Now the canon of this movie is debatable, but it is on the official wiki timeline so I need to include it. Won't be a problem, though. Funny enough I actually wound up finding this on YouTube of all places. Anyway, for now it seems some of the movie chapter can be shorter than normal chapters. Eh, that'll change eventually. Movie: All Riders, Confront King Dark!
Deep within his hidden lair, King Dark had assembled a group of monster revived by GOD's science. Genghis Khandor, Achilles, Ulysses, Toad Goemon, and Chimera. With a quick cheer, they moved out to do his bidding. Meanwhile, the battlefront was in training. Yuzuru in particular was building himself up, pushing his biking skills further and further. "Good job," Tobei said. Yuzuru nodded. "I'm taking another lap to finish things off."
He raced off, but Tobei realized that his stopwatch wouldn't start. As it turned out, someone had planted landmines on the track. Yuzuru was able to avoid the assault, only to get surprised by the appearance of Genghis Khandor and Toad Goemon. "Oh will you guys just stay dead!," Yuzuru called out, "Coming back never works!" They duo fought him for a bit, but he was able to push them back and activate his Ridol. "Henshin!" "Set Up!"
He transformed into Kamen Rider X and pulled out his Ridol Whip, using it to knock Genghis Khandor's spear out of the air. "Ridol Stick!" He unveiled his staff and continued the fight. Angel swooped in, having grown concerned with her boyfriend's prolonged absence, striking at Toad Goemon with her Hand Sonic. They didn't notice a hidden camera nearby, capturing the fight and everything the Riders were doing.
Watching the fight was a figure wrapped in bandages. "With this footage I'll become faster and stronger, more skilled and agile, enough to defeat those blasted Kamen Riders." Indeed, Chimera was nearby, setting off a signal flare that alerted Genghis Khandor and Toad Goemon that it was time to leave. As they flew off, X and Angel spotted the van. "Now there's something suspicious," X noted. He leapt on top of it, finding Chimera and Achilles.
"So just what are you guys doing here?," he asked. "You'll know soon enough!," Achilles declared, "Do it now!" X quickly took out Chimera before leaping away, the van exploding. Angel ran up. "Looks like GOD is planning something new. We should inform the rest of the Battlefront." X nodded. "They were clearly baiting us into fighting. But why? They had to have known how the fight would go. We weren't even using our full range of abilities."
Later that night, a pair of sisters heard something in their bedroom. Masaru, the younger, put her ear to the floor to see if she could figure out what it was. "Someone's talking under the floor." "That's the basement," her sister said, "There's something eerie going on here… It almost sounds like a bunch of ghosts talking with each other." Masaru shook her head. "No, it's GOD. They're planning something. This is bad! We need to get Mama and Papa here!"
Her mother thought it was just a bad dream, but Masaru decided she to contact Kamen Rider X somehow. She got a Rider, but not X. Instead, it was Kamen Rider 1, Naofumi Iwatani. "Hey there. I may not be the Rider you were hoping for, but I hope you'll accept help from the original Kamen Rider himself." Masaru smiled and ran over. "Thank goodness you're here! I heard GOD planning something! We need to get Kamen Rider X! They're under our house!" 1 nodded. "Good work. I've been trying to track them down for a while now."
The next morning, Ulysses was in a human disguise trying to get into a car, only to be spooked by a dog on a leash, assuming his monster form, which the young boy walking the dog recognized. "I don't forgive anyone who crosses me! You're dead!" He launched his Killer Smog. The poor dog bit it, but the boy was able to run for it. As Ulysses chased him down, he was confronted by Kamen Rider 2, Ren Amaki.
"Killing dogs just for barking at you funny?," 2 asked, "I never knew GOD was so petty!" He bashed Ulysses around for a little bit, knocking him to the ground by flying in. "Rider Kick!" Ulysses went flying before stumbling to his feet. "Damn it, I don't have time for this!" He quickly disappeared. "Just where did he get to," 2 said, "I'd better contact the others. 3 and 4 have actually been in the country for some time now."
Elsewhere, a young boy was playing with his remote control boat, when he got accosted by Neptune, Cyclops, and Hydra. "You've seen our arrival," Neptune said, "Your life's as good as over!" The boy ran for it. Neptune threw his trident, only to have it grabbed by Kamen Rider Arms using his Rope Arm. "Your own lives won't be nearly long enough for your arrival to matter! So you might as well let that boy keep his!" He leapt in to protect the boy. "We've been made!," Cyclops said, "We need to get out of here!" The three of the jumped back into the water.
Meanwhile the bandaged figure was going through a major operation, electricity flowing through him. After a huge electrical shock, he got up and undid his bandages to reveal himself as a bat monster with a distinctive Frankenstein appearance. Strapped to his back was a huge cannon. "I can't wait to test this beauty out!" "You'll get your chance, Franken Bat!," King Dark assured him, "And your target will be GOD's most hated enemy! He'll be showing up before long!"
Indeed, at that moment, Medusa, Cerberus, Cateus, Prometheus, and Alseides were showing up at Tobei's coffee shop. "No need to panic," Cateus said, "We're just here for a coffee. And any information you have on the Kamen Riders' whereabouts." "Who even knows from one moment to another?," Tobei said, "It's not like I keep tabs on them. They stop by every once in a while when you freaks show up causing trouble, that's all."
"Now for instance!," Life said as he and Eyez appeared, knocking down Prometheus in the process. "We heard it on the grapevine that some GOD monsters decided to waste resources by coming back to life," Eyez said, "So we decided to remind them of why they died in the first place." "Hey!," Tobei said, "If you're going to fight, take it outside! This place is expensive to repair!" "Sorry," both Riders and monsters said, relocating outside to fight.
As the Riders chased after the monster, Franken Bat appeared above them. "I am the strongest monster from GOD's Villain army!," Franken Bat declared, "Crafted from the DNA of the mad scientist Victor Frankenstein! My name is Franken Bat, and I will be your demise!" He flew down to attack, firing off his cannon in an effort to attack the Riders. Angel's Wing Racer and SSS's Moth Wing quickly too to the air after Franken Bat, ramming into him and causing him to plummet.
The other monsters helped him get up. "Rather embarrassing for a first showing," he admitted, "We'll just have to get them later. Back off for now!" 'Riders!,' came a communication from Keitaro, 'More revived GOD monsters have been spotted near the mountains! Go and deal with them!' The monsters in question were Atlas, Hercules, and Pannic, who were trying to kidnap Tobei.
They were stopped by Kamen Riders V3, Arms, 3, and 4. X and his team also rode in with 1 and 2, convincing the monsters to quickly vacate. Tobei nodded at the team. "This is all eleven Kamen Riders here at once! That's great!" "We've already gotten word that GOD is planning something big," 1 noted, "Things have been quiet in our hunt for the remnants of Shocker, so we decided to turn our attention to a more immediate threat."
"It's a good thing we decided to call you," 4 said. 2 nodded. "I was off in Paris, while 1 was in New York." "I had actually gotten in from Moscow a few days ago," V3 said. "I was out in Tahiti," Arms chimed in. "You guys were just all over the place, weren't you?," SSS noted. X nodded. "Right now we need to find out what GOD is planning. Any ideas, V3?" "They seem to be plotting a major offensive on Tokyo," V3 replied, "The question is how they intend to do so."
Meanwhile, Masaru was trying to remember what she had overheard in regards to GOD's plans. Her older sister's boyfriend smiled. "Still trying to remember? I think it was somewhere along the lines of drying up Shinagawa and Shinjuku." The older sister's eyes widened. "That's right. The Tokyo Drought Plan. It was Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Takebashi, Sukiyabashi…" The boyfriend smirked. "Exactly!" He transformed into Icarus.
He grabbed Masaru's sister, intent on using her blood to energize Franken Bat. "Etsuko!," Masaru called out as Icarus flew off. Meanwhile at GOD's main base, several other women had been held captive to have their blood harvested for Franken Bat. In fact, he was sampling some just inside the lab. "I can't wait to taste the new blood that has brought to me!" While he gorged himself, Masaru was able to relay the information Icarus carelessly left her to the Riders.
"A plot to cut off Tokyo's water supply," Life muttered, "This is going too far!" "We need a timeframe for when they'll attack," Eyez noted. "If we target their main base," Arms said, "We may not have to worry about a timeframe." X sushed them, hearing a bat flying nearby. He quickly grabbed it, jamming its spy device before releasing it. "Now that bat will fly back to GOD's base for repairs." "Good thinking," 3 said, "Everyone to your Rider Machines!"
The two New Cyclones, TriCyclone, Sky Cyclone, Hurricane, Silver Streak, Cruiser, Wing Racer, Soul Rizer, Wing Racer, and Sapphire Storm raced after the bat. After a bit they stopped. "Me and my team will go in first," X said, "If things get dicey, we'll be counting on you for backup." The previous Riders nodded. Inside the base, Franken Bat was having trouble keeping his victims quiet, unaware of X and his team following one of his spy bats.
However, several of his monsters were on guard, tossing ropes over the Riders to entrap them. Franken Bat soon appeared. "So we meet again! I must admit, tracing one of my bats here was a clever trick! But we figured you'd find a way here sooner or later! Let's see you get through all of GOD's revived monsters! And then you'll have to me, GOD's most advanced creation!" He unveiled his army of revived monsters.
"Icarus!" "Ulysses!" "Cyclops!" "Kronos!" "Prometheus!" "Alseides!" "Hercules!" "Cerberus!" "Atlas!" "Neptune!" The Riders looked around, seeing Cateus, Medusa, Genghis Khandor, and Toad Goemon trying to keep them tied up. "What happened to Pannic?," Eyez wondered. The monsters looked around, confused. "He never reported back in," Franken Bat realized, "Where is he?"
"Well, it doesn't matter," Angel said, "Let's deal with these annoyance first." The others nodded, and X and Life grabbed some of the ropes to throw Medusa and Cateus into the air. This left the Riders wiggle-room to break loose, SSS destroying Genghis Khandor and Toad Goemon with her Moth Laser. The previous Riders then showed up as well. "Let's how your advancement holds up when you take on all eleven of us!," 1 called out.
Franken Bat was flabbergasted. "All of you here!? This was never part of the plan!" "The plan's of evil never work out in the end!," X declared, "So long as the Kamen Riders are here!" The eleven Riders went to town on the revived monsters. As he saw his army get decimated, Franken Bat took to the air to get away. The Riders went to follow him, finding the revived monsters rushing to attack, which now included Pannic, who finally showed up. "They just don't quit," V3 said, shaking his head.
A massive melee ensued as the Riders clashed with the monsters. Meanwhile, Tobei had snuck into the base to free the women being held prisoner. The Riders easily dealt with the monsters, tossing them one by one into a large pile of bodies. Franken Bat came flying in. "I'll slaughter all of you at once!" "Watch out for that cannon!," X called out, the Riders scattering as the cannon went off.
"Angel!," SSS called out. "On it!," Angel replied, "Grand Wing!" "Moth Wing!" "Hey don't leave me out!," V3 said, "Wings of Amon!" The three of them flew into the air to confront Franken Bat, knocking him to the ground. He tried to escape, but found himself surrounded on all sides by the Kamen Riders. The Four Riders made their strike. "Rider Shield Punch!" "Rider Sword Slash!" "Rider Spear Thrust!" "Rider Bow Shooting!"
Franken Bat's wings were sliced off as he was sent sprawling. "He's wide open!," V3 called out. "Then we'll finish it!," X declared, he and his team leaping into the air. "X Kick!" "Heaven's Strike!" "Soul Charge!" "SSS Kick!" "Bullseye!" The five Rider Kicks sent Franken Bat flying into the pile of bodies, blowing them all up at once. The Riders then went to confront King Dark.
"Well met, Riders," he said when he saw then, "But you are too late. You may have stopped the Tokyo Drought Plan, but what you behold is merely King Dark's shadow! We will meet for real one day, but not today!" And with that, he vanished, as did the base, leaving only the Riders there. They hurried over to where Tobei was, victorious in spite of King Dark's words. "There's still work to do here," 1 noted, "But I think we can leave it to X and his team." The eleven Riders put their hands together. "We are… KAMEN RIDERS!"

And that's the end of the movie for this series. I kinda like the old movies but they still feel more like a new episode with a bigger budget. At least all the monsters got to really show their stuff this time. Or at least fight. Read and review.
