightmare Animatronic," Bonnie guessed.

"Exactly," Foxy confirmed.

"We're not in the best shape to fight, but at least we have our Bytes back," said Freddy. "Except we never really used them... apart from at Circus Baby's Pizza World."

"It was our confidence in raw strength and our own special skills. We didn't need no stinkin' Bytes to fight for us... until now, perhaps," said Foxy.

"Well, first, we have to find Nightmare Animatronics," said Freddy. "So far, all we've seen is a bunch of dead trees and dirt that I'm pretty sure is either dust or ash."

"We need a map or something," said Bonnie.

Suddenly, a dark portal opens, forcing the Withered Four to hide behind trees. Coming out of the dark portal is Springtrap. He looks angry, though. And no, it's not because his face has a mostly fixed angry face. He's actually angry. He looks at the inter-realm transporter in his hand, which is shorting out a bit. He bangs it a couple times, but that only shocks him.

"Darn things keep malfunctioning," Springtrap complained. "Well, no worries. I can walk to my lab... if I can find out which way is West."

Springtrap starts walking. The Withered Four are still hiding behind trees as they watch him walk to the distance. They quietly step out from behind the trees and look at each other thoughtfully.

"We found our man," said Foxy.

"Let's just attack him now and take his portal device. There's no one watching," said Bonnie.

"No, not yet. You heard him. His device is not in perfect condition. We need him to repair it before we steal it, and he clearly knows how it works," said Freddy.

"So, we just follow him?" asked Chica.

"And quietly," said Freddy.

Springtrap manages to find his way to the graveyard where the Nightmare Animatronics hold their meetings. The graveyard with the sixteen unmarked gravestones that are forever glued to the dirt. Springtrap stops and kneels down in front of one of the gravestones. He actually looks... sad. After a few seconds of sadness, he shakes his head and keeps walking to his "lab." Unbeknownst to him, he's still being followed.

The Withered Four have done a good job at being quiet as they followed Springtrap. They couldn't help but wonder why Springtrap stopped at one of the gravestones. Without a name, they didn't have a clue.

"What's so special about this gravestone?" asked Bonnie.

"I think he was mourning," said Chica.

"That man? Mourning? Ha!" Foxy laughed. "What kind of monster ever mourns?"

"Uh, guys, are you eye sights getting dark?" asked Freddy. "Because mine is."

Freddy's vision blurs constantly as darkness seems to slowly fill his view. All of this is making him feel a little disoriented. Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy suddenly start to feel the same. Their vision is darkening and their brains feel like they're either malfunctioning or shutting down. Something about this realm is messing with their heads. It's like every time they breathe, these bad effects get much worse. They're no longer just feeling dizzy. Their minds are hurting. Not even Chica's magic cupcake can stop this.

"What... is... happening?" Foxy asked, in pain.

"Feeling... sleepy," Chica said faintly.

Black smokey orbs form from the inside of the animatronics' minds and merge, creating something. Good thing is that the headaches stop. The bad thing is that they have a bad feeling about the dark purple light, which appears to be taking shape. First, the light increases in size. It looks like it's growing arms and legs and... long ears? The strange form starts to change color. A yellow-ish gold. This form has eyes, a nose, two buttons on its chest, and a purple bow tie. The eyes open to reveal their spooky green color. Its ears look like bunny ears.

"That's not..." Foxy paused.

"It couldn't be..." Freddy, too, was almost speechless.

The yellow bunny's fingers start to move. Its mouth starts to move as well. It has that creepy grin that is somehow unsettling to look at. The look in its eyes... concerning.

"Hey, kids! It's me! Spring Bonnie!" The yellow bunny spoke.

"No," Chica muttered under her breath with terror.

"You look lost," Spring Bonnie said with a suspiciously energetic tone. "Well, I know a place where you can have fun until your parents find you."

"What the hell?" Foxy was creeped out.

"Come on. Follow me," Spring Bonnie said. His voice subtly went from jolly to sinister.

"No, not again," Bonnie said with dread.

"To the backroom, where your favorite friends come together for a party," Spring Bonnie finished.

"Why?" Freddy uttered quietly and with fear.

The sight of this dastardly yellow bunny was bringing back horrifying memories to the Withered Four. These memories flash in their minds as they freeze in place, too scared and confused to move. They remember it vividly. A man dressed in a yellow bunny suit, promising to take them somewhere safe and fun. The words were awfully similar to the words they are hearing right now from the manifestation in front of them. The next thing they see in their memories is a dark room in the back of a pizzeria. Then there was screaming... blood... death...

"I see you naughty kids don't want to come along," said Spring Bonnie.

"To fiery pits of down there with you, you slime," Foxy insulted.

"Well, that's not very nice," Spring Bonnie said with disappointment. "Perhaps it's time I teach you kids some manners."

Spring Bonnie casts a magic spell. This spell summons... springlocks? These sharp, springy locks pierce their skin. Even Foxy got hit. He couldn't react quickly enough this time. The springlocks dig deeper into their skin, further tearing them apart and injecting their endoskeletons with dark magic. They're preventing them from moving.

"This feels familiar," said Bonnie.

Spring Bonnie walks closer and looks at Freddy in the eye. He's no longer putting on a fake jolly impression. He's gone full-on evil eyes and evil frown.

"Afraid?" Spring Bonnie mocked. "You should be. It keeps me going. To see you helpless and scared."

"No," Freddy grunted.

"No? Well, how about a little spank?" Spring Bonnie replied.

Spring Bonnie summons comet-like orbs from above and they strike the Withered Four in their backsides, causing them scream in pain. Spring Bonnie is smiling with glee. Inflicting pain is giving him joy.

"Go to sleep, child. Go to sleep," Spring Bonnie sang darkly.

"N-N-NO!" Bonnie shouted.

Bonnie manages to turn his head and fires an eye beam from his eyes. It hits Spring Bonnie. This somehow removes the dark magic from the springlocks. The four quickly pull the springlocks off their already messed-up bodies, just as Spring Bonnie gets up.

"No more nightmares," said Bonnie.

"Yeah, what he said," said Chica.

Spring Bonnie sends a comet-like projectile at Bonnie, but the blue bunny deflects the comet with his Shield Byte, bouncing it towards Spring Bonnie. While Spring Bonnie is temporarily stunned by his own spell, Chica sprints towards him. She puts her mouth around Spring Bonnie's head and... bites it off his body. Chica throws the head to the side.

"That was brutal," said Foxy. "I love it!"

Unfortunately, the body of the yellow bunny suit is still moving, creeping out Chica. Freddy throws his mic at the body, knocking it down on its back. Freddy keeps whacking the body with his mic, but it's still moving. Its leg even kicks Freddy in the knee.

"Still kicking," the Spring Bonnie head joked. It can still talk.

"Shut it with ya," Foxy responded.

Foxy sticks his hook into Spring Bonnie's eye and lifts the head off the ground.

"Hey, Foxy. Over here," Bonnie called.

Foxy throws Spring Bonnie's head up high. Bonnie aims and fires a more powerful eye beam. The beam destroys the Spring Bonnie head. The body, for some reason, blows up like the head did.

"No more," Bonnie said with mild rage.

"Good riddance," Chica said with the same tone.

"I guess being torn up even worse than me and Freddy gave you two the fire to act," said Foxy.

"But what was that?" asked Chica. "And why were we scared stiff, literally? That thing was just Springtrap, back when he wasn't green and decaying."

"I... I couldn't move. Flashbacks. Terrible ones, at that," said Foxy.

"It's this realm," Freddy guessed. "It must feed on our nightmares. Just because we're not afraid of Springtrap, it doesn't meant we still don't have nightmares of the day we died."

"The Nightmare Realm. The place where your worst nightmares come to life," Bonnie quoted. Just like The Puppet told them. "Literally."

"Well, we beat that golden nightmare. Surely, it can't get any worse," said Chica.

"What this means is we have to hurry," said Freddy. "The longer we stay here, the more this place will use our fears against us."

"Springtrap better be at his lab right now," said Foxy. "And he's gonna get another hook to the back for sure."

"Hey, Bonnie," Chica called. "For once, your crankiness was a good thing. It saved us."

"I couldn't stay scared, especially after everything that happened," said Bonnie. "Losing my face, it's torture. Being scared, that's just insulting. But hey, I can't take all the credit. You helped, too. Kinda excessive biting his head off like that, though..."

"Hey, I have a wide open mouth that I can barely move. I might as well use it," said Chica.

~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~ FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~

Springtrap starts walking along a path that leads to, well, somewhere. He walks pass a huge body of water. A lake. It's hard to tell whether the black in the water is the reflection of the dark clouds above or if the lake is dyed black for scares. Near the lake is a barn, but that's not where Springtrap is going. No, he's heading up a low hill. There appears to be a lone house in the distance.

The Withered Four continue to follow, making sure they keep their distance but not too much distance.

"Hey, doesn't that house over there look familiar to you?" asked Chica.

"It doesn't exactly ring a bell... but now that you mention it..." Foxy started to think.

"It must be where the Nightmare Animatronics live," said Bonnie. "Sneaking in there is gonna be tricky. We're in bad shape and all we have our Bytes."

"Same objective as always. Follow Springtrap, wait for him to finish fixing the portal thingy, and then we steal it from him," said Freddy.

It was a pretty long walk to the house. As you walk up, you'll feel that the ground is getting higher. The house is built on top of an elevated piece of ground. There's a tall gate with metal fencing surrounding it. Springtrap goes in through the gate, but he doesn't enter through the front door. No, he goes around the back. As for the Withered Four, they take the complicated way and stand on each other's shoulders. Chica at the bottom, Foxy standing on her shoulders, Bonny standing on Foxy's shoulder, and Freddy standing on top. A lot of jumping, reaching through the fence bars, and throwing happened.

"This house," Chica muttered. "I swear, I remember it somewhere."

The house is pretty large, especially for a two-story house. There are four gravestones in the front yard, though, which is pretty disturbing to see. But there was no time for a tour. They have to follow Springtrap, who walked around the house and probably to the backyard. Chica, however, continues to stare at the house.

"Chica, what's wrong?" asked Bonnie.

"Nothing," Chica lied. "It's just... doesn't this house look familiar?"

"Afraid now is not the time, but... I suppose it is," said Bonnie.

The Withered Four follow Springtrap to the back. Right through a gate appears to be... a maze. A corn maze. The walls are tall and made of wood. There are cardboard cutouts of animatronics everywhere. Good thing the Withered Four are following someone who knows this place because they could get lost in here. And after thirty seconds of sneaking around this maze trying to keep up with their murderer, they've seen enough of the maze to confirm that they would totally get lost without some sort of guide. This place spooks them, though. And it's not because of the crows or the darkness. It's some kind of low roar echoing in the distance. Something else is here with them, and it's not just Springtrap.

"I don't like the sound of that," Chica whispered.

"Don't make any noise and we'll be fine," said Freddy.

Springtrap reaches a cellar door. He reaches into a sack of soil next to the door and pulls out a purple key. He uses it to open the cellar door. After that, he puts the key back in the soil sack. Springtrap suddenly hears a sound behind him and turns around. He sees no one, though. Just a cardboard cutout of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. Springtrap gets into the cellar and closes the doors behind him.

After he did, the Withered Four get out of their hiding spot, which was behind the cardboard cutout featuring all four of them together.

"C'mon, let's go," said Freddy.

The roaring in the distance is getting louder. Whatever it is, the Withered Four do not want to encounter it. Freddy opens the cellar door. He and his friend quickly (and quietly) jump in. Freddy shuts the door behind him so whatever growling monster that is in the corn maze won't find them.

"Goodbye," Bonnie whisper-taunted.

The first thing the Withered Four see when they entered the cellar is... a birthday cake. Two layers. The bottom layer is chocolate. The top layer is vanilla. There are seven birthday candles. There's a banner that says, "Happy Birthday." The name of the birthday boy or girl is supposed to be below those words, but that part of the banner appears to have been torn off.

"There's nothing here," said Foxy. "Where is he?"

"Think, Foxy. He wouldn't come down here for nothing," said Freddy.

"Are you thinking secret door?" asked Bonnie.

"I see a handprint on the wall over there," Chica pointed.

To the wall on their left, there's a dirty handprint. Freddy puts his hand over the handprint and... pushes a button. That button was painted to blend in with the wall. It opens a secret door. Through the secret door is an elevator.

"Going down, I guess," said Freddy. "Further down."

~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~ FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~

And so, the four animatronics enter the elevator. There are only two buttons. One with an up arrow. One with a down arrow. Freddy pushes the "down" button, and the elevator starts going down. It was going down pretty fast, much faster than they thought. The elevator shaft appears to be lit up, passing through a pair of lights - which slip through the elevator cracks - every three seconds. It's pretty cool, the four admitted. It adds to the ominous feeling of the atmosphere. Instead of feeling creeped out, it just looked kinda pretty.

"This looks out of place in this realm," Foxy commented.

"A futuristic-looking elevator in a nightmare realm. Yeah, it is," Chica agreed.

The elevator stops 20 seconds later. The elevator doors open. All that was in front of them is a wall. On the wall is a open vent, which is the only way forward. The Withered Four decide that the only way to proceed is to crawl into the vent. Bonnie and Chica go first, since they've crawled through vents before. Freddy and Foxy follow behind.

"Doesn't this bring back pleasant memories?" Bonnie commented.

"Sneaking through the vents to get the night guard. Yeah, I remember it well," said Chica.

After a little bit of vent crawling, the Withered Four find themselves in some sort of control room. There's three vents in the room, besides the one they just crawled in. One to the left (and a label that says "Dollhouse"). One to the right (to "Parts & Services"). One in front (to "Laboratory"). The vent in front of them is the only one that's open, meaning that must be where Springtrap is. And so, into the vents they go again.

"Wait, let me go first," said Freddy. "I have to make sure we don't just waltz right in and he's right there. We have to surprise him."

Freddy goes first. He crawls slowly and quietly, trying to make sure he doesn't make any noise. It was hard, being an animatronic and all. But he and his friends have done a great job at being stealthy, and all that while being in such poor conditions. Surely, they can keep it up. Freddy flinches when he hears voices. "Voices," as in plural, not just Springtrap.

"You won't get away with this, Springtrap!" A girl's voice shouted.

"And how can you stop me? You're locked in a cage," Springtrap said in a taunting manner.

"Not forever," said a ghostly voice.

"Ha! I'd like to see you try and get me," Springtrap dared.

Freddy reaches the end of the vent and peeks inside. There's a cell in the lab. Inside the cell are Golden Freddy, Shadow Freddy, and a black bear animatronic with a missing left eye.

"I swear, you rotten pile of scrap, when I get out, I'm gonna make you wish you were burning for all eternity," Golden Freddy threatened vengefully.

"Do you still hold a grudge? You should be thanking me. You've transcended to something more than human," said Springtrap. "As have I."

"You sick buster!" Golden Freddy growled.

Freddy is kinda surprised to hear Golden Freddy talk this way. She's always been the most aggressive of them all, more so than Foxy, but this is not just aggression. This is pure hatred and a strong desire for revenge.

"Freddy, what do you see?" Chica whispered.

"I see Golden Freddy," Freddy answered quietly. "She's a prisoner. Shadow Freddy is there, too, also as a prisoner."

"Shadow Freddy?" Foxy questioned. "What has been going on while we were out?"

"Is Springtrap at least fixing his gadget?" asked Bonnie.

"Yeah, he is," Freddy answered. "Okay, on three. One... tw-two-tw-two-two..."

Freddy was glitching again. Unfortunately for the Withered Four, Freddy's glitch causes his arms to bang against the vent, making his noise. Springtrap looks towards the vent and sees the withered brown bear.

"Freddy!" Springtrap growled angrily.

"And us!" Foxy shouted.

Foxy pushes Freddy out of the vent so he, Bonnie, and Chica can get out as well. They surround Springtrap, as well as looking at his prisoners in the cell. Golden Freddy's eyes twinkled with happiness at the sight of her friends.

"You guys! You're alive!" Golden Freddy said happily.

"Barely," said Bonnie. "And, yes, I don't have a face. Don't mention it."

"Why is Shadow Freddy with you?" asked Chica. "He tried to eat our souls."

"No longer. I have allied myself with your friends," said Shadow Freddy. "Thank The Puppet."

"And who's the other party member?" Freddy asked. He referred to the one-eyed black bear.

"This is Lefty. He's The Puppet's... uh... pet," said Golden Freddy. "Lefty, these are my friends. Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. Say hi."

"Shhhhh," Lefty responded.

"Uh, Goldie, can't you just teleport out of that cage?" asked Chica.

"I tried. This cell is designed to suppress animatronic magic," said Golden Freddy. "I feel completely useless in here, like an empty suit, which I technically am."

"We'll get you out," Freddy promised. "But first, we have unfinished business with Springtrap."

"How did you get in here?" asked Springtrap.

"Long story short, our Nightmare counterparts attacked us. We were transported here by accident. We followed you," Bonnie answered quickly.

"Grrr! This darn device," Springtrap cursed. He blamed his malfunctioning inter-realm transporter. "Well, at least it's fixed now. Wait, is this what you want? To go home?"

"Hand it over, let our friends go, and we won't scrap you," said Freddy.

"Ha! Look at yourselves," Springtrap mocked. "You could barely beat me in perfect condition. How can you beat me now?"

"With this," Bonnie answered as his red eyes glowed brighter.

Bonnie fires an eye beam at Springtrap. The beam sends him flying towards and crashing through the door behind him. Foxy grabs the inter-realm transporter from Springtrap's desk.

"Foxy, send Goldie and her party back home," Freddy ordered.

"If I knew how to work this thing," said Foxy.

Foxy points the transporter at the caged animatronics. He smacks the machine a few times, trying to figure out how it works. After the fourth smack, a dark portal opens inside the cell. Golden Freddy, Shadow Freddy, and Lefty get sucked in.

"Good work, Foxy," said Freddy.

"Uh... thanks?" Foxy replied. He didn't even know what he was doing.

"What about us?" asked Chica.

"We're bringing Springtrap with us," said Freddy.

~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~ FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~

The four run through the door where Bonnie blasted Springtrap to. The first thing they see is Springtrap lying down on his back. The second thing they see is what's behind Springtrap. It's a strange machine. A very large machine. It has a rectangular-shaped control panel. Two cylindrical containers are connected to the panel. The machine seems to be powered by nightmare magic, as evidenced by all the black smoke and purple sparkles around it.

"What is this?" asked Foxy.

"We'll ask the creator when we take him home," said Freddy.

Speaking of creator, Springtrap gets back up and quickly tackles Freddy. Springtrap rips a springlock out his own endoskeleton and jabs Freddy's shoulder with it, trying to weaken him. Foxy sprints towards Springtrap, but the rotting bunny turns around quickly and punches Foxy away. Bonnie tries another eye beam, but Springtrap uses Freddy as a shield. Chica was about to heal Freddy with her cupcake, but Springtrap throws a springlock at the cupcake, knocking it off Chica's shoulder.

"Nightmarionne failed to finish the job. Allow me to finish it for him," said Springtrap.

While Freddy, Bonnie, and Foxy fight Springtrap, Chica runs to her cupcake, which is lying down next to the machine. According to the monitor on the machine's control panel, there is something inside one of the containers. The cupcake hops back on Chica's shoulder as Chica thinks about how she can open it. Without hands, she can't push the buttons. However, the wires sticking out of her wrists are attracted to the electricity coming from the machine. Deciding to risk it, Chica turns and places her wires on the control panel. Her wires disrupt the machine's electrical flow, short-circuiting it. Well, it worked. The occupied container has been opened.

"I did it," Chica cheered.

Springtrap, meanwhile, is just owning the other Withered Animatronics right now. Springtrap rips Foxy's hook off his wrist and stabs one of Bonnie's red dot eyes with it. Freddy tries to use his mic, but Springtrap knocks it off his hand with a springlock. After uppercutting Freddy, Springtrap notices the Chica has meddled with her machine.

"No!" Springtrap screamed.

The container to the right starts to open. Like some sci-fi movie, the opening of this mysterious container comes with smoke to keep the contents hidden for the sake of suspense. The Withered Four look in anticipation as they prepare for something hostile to come out of the container. Springtrap, on the other hand, looks like he's about to panic.

The smoke clears and the contents of the container are revealed to be...

A child's spirit. A white ghost in cubic form, with dark grey streams coming from its eyes that look like tears.

"It's a child," said Foxy.

"A crying child," said Bonnie.

"What is a child's spirit doing here?" asked Freddy.

"Hi, little one," Chica greeted.

The Crying Child opens his eyes and looks around. He sees the four Withered Animatronics. Foxy waves at him. Chica is trying to smile at him, but she can't because of her fixed jaw position. The Crying Child starts to cry again as he runs out of the container and avoids the animatronics. He sounds afraid of them. To the Withered Four's surprise, the Crying Child runs to Springtrap and hides behind him, as if he was looking to him for protection.

"Dad! Save me from the monsters!" Crying Child said, scared out of his mind.

"Dad?!" The Withered Four exclaimed, shocked.

"You fools have no idea what you've done," said Springtrap.

"What is going on here, Springtrap?" asked Freddy.

Springtrap looks at his child and says, "Son, please, go back in your safety box. It'll keep you safe from the monsters."

"Don't listen to him, kid," said Freddy.

"Yeah, it's us. Freddy Fazbear and friends," said Chica.

The Crying Child closes his eyes and continues to cower behind Springtrap, who is apparently his "dad." Springtrap seems to be trying to keep his son away from any of the other animatronics, like that of a protective father.

"I doubt we can win his trust even if we were fixed," Foxy said skeptically.

"Foxy, the portal device," Freddy remembered. "Get us out of here."

Unexpectedly, bolts of lightning flash in the room as another animatronic appears in the room. To the terror of the Withered Four, it's the nightmare Puppet that they believe was responsible for damaging them and leaving them on the mountain. Only this time, they get to see him in full form, not just through a distorted jumpscare. This nightmarish marionette has a slender form like The Puppet, only its skeleton is extruding from its black skin. It has three sharp, striped tentacles on each arm. Its face... it's the stuff of nightmares. From the sharp-toothed black hole of a smile to its soul-piercing stare, the sight of this gangling monstrosity only triggers flashbacks for the Withered Four. As Foxy said, this thing gave him the worst jumpscare of his life. The others would empathize with that statement.

"You're not going anywhere," said Nightmarionne.

"Argh, you must be Nightmare Puppet," said Foxy.

"The name is Nightmarionne," Nightmarionne corrected. "And I see you four still stand."

"Should've finished us when you had the chance," said Chica.

"You disappoint me, Springtrap," said Nightmarionne. "I thought you were adept at staying hidden. Yet, you let these imbeciles follow you here. My plans will be exposed."

"But they don't know what this machine is and what it does," said Springtrap. "Our deal is still on. Don't forget that."

"Dad. What is that?" The Crying Child asked, scared of the terrifying marionette.

"Relax, my son. He will not hurt you as long as I'm here," Springtrap assured.

"Indeed, I won't. But for your father's sake, you better crawl back to your room," Nightmarionne threatened.

"Not good with kids, are you?" Chica commented.

"Foxy!" Freddy shouted.

"Okay, I'm doing it," Foxy replied.

Foxy smacks the transporter with his hook again, opening a dark portal beneath himself. This portal sucks him in, and sucks his friends in as well. Springtrap and Crying Child hold on to each other in an attempt to avoid the black-hole-like portal, but they failed and are sucked in along with the Withered Four. Nightmarionne tries to fly into the portal after them, but the portal shuts before he could make it.

"Dammit!" Nightmarionne cursed. "That's it. No more waiting around. It's time to attack!"

Springtrap, the father. Ballora, the mother. Circus Baby, the daughter. Well, it's not just them hangin' around this purgatory-like paradise. Ladies and gentleman, I present to you the Crying Child from FNaF 4, a.k.a. the son.

...

Notes/Expanations:

1. FNaF World's Crying Child. Yup, that child is the character I used to represent FNaF 4's Crying Child.

2. The house on the hill, the barn, the corn maze, and the cellar door are all references to FNaF VR's Curse of Dreadbear DLC. Remember that house in the "Trick or Treat" minigame? Imagine that that's the Afton household. I know it's a stretch, but for the sake of having fun, this is what I've chosen to do with FNaF VR's locations. And while we're on the topic of references, the underground laboratory underneath the corn maze is described similarly to Sister Location's entertainment and rental services.

3. I have this strange need to find a way to use as many characters in FNaF World in any way I can, whether their roles are big or small. For example, I used the Withered Animatronics to represent the Original Four getting broken. Another example is Ennard, who is just a manifestation of Circus Baby's nightmares and fear of being alone. Well, the same thing happened with Spring Bonnie in this chapter. He represents the Original Four's nightmares of the day they were killed and possessed the animatronics. And, of course, there's the Crying Child (refer to Explanation #1).

4. As for why the Original Four would be scared of Spring Bonnie but not Springtrap... okay, let me try. When they see Springtrap, they see their killer in a poor state, giving them more confidence that they can face him no problem. When they see Spring Bonnie, they are reminded of the yellow bunny suit that was used to lure them to their deaths, resulting in traumatic flashbacks.
