Walking into the archway of the cookhouse where the men were standing arguing she relayed the events of what happened outside.
She had a change of heart again just like the night where she slept with him and now she was looking at Steve imagining what he would be like if he just dropped the ignorant act and was just kind for once. He would be a good looking boyfriend that what he would be Lara thought but she immediately shook these thoughts out of her head.
She walked over to Michael who was now ranting about he didnt want to spend a couple million on a tandem rotor helicopter which Lara wouldnt even get in her circumstances but she just wanted them all to stop breathing down each others neck so she finally spoke up.
"Oh my god just shut up!" She shouted not noticing how loud her voice had got and how many eyes had a fixed gaze on her. "You guys are having a hissy fit for no reason for a bank job? Im sorry since when did criminals ever think twice about what they were doing huh?" She finished as Michael stood in awe at what she just said.
"Lara! Thank you for saying it truthfully!" Trevor screamed insanely.
"Your welcome," She said walking back towards the archway. "Ill be waiting outside when you guys know what you want to do." And with that she walked away leaving the men with either utter disbelief or in Steve`s case probably a hard on.
She stood next to the doors and soon saw Steve and Dave leave and Steve left her with nothing but a wink which she just turned her face up to. Then the doors swung open and Michael and Trevor approached.
"Lara we`re taking your car." He said him and Trevor hopping in the front seats while Lara let herself into the back seats.
She began to get more sluggish and more sluggish and soon Trevor`s and Michael`s voice became distorted. This was a combo of being clean of drugs and lack of sleep in a sweaty car so she decided to shut her eyes for what she thought would be 5 minutes but what was actually half an hour. Brilliant!
"Look at her sleeping." A grizzly voice grumbled out and she suddenly opened her eyes and shot up. They just arrived at Paleto bay as Michael pulled into a car parking space. Michael just chuckled and kept his eyes on the road.
"Shut up T or i swear..."
"Okay Lara no need for threats i mean Michael has already saw you sleeping alright?" He said which caused Michael and Lara to shoot each other looks, both confused how Trevor knew. They just listened to Trevors laughs before getting out the car and sitting on a wooden bench for an hour.
"Hey look at this." Trevor said picking stones of the ground and Lara had a smirk immediately planted on to her face as she knew what he was going to do. A stone hit him clean in the back and the two turned their heads opposite ways and Michael complained which Lara didnt quite catch.
Trevor picked up a large stone and completed the same action yet again. It came into contact with Michael`s back and he turned around red faced.
"Im gonna snap your fucking fingers if you dont knock that shit off." He shouted threateningly.
"Please do. It would alleviate the boredom!" Trevor screamed back. A blue bus pulled up at that point filled with a crowd of people trying to make their way out before everyone else. Then came Lester. Lara and Michael greeted him while Trevor on the hand made a petty face at him.
"Its warm out here." He said looking about. That man always found something to complain about.
"Dont worry Lester, Michael will take care of all your moisturising needs." Trevor replied letting lester climb into the front and then shutting the door. Lara and Trevor got into the back and Lester ordered Michael to drive to this savings bank.
At that point Lara`s phone pinged loudly and she went to see who this was. A text message from Steve and Lamar. She checked both messages out, Lamar`s first. The message from Lamar read "Hey girl! The homie gave me the number of the girl who saved us. Look i might have some jobs going soon if i do ill hit you up ok?" She laughed silently in her head at this and quickly typed a message back just letting him know that she was thankful for him trying to get her some jobs and that she would get him for some small time jobs in LS if she had any.
Now Steve`s message. It read "Hey Darling. Love how u handled ur self back there. You have learned alot with your disappearing act i must say! Your friends got the rest of the cars for Devin for you and he would like to see u when you get back into Los Santos, looks like another affair for you. Just dont forget about me baby. Steve x" How many times did she have to tell him? Devin made it up. She didnt do anything. She quickly typed back not even noticing what Lester was droning on about.
"Hi Steve. I always have a bit of sass in me, its not anything new. I keep telling you me and Devin didnt do nothing, hes just wishing he did thats all, But dont worry ill never forget about you x" Ugh that was the soppiest stuff she had ever written, she just hoped he didnt see that she was faking.
"Lara!" Michael said whilst the whole car looked at her. Trevor snatched her phone from her and refused to hand her it back.
"Shoot the alarm then i will." Trevor said so Lara took the gun from Michael and got out the car. She quickly aimed the gun and took one shot and within a second it was ringing crazily. She hopped in and violently snatched the phone from Trevor. They began to drive and this is when Trevor spoke up.
"So uh...You and Devin Weston huh?" He said once they got to the Petrol station across the street from the bank.
"Me and Devin weston what?"
"You and him. Going at it." Trevor said immediately followed by a stare from Michael. Lara slumped in her seat which caused Trevor to laugh his head off and tease her. After this, they turned their attention to the bank and Lara just stayed looking at Michael. Did Trevor really have to say that infront of him?
After this a flurry of police cars came down the road and studied the bank. A police report came through the scanner that they were setting up checkpoints on the senora freeway and this was when Trevor challenged them to a race which Michael took him up on. Lara just stayed still and didnt say a single thing.
She had to talk to Michael and quick. Alone.
