Keeper: *Sees the duo* Ah welcome you two. Your just in time for us to do this. Welcome everyone, I am Keeper, along with Bear, Roman Torchwick and Neo over there, and this is another chapter of Against All Odds!

Torchwick: Wait….huh? What are you talking about?

Hey Keeper, shall I explain it to them while you tell the audience about what this chapter is about?

Keeper: Yeah then next time it's my turn….depending on who we decide to bring here. *Looks to the audience* Now, as for this chapter, we are still in the investigation arc as this takes place a couple of days after the last chapter. Keep in mind, this will be off the beaten path. But what will happen in this chapter? You will find out! Looks like they are done catching up so…Neo? If you would?

Chapter Twenty Five: The Investigation part three: The abandoned warehouse…or is it?

A few days after the Paladin fight, with Nave, Tyler and NYON, at Nirvaku Club

"So you guys found out where they took the generator?" it was a few day after the fight with the Paladin and the students returning back to Beacon. And since then…there was a bit of a change between them. While Nave, Yang, Ruby, and Tyler hasn't changed anything, the same can't be said for the others. Blake, after coming back, decided to put all of her time and effort into researching more about the White Fang and Torchwick. Cobalt, while true he's like the Signal Four, he has noticed how Blake doesn't really come back and has started to get a little upset with how she's now starting to avoid them all. Weiss and Neptune have been hanging out more, much to the distain of Kahel, who's anger from before has returned to be more at Neptune. Only a few instances where Kahel had to stay in JNPR's Room because of how much Weiss was talking about what she and Neptune did made the others just sigh and shake their heads, as well as worrying about the fox faunus. But what they didn't know was that Weiss herself was confused as well. With her talk back during the investigation with the woman back then, shes now beginning to question who she would rather be with and whether or not this is the right way to go. On one hand, Neptune seems like a great guy, no faults or anything and he always calls her beautiful and pretty. Then there was Kahel, who was there since day one. Sure he has his faults and admits his mistakes in the past and HAS been there for her whenever she needed to cry about some things. Sure Neptune does the same thing, but not like how Kahel does it. So now she was truly confused but doesn't know how to go about this, and she doesn't know how to ask for help. But for the boys, that would be another thing to figure out as a while ago, they got a call from Nyx to come down to the club for information. And now….

"That's right Nave." The leader told the wolf faunus and the archer as they sat at the bar with the rest of the group. While yes the club was back up and running, thanks to another generator that Junior supplied to them, but they still need to regain Yoko's family generator as it is important to her. "Thanks to the tracking device you guys put on it, we found out that they took it up north…up to Mountain Glenn." Both boys looked at each other with a worried look on their faces.

"Why does it seem like everything is going down at that damn place?" Tyler groaned out as Yoko shrugged.

"Who knows? I just want my generator back!" she exclaimed as Orion put his hand on her shoulder.

"And we will. But right now we do need a plan. We can't really leave this club with the amount of people coming in. we need to think this out." He told her as she sighed and put her arms on the bar, resting her head in her hands.

"Well I have no idea how we can help you guys out, with us having classes and the teachers almost catching us with the investigation, plus our teams own problems….mainly our fox faunus teammate and his damn crush." The wolf faunus said, shaking his head at the situation.

"Not to mention we have been trying to look for the Faunus Killers' hideout here in Vale. And we have been looking EVERYWHERE." The young archer noted with a groan. During the past few days after classes, Nave and Tyler have been going to Vale to look all over the area they got from the team themselves. And they searched every single building there for a sign but so far nothing. "At least we can try to go find it again today, after all we saw the news report."

"Yeah….two more faunus gone and with their traits taken from them…guys a damn sicko." Nero said as he took another drink from his cup, the same drink from the investigation. He handed it to Tyler to see if he wanted another drink from it but he denied it as he showed him the cup he already gave him with some of the drink left in it. "Anyways, we are still trying to find out more about him. Along with our generator problems, we got our hands full." He sighed as he looked at the club. "Plus we also have a club to look after. So we have no idea WHEN we could even go try to find the original generator." That's when Nave spoke up.

"Let us handle the Faunus Killer. That way it's one less problem on your hands." He told them as he looked at the team then to his brother.

"Besides…I would wait to go find the generator. You guys might want to be here for a while." Orion raised an eyebrow at that and looked at the brothers.

"Why? What's going on?" Tyler sighed as he looked at the group.

"Just call it a hunch. Especially with Mountain Glenn." They started walking towards the exit with them waving at them. "Thanks again guys! Let us know if there's anything else we can do." The team nods and waves back as the brothers get outside. Tyler sighs as he looks at his brother. "Well shit. Looks like we are on our own with this."

"Yeah. Especially with everything that has gone on with them PLUS us. And we still can't find that place." Nave sighed as he started to rub his hair. "I'm at a loss with this Faunus Killer shit." Tyler nods as they stand there on the sidewalk, trying to figure out what they need to and where to go next when they heard a voice.

"Excuse me…did you say something about the Faunus Killer?" both boys looked back, with surprised looks on their faces to the new arrival.

"Oh! It's you!"

At a Café

The boys were sitting down at the café as they looked at the new arrival as Tyler took a sip of his tea.

"To be honest, I never thought I would see you in person again. It's really good to see you." He told the arrival, a woman all dressed up in her news anchor look. She had a smile on her face and a nod.

"Yes its really good to see you too, Tyler." She took a sip of her coffee as she looked at Nave. "And Nave, how are you doing?" He nods to her with a smile.

"I'm doing good myself Ms. Lavender." The woman, Lisa Lavender softly laughs and waves him off.

"Please, both of you, call me Lisa. You both deserve it." She told them as she looked at the young archer. "I see your doing well."

"Yeah, and he's dating Ruby now." Nave mentioned as Tyler looked embarrassed at his brother. Lisa however was surprised and smiled.

"Ah the little girl that had that crush on you ever since Signal huh?" Both looked surprised at the woman as she continued. "Yes even I saw it and did feel a little bad for her. But I am glad nonetheless that you two are together. That makes me happy that you have found happiness." Tyler smiles at her as he takes a sip of his drink.

"Thank you Lisa. That means a lot to me."

"Not a problem." She sighs as she stirs a straw through her drink. "I also need to thank you Nave for letting me know about Kat. After she returned, I made her tell me everything. So everything you heard from her was true. Needless to say, I have been taking her with me on the evening news, so that her and….Winchester.." she and Nave flinched at the name for different reasons. Both looked at Tyler who was looking at his drink when she continued. "Don't get any ideas and continue to have…..their little fun activity. While I have been stopping the late night encounters, unfortunately it doesn't help when I have the afternoon shift."

"Well that explains why the dipshit hasn't been leaving Beacon at night and instead in the afternoon." Nave commented as he kept looking at Tyler. "You ok brother?" to his and Lisa's surprise, Tyler gave them a small smile and chuckles.

"You know, if you had asked me this before I would've said no." He then looks up at Lisa with a smile on his face. "But I'm actually feel great now. I mean I have Ruby. That's all that matters to me now." Then he looks to his brother. "And I know for a fact that…this feels right. Me and Ruby, I know we can go on forever. So yeah I'm great now." The wolf faunus hears this, noticing how he said it and knows he truly means it and smiles. He nods to his brother as Tyler looks to the news reporter. "But I feel like we've gotten off course of what we were originally talking about. So how come your trying to know more about the Faunus Killer?" Nave also looks at Lisa as she sighs.

"To tell you the truth, I've been looking into this for a few years now. I just haven't really told anyone. Plus if I somehow found out who he was, where he was and try to get him caught, as selfish as it sounds, it can boost up my reputation and possibly be one of the great reporters." She brought out a photograph of a hooded figure going into a building. "I managed to get a picture of the suspected person going into this building, sorry for the black and white photo but it was all I had. His right arm looked like it had some blood on it, although I didn't see a bag or something to hold something for the traits." Both boys studied this picture as Tyler narrowed his eyes at it, as Nave looked at the woman.

"Where did you take this picture Lisa?" he asked as Lisa looked at him then looked behind her. Then pointed to her right.

"About…that direction, on the outskirts of Vale." Nave's eyes widen as he looked in that direction.

"Wait a minute….Nave we past this building two days ago!" Tyler exclaimed as Nave looked at the building closely. Then he realized that Tyler was right, during them trying to find the hideout, they went past the building, thinking it couldn't be it. Come to find out that they should've taken a closer look.

"So we basically screwed up and could've investigated this sooner…shit we need to tell the others." Nave then brought out his scroll and called up his leader. It rung a bit while Tyler decided to get ahold of another person he had in mind. Then the screen on Nave's scroll showed Cobalt's face in what looked like their combined room.

"Nave? What's up? Where are you right now?"

'Cobalt? Who is it now?' They heard the fox faunus in the background as he came into view. 'I swear, I've had en- Nave? Fly Boy?'

"What's up Foxy?" Nave said as the fox faunus had his ears down in annoyance.

'Not you too. I swear I hear it from your blonde girlfriend now you?'

'Anyways, what do you boys want?' Cobalt interrupted him as he looked at the brothers, mainly Nave as Tyler was talking to someone else over the scroll.

"We got information about the location of the Faunus Killer's hideout." That got both boys to widen their eyes as they hear the door open and close behind them.

'Hey there boys! What are you gu- Wolfie?' Yang said as she came in along with Ruby as they come up on the screen.

"Hey sunshine. You actually had perfect timing. Where's Blake and Weiss?" Ruby sighed as she looked at the wolf faunus.

'Blake's still in the library researching….and….' She subtly looked at the fox faunus who was gritting his teeth.

"Ok don't go into that. Like we were saying with our teammate that we found out about the location of the Faunus Killer." Both girls' eyes widen as now Kahel entered the conversation.

'So how did you guys figure that out? We've been trying to find out for like the last few days.' He asked as now the others were wondering as well. Tyler fist pumped the air in celebration and hung up on his scroll.

"Nave good news. Jerry is here in Vale, picking up some upgrades for the van…kinda bad news is that Brie and Dana is with him. But he also has Gif, Sims, Leonard and Lav with him as well so there is that. So have you to- Oh hey there my Rose." He noticed that his girlfriend is in the dorm room as Cobalt and Kahel looks at the young girl who was beet red on her face. Yang smirked as she looked at the boys.

'Damn Ty, you sure know how to talk to your girl.' She commented as Kahel cleared his throat as he tried to get the conversation back on track.

'Again, as I was asking before…' He started off, with a hint of annoyance in his voice. 'How did you guys find out about the hideout?' Both Tyler and Nave looked at each other then looked to Lisa who nods and starts to walk into view.

"We had some help." That's when Lisa went behind the boys and into view of the group, to which Ruby and Yang's eyes widen with Cobalt and Kahel raising an eyebrow.

'Uh….is tha-'

'Ms. Lavender?!' The girls exclaimed as Lisa smiled at them.

"Hello girls, it's great to see you. Don't worry, I'm here to help you and all. Nothing too bad." Yang shook her head and smiled as well.

'Nah I'm not worried about that. Your fine I know your good.' Yang told her as she then looked at the boys. 'so you have an idea on where it is?'

"Yes I do. I was thankful enough to run into the boys and to find out that they, and assumingly you all as well, were looking into it as well. So I figured I should at least find some way to get to the bottom of this." She then thought about something then sighed. "however, I wish to ask to join you in this investigation. I'm sure I can be of great help plus, I have some equipment that can help not only me but you all as well." The brothers looked at the woman then to the scroll to the other boys plus the girls in the room.

"Well Cobalt? What do you think?" Nave asked his leader, to which he put his hand on his chin thinking about it. It did make sense, a news reporter doing a scoop that can really help not only her but them as well. But as it was with the White Fang investigation, it wasn't really his choice at the moment so he turned to Kahel.

'Well Kahel? This is your investigation after all.' Kahel was surprised at that and looked at Cobalt with a baffled look.

'Wait, you serious? I thought that was a one time thing?'

'Nope.' He shook his head. 'Technically this is still the investigation. As such, your still leading this. It's up to you on whether Ms. Lavender comes or goes.' Kahel then looked at the woman then to the brothers then back to his leader as he closes his eyes, thinking about it.

'well….it could really help up out. Truthfully I wouldn't really trust her since she has that bitch of a daughter Fly Boy use to date. But….she doesn't really look like the type to hurt us and if Fly Boy and Nave are with her, it means she's good and we can trust her. Why not then..' he took a deep breath as he looked at the screen. 'Alright then, yeah she can come with us.' Lisa smiled and nods to the fox faunus, thankful of the opportunity.

"Thank you so much for this. You won't regret this." She then gets up and brushes off her dress. "I will go to my station and grab the equipment for tonight. I trust you boys will be planning it out?" Tyler had a grin to her and nods.

"Yep you know it Ms. Lavender! We will see you later tonight." Lisa chuckles at his enthusiasm and nods.

"Of course. At least now I can find a baby sitter for Kat so she doesn't do anything….funny. Lord knows what other surprises that girl has that I don't know of." She mutters the last part as she walks off, leaving the brothers alone with the call to their team and the girls.

"Well looks like we got someone else joining us." Tyler commented as he looked at the other boys.

'Seems like it.' The heir mention as he looks at Kahel. 'and it seems like we need to get our equipment ready too.'

'Yeah. Also now that I think about it.' The fox started up as he looked at the red reaper. 'Red, mind getting your team ready in case we need backup?' Ruby looked at the fox faunus and smiled, giving him a salute.

'Yep! We will be ready whenever you call us!' she said with a smile then she started to frown. 'I just hope that Weiss and Blake will be willing to go if the call arises…' the mentioning of Weiss got Kahel to close his eyes and clench his fists thinking about the "distraction" that would stop the heiress. And the heir just sighed hearing his girlfriend's name, thinking about her obsession now with the investigation.

"Ah they will come around!" the younger brother said to them. "I mean, after all Blake will be more than willing to help her boyfriend out and you two can just drag the Ice Queen out here. It will be fine, promise." Ruby looked at her boyfriend with a small smile and nods to him. Kahel exhales a deep breath as he looks at the screen.

'That's true. Anyways, we will get ready and meet you two in Vale. Then we will get in the van with everyone while the girls wait out here in Beacon if…I should say WHEN we get in trouble for them to come out, and go check into this abandoned building. Everyone clear on that?' the fox faunus asked as everyone nods in acceptance of the plan. 'alright then, boys we will see you in an hour. Be ready.' And with that, the call ended. The brothers, now left alone, both sighed at the fox faunus's actions as they looked at each other.

"I'm telling you Nave, let me at least help them out. At least Kahel or Weiss. It would be better for all of us." The younger brother begged his brother as Nave sighed and shook his head.

"We can't brother. Like I said, they need to work it out themselves, figure it out like how all of us did. We can only help with their date…whenever that will be." The wolf faunus said as they started to go down to the street. "Anyways, we shouldn't be worried about that now. We need to focus on the job at hand. Hopefully we get to find something useful that will help with our investigation."

"And more about what our faunus killer and who he works for." Tyler said while he nods in response to his brother. He knew it was true but he still wished he could help his friends and teammate. But he also knew that tonight could be very big for everyone. Not just them but for Vale and faunus alike. Once they got onto the street he found a familiar stick he used when going to Nirvaku and picked it up, spinning it around and used his as a walking stick. Nave saw this and chuckled.

"You really enjoy using that stick for this outfit huh?" Tyler grins as he coughs into his hand and looks to his brother.

"ah my dear brother, that's what makes this whole outfit work along with some quotes I will bring out during the investigation, thank you Blake for the reading sessions." Nave deadpanned hearing that.

"…you mean to tell me you've read her smut?"

"What?! NO! I meant her other books knucklehead!" Tyler exclaimed with wide eyes. Nave held back a snicker before going into a blow out laughter, embarrassing the younger brother.

"Oh you make things too easy Tyler." He said laughing, while the little brother punched his older brother in the arm, red in the face with a grumble but a smile to his face as well as they wait for the van and for what goes on later on tonight.

Later that night in the van with CKTN, Jerry, Brie, Dana, the ex-bandits and Lisa

It was starting to get late in Vale. During the day clouds started to cover the sky and start to rain heavily as everyone started to close up shop for the night, or going to clubs for parties….all except for a van driving down the road with a group of people in the van going towards a certain place, a place where they should have investigated a long while ago…except.

"So are we there yet?" the newly named bodyguard of Junior's new club Gif asked for what seemed like the millionth time. The bandit's, while now dressed up in Junior's work outfits, still kept their colors as instead of wearing the red vests, they wore their color coded vests with some extra stuff they use to have during their bandit days, Gif with his orange bandana with his orange vest, Sims with his hat that he made into a top hat with a maroon accent and maroon vest, Leonard with his sapphire bandana with sapphire vest and Lav with his hat that he changed into an aqua baseball cap with his aqua vest. They still maintained their weapons that they kept for the longest time as the blue bodyguards were cleaning their weapons while the reds were arguing about the destination.

"And I already told you Gif, no! Geez you got more annoying on this trip than you were back when we were in Atlas….to be honest I missed it." Sims told him as they continued to argue about other things, one of which was which Grimm would win a fight. Meanwhile, the brothers were with Lisa, Brie and Dana as the sisters were talking about Signal so far with the reporter making sure she outfits the boys with cameras like how she did with Cobalt and Kahel.

"Yeah everyone misses you guys there. Everyone was wondering where you are, but also glad they don't have to fight you guys in sparring." Brie said laughing at the mention of how everyone is glad that they don't have to fight the brothers anymore, making the brother chuckle at the joke. Dana was laughing too along with Lisa as she remembers hearing about it before.

"Yes I do remember that too. It was the one thing that always got me to laugh before going to work either on the evening news or something to think about for the morning news." She said as she put the camera on Nave then turning her attention to Tyler.

"Then it's a good thing me and Ruby aren't there. Otherwise, they would be moaning and groaning with us two there." The young boy puffed out with pride and bit a cockiness before staying still for Lisa to plant the camera on him. "So how's Mom taking things? You know without me or Ruby there." Dana sighed as she puts her head on her hands.

"Oh she can't stop talking about it. She's so happy to hear her boys at Beacon and following their dreams. Although…" She gives both of them the stinkeye. "She nor your dad OR Mr. Xiao Long know about you two dating the sisters! Any reasons for that?" Tyler and Nave were surprised to hear that as they looked at each other with an eyebrow raised to each other, asking each other 'didn't you tell mom and dad?'

"I thought you would've told them?" Tyler asked his brother as Nave put his hand on his chest.

"Me?" He then points to his brother. "What about you with you and Ruby?" Tyler raised his eyebrow even more.

"Uh, Me and Ruby JUST got together, its been like what? A month or two now?" He looked to his ex girlfriend's mother and asked her. "It's been two months hasn't it?" Lisa nods in response as she keeps trying to attach the camera on him. "Two months. You and Yang have been together for how long now?"

"Five or six months what's your point?" Nave replied back.

"Well during that time wouldn't Yang have told her dad something? Then get it replied back from him to her?" Nave started to think about it as his eyes start to widen at the fact.

"Oh….fuck….I know what she wants to do." He said as the others looked at him.

"Oh? And do tell Wolfie." His brother replied, using Yang's nickname for him in a snarky tone. Nave glared at him as he looked at Dana.

"A better question is why did Yang tell you Dana and not her dad?" Dana was surprised when she was asked that question as she went to answer it.

"Well that's easy. She can tell me cause I can keep i-oh." She started to answer before her eyes got wide after realizing it. "Oooooohhhhhhh." Lisa was now done as she looked at the brothers.

"And done. Now why is it that-"

"Uh you guys may want to hold off on that conversation." Kahel said from the front as the van started to slow down, causing everyone to look in front of them. "Cause we're here." Both brothers got up and walked to the front of the van as they looked at the abandoned building. They saw how it looked like it was about to crumble down but still maintained it's structure throughout the years.

"Yep. Here it is. Wonder if there was any other faunus here? Maybe that were captured and awaiting for whatever." Nave said as he looked in front and saw something in front. "Jerry stop here and kill the lights." Jerry quickly stops and turns off the lights as Nave instructed him to and looked at him.

"What's up Nave?" he asked as Nave pointed forwards as everyone looked out in front of them, with the girls gasping at what they saw. They saw two more faunus, deer faunus at that with their antlers as proof, running quickly into the building and shutting the door.

"That." Nave simply said as he went to go grab his weapon.

"Looks like our mission is a go guys." Cobalt said as he got up from the seat and went to get his weapon as Tyler and Kahel looked at the warehouse.

"Maybe we can find out more information about the Faunus killer here." He then looked at the archer who had the stick inside the his outfit and looked at the fox faunus with a nod.

"Let's rock it." Both boys went to go grab their weapons from the locker inside the van as the ex bandits looked at them.

"What do we do in the meantime?" Leonard asked as he and the others nod. Kahel looked at them as he got an idea.

"You four look for any clues on the outside. Since you guys won't have cameras but microphones, these cameras will hear you but not see you as Lisa here gets her information and footage." Lisa nods as she starts on her computer as she get the feed up.

"Ok your cameras are up and running. But….there is a problem." The boys look at her as well as the others. Lisa sighed as she looked at them as her voice became downcast. "As much as I would love to use the footage, the news company wants me to live stream it for everyone to see. Then that footage will be used as re runs for the news channel. I tried to tell them no but that's the condition they had for this piece and equipment." She told them as the boys looked at each other then looked at her as Tyler walked over to her and placed his hand on her shoulder.

"Lisa don't worry about it." She looked up at him and saw the smile he had. "I know you tried to do all you can. If we have to be live so be it. As long as people know that there are people that looked into it." He then looked to his teammates as they nod with smiles on their faces. "And that means a lot to us." Lisa looked at them and was surprised at how they were ok with how things were with her news company. She had a sigh of relief as she smiled at them back.

"Thank you. All of you. That means a lot to me and I hope I don't get in trouble with your headmaster."

"With Headmaster Ozpin? I highly doubt it. Think of it as something that he can say would benefit all of us in Vale." Cobalt said as the boys all nod.

"I see. Very well, also when you step out I'll turn on your cameras for all of you and start the broadcast." Lisa told them as Nave opened the side of the door with the new bodyguards following them.

"Hey guys!" They stopped and turned around to see Jerry out of the driver seat and looking at the eight of them with a concerned look while the news reporter starts up the live feed of the cameras. "Be careful. All of you. This guy won't hesitate to kill you so be prepared for anything." They looked at the sisters who nod with the same look while Lisa put up five camera PoVs' for not only the four boys but for her as well and saw that it was live. She turned to them and gave them a thumbs up.

"Good luck in there boys. I'll keep in contact with all of you as we go on as well as ask you all questions while your in there." She told them as they all nod and walked out of the van as Lisa looked back to the camera as she begun her broadcast. "Hello everyone, this is Lisa Lavender with a special report. We are doing this live out here in Vale.." With the eight boys, they were walking towards the building with caution as Tyler brought out his stick and carried it. Kahel was out in front as he looked at the camera and saw the red light blinking, knowing they are now live.

"Alright guys, time to see what's inside this place." He turned around and looked at his teammates plus the others. "Leonard, you guys know what to do."

"Copy, we'll radio you when we find something on the outside. Good luck guys." And with that, they split off into their groups as CKTN were still there as Kahel looked back at the door then back to his team. "Alright. Looks like it's just us." Cobalt then took a step towards his partner and looked at him.

"How did you want to do this Kahel?" he asked him as the brothers nod to him. Kahel hummed as he went to the door.

"Well let's check inside and see where we go from there." They nod as they went to the door and opened it, unaware of what they would expect in there.

Inside the building

As soon as the door opened the boys saw that the inside of the place was a disaster, with papers flown onto the floor, parts of the wall torn apart with doors closed except for one that leads to another room on the right side and a bookshelf leaning on one of the walls with some lights on but very dim while other lights seemed to be broken.

"Sheesh, this place seems like it got hit with a hurricane from Oum knows where." Nave said in surprised as the others were surprised as well with how messy the place is. Kahel saw a bench near the bookshelf and saw writing on it. But there was one thing that both Kahel and Nave could smell in this place, the one thing that made this place worth investigating….the smell of copper.

"Yeah and that smell of blood means we are in the right place." The fox faunus said in disgust as the archer walked into an opening to see on his left was a staircase going up, another room with a window as well as a window in the room he's in now. He looked through the window and saw something interesting.

"Hey guys, looks like there's a courtyard with a fountain in the middle of it." And sure enough, the boys walked over and saw the fountain in the courtyard. The lightning struck, illuminating it as they saw that the top was broken and parts that hold the water was chipped off. "Well that isn't creepy at all." It was then that they got a call on their radios, from Lisa.

'Boys? Can you hear me?' They heard her ask as Tyler replied back.

"We read you loud and clear Ms. Lavender. Can you and everyone hear us?"

'Crystal clear. Now, the audience is wondering what it is you boys are doing?' it was then that Kahel replied to her.

"We heard a report that the Faunus killer is hiding out here in this abandoned building and, with permission of course, we asked if we could investigate. We don't want anymore faunus to be killed by him."

'I see. That's very noble of you boys to enter here to stop him.'

"You know now that I think about it…" Nave said with a curious look on his face and curiosity filling his voice. "This place seems like there's more than meets the eye. Can you find out more about this place Ms. Lavender for us please? I rather not be in the dark about this place."

'I'll try to figure it out as I continue this livestream. In the meantime, if anything comes up or you find out more information about the killer, let me know ok? Even though the cameras are on, doesn't mean they can see the writing.'

"Roger that Ms. Lavender." Cobalt told her as he looked at Kahel. "Well, now what do we do?" Tyler then thought about it as he looked at the boys.

"How about we split up?" The three boys looked incredulous to the archer as he held his hands up. "It makes sense. We all can find more information like that. Like me and Cobalt can stay here and find more things in here while my brother here and Kahel go into that other room and finds more information there?" the boys all looked at each other and thought about it, knowing it made sense as they looked back.

"Good idea Fly Boy." Kahel nods as he looks at Nave. "Alright come on Wolfie, time to check out this room."

"Not you too Foxy." Nave groaned at the nickname as Kahel glared back at the wolf faunus at the jab back of the nickname. Both boys walked towards the other room to see another room on the right and a small hallway on the left with a window at the end of it. The other room had tiny doors up and down the wall with a door next to it with writings on the opposite side of the wall with another door closed in front of them. The other boys, as they see the other two walk in, see another room next to them as well, with what looks like a doctors chair in there.

"Oh hey look. I'm guessing this is a doctor's office. Maybe we can find more information in there." Cobalt said as he walked in with Tyler following in there. Once in there both boys already got an unusual vibe in there and weren't comfortable in the room as the were searching through the room

'Hey uh guys this is Leonard, can you all hear me?' They all heard Leonard over the comms as Tyler went to answer it, only to hear the other guys on the line.

'Lav here, reading loud and clear.'

'This is Sims reporting in…..Gif answer back!'

'What do you mean answer back? I'm right next to you idiot!'

'So? Lav is near Leonard and you don't hear them complain!'

'That's because you guys don't hear him ask for the sniper rifle every single time. It gets annoying.'

'Oh come on dude really?! I wanted us to sound cool for live tv not like this!'

"Guys!" Tyler yelled through the comms, getting annoyed at being interrupted when he was trying to talk to them and surprising the others. "We get it, you all have mommy issues and want to be hold but now it's time to get your shit together!" Cobalt was extremely surprised hearing that from the younger boy as he wasn't used to seeing him like this. "Now, is there anything you guys want to report? Cause right now I'm not in the mood for games, probably because of the room I'm in."

'Uuhh….right. Sorry about that guys, I guess we did get carried away. But we did find something unusual out here too, it's why we are talking so much. We're getting nervous about this place guys.' Lav apologized to them as he went into what he found.

'Yeah guys, this is way creepy than back with…you know who.' Gif chimed in as he continued on. 'We're seeing a lot of writing on the walls out here. None of it good. Sims, do you mind reading it and I hope the audience is hearing it.'

'Got it Gif, and I don't blame you. We're seeing writings saying "Get out!" and "There is no escape" along those lines but also there is something else…oh crap.'

"What? What is it?" Kahel asked as they were looking in the room as Nave decided to try to open one of the tiny doors.

"Geez these are rusted to smitherines! Gonna take all I got to open this." He grunted as he kept trying to open it. Meanwhile, the other two boys were opening drawers in the room with the doctor's chair in it and reading through the numerous papers of what they think is doctor's notes.

"Hey I got one, the name of Tarble Rash. Male, no age with it being wiped on the paper….weird…no reason for why he was in here. Except for wisdom tooth extraction." Tyler said out loud as he looked through another piece of paper. "Another one with…wait hold on a second." He went back to the papers again to look more into the papers he looked at. All the while, Cobalt went over to the chair to look at it closely, noting something that was strange.

"Hang on…..why are there…." He was looking at the chair to see a wheel on the bottom of it….and on arms there were restraints…as in to hold someone in the chair. "What…the…?" he whispered as Tyler's eyes widen at something.

"No that doesn't make sense! All of these say the same thing! Except…." He used his scroll to highlight the paper, only to see that there was hidden messages on the papers….left by not only the doctor's but of the faunus killer as well. "Oh….."

'Guys?' Sims said in a worried and scared tone… 'What does….Verruckt mean?' That's when they heard the frantic voice of the news reporter through the comms, shocking them all with the next words she said.

'GUYS! GET OUT OF THERE!' That's when the boys heard the door separating the two rooms closing and the power going off. All the boys were surprised to hear and see the door closed as both Cobalt and Kahel ran to the door and tried to open it from both sides.

"Ggggrrrrr come on….OPEN!" Kahel grunted as both boys struggled to open the door. Tyler then looked at the chair more closely as lightning struck again, showing something that shocked the boy, it showed blood on the chair, dry in certain areas but also….fresh blood in the chair and arms of the doctor's chair.

"Cobalt?" Tyler called out the his leader as the heir then gave up and heard his name called and ran back to the archer to see the blood just in time. "This was just recent. And with what I'm reading….." Tyler's eyes widen at what he just realized, just in time for Nave to open the little door, only for a sliding tray to slide out with a rotten body with a human in it, with a tag on it.

"Oh fuck! It's a dead body!" Kahel and the other boys heard him yell it out as Kahel ran back and saw the body itself. Tyler and Cobalt looked through a glass window of the door at the body. Their eyes widen at the fact as they heard Lisa on the line.

'Boys…oh I'm so sorry. I just got this information just now.' She said in a distraught voice as now Tyler was in full alert.

"Lisa calm down. I think I just figured it out too." Tyler said in a calm, but cold tone as the boys heard the conversation as Kahel called out from the other side.

"Alright Fly Boy. Then what is it then? Where are we then?" he said, starting to get annoyed not by the way the two people are talking, but by the situation. Tyler sighed as he looked at the fox faunus the radioed to Lisa.

"Ms. Lavender…would you like to tell everyone, including the people at home watching us, what you found out about this building?" he asked as the reporter cleared her throat and sighed.

'This building was abandoned for a reason. What I have found out was that, this building was here during the old times of Vale, as what people thought was a dentist and doctor's office. But as time went on, people, not just humans but faunus as well, were disappearing left and right, leading people to go to the doctor's office. By the time they did…well, it wasn't really reported but the building got closed down forever. Then a doctor found it some time later and found out what it was and continued it….with a new name.'

"Then after that, people kept disappearing left and right." Tyler continued on from what Lisa was saying as Cobalt and Kahel were surprised to hear this building lasted this long, but Nave was starting to realize where they are exactly. "From there, the doctor renamed the building and people finally found out but during that time for the doctor, they began to….well….send people to this place. At first, people were ok with it….however…."

'However, people started to become worried when the doctor became…..not so sane.' Lisa took over from there as lightning struck a few times around the night. 'that's when they discovered that the doctor was starting to make….experiments to other people. Unfortunately it made other people like the doctor and they managed to stop him, not after they killed him. But there was one word that people called him and the others. One very important word that stuck with the building and with the doctor. That word was….was…'

"Verruckt." The young boy said as he sighed and looked at the others. "Guys…this isn't just some abandoned building. It's one of Vale's most infamous buildings in all of Remnant. And the word came from the old Mantle language." He then cleared his throat as he began to say the words that he remembered reading back in Signal. "Willkommen in der Vale Verruckten-Anstalt." He said as Kahel raised an eyebrow at the way he said it, along with Cobalt as Lisa was a bit surprised hearing the old language and didn't know what it meant.

'And…what does that mean?' she asked scared of the response as now the rain had ceased outside. Tyler closed his eyes and opened his mouth.

"Welcome to the Vale's Crazy Asylum." The lightning struck once more after the sentence as the atmosphere grew tense around them. Cobalt realized the situation they were in as he bit back a growl in his voice.

"Great…..well there's no point turning back now."

"Kinda hard TO turn back with everything locked down." Kahel said wryly as he sees the door next to him.

"Then let's keep moving forward." Nave told them, seeing the same door then looking at the courtyard. He walked over to the window and saw something that looked like a power room. "Hey found a power room. Maybe we can turn it back on for this building." The others all nod hearing where the power room is. Tyler went back to the electronic door and looked through the glass. Then he looked behind him to see stairs leading upstairs then he looked back to see his brother looking through the glass. "I see you have a way to get upstairs guys. How bout we both try to find a way to get to the power room, maybe run into each other." Tyler nods as the two of them start to slowly back away from the door.

"Roger that brother. Stay safe out there." He turns around as he walks to the stairs with Cobalt in tow as Nave does the same.

"You too brother. Let's go Kahel." He said as he went to the door. "Hey Kahel help me with this will you?"

At Beacon, earlier with Ruby and Yang.

After the boys, Cobalt and Kahel, left to join the brothers for the mission, the sisters tried to get their teammates together for whenever they need help. They first found Blake, who was in the library looking into the White Fang. When they found her and tried to ask her to come, without explaining the situation, she didn't really want to come. But the moment Yang mentioned her boyfriend, she stopped what she was doing and followed them, with Ruby telling her that she will explain it later on why they need her. They were about to plan on trying to get Weiss as they went to the common room, only to find that she was already there…with Neptune sure but Sun and JNPR was in there as well. The sorta-not-a-couple couple were talking about something but to the surprise of RBY, the heiress wasn't really enjoying the conversation she was having with the blue haired boy. Sun, Jaune, Nora and Pyrrha were watching a game on the tv while Ren was meditating.

"Aw come on guys!" Sun yelled at the tv, pointing to something on it. "That was an easy play!" Jaune chuckled and shook his head as he put his hand on the monkey faunus.

"No. it actually really isn't an easy play. Look see if he went the way he was going he would have been out of bounds" Pyrrha watched on in surprise hearing that from her leader (and crush) then smiled on her face as she listened on to him while Nora was about to chant something about "Break their legs". Ruby then looked to the heiress and then smiled as she had a plan to get her away from Neptune. Using her semblance, she rushed over to her teammate.

"Hi bestie!" she says loudly to a surprised Weiss and Neptune, along with the others as they didn't know they were there. Sun especially since whenever he saw Blake, Cobalt would be with her but right now he isn't and said girl was looking around to find her boyfriend, only to see he isn't there.

"Wha?" was all Weiss had to say until Ruby grabbed her arm and looked at Neptune.

"We need to borrow her for a bit Neptune. Sorry!" She told him as she left him with the rose petals of her semblance covering him. The red reaper then reappeared to Yang and Blake with Weiss in tow, but now dizzy as she weakly shook off her leader.

"Ruby. Don't. do. That. Again." She scolds her as Blake then brings up her scroll to try to research more about the White Fang.

"Hehe…..uh sorry Weiss." Ruby sheepishly apologized to her as Blake then brought it up.

"So why are we here again?" she asked tiredly. She didn't get much sleep the other night so as of now she was exhausted. "You mentioned Cobalt and I thought he would be here. Where is he?" Weiss was confused about this as she looked at Ruby.

"Ruby? What is she talking about? Oh also it's nice to see you too Blake." The Ice Queen turned her attention to her faunus teammate who nods, knowing it has been awhile since they seen each other. Ruby sighs as she looks at the girls.

"Well…..it does have to do with the boys." That caught the monochrome duo's attention. But before the young rose could tell them what's going on, the tv goes static as Jaune and Sun groan which made Ren moan irritably at the other two boys from ruining his meditation. The others were confused as the screen then turned into five screens, four split and one more on top. Before anyone could say anything, they heard a voice coming through the tv.

'…be prepared for anything.' The sisters heard Jerry from the tv as the screen on top pops up to show to the surprise of everyone aside from Ruby and Yang, Lisa Lavender with her back turned with CKTN and the ex-soldiers about to step out of the van.

'Good luck in there boys. I'll keep in contact with all of you as we go on as well to ask you all questions while you're in there.' She told them as they all nod and leave the van, making sure to close the door behind them.

"Wait, why are they in Vale? In a van? With Lisa Lavender?!" Weiss exclaimed pointing to the screen. Blake had her eye widen seeing the boys leave while Lisa turns around to face the camera.

'Hello everyone, this is Lisa Lavender with a special report. We are live here in Vale and I do apologize for the sudden intrusion but…I did get the approval of the headmaster to ask a team at his school to help me with this investigation. As many of you know, we all had a deal of murders here in Vale and as a reporter, I know I cannot do something about it. At least not alone unless I want to be dead myself.' She tells the audience as everyone in the common room was shocked to hear that from the reporter. Nobody, except for a certain number of people, knew that she herself cared so much about everyone. At first, the others were skeptical due to hearing her before but now knew what she said was the truth, she couldn't do it or risk her life, something that Ruby and Yang didn't want to happen. 'so as I had already said, I asked for help. From the headmaster but before I even asked him, a team came to me for help with this similar case. Now there are three people in this van that I won't name due to their privacy. But the team we both asked each other to help me out, some people you may know, or maybe not. But this team is consistent of the heir of the Dragunov Weapons company in Mistrial, Cobalt Dragunov.' She says this as Cobalt's camera pops up with him looking at Kahel as the fox faunus was talking but no words came out, at least not yet. 'a fox faunus, Kahel Fuchs.' Kahel's camera turns on as the people in the common room plus the audience wherever they are, as they saw the other three boys nodding to whatever Kahel was saying. 'and two brothers, boys who I had know for quite a while. Nave and Tyler Convel.' Their cameras popped up at the same time as they entered the building. Then that's when Lisa realized something. 'Oh, my apologies, I forgotten to turn on their radios to listen in what they find out. Give me a minute everyone.' She goes on to turn on the audio but not before Weiss had to say something.

"Wait…so what does this have to do with us Ruby?" she asks her leader as Jaune finally chimed in with the others looking at the sisters.

"Hang on a second, so they're helping out the reporter with this investigation? What does that have to do with you guys?" Ruby sheepishly grinned as she looked at the others.

"Well…we were asked to give them back up if they need it." Weiss and Blake were stunned to hear that, and while Blake was a bit upset hearing that, she was glad to know that they didn't leave her out of it with her boyfriend already out there. Weiss however was now wondering why Kahel didn't go to her for help. She then thought about how she was with Neptune at the time and felt a bit guilty about that. Ruby then looked at the screen as she walked towards it. "And it looks like we both may have to help them Jaune. Look at the screen." That's when they all saw the boys enter the building with Nave making the first comment.

'Sheesh, this place seems like it got hit with a hurricane from Oum knows where." And from the other's point of view, he wasn't far from the truth. They saw the destruction of inside the building and how much is ruined. It wasn't until Kahel mentioned blood that made Blake's eyes widen as she walked towards the screen and look closely.

"Guys….where is this place?" she half asked, half demanded as Ruby smiled hearing that, knowing that she really does care and brings out her scroll.

"Here Blake. I'm sending you the address right now." The cat faunus got the notification as she looked down at it and her eyes widen again.

"Wait hold on guys! I think I know where this place is and what it is. Give me a minute and I'll find out." She tells them as she started to look for more information about the place on her scroll. Meanwhile the others were finding out about the building with Lisa staring at the screen.

'As you see, ladies and gentlemen, the inside of this building is completely damaged with no one in or out. This is our first look so now let us contact our team and see if they can hear me so they can give us an explanation as to what they are doing.' She then puts her hand over her ear and presses a button to contact them. 'Boys? Can you hear me?' The group then watched on as Tyler was the first one to answer back.

'We read you loud and clear Ms. Lavender. Can you and everyone else hear us?' Ruby smiled, hearing her boyfriend's voice as she now imagines him being a super hero like in the books she's read as she sees the other boys look at him but also looking around the area. As Lisa continues to ask the boys questions, including how they as well couldn't stand by and watch another faunus being murdered by this madman, everyone got a look at the place and immediately got a bad vibe of the place. They heard Nave speak up to ask Ms. Lavender something.

'This place seems like there's more than meets the eye. Can you find out more about this place Ms. Lavender? I rather not be in the dark about this place.' With that sentence alone, Blake was really looking into this building as she begins to see the history about this place. Sun got a look at his best friend's camera and shivered.

"Man, seems like some old abandoned doctor's office with the chair right there." He said as he pointed to the chair. He then sees Tyler looking through some papers with Jaune looking through Kahel's screen and seeing the little doors, raising an eyebrow.

"But then….what's with those doors?" Everyone, except Blake as she's still looking at her scroll, saw what he was talking about and was confused to what they were. They ignored the little comedy fight with the ex soldiers and Tyler going off on them as the knight continued on. "If this was a doctor's office, it wouldn't have those types of doors. And I've been to a doctor's office before."

"He's right." The Spartan added as she walked towards the screen with her eyes narrowed. As she looked at the doctor's office for herself, she notices that some things don't add up. The lights seem like there were off and had broken bulbs with papers scattered everywhere, then she sees Tyler pick up the papers reading off a name on it. "This doesn't seem like a regular office…" That's when they heard Blake gasp in shock as they turn back, not seeing Cobalt looking at said chair, and look at her. Her eyes were wide as she looked at Yang.

"Yang do you still have Lisa's number still?" Yang nods in confusion as she brings out her scroll she heard Nave complain about the little doors. Blake then quickly takes it as she immediately calls the number, making Yang raise her hands in response.

"whoa kitty cat, what is-"

"Not now Yang!" the cat faunus snapped back, surprising everyone. "We need to get them out of there NOW!" she yells out as now Ruby starts to get worried about what she found out. Lisa, on screen, felt her scroll go off as she grabs it and looks at the number, surprising her.

'Huh? Why is she calling me?' the reporter muttered as she showed her scroll to someone else as the other voice chimed in.

'Wait huh? Why is she calling you now at this time? I was wondering why she stopped responding.' They heard a guy's voice which surprised everyone except the sisters as Weiss was the one to voice it out.

"Was that Jerry?" she asked as JNPR and Sun were wondering who it was. Weiss saw the confusion and looked at the sister's for help. Ruby, who already told her teammates about the brothers' family and got to talk to the uncle and Jerry so they know who they are, nods to her to let the others know as well. The Ice Queen nods in response as she looks to the others to clarify to them. "That's the driver those Convels know, he works for their uncle. He's a good person, we both know." She points to Blake, who wasn't paying attention as she waits for Lisa to answer back. They didn't notice that Tyler was exclaiming about the papers and Cobalt finding the binds on the chair. Lisa sees something pops up as she answers the scroll.

'Hello?' she answers, only to get an immediate answer from Blake.

"Ms. Lavender this is a friend of this person's scroll, get those boys out of there!" she demanded as Lisa was surprised to hear something like that. But it was at that moment that her computer pulled up something off screen which was the same as Blake's scroll. She gasped at what was on there and the implications when everyone heard something that sent a sharp chill to everyone's spine.

'Guys? What does….Verruckt mean?' the tone of Sims, the ex military now bodyguard of Junior's club, sent off warning in everyone as Lisa quickly put her hand to her ear piece to try to alert the boys.

'GUYS! GET OUT OF THERE!' from there, Blake and the others watched on as the lights turned off for the boys and the electronic door that separated the team closed up on them. The group watched on as Cobalt and Kahel ran to the electronic door and tried to pry it open it.

'Ah shit this isn't good at all! I'm gonna try to get ahold of the others!' they heard Jerry call out as Blake started to head straight for the common room door.

"We need to go there now!" she stated as Ruby looked at the screen again closely.

"Blake, wait." The girl stopped in her tracks and turned to her leader with a glare as Nora and Ren look at the screen too as they noticed the same thing.

"What? Don't you want to go run off and save your boyfriend like me?" while those words were hurtful to the red leader, she ignored it as Ren spoke up.

"We wouldn't be able to. At least not yet." He said as he turned to the cat faunus. "That door is on an electronic lock, meaning they wouldn't be able to open it nor any other door that is included with it, which I'm also assuming that the door they came in from is on it as well." Blake growled at that when, surprisingly, Nora was the one that walked over to her and put her hand on her shoulder.

"Don't worry, everything will be fine." She told her with a smile. The others besides Ren was surprised to hear that from the energetic orange haired girl as Ren nods as well, looking back to the screen. "So let's hold on and wait to see-"

'Oh fuck! It's a dead body!' everyone heard the wolf faunus yell out as they all went back to the screen and saw his camera showing the rotten body with a tag on it. Nora, Weiss, Ruby and Yang all gasped at it while Blake, Ren, Pyrrha and Sun all had wide eyes as Jaune tried to hold in his lunch. Blake then looked at her boyfriend's screen as she saw the papers in the young archer's hands.

"Those….those papers are recent guys…..that wasn't in the article…." Blake said, still shocked seeing the body as the others saw the papers too. They saw the distraught look on the reporter's face as she closed her eyes to talk to the boys.

'Boys….oh I'm so sorry. I just got this information just now.' She said in the distraught tone. They all were about to say something when Ruby saw the look of her Ghost's eyes but then blinked when she saw his left eye change for an instant…then revert back to it's original color as he had a look of realization and a dark look in his eyes.

'Lisa calm down. I think I just figured it out too.' Everyone stopped and looked at the young boy through Cobalt's screen and was surprised and stunned at the tone he used, a calming but cold tone, something that doesn't belong to the happy-go-lucky archer who had smiles every time they were around. It was then that Blake's eyes widen even more.

"He knows…" she said softly, making them turn back to her as Kahel was asking the boy as said boy ask for the reporter's help for the audience.

"Blake?" Yang asked her, concerned about the situation the boys, and mainly her boyfriend Nave, is in now. Sun looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

"You know something about this creepy place then? Mind filling us in?" the cat faunus shook her head as she pointed to the tv.

"I….believe they will explain it better than me." She told them as they looked back at the screen as Lisa looked down and started to explain it to the others.

"Man….this building have been here for a long time then? How come we haven't heard of this building then?" the knight asked as Blake just kept looking at the screen. But for Ruby, who had a report about this building back in Signal, finally realized what the building is.

'Verruckt.' Ruby and Tyler said at the same time, with everyone looking at her surprised then back to the screen as the archer said the same thing. He sighed as he looked to the others as the group saw the seriousness in his eyes. 'Guys…this isn't just some abandoned building. It's one of Vale's most infamous buildings in all of Remnant. And the word came from the old Mantle language' they see him clear his throat as he uttered the words in the old tongue. 'Willkommen in der Vale Verruckten-Anstalt.' Weiss gasped in surprise hearing it as, well for one, she never thought that the archer could use the language, let alone fluently. And second, it's the words he said that chilled her bones with her eyes wide, along with Ruby and Blake with the others just surprised hearing the old language being used. That's when they saw the worried look on Lisa's face as she was afraid to ask the boy the one question that will most likely scare her viewers.

'And…what does that mean?' her voice sounding worried as everyone saw the young Convel close his eyes and muttered the chilling words to them and the viewers, along with his team.

'Welcome to the Vale's Crazy Asylum.' They saw the lighting of the lightning strike through the boy's cameras as the boys looked at each other as everyone at Beacon, aside from Ruby, Blake and Weiss, was shocked beyond hearing what this abandoned building was called and now was worried for the boys. They then heard the heir bite back a growl as he now spoke up.

'Great…..well there's no point turning back now.'

'Kinda hard TO turn back with everything locked down.' The fox faunus said wryly to which Ren agreed to it.

"He does have a point." Everyone gave him a look but then looks back at the boys who all decided to go their route to try to regroup to at the power room, as they knew that power was their only source to help them at this moment. And with that, they split up as Kahel and Nave went to open the door on their side as Tyler and Cobalt went to move the furniture to the upstairs to try to help them solve the mystery with the asylum and the mysterious guest that resides in it.

With Cobalt and Tyler

"Almost got it." Cobalt said as he and the archer just lift up the furniture and tossed it to the side as Tyler moved upstairs as Lisa came back in with an update.

'Hey boys, I know you all are trying to find the power but I have someone else coming in the call. And it's someone you know.' She told them as Cobalt was about to question it with who it was until the person answered.

'Hello Mr. Dragunov and greetings everyone.'

"Professor Ozpin?" Cobalt questioned in surprises as well as the other boys.

'Hold up. Professor Ozpin?' Nave questioned as the headmaster chimed back.

'indeed. Hello Mr. Nave, as well as you other boys. I am surprise to see you boys doing this for a reporter. But then again we all know that you boys will do above and beyond a regular hunter would do. Although I did wish you would've let me know ahead of time.' Cobalt had a sheepish grin hearing that, and not even seeing them can also feel the other boys doing the same thing.

"S-sorry Professor. But we had to get to the bottom of this. We didn't wa-"

'Calm down Mr. Dragunov.' The old headmaster said with a chuckle. 'I didn't say you were in trouble. I only said a fair warning would be helpful next time. Besides, Ms. Lavender has already asked me for permission.'

'It's true boys.' Lisa came back into the call. 'in any case, what are you boys-'

"Hey Cobalt?" They heard Tyler yell out from upstairs as Cobalt looked up. "You better get your ass up here now!"

Cobalt raised his eyebrows and ran upstairs to meet up with the young blue archer as Nave came into the comms.

'Uh guys? You'll never believe what we're looking at right now.'

"Does it have to do with….Cells?" As soon as the heir got up and heard that, he saw the door and looked through the little window of the door to see….exactly what his teammate saw, a long hallway with cells lined up, all dark with them not knowing what all is inside there with candles laying all around with none of them lit aside from the ones farther down the hall, with the wires above them throwing sparks all around, showing that the power is off and out.

"Shit…I don't like the look of this." Cobalt muttered as both boys looked at each other with Tyler sighing, with them thinking they heard an ominous voice singing in their ears with the cold words playing in both of the boys' head.

"Well this freaking sucks."

And with that, chapter is over. Right now Roman and Neo are not here right now. I already did this with Keeper, but I want to apologize to you guys. From the last upload my life has been….well let's say crazy and I had to step back. Mainly the things going on in my life was very….VERY bad. I had to deal with fake people who I thought I could trust, who I thought were my friends, only to find out that they were stabbing me in the back, making me go further down that dark road. So I had to get away and live somewhere that I am back to where I was before. And right now I can honestly say I feel like how I was when I started this story. So now, this story is back on and will keep going. But I apologize to every single one of you. I know I have said this countless times and that things happen again, but I want to thank you all for just being here, being fans of this story and reading on, I can honestly say that because of all of you and of Keeper that I can be myself and all that. So thank you guys and thank you again Keeper.

Neo: *sighs and raises her sign* Cinder. *puts it down and raises another sign* But to think I have two brothers in this too. And now I'm worried about them in this asylum. Are they gonna be ok?

Keeper: Yep we can do that as well as finish up the investigation arc of volume two. I mean at least this one. Also by the way. The room that they enter and when they separate? Imagine that as in the zombies map Verruckt, the starting area. Even when they get separated is part of the gameplay when you first start it up.

And as for the hallway that Cobalt and Tyler walk into? Yeah, that's more like Mob of the Dead/Blood of the Dead with the long hallway of cells. However I did combine the opening room of Mob/ when you first enter the prison in Blood with Michigan Avenue added with D Block without the stairs and the upper floor added to the long hallway. The candles and the wires sparking is referring to the teaser trailer of Blood even the song in the teaser. There are other references to other stuff but you guys have to look closely to see it.
