The next morning, Ma Yu, Qiu Chuji, and Wang Chuyi left on their journey to go and deliver the Nine Yin Manual to the Ghost Valley Master in Ghost Valley.

They traveled a far distance to reach Ghost Valley.

Then, once they got to Ghost Valley, they were welcomed in by Zhang Long and Zhang Long introduced himself to them and told them that he is the master of Ghost Valley.

Then, they introduced themselves to Zhang Long too.

After they were done with the introduction, Ma Yu handed Zhang Long the Nine Yin Manual and told Zhang Long about the sad tragedy that had happened to Wang Chong Yang.

Then, after Zhang Long heard from Ma Yu that Wang Chong Yang had passed away, he felt sorrowful for Wang Chong Yang's death, due to him considering Wang Chong Yang as one of his rivals who are up to par with him in martial arts skills.

After he heard about this, he took the Nine Yin Manual from Ma Yu.

Then, Ma Yu said to Zhang Long that Zhang Long can keep the Nine Yin Manual and he doesn't have to return it to Quen Zhen Sect at the end of each ten years anymore, since because Wang Chong Yang have passed away now and before he have passed away, he forbade all of his disciples to read from the Nine Yin Manual.

Therefore, there would be no point in switching between owners for the Nine Yin Manual every ten years, since because no one at Quen Zhen Sect was allowed to read from the Nine Yin Manual anyways.

Because of this, Zhang Long became the only owner of the Nine Yin Manual now.

After Ma Yu, Qiu Chuji, and Wang Chuyi were done with their mission in delivering the Nine Yin Manual to Zhang Long, they went back to Chong Yang Palace.

Then, after they had went back to Chong Yang Palace, Zhang Long opened the Nine Yin Manual up and started to read from it.

Ten years have passed by, ever since that day that Ma Yu, Qiu Chuji, and Wang Chuyi delivered the Nine Yin Manual to Zhang Long in Ghost Valley.

In Ghost Valley, a handsome young man that had his hair in front of him divided into two sides and was about the age of 18, was practicing the Vertical Sword Style of Ghost Valley in the open field of Ghost Valley.

Then, while he was practicing his swordsmanship in the open field of Ghost Valley, Zhang Long entered the scene with someone following in from behind him.

The young man who was practicing the Vertical Sword Style stopped practicing and greeted Zhang Long.

The young man said, "Your disciple pays his respect to Shifu."

After the young man said this, Zhang Long said to the young man, "Ge Nie, from today onwards, there would be someone else who would be training with you here in Ghost Valley."

After saying this, the person that was following in back of Zhang Long came out from behind him and showed himself to Ge Nie.

The person was about Ge Nie's age and have long white hair and was wearing a headband on his head.

Then, Zhang Long said to Ge Nie, "This is Wei Zhuang.

From today onwards, he would be your Junior Brother who would be training together with you here at Ghost Valley.

You can also call him Xiao Zhuang."

After that, Zhang Long said to Wei Zhuang, "This is Ge Nie.

He would be your Senior Brother from now on."

Then, after Zhang Long had said this, both Ge Nie and Wei Zhuang stared at each other.

Ge Nie just stared at Wei Zhuang and just considered him a disciple training with him under Zhang Long.

However, Wei Zhuang was staring at Ge Nie and considered Ge Nie a rival to him.

Then, Zhang Long said to Ge Nie and Wei Zhuang, "Ghost Valley only accepts in two disciples per generation and for this generation,those two disciples would be the two of you.

Although Ghost Valley is a small sect due to this rule that has been passed on for generations now in Ghost Valley, however, the disciples that comes out of Ghost Valley are considered to be the strongest martial artists that the world has ever seen.

Their decisions in life can even change the fates of the kings.

With all of that said, the two of you would be practicing the two different sword styles of Ghost Valley.

Ge Nie, you would be practicing the Vertical Sword Style and Wei Zhuang, you would be practicing the Horizontal Sword Style.

Once the two of you have mastered your respective sword styles, you two would have a match between each other.

In this match, the winner would become the new master of Ghost Valley while the loser would become a failure in life who would be shunned by others for the rest of his life.

As disciples of Ghost Valley, one of you must fail.

Only the stronger one between the two of you can suceed and become the new master of Ghost Valley.

This is the rule that has been passed down in Ghost Valley for generations now.

Through this rule, Ghost Valley was able to have the strongest martial artists come out of its sect every generation, which have shocked the world for a long time now."

After Zhang Long was finished saying all of these things to Ge Nie and Wei Zhuang, he took out his two swords: Yuan Hong and Shachi, that were in their sheaths.

Then, he handed Ge Nie Yuan Hong while he handed Wei Zhuang Shachi.

After that, he said to the both of them, "From now on, these two swords would be your swords.

These two swords have been passed down in the Ghost Valley Sect for many generations now."

Then, Zhang Long said to Ge Nie, "Ge Nie, the sword in your hand is called Yuan Hong.

This sword that you're holding is considered to be one of the sharpest and one of the best quality sword in this world.

In the future, if there ever would be a manual that would rank all of the swords that have ever been created in this world based on their quality and powers, this sword would definitely come out as the top three for sure."

After saying this to Ge Nie, Zhang Long turned to Wei Zhuang and said to him, "Wei Zhuang, this sword that you're holding is called Shachi(english name: Shark Teeth).

It's quality and powers is not below that of Yuan Hong's at all, in fact, both Yuan Hong and this sword can be considered equal in both quality and powers.

This sword also has a unique design to it which no other swords in this world have and that is it's teeth.

Shachi have many small blades shaped like teeths running along the blade of the sword.

With these teeths, you can capture your opponent's sword and turn the situation in a battle to your advantage."

Then, after Zhang Long was done saying this to Wei Zhuang, he said to both Ge Nie and Wei Zhuang, "In Ghost Valley, there is also the divine Nine Yin Manual too.

Between the two of you, whoever wins and becomes the next Ghost Valley Master would gain full possession of the Nine Yin Manual."

After Zhang Long was done saying all of these stuffs to Ge Nie and Wei Zhuang, he started teaching them their respective sword styles that they would be using against each other in their match for becoming the next Ghost Valley Master.

It has been a few months now, ever since when Wei Zhuang came to Ghost Valley.

During these few months, both Ge Nie and Wei Zhuang have been practicing hard in their respective sword styles and have become really proficient in them.

Then, one day, they decided to have a sparring match to test each other's skills.

Both of them unsheathed their two swords Yuan Hong and Shachi and were ready to fight.

Then, Wei Zhuang led the first attack by striking horizontally at Ge Nie with Shachi, while Ge Nie countered the attack by striking down vertically with Yuan Hong.

After that, Ge Nie striked up vertically with Yuan Hong while Wei Zhuang countered by striking horizontally with Shachi.

After that, the two of them continued to exchange blows with each other by using their two swords and also while using their respective sword styles too.

Then, Wei Zhuang attacked Ge Nie with a horizontal downward slash while Ge Nie countered.

After Ge Nie had countered the attack, Wei Zhuang spinned around to attack Ge Nie again with another horizontal downward strike attack, but Ge Nie just countered this attack too.

Then, after Ge Nie had countered this attack from Wei Zhuang, he spinned his sword in his hand by using his wrist to gain momentum.

After Ge Nie has gained enough momentum from his sword, he strikes down at Wei Zhuang with it.

Wei Zhuang aligned Shachi horizontally above his head to hold back this downward strike from Ge Nie.

Then, after he had held back this attack from Ge Nie, he used his force to push Ge Nie and Yuan Hong away from him and Shachi by slashing horizontally hard with Shachi.

After that he rushed forward to attack Ge Nie with a powerful horizontal sword strike.

Ge Nie also rushed forwards towards Wie Zhuang and was also preparing to throw a strong attack at Wei Zhuang too.

Then, once they got closed enough to each other, Wei Zhuang slashed Shachi horizontally to attack Ge Nie, but Ge Nie just leaned back to dodge the whole attack.

After Ge Nie had dodged the attack, he saw that Wei Zhuang was wide open for an attack, so he thrusted Yuan Hong forward as to stab Wei Zhuang's body.

Wei Zhuang was going to bring Shachi back to his body to counter the attack from Yuan Hong, but it was too late.

Then, right when Yuan Hong was about to make contact with Wei Zhuang's body, Ge Nie stopped it in midair.

After that, Ge Nie retrieved Yuan Hong and placed Yuan Hong back inside its sheath.

Then, he said to Wei Zhuang, "Xiao Zhuang, you have lost."

After Ge Nie said this, Wei Zhuang placed Shachi back inside its sheath and said to Ge Nie, "Senior, I was just going easy on you."

Then, Ge Nie said, "Would you still be saying the same thing if this was a real fight?"

Wei Zhuang said, "In a real fight, of course I would defeat you.

I just let you win everytime we spar, just so that I can see all of your moves that you have used and just so that you wouldn't see all of the moves that I know.

This way, when we fight against each other in that match to see who would become the next master of Ghost Valley, I can easily predict your moves and defeat you with my moves that I've never shown you before."

After hearing Wei Zhuang say this, Ge Nie said to Wei Zhuang, "Is becoming the next Master of Ghost Valley really that important to you?"

Wei Zhuang said, "Even if becoming the next Master of Ghost Valley is not that important to me, all I want is that I don't become a failure in life that would be shunned by the whole world.

That is why in this match that we would have to see who would become the next Master of Ghost Valley, I'll make sure that I defeat you no matter what."

Ge Nie said to Wei Zhuang, "Do you always care so much about winning?"

Wei Zhuang said, "Senior, you're always so laid-back.

You don't care about winning or anything at all.

However, you must remember that in this harsh world that we live in, only the winners would survive."

Ge Nie said, "My path in life is different from yours."

Wei Zhuang said, "Although your path in life is different from mines, we are still both disciples training under Ghost Valley.

Therefore, between the two of us, there must be a winner and a loser.

The winner would go on to become the next Master of Ghost Valley and be praised by the whole world, while the loser would walk down a path of failure and defeat, which would lead him to become shunned by the whole world."

Ge Nie just remained silent, after he heard Wei Zhuang say this.

Wei Zhuang and Ge Nie would continue to train in Ghost Valley together for a few more years.

Then, one day, Ge Nie told Zhang Long something while Wei Zhuang was not around.

He told Zhang Long that he wants to leave Ghost Valley to go and serve the Qin Empire.

Zhang Long asked Ge Nie why he would want to leave Ghost Valley, but Ge Nie just told him that this is the path that he has chosen in life.

Therefore, he would stick to this path no matter what.

After Zhang Long had heard Ge Nie say this and saw that he was really determined to leave Ghost Valley to go and serve the Qin Empire, he allowed Ge Nie to leave Ghost Valley.

Therefore, that day before Wei Zhuang came back, Ge Nie had already left Ghost Valley to go and serve the Qin Empire.

Later that day when Wei Zhuang came back, Wei Zhuang said to Zhang Long, "Shifu, where is Senior Brother?

I haven't seen him at all for the whole day."

After Wei Zhuang had said this, Zhang Long said to Wei Zhuang, "Your Senior Brother Ge Nie have already left Ghost Valley to go and serve the Qin Empire while you were gone."

Wei Zhuang became shocked after he heard Zhang Long say this.

Then, Zhang Long said to Wei Zhuang, "With Ge Nie gone now, the match to see who would become the next master of Ghost Valley won't be able to continue anymore.

Therefore, why don't you go back to your homeland in Han to pay it a visit while Ge Nie is gone.

Once Ge Nie have returned here to Ghost Valley, I'll notify you to come back here for the match between the two of you, how about that."

After hearing Zhang Long say this, Wei Zhuang said to Zhang Long, "Alright Shifu."

Then, the next day, Wei Zhuang also left Ghost Valley to go and pay a visit to his homeland in Han, while Ge Nie was gone.

With Wei Zhuang leaving Ghost Valley too, that leaves only Zhang Long as the only one left at Ghost Valley.

Before Ge Nie and Wei Zhuang left Ghost Valley, Zhang Long had also allowed Ge Nie and Wei Zhuang to take Yuan Hong and Shachi with them too, so both Ge Nie and Wei Zhuang took Yuan Hong and Shachi with them when they left Ghost Valley.
