About 3 years later, Raven was starting to feel really sick in the mornings and wanting to eat the weirdest foods. At random times she'd get a headache or a random stomach ache. They'd left the island two years ago, and now they were living in the last part of the Hotel Denouement - Dewey and Kit's underground home.
"You need to take a pregnancy test," Violet would tell Raven everyday. Raven would just laugh and say it was just an illness. Violet frowned.
"Are you sure about that?" She asked. Raven nodded.
"Babe, you've had random mood swings," Quigley told her. Raven shrugged.
"Hormones," she told them.
"Ow! Ravey! Sunny bit me!" Beatrice cried, running up to her sister. Raven sighed and picked Beatrice up. She turned to Violet.
"Violet," she started. Violet nodded before Raven could finish her sentence, and turned to Sunny.
"Stop biting Bea," she told her. Sunny smiled and walked into the kitchen. Violet sighed and turned to Raven.
"Please take a test darling," she said. Raven sighed.
"Fine!" She huffed. Violet smiled.
"Thank you,"
About 8 months later, Raven was ready to have her baby. She had decided on a name. Melody. She chose that as a name because when she was younger, her father would always sing to her and she enjoyed music. Melody was the daughter of Quigley and Raven, but they'd both agreed Violet was a mother too. Beatrice grew more and more jealous because she liked being Raven's favourite. Sunny was also getting jealous because she enjoyed being Violet's favourite.
2 weeks later, Melody Baudelaire-Quagmire was born. Raven smiled at her daughter.
"She's gorgeous," she whispered. Quigley nodded.
"She got her mother's looks," he whispered to her. Raven smiled at him.
"And her father's, " she whispered back. Quigley kissed her forehead. Violet took Melody out of Raven's arms and smiled.
"Our baby," she whispered. Raven nodded and smiled.
