It has been a few days, since Vader has arrived on the Death Star. He noticed the crew seemed to be working faster, but not fast enough. They still weren't nearly as close to be done as the should be. He wasn't sure when his master was supposed to be arriving, but he didn't think they would be done and dreaded hearing what his master was going to say.

"Lord Vader."

He turned around as his Commander walked over to him. "What is it, Commander?"

"We just receive a transmission, that the emperor was coming out of lightspeed and should be arriving shortly." The Commander said.

Vader could sense his fear, for he too knew the emperor wasn't going to be pleased with all the work that still needed to be done.

"Very well. Make sure everyone is prepared for his arrival and waiting in the landing bay." Vader said as the Commander.

He turned back around to the window looking out. He knew his master wasn't going to be happy and he was going to be the one to pay for it, not these idiots.

He thought back to an older life, when the emperor was once his friend. He was the one person, besides Padme and Obi-Wan he could truly tell his feels too. He even told him things, he didn't tell Padme and Obi-wan. It was why he so easily believed him and trusted him when he said he had the power to save Padme. Soon after everything happened, his friendly ways cease to exist. It didn't take him long to realize it was all a trick, but he was to far gone to really care or do anything. He was all he really had left.

He quickly left the bridge figuring he better be there and ready before his master go there to not upset him anymore.

He soon arrived at the landing bay as the emperor's shuttle begun to land. He noticed the officers and Imperial Troopers standing by waiting for the Emperor's arrival. He stopped before the shuttle and kneeled before the shuttle as the ramp started to lower.

He watched at the emperors guards all dressed in red walked down first and then the Emperor slowly made his way. Dressed in his dark robes with the hood covering his scared up face. He watched as he used a cane to walk as he was growing older, but he knew not the fooled by that. He was more powerful, than anyone in this room even with his old age.

"Rise, my friend." The emperor greeted him with.

He stood up and walked with his master. He waited for to say something, but sensed he wasn't. "The Death Star will be completed on schedule."

"You've done well, Lord Vader." He said surprising him. "And now I sense you wish to continue you search for young Skywalker."

He was shocked for a minute and slowly grew angry that he was reading his thoughts. Vader wasn't he sure yet, he wanted to look for his son or just give up. It seemed his master knew the answer even before Vader did.

"Yes, my master." He said holding back his anger. He knew he shouldn't, but he wanted his son. He needed his son. He need someone in his lonely life.

"Patience, my friend. In time, he will seek you out. And when he does, you must bring him before me. He has grown strong. Only together can we turn him to the dark side of the Force."

Vader almost stopped in place. Luke will come to me? On his own? That's impossible. He saw the way Luke looked at him, he truly didn't think his master was right. Yet, he was never wrong before.

"As you wish." Was all Vader said.

"Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen." The emperor said before chuckling to himself.

Padme walked into the tiny room that was jammed pack with people, from pilots to generals everyone was here to hear about the upcoming attack. Even she was curious, she spoke with Mon briefly before, but she didn't have a whole lot of time. It was nice to see her, for she hasn't seen her since back on Hoth. She was glad to see she was still alive, since so many of them over the years have no been as fortunate.

She looked over and watched Han was joking around with Lando and even thought she still wasn't a fan, he has redeemed himself slightly in her eyes. She watched as Leia walked over to Han and they sat down together. She walked over and joined them as well. Happy to see Han was looking better than the last she saw him.

She looked up as Mon walked in front and everyone grew silent She rested her arm to leg and placed her chin in her hand ready to hear what she has to say. "The emperor's made a critical error, and the time for our attack has come. The data brought to us by the Bothan spies pinpoint the exact location of the emperor's new battle station."

A new battle station? She thought remembering the old. Would they really by that arrogant to build a new one, when the last one was so easily destroyed.

The lights dimmed and hologram of what looked like the Death Star appeared in front of all of them.

"We also know that the weapon systems of this Death Star are not yet operational. With the imperial fleet spread throughout the galaxy, in a vain effort to engage us, it is relatively unprotected. but most important of all, we've learned that the emperor himself is personally overseeing the final stages of the construction of this Death Star." Mon continued.

She grew anger thinking about his scarred face. She hated knowing she used to trust this man and worked so closely with him. She also hated knowing he was the reason, he life turned the way it did. He took everything from her and she was ready to do that same to him.

"Many Bothans died to bring us this information." Mon said growing quiet. "Admiral Ackbar, please."

She stepped aside as the Mon Calamari man stepped forward.

"You can see here the Death Star orbiting the forest moon of Endor. Although the weapons systems on this Death Star are not yet operational, the Death Star does have a strong defense mechanism. It is protected by an energy shield which is generated from the nearby forest moon of Endor. The shield must be deactivated if any attack is be attempted. Once the shield is down, our cruisers will create a perimeter, while the fighters fly into the superstructure and attempt to knock out the main reactor." Ackbar said.

Now who would be stupid enough to do that. She hoped Han didn't volunteer.

"General Calrissian has volunteered to lead the fighter attack." Ackbar said, answering Padme's thoughts and causing her to smirk.

"Good luck. You're going to need it." She heard Han whisper over to him as he shrugged and Leia chuckled to herself alittle.

"General Madine." Ackbar said as a man with blonde hair stepped forward.

"We have stolen a small imperial shuttle. Disguised as a cargo ship and using a secret imperial code, a strike team will land on the moon and deactivate the shield generator." General Madine said.

"I wonder who they found to pull that off." Leia whispered over to Han.

"General Solo, is your strike team assembled?" General Madine said as Padme and Leia both looked over at Han in shock since he didn't tell either of them about it.

Han looked over at Leia disapproving face said," Uh, my team is ready. I don't have a command crew for the shuttle." She heard Chewie chime in. "It's going to be rough, pal. I didn't wanna speak for you."

Chewie spoke again and Han laughed. "That's one." He said.

"General, count me in." Leia said as well.

Well she wasn't going to let them go with out her. "I'll go as well." She spoke up.

"I'm with you, too." She heard someone yell as she smiled and turned around to see Luke walking in.

Leia stood up and hugged him and the rest of them followed.

"Welcome back." She said hugging him glad he was okay.

"Well never mind, I have my command crew." Han said laughing as he stood up to pat Luke on the back.

She smiled looking at everyone knowing that for the first time in a while, they were are here.

Vader and few of his officers walked in the throne room on the Death Star, where the emperor waited for them. He was annoyed to back in his presence so soon, he was hoping while he was here, he didn't have to see too much of him.

"What is thy bidding, my master?" He greeted the man.

"Send the fleet to the far side of Endor." The emperor said turning around and looking at them. "There it will stay until called for."

"What of the reports of the rebel fleet massing near Sullust?" He asked, hoping he could be sent there to deal with that instead.

"It is of no concern. Soon the rebellion will be crushed and young Skywalker will be one of us. Your work here is finished, my friend. Go out to the command ship and await my orders."

He bowed before saying, "Yes, my master." He walked away happy to be leaving.

He hated that Sidious called him friend, he hated the man more than he hated anyone. He was no friends, not, not anymore.

After boarding his command ship, he walked to the bridge and looked out at the planet and the stars surrounding it. He had dreams, about visiting every planet once, but that dream was long gone. Now all he did, was destroy things and watch from above on his Star Destroyer. He didn't even fly that often anymore, which was on of the things he missed the most.

He looked out and saw a single Shuttle flying by. What are they doing? He looked over and walked over to two of his officers. "Where is that shuttle going? He asked.

"Shuttle Tydirium, what is your cargo and destination?" The officer asked.

"Parts and technical crew for the forest moon." The response said back and Vader questioned the voice. It sounded familiar, but not a voice of one of his crew members.

He saw the officer looking up at him basically asking what he should do. "Do they have a code clearance?" Vader questioned.

"It's an older code, sir, but it checks out. I was about to clear them." The officer said.

Vader stood there and let the force take over. Something didn't feel right about this shuttle to him. He shut his eyes and used the force. It was there he felt it, the presence of his son and shockingly Padme. What are they doing?

"Shall I hold them?" The officer asked afraid to do anything without Vader's approval.

"No. Leave them to me. I will deal with them myself." He said thinking back to what his master told him. Maybe Luke will make his way to me.

"As you wish, my lord." He said.

Vader walked over to the window and watched as shuttle made it's way over to Endor. What are you planning my son?
