There has been a general talk around the whole hospital that its most romantically unapproachable but kindest bachelor has been finally shot by Cupid's arrow. It has started with the gentle slip of the tongue – the aforementioned doctor, in an attempt to gently let down a nurse from asking him out for dinner, has told her that he was unavailable because he was going out on a date. Everybody has tried to draw the professor out, but despite accepting their invitations, he remained nothing but colleagues to all of them. There are a lot of speculations going around as to who this lucky mystery woman is – people say that his mother had successfully talked him into a fixed marriage, some say that he has loved Song-hwa all along, and others think that he had met her on a blind date. They have hypothesized almost all possibilities but none of them had ever come up with the truth.

Gyeo-ul remains out of the spotlight as Jeong-won is bombarded by ridiculous questions, mostly from the female nurses and doctors. He refuses to name her yet; they don't want another situation like the ones with the professors happening again. There is safety and peace in their little bubble and they want to stay there for as long as they can.

All these rumors have been the cause of an emergency meeting among Dr. Bong and the residents who frequent on his regular gossiping sessions about the Lacking Five. They are very interested, since it's a development that can easily affect the lives of their other professors. Gyeo-ul, out of her fear of being caught red-handed, doesn't want to join in on their discussions, but with her bailing, it would be suspicious for her since she has always displayed an interest on Jeong-won. Plus, Min-ha has been worried that she hasn't said anything about it yet, knowing that she has had a crush on her for a long time.

Min-ha has brought everyone drinks and, with Dr. Bong sitting casually among the residents, she begins the opening remarks with a question, "Do you know who she is?" The question is for the sake of her friend who has remained silent about the matter. She has believed that Gyeo-ul's silence is caused by the pain from the news.

Dr. Bong shakes his head sadly. "No. I've asked Jeong-won about it, but he finds a way to divert it. He is being very secretive about it. It's odd."

"Could it be because it's someone we know?" Chi-hong expresses, his assumptions focusses not on the subject itself but on his friend. "Maybe it is Professor Chae after all."

Dr. Bong laughs at the implausibility. "If Jeong-won did like Song-hwa, he would've made it known a long time ago. And they've never really appeared as if they were more than friends."

"I've heard from Professor Jun-wan that he has met her," Jae-hak adds the doctor, his eyes wide with excitement. "I think that Jeong-won's relationship has contributed to his good mood. He often complains about his mooching off him; he definitely has been doing it less."

Dr. Bong nods, clapping his hand. "I heard that they all met her for dinner. Ik-jun has the most enthusiasm about it."

"Do we need Professor Ik-jun here?" Min-ha wonders out loud. She glances at Gyeo-ul who has been staring down as she sips on her coffee. "Gyeo-ul, are you okay?"

She murmurs yes and returns to her coffee. She doesn't want to say anything; she's almost certain that between Jeong-won and herself, she is the most likely candidate to accidentally reveal their relationship.

Dr. Bong has taken Min-ha's recommendations and decided to call on reinforcements. Ik-jun arrives to their meeting with a giant smile on his face. He has brought several cakes with him. He knows what topic they are currently discussing so he couldn't hide his surprise when he sees Gyeo-ul there. But he keeps his mouth shut until the questions came.

"Does she work here, Professor?" Min-ha asks curiously. She eyes her friend again.

Ik-jun sighs and waves his hand. "You guys are ridiculous. How come you're so curious about Jeong-won's love life? Can't you just let the guy do what he wants?"

"Professor Lee," Jae-hak starts with a smile. "This is like a miracle in the hospital, you know. He has never dated until now. Is the world coming to an end? Probably!"

Ik-jun shakes his head. "The guy is in love and that's all I'm at liberty to say." He looks at Gyeo-ul knowingly and drinks his coffee.

But Dr. Bong notices it. "Gyeo-ul." Everybody stares at her at the mention of her name. "You're working with Ahn Jeong-won. Didn't you ask him about it?"

She opens her mouth to say something, but no word comes out. She suddenly tenses up, her anxiety coming out into the surface. She has never been much of a liar so if she does say something, they'll know immediately. Her silence is her best defense, but she can't run behind it forever. Just when she's about to say something, someone saves her.

From across the room, Jeong-won yells out her name, his arm waving towards her direction. "Gyeo-ul! Did you have lunch yet?"

She smiles at him and leaves Dr. Bong's salon. She approaches Jeong-won enthusiastically. "I ate with Min-ha." The mention of her name suddenly reminds her of the reason why she was at the cafeteria in the first place. She turns her head slowly to the doctors she has stupidly abandoned.

Min-ha's mouth has dropped, Jae-hak has an ashamed expression on his face – possibly from the fact that he failed to connect the lines – Chi-hong's eyes have widened, Dr. Bong has bitten his lips to stop his grin, and Ik-jun has a disgusted grimace.
