Here is the next chapter. Please read and review love Hermione xx

Hermione entered the bank and was shown to her vaults quickly. They contained a lot of money and she quickly withdrew twenty thousand galleons not sure how much a wedding dress cost. She looked in the vault whilst Molly and Ginny waited outside for her. She walked around her vault looking to see if there was anything interesting in there which would pique her interest. She was here after all so there was no point wasting the trip. She soon found a jewellery spot something she had not even been thinking about much less expecting. She frowned at that. She was never one to think naturally of things like make up and jewellery. I mean you couldn't learn anything from them so she just didn't see the point in them. It was for this reason that she didn't have too many female friends as no one much understood her extreme thirst for knowledge.

She opened a box near her and squeaked at the beauty inside it. It was a stunning tiara which was crystal and sapphire covered. The centre of it was covered with large whole sapphire stones which were all surrounded by medium sized crystals. Looking to the side of it she noticed matching long earrings and a gorgeous heart necklace which looked almost like the one from that titanic movie. She closed the box and took it with her. This was something blue and something borrowed. Well from the family vault but borrowed no less. She'd be returning it afterwards. She emerged to find Ginny about ready to burst into the vault if she didn't finish up in there soon.

"Well I'm all done now. Let's go wedding dress shopping. Molly is there any traditional style gowns women usually wear? I have an idea of what I'd like to buy but I would still like to know. Every girl always has a dream of what they're wedding dress will look like as a young girl. It would not be normal if they didn't!" she said as they rode in the cart up to the surface again.

"Well Hermione to be honest there is no real traditions except for the fact that people do not usually choose dresses of an outrageous colour such as blue or green or something. I have been in touch with your mother. She will meet us as the bridal boutique in Hogsmeade!" she said as they arrived to the top of the bank and then used their floo with their permission to go to the Three Broomsticks. They exited the Three Broomsticks and headed to the bridal store where Hermione's mother Miriam was waiting.

"Oh mum it's so good to see you. I can't believe I've met my soul mate. Did the people from the Ministry who saw you both explain it well enough?" she asked running over and deeply hugging her mother who squeezed her so tight a tear escaping her eyes.

"Yes it's wonderful to see you darling. Yes they told us everything. We didn't understand at first and had to have two of those calming draft things but its ok now. Your father is so happy for you. Now I know you were getting money from your vault to buy the wedding dress. Hey what's in the box?" she asked pointing to the box under Hermione's arm.

"It's my jewellery and head piece for my dress. I found it in the vault. Look" she said opening it as her mother looked close to fainting but didn't.

"Hermione I have never seen anything so gorgeous. Ugh let's just get you a dress ok?" she asked moving into the store.

Inside there were rows and rows of dresses with luxurious cream carpets. There were pale blue couches in the centre of the room with a walkway in front of them. A beautiful woman came and introduced herself.

"Hello I'm Alexandra Bluff and I will be looking after you today. Which one is my bride today?"

"I am ma'am!" Hermione responded stepping forward.

"Yes very good indeed. Well you ladies can take a seat here while me and this fine lady go and find the dress of her dreams" she instructed as the others sat down although Ginny really looked like she didn't want to do that but did it without fuss because the shop was so fancy.

Hermione perused the shelves for a while until she finally found what she was looking for. It was a stunning cream tea length gown with sleeves and a beautiful sweetheart neckline. It ended just after her calves. She put it on along with some t bar cream coloured heels fitted with a comfort charm and cried at herself in the mirror. She had never been the most beautiful girl but here and now she certainly looked like it. She managed to collect herself momentarily as she walked out to the walkway where they were waiting. Hermione hadn't taken so long knowing what she would want to buy. For her people who took too long to shop were annoying. It didn't need to take hours if you knew what you wanted.

Miriam cried when she saw her daughter and how gorgeous she looked. Hermione was confused. "Do you not like it mum?" she asked as her mother looked shocked.

"For someone who knows everything sometimes you can be so thick! I love it. I'm crying because you look like an angel doesn't she girls?" she asked both Molly and Ginny who agreed.

"Oh Hermione my darling you look wonderful. Will you be wearing a veil?" Molly asked as Hermione looked shocked.

"Oh goodness me no! I mean I have this to wear instead!" she said opening the box and showing the both of them who gasped as they had not seen it earlier on when her mother had. Ginny squeezed her mothers hand hard as she knew her mother had always hoped someone would wear her veil when they first married someone in their family. It just wasn't to be and Hermione didn't like it. Molly was so sad about that but agreed not to say anything about it if it would hurt Hermione. She was still thinking about her Ginny marrying Harry surprised when Ginny said Luna Lovegood was his girlfriend.

"Yes well Ginny dear it doesn't really matter. I mean girlfriends come and go all the time. Marriage is for life!" she said as Ginny smiled at her a thing which did not go unnoticed by Hermione who scowled deeply. She would need to tell Fred about this later on. Approaching the cash register now in her ordinary clothes she paid the two thousand galleons for the dress and shoes before they left to have a meal in the Three Broomsticks. When the meal was finished they returned again to the shop to get Ginny a bridesmaid dress.

"Actually you guys I want two bridesmaids so I have invited Luna to join us here. She is Harry's girlfriend therefore she is important to me because he is!" she said as Ginny and Molly looked thunderous but tried to hide it well.

"Hermione dear I assure you Fred will only have George as his best man are you really sure having an uneven number will be good?" Molly asked in barely concealed rage.

"Molly he never does anything without George and Lee and I happen to know he's already asked Lee as George told me this morning as we were leaving. Oh Luna there you are. Come on and let's get your dress. I am so happy you can join us. Harry told me about your situation" she said as Luna smiled brightly her eyes twinkling with joy.

"Yes I know he did. I am happy he did too. I mean I had always just thought he'd tell you about us straight away but he waited which was nice. Don't worry. Now which colour must I choose?" she asked as Hermione hugged her close.

"You should pick Sapphire blue please. You may choose anything you like but I would prefer it if Ginny went first. It would just be easier for me that way" she said as a shocked Ginny who was truly delighted to be selected to go first ran off with her mother trailing behind her.

"They've been talking about her marrying Harry. Make sure when you select your dress it's better then Ginny's because she'll be wearing whatever she chooses and will not be allowed to change her mind later. You're my maid of honour ok just don't tell her that because it will no doubt cause the two of them to have a tantrum which is something I can't deal with anymore" she said as Luna got a steely look in her eyes Hermione had rarely seen there.

"I will don't you worry about that!" she said seriously

Ginny picked out a provocative dress which was long with beads all over the bust of it and a long sheer slit in the back. No doubt it was meant to excite Harry when he saw it or some such nonsense. Hermione paid for it quickly so they couldn't change their mind and then had Luna go and search for a dress after making sure she'd seen Ginny in her dress first.

"It must just be the same colour but can be any design you like!" she said as Luna left.

"With any luck it might actually look normal!" Ginny sneered to her mother who rolled her eyes and laughed thinking Hermione hadn't heard them. Luna returned wearing some silver heels and a tea length gown which was sapphire blue in colour and a slight v neck in it. It didn't have long sleeves but had thick strap style sleeves instead. The skirt section of the dress was made of light chiffon material. How had she managed to match Hermione so effortlessly.

"I hope you approve of it Hermione. I have no idea what your dress looks like of course but this one appealed to me is it ok?" she asked as Ginny's mouth flew open in shock. Luna looked wonderful. There was no other way to say it.

"Luna you look divine. Also as Harry is my best friend and it would be rather weird for him to stand up there with me will you do me the honour of being my maid of honour?" she asked as Ginny went red with rage.

"What about me? I was actually here when you got your dress and everything. I know you much better then Lovegood ever could!" she snapped as Hermione looked at her.

"Yes well Harry is my best friend and as I said he cannot stand there so she will instead. Anyway I like Luna. If you're going to complain about it do so to someone who cares. When you are your age I expect you to act it not like a two year old!" she snapped back.

"I am so sorry ma'am. We'll pay for this dress and be on our way. Ginny you are not my best friend. You are Fred's sister and he is lucky to know you. Thank you for being there with me!" she said once more kindly although she was seething inside.

"Hermione where will you have the afters of your wedding? We didn't even think of that! Will it be in a hotel or something?" Miriam asked then as everyone looked at her in shock.

"Well…" she went to answer but before she could Molly answered for her.

"Nonsense it will be on the Burrows of course!" she said seriously as everyone looked at Hermione for confirmation of what she was saying.

"Well actually Molly while it is kind of you to say that it is also presumptuous. I will speak with Fred and we alone will decide where to have an after party. Don't worry though I'm sure what we decide on together will suffice!" she said with an air of finality which ended the conversation. From that point on it wasn't discussed. That night as Hermione slept she had nerves for her upcoming wedding but was also very excited. It would be a wonderful time for sure. She'd have to tell Fred about Molly and Ginny though and wasn't looking forward to that. One step at a time though eh? It would be very interesting tomorrow when he found out.
