I do not own Harry Potter.

Ch. 20 The Leader

I levitate Andrew and wrap the ropes binding him to a chair where I remove the body bind so that he forms to the chair. I do however cast a silencing charm around my office so that if he yells no one will rush in quite yet.

"So, we are going to have a bit of a chat, and this can be oh so easy," I say lowering myself into a chair across from him. I cross my legs acting as if I have all the time in the world, and Andrew glares at me.

"I'm not telling you anything, you slag," he spits and struggles against his binds.

I smirk at him, then flick my wand several times, to change the recording from an overview of my office. So that it had shown him sneaking in, and then threatening me, to now a view of just us. I wait until Trev and Harry come into my office before starting the questions. Andrew seems fine to sit and glare at me while I wait, and I smirk at him when Harry walks over to me.

"Andrew, meet Harry Potter. Harry, you know who this is," I say gesturing as Harry pulls up a chair next to mine and Trev stays leaning against my office door.

"Yes, I am aware of who this is. By the way, on top of all the charges we will get to, there will be assault added," Harry says. He pauses as Andrew's face changes from awe to anger. "You hit Miss Granger, we have an Auror who was there and witnessed the entire event." Harry glances at me and I can tell he wants to know exactly how Andrew came to be in my office, but he doesn't say anything.

"Right, well first off, who is in charge of The Dursley's? I ask and Andrew just glares at me. "I am going to ask you once more, then I will be taking your memories instead, which may be quite painful, so…" I trail off. I watch the surprise and anger on his face with a bit of pleasure.

"You can't do that," Andrew finally spits out looking at Harry.

"You honestly think I am going to save you from a bit of pain?" Harry asks looking fierce. "After what you have done to not only Miss Granger but also Theodore Nott, and Neville Longbottom?" Harry shakes his head in an obvious attempt to keep calm.

Andrew opens his mouth, obviously to say something cutting, but instead, I speak up. "Last chance, tell me what you know about The Dursley's, or using my position within the ministry, I will force it out of you." Andrew opens his mouth a look of loathing on his face I hold up my hand. "If what is about to come out of your mouth is anything other than what I need to know about The Dursley's, you will be very unhappy with the next several hours," I say succinctly my voice sounding hard. I watch as shock passes over his face.

Andrew looks down, then at Harry and finally over to Trev who is glaring at him from this perch, then he focuses on me again.

"The only thing I know is that they want Potter and you," he says then looks down. "She wants Potter to help her with power, and she wants you dead," he says the last part with a bit of glee in his voice as he glares up at me a smirk on his face.

"How sad that is all you know," I say a frown on my face sarcasm evident in my words.

"She was going to let me have you had Don listened to orders. But that wanker went after you first, though I suspect he would have shared a bit," Andrew says grinning at me.

"Actually, Don's intent was to kill when he and I last saw each other, but no worries he is locked up nice and tight," I shrug and Andrew frowns then looks between Harry, Trev, and I before sneering at me. "Yes, that's right you played right into our hands, but enough of that, I am annoyed so let's move on, yes?"

I flick my wand watching as his face tenses as I use Legilimency to find the memories I need. Flicking through them and pulling them out to project so that Harry can see them as well, Andrew starts to moan, but I continue. Finally, I see the last memory he has of the leader and I gasp.

Marietta Edgecombe. That is who the leader is. The scars from when she snitched, visible on her face, as is her sneer, while she rants about me is undeniable.

"What do you mean they have Andrew?" Marietta shouts in a rage flicking her wand and a man flies backward. "She took him from me! Why didn't Don kill that cow when he had the chance? Where is that other Auror?" Marietta shrieks and the robed figures around her bow even further to the ground in an effort to not anger the snake-like figure in front of them.

"Master, we may have an opportunity on Friday," a robed figure says softly and Marietta whirls to look at the speaker.

"What is on Friday?" Marietta growls the question.

"There is a party planned for her little group and it is on Friday at Malfoy Manor," the person responds and Marietta's face splits into a grin, which is all the more horrifying since her face looks like Voldemort.

"Perfect, I need some Polyjuice potion, and someone to nab one of the miscreants and get me some hair so that I can go to this party," she paces a bit no one daring to move until given the okay. "Any of them will do, but it would be best if it could be one of the women," she adds looking even more insane.

"Should we bring the woman back here?" the same person asks. "It can't be too early, because then you have to pretend to be them and they may get suspicious before you can crash the party."

"Yes, let's wait until Thursday to grab one of them, then we can make sure we are ready to infiltrate the Manor," Marietta pauses and tilts her scaly head as if in thought, "Although, if any of you could nab Lucius, this could be even more fun. Work it out, and get me, someone, preferably Wednesday night, then Thursday I can make my plans." She then abruptly spins on her heal and disapparates away.

There is no talking as the robed figures look around for a moment, then slowly they make their way out of the house, and out into the night. The robed person who had been talking smiles as he walks away thinking of the ways he could do what has been asked.

Unseen to everyone a small child is watching and not knowing why there would be so many people leaving the empty house so late at night, then disapparating away, he runs to tell the only person he can think to tell.
