Before we get into this chapter, I realized that I forgot to make an update as far as Izuku learning a new technique. So here we go!
By fusing Power Stack with OFA, Izuku has tapped into a new ability. He can now generate wind pressure.
Wind Pressure: Once given the power of OFA. Izuku will be able to weaponize and generate wind pressure. With a simple flick of the fingers, he could release a power gust of wing to blow his opponents away. Meanwhile a punch will blow a stronger gust of wind. Other abilities such as a hook or an uppercut will blow different kinds of winds to keep his opponents at his toes. He must also control how much wind he releases (Which shouldn't really be an issue).

Chapter 27: The fated Finale! Deku vs Bakugo!
The time finally came. It was the final round of the Sports Fest. Izuku was doing some warmups while Katsuki was doing the same in another room. "Alriiiiiiiiiiight!" Present Mic said, "Without further adieu, it is time for the final round of the Sports Festival!" The crowd started to go wild.
Izuku and Katsuki looked at each other, both of them ready for the fight. "May the best man win Kaachan," Izuku said. Katsuki smirked and said, "I plan to." They started to walk out. "In this corner, we have the hot headed explosion boy who's personal weapon is his own sweat, a man who hopes to be a living legend, the one and only Katsuki Bakugo!" Present Mic said, "And in this corner, we have a boy who can stack channel energy to his limbs or his entire body to make himself stronger, a boy who lives up to All Might, let's give it up for Izuku Midoriya!"
The two of them went to the stage and faced each other. "Better give it your all Deku," Katsuki said.
"I was gonna say the same thing," Izuku said to him. "Ready?!" Present Mic said, "CLASH!"
The two of them clashed at each other with a kick and a punch. Izuku saw an opening and went for the leg. Izuku grabbed Katsuki's leg and tossed him around. KAtsuki quickly got back up and charged an explosion in his hand. He then threw it at Izuku.
Izuku channeled energy to his legs and jumped. He then landed down, and switched the quirk's energy to his arms, doing a punch to the ground to try and get Katsuki off balance.
"Nice try!" Katsuki said. He threw more explosions at Izuku and he narrowly dodged them with the power stack charged to his legs. When he was close enough he let loose with a hard punch. "Detroit…. SMASH!"
He punched Katsuki in the face and he was sent flying. Ochako and Camie were watching the match. "Man this fight is getting intense!" Ochako said. "Well, what did you expect from the strong power from both our boyfriends," Camie commented.
Both Izuku and Katsuki were looking at each other. "You got some skills, I'll give you that Deku," Katsuki said, "But I'm sure you can do better than that. Show off that whip technique you had." Izuku thought for a moment.
"I can't," he said. Katsuki was confused. "What do you mean?" Katsuki asked.
"I don't know," Izuku said, "I guess it was a fluke the first time." "Doesn't matter," KAtsuki said, "This is still gonna be a good match!" KAtsuki used his explosions to propel himself closer to his childhood friend. Izuku thought back to his conversation with All Might.
A few minutes ago
"So you unlocked a new skill that somewhat resembles your mother's and that black whip like substance, right," All Might said. Izuku nodded thinking about his match with Todoroki.
"I just let loose with a punch and suddenly a burst of wind came out," he explained, "Though it seemed uncontrollable at first." All Might nodded. "I see," he said, "And up next is your match with young Bakugo." Izuku was excited and yet nervous at the same time. "For the wind technique, I can offer you some good advice," All Might said, "Try and think of a technique in which you can blow wind at the full force of a pebble. But I'm not sure what i can tell you to help with the whips."
Izuku heard his father's words ringing in him like a jellyfish. HE put two of his fingers together and aimed at Katsuki. "The Full force of a pebble!" he said, "Deleware SMASH!"
He flicked his fingers and a strong gust of wind was fired at Katsuki pushing him back. Izuku then followed with a combo hit. Katsuki jumped back before he could take anymore hits.
Aizawa smirked. "This just got a lot more interesting," he said. "I'll say!" Present Mic said, "Two best friends/rivals going toe to toe, and yet learning new techniques along the way!" Katsuki smirked. "I will say you've gotten stronger Deku," he said, "You have gotten stronger."
"You've gotten stronger too, Kaachan." Izuku replied, "Let's give it our all. Our girlfriends are watching." "Couldn't have it any other way!" Katsuki said, charging up explosions. Izuku channeled up power across his entire body going Full Cowl.
He lunged at Katsuki. "This seems dangerous, but it's my best shot!" he said. He did an uppercut on Katsuki sending him flying. Izuku then jumped up and did a few punches. When he was higher he started falling down and channeling energy into his arm.
"Del Rio SMASH!" The punch connected and sent KAtsuki falling like a shooting star. Izuku landed and was still kicking in Full Cowl. Katsuki got back up ready to continue.
He rushed at Katsuki with a punch, as Katsuki used a smokescreen to dodge. A few minutes later, the 2 were panting and slowly getting tired with no one getting the upper hand on the battle. The 2 jump away from each other, "Hey Kaachan, one last move?" Izuku asked. "Sure, one last move. Let's end this. I'm getting bored now."
Izuku slowly increases the percentage of Power Stack+ as the ground near him slowly cracks and lightning cracks around his figure. "Power Stack+ Full Cowl! 20%!" Katsuki jumps up in the air, using his quirk to spin in a circle faster and faster, an explosion going off around him. The air around the stadium gets hotter and hotter as the explosions get bigger and bigger. "What's going on here?" Present Mic said, "This isn't Dragon Ball!" Ochako and Camie stared at the battlefield. "Come on Deku you can do it!" Ochako said.
Izuku prepares for an attack as Katsuki's figure approaches him.
"Carolinaaaaaa…."
"Howlitzerrrrrrr….."
"Smashhhhhh!/Impactttttt!"
The 2 attacks collide and a huge plume of smoke and debris from the arena rises up. "Midnight, Cementoss, can you see something from down there?" Mic asks the 2 referees.
"Negative mic, there is a lot of smoke here and from what it looks like the arena has also been completely destroyed." Midnight announced.
As the smoke clears, we see 2 figures on the broken, destroyed arena, both standing, barely conscious. Midnight and Cementoss walk towards 2 boys.
"Mic we have a development in the arena." Midnight told on the walkie-talkie she had. "Both the contestants, Midoriya and Bakugou are still standing."
Just as midnight finished the announcement, Izuku's figure sways slightly as izuku falls to his knees. His arms were glowing red from overuse. "You done yet Kacchan?" he asked. By this time, the smoke had cleared and all the cameras panned and focused on the 2 students, the crowd held their breath waiting for their winner to be announced.
"In your dreams nerd," Katsuki replied to Izuku's questions before he collapsed to the ground followed by Izuku. "Ok, I'm done. Heh." "me too," Izuku commented, "I think for now… we can call this a draw." "Nah, you won, man." Katsuki told izuku. "You fell after me so by the rules you've won."
"Ladies, and gentlemen, we have our winner. Izuku Midoriya of class 1-A has won this year's sports festival. I repeat, izuku midoriya of class 1-A has won this year's sports festival."
"Told you." Katsuki told Izuku with a smile. "Congrats…. Midoriya"
Later the awards ceremony was going underway. "Here to present the medals, All Might!" Midnight said. All Might appeared in muscle form. "I am here! With medals!" he said, "In third place, Shoto Todoroki, who finally accepted that he cannot fight with half of his strength alone." He gave the medal to Todoroki who took it proudly.
He then went to Katsuki Bakugou. "In second place, we have Katsuki Bakugou, who still gave it his all to his opponents, because he respected their strengths!" All Might continued, "You put up an incredible fight in the finals." Katsuki smirked.
"And in 1st place, Izuku Midoriya!" All Might said giving the first place medal and a cash prize to him, "You've put up a hard fight against those who you were up against. And I must say that I was touched by that heartfelt speech for young Uraraka. A hero who helps others before helping himself is a great hero indeed!"
Izuku smiled and took the prize. "Do you have any words for the public?" All Might asked.
Izuku took the microphone. "I am Izuku Midoriya, a student at U.A," he begun, "And I'm here to become a great hero. With my quirk and my friends by my side, I will make that dream a reality. Like it or not, YOU CAN'T STOP ME!"
"Well said young Midoriya, now everyone say it with me," All Might said, "PLUS ULTRA!" "PLUS ULTRA!" said the audience. Izuku looked to All Might. "Weren't you supposed to say it with them?" he asked.
Izuku looked around for Iida. "Where's Iida?" he asked. "He had to leave early," Momo answered, "Family matters." He heard running footsteps. Ochako was running straight towards him and jumped to hug him.
"DEKUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" she said, "Congratulations." Izuku hugged her back. "You inspired me to keep going, so thank you," Izuku said.
They looked at each other for a few minutes. Izuku closed his eyes and was about to kiss Ochako. She dipped him down and kissed him. The kiss earned a loud cheer from the entire audience. Katsuki gave Izuku a thumbs up. Kurumi hugged Maruki out of joy. Inko was crying a river of tears. "OH MY BABY!"
A few days later.
As Izuku and his friends settled down for class, Aizawa walked in. He was bandage free and in good health. "Good morning everyone," he said. "Glad to see that you're back in shape Mr. Aizawa," Tsu said.
"Great work on the Sports Festival, all of you. Even those who feel like they didn't do too well in the sports fest." Aizawa told the class. He turned to Midoriya.
"And you Midoriya," he said, "That was a pretty explosive fight in the final round," Aizawa said, "But try to get a better handle on that power alright?" Something seemed off about the class. "So is someone missing from our class?" Kenshi asked.
"Well, we've gotten a few complaints about a certain someone being perverted constantly," Aizawa explained, "So he's been kicked from your class." The girls cheered. Izuku noticed that Iida was a little off edge. "Is everything ok?" he asked him. Iida turned to Izuku. "I'm fine Midoriya, please hold your concern," he said.
"Now with that out of the way, with me I have offers for internships for all of the students, those that didn't get any can choose from the ones that I will hand you. Now here are the list of the students and the number of offers they have gotten."

"Holy shit!" Mina said, "Midoriya's got more than Todoroki!" "Now you all have one final task for which I'm going to be asleep but someone else will be taking my stead," Aizawa told the class before he passed out
"And that someone is me!" Midnight said as he appeared from the other side of the door. "You all will be choosing hero names for your internships." "HERO NAMES, YEAAAAAAAA!" Kaminari shouted. "And be careful because these names stick for a loooooong time." midnight warned. The class began writing down their names.
15 minutes later…
"Alright class, it's almost time," Midnight said, "For those of you who are ready, come on up and share your name!" "I shall go first mon amis," Aoyama said walking up. "Kid's got some balls," Kirishima said. Aoyama presented his hero name.
"The sparkling hero: The shooting Star that cannot stop twinkling!" "COME ON!" The class shouted. Midnight walked up. "Good start, but possibly take out the "Cannot stop twinkling" part," she said, "That way it'll be easier to understand." "Yes yes," Aoyama said, "Too right mademoiselle."
Mina went up next. "Alright, my turn!" she said, "My codename; The Alien hero: Acid Queen!" Midnight trembled by that name. "Like that monster from the movies?" She asked, "I don't think so." Mina went back to her seat. "Motherfucker," she said.
Tsu raised her hand. "How about I go next?" she asked. "Get on up here!" Midnight said. Tsu shared her name with the class. "This is a name I had since Grade School," Tsu said, "Call me the Rainy Season Hero: Froppy." "Incredible!" Midnight said. The crowd cheered, "Froppy! Froppy! Froppy! Froppy!"
Next was Camie. "My turn," she said, "The glamorous hero; Miss Illusion!" Midnight had sparkles in her eyes. "What an incredible hero name!" she said, "Brings glamour to my eyes."
Momo looked to Kenshi who had multiple ideas written down. "Kenshi what's wrong?" she asked. "Nothing," Kenshi said, "I guess its just a little hard to come up with a good name. And also an alias."
Momo smiled. "Try making the name resemble what you like most," she said. That gave Kenshi an idea. "Wow, you're really creative when it comes to helping others," he said. This in turn gave Momo a name idea.
Izuku was having a hard time with a name as well. Ochako noticed. "Deku what's wrong?" she asked. "Before I met Dad Might in person I had a lotta names that closely resembled his," he whispered to her, "But now that he entrusted me with his quirk, I couldn't possibly take these names."
Ochako kissed his cheek. "I know you'll think of something," she said.
Jirou turned to Kaminari. "I got an idea for you," she said, "How about Jamming Yay." Kaminari thought for a minute. "Oh, like the guy who did a farewell to arms," he said. "No….. because even though you're all-powerful you always…" Jirou said before laughing. "Come on stop fucking with me!"
Jirou went and introduced her name. "The hearing hero: Low-Q!" "Such quality!" Midnight said.
Shoji went up next. "Tentacole!" "Tentacool," Midnight commented.
Sero introduced his name. "The taping hero: Cellophane."
Ojiro went up with his name. "The Martial Arts Hero: Tailman!" "Great pun!" Midnight said.
"If he's gonna be Tailman, then I'm the Sweet Taste Hero: Sugar Man!" Sato said.
Mina went up with another name. "PINKY!" she shouted. "Peachy pink perfection!"
Kaminari went up next. "I'm the Stun-Gun hero: Chargebolt!" he said.
Up next was Momo who had her name thought out. "My wish is to not bring shame to this name." she said, "I'm the Everything Hero: Creati!" "Creat-ive!" Midnight commented.
Ochako went up with her hero name. "From here on out, I am Uravity!" Ochako said. Izuku smiled and blew her a kiss.
Everyone had incredible names to share. The only ones left were Iida, Kenshi, Katsuki, Shoto and Izuku.
"I am Tenya," Iida said. "Going with your name are you?" Midnight asked. "Yes, i do have a name in mind but i need to prove my worth to be able to represent the name as a hero."
Kenshi went up with his hero name. "I came up with this name off of my love for video games," he said, "You can call me, The Gaming Hero: Arcade Man!" Midnight clapped her hands. "A piece of advice though," she said, "Why not make it 'Captain Arcadia'." "I like that," Kenshi said.
Izuku then went in with his hero name. "Up until now I didn't really care for this name, but then an important person in my life changed the meaning of the word," he started, "And now I'm going to use this name proudly, and prove that I'm a hero who never gives up!"
He presented his name to the class. "From now on, I am, The Powerhouse Hero: Deku!" The class cheered. "Your name matches your quirk," Midnight said, "That's pretty amazing!" Katsuki smirked.
Katsuki walks up next, with a board in hand, "I'm the explosive hero: Lord Explosion Murder!" "try again, kid." "the explosion hero: King explosion Murder." "still a no from me."
"Hey Kaachan, try ground zero or magnaton." Izuku suggested. "Those sound nice, but I prefer Magnaton." Midnight commented.
"I like it. I am The Explosive hero: Magnaton." Katsuki finally announced.
Shoto walked up last, with an empty board. "Hey Todoroki, as class rep, would you mind if I suggest a name?" Izuku asked. "Sure, Midoriya." "since you can use fire and ice, maybe Frostfire or frostburn or something like that?"
"hmmmmmm. I'm going with frostburn. From now on, I'm the Fire and Ice hero: FrostBurn." Shoto announced, gaining a cheer from the class. The bell rang. "And that about does it for this class," Midnight said, "Take the week to decide which hero you want to intern under."
Everyone was heading back to their dorms. Izuku and Ochako went back to his dorm room, hand in hand. After taking care of homework, they spent the next hour making out like hormonal teenagers. Izuku thought for a moment.
"Deku, what's wrong?" She asked. Izuku looked at his hands. "Sometimes I wonder…. If it's ok to have my rough, battle scarred hands on something this beautiful," he said.
Ochako took his arm. "What are you saying? I love these hands, because I can tell your feelings with it. To me, these are the hands of a hero who never gives up." She softly felt his hands. "And the scars on your hand, those are just reminders of everything you've faced, and they show you that you survived great trials."
Izuku smiled as Ochako continued to speak. "More importantly, you're always so gentle when you have your hands on me," she said, "Even if your hands aren't always the prettiest hands, they tell me everything I should know about you."
Izuku smiled. "It's an honor," he said.
Ochako giggled. "An honor!" She snuggled into Izuku's arms. "I feel so safe with you," she said.
Toshi was going through a list of pro heroes who were aiming to have Izuku for their internship. "He certainly has gotten popular since the sports fest," he said. There was one name that struck him. "Wait," he said, "This can't be…."
