"Hey don't die just yet Mr commander, I need to say my thanks"
Ballista grabbed him and threw him on her shoulders.
"Alright, Elly go up and look for possible enemies, we need to get him back to base as soon as possible, he's already losing a lot of blood"
The bird screeched and started flying upwards.
Ballista exhaled and started heading back to base, with her hawk up in the sky looking for possible enemies she thought she only had to focus on getting him back as quickly as she could.
And so she started running across the barren streets, trying her best to not fall into an enemy ambush.
Ballista kept roaming through the cars as she took a shortcut towards her base.
She followed the alleyway and exited it to stand on an empty street she heard someone on her left, and as she looked at her left she stumbled upon ar-15 with sorrow written all on her face.
"Oh hello miss ar-15" she said, attracting her attention "hel-...Is that... No, no no... No!" Ar15 yelled as she saw yulil on her shoulders with blood all over his body.
"It's my fault it's my fault it's my fault it's my fault" she kept repeating as she inspected his body.
"Ar15 calm down, calm down" ballista said in vain as ar15 kept repeating those words with empty eyes "Ar 15! Calm down!" She yelled at her before slapping her Ar15 stood there with a shocked expression "Please... Calm down, your commander is still alive, we need to get him back quickly"
"Y-yes... Sorry"
"It's okay, let's move, hurry"
After that ar15 determined with saving yulil's life took the lead as she scanned for enemies, ballista kept her pace behind ar15 with yulil on her shoulders, the bird kept flying in circles around them as it analysed the ground.
"what...what happened to him?" Ar15 said with a weak voice.
"I think he got caught in an explosion, I heard an explosion and sent my hawk to scout what happened and it brought him to me, Elly must really like him because she's usually uncomfortable around humans"
Ar15 chuckled "He's good at making people like him...too good" she said and smiled "Oh~ don't worry he'll survive and keep you company"
"H-hey, w-where are you getting at?" Ar15 said as she turned to look at ballista, ballista just winked at her which made her even more flustered.
Ar15 sighed and prayed for his survival...
They finally arrived at the gates of the base, the tdolls who were guarding lowered their weapons when they saw them and confirmed they were Griffin tdolls.
They entered the base and saw ar-team alongside m590 and g36 all looking anxiously, they looked like they also just arrived, M16 held a radio in her hands and kept looking at it, looking like she waited for someone's voice to come out of it.
M16 slowly turned her head and noticed ar 15, she dropped her radio and weapon and started walking towards her with her jaw dropped, she kept increasing her pace until she started running, colliding with ar15 as she hugged her extremely tightly.
"Thank you... Thank you so much ar15"
"M16... Never expected to see you like this"
After that M4 and sop joined and formed a group hug... M4 had tears coming down her cheeks.
"I'm sorry everyone... I was stupid... You can thank yulil for putting my back at my place."
At the mention of his name m16 looked around and noticed that he wasn't standing with them but on ballista's shoulders, her heart skipped a beat as she saw his blood, she gritted her teeth as M4 put her hand on her mouth from the shock while sop buried her face in her hands.
"Give him to me, I'll take him to the infirmary" she said to ballista M16 picked yulil in her arms as she started running towards the infirmary, she went inside as she put him on a bed while the others called for the medical staff.
"I'm sorry man... I'm so sorry... don't leave us okay? I'll give you a bottle of whiskey if you don't die, fair deal right?" She said, hoping desperately that her voice could reach him...
As the medical staff came in running inside the room, they told m16 and the rest of ar-team that were inside to leave the infirmary...
They complied and left the building... M16 pinched her nose as she sat on some sandbags alongside the other 3.
"I'm sorry everyone... It's all my fault"
Ar15 said looking at the ground.
"Don't talk like that, he... He wouldn't want you to be like this"M16 replied "Y-yes... He successfully brought you back, I'm sure he's happy"M4 added hoping to comfort her as sop just hugged her.
"I... I Don't think I can forgive myself if he..."
"He won't!"M16 yelled making at 15 look at the ground yet again "I'm... Sorry..." She added "It's okay... I deserve it"
Suddenly they could see intruder and Negev coming out of the commanding building, and as they saw them they started heading towards them, each had a big smile on their faces "Ar-team! commander yulil did bring you back!" Negev said "Hey, I told you he was up to it" intruder said as she playfully elbowed Negev, both laughed.
"So where is he now?" Intruder asked.
They all looked away from intruder's gaze "W-where is he?" She added as she only got silence as a reply "Don't...don't you dare... Where is he?... Where is he?!" She said as she closed in on them, with only Negev wrapping her hands around her and holding her back.
"Please intruder, calm down!" Negev said hoping to calm the situation "He's in a critical state... Inside the infirmary" M16 softly muttered.
"You... It's all because of you 4... If he die because of you I swear... I swear... Ugh!" She said as she grunted and pushed Negev before heading towards the infirmary.
"Don't worry about it you all, yulil is a tough guy" Negev said, trying to ease the tension "Let's... Hope you're right Negev" ar15 said as she looked at the sky.
Intruder ran through the infirmary as she arrived at the room he was in, 2 tdolls were by the door, blocking her path, one held an an M3 SMG and the other smaller tdoll held a PPSh-41 "I-im sorry miss intruder, you can't get inside until the doctors finish their job." M3 said Intruder looked at her with a look of wrath before grunting and exiting the building, M3 sighed and said "I thought she was going to kill me" "Miss intruder is a nice person don't worry." PPSh-41 replied.
Intruder did her best to calm her nerves as she exited the building, she grabbed a sandbag and punched it as hard as she could, her fist went through the sandbag and exited from behind it as sand began flowing down. She grunted and threw it away.
After the sun bid them farewell and the night wrapped the base, ar team was still standing around, unable to do anything but think about the fate of yulil... They all waited impatiently for the medical staff's report, his other tdolls did their best to not think about it, izuna kept nervously walking around her helicopter as she tried her best to not think about it by distracting herself with inspecting her helicopter. Springfield and g36 stood by a watchpost, talking about the survival chances of their commander. Grizzly and AK-47 could be seen by the door of the infirmary building.
Suddenly a man from the medical staff exited the building he could be seen talking with grizzly.
Ar15 tapped on M16's shoulder as she noticed the man coming out of the building, ar-team started walking towards the building, engulfed in anxiety.
Grizzly nodded her head and smiled as AK-47 sighed and slowly sat down on the ground "So... How is he doctor?" M16 asked as they reached the pair.
"He's in stable condition for now, we removed all the foreign objects from his body, he's still unconscious but like I've said he's in a stable condition, he should wake up any moment now"
Ar team sighed in relief together at the good news.
"Thank you doctor, can we see him?" Ar 15 asked The doctors thought about it for a second but after he looked at their faces and the expressions they had he gave in "It should be fine, but don't disturb him"
"Thanks doc" M16 said as she entered the building, followed by her team, grizzly and AK-47 "See, told you he won't die" M16 said to ar15 "Guess you were right" ar 15 replied as both chuckled As they entered his room they found him laying there, sleeping peacefully, his heartbeat looked normal, aswell as his breathing.
They all stood across his bed, staring at him.
"Debil commander, making us worry" ak47 said with a smile.
"Heh, at least he's okay...that's what matters" grizzly added.
"Yeah...it'd be awful if he left us this soon" ar15 said.
After a bit of time as all of them stood there in silence grizzly finally spoke up "Well, we'll be leaving you with him, please notify us when he wakes up"
"You got it" M16 replied Grizzly and ak-47 left the room, almost colliding with intruder and izuna as they came running across the hall, they apologised and entered the room.
Intruder sighed and smiled as izuna just chuckled "Hah, see! I told you that you were worried for nothing intruder" izuna said.
"That's surprising, coming from the one who was walking around in circles waiting for the news" intruder replied with a sly smile.
"Touch " izuna replied as both laughed.
After seconds intruder took a glance at ar-team before speaking up "Hey... Sorry for snapping at you 4, earlier" intruder said with a regretful expression "Don't worry about it, I'm sure you were worried as much as we were!" Sop said with a wholesome smile "Like sop said, you proved yourself to be on the good side today intruder and well... we all messed up" M16 added "Oh c'mon y'all, we just pushed sangvis Ferri back, got y'all alive and yulil is still breathing, this calls for celebration rather than mourning" izuna said looking a bit angry "Absolutely!" Sop said enthusiastically.
"Yeah guess you're right..." M16 added.
Suddenly they noticed yulil slowly rising his eyelids "Hey! He's waking up!" Sop said as yulil opened his eyes, he looked at them in a confused look while he rubbed his eyes and straightened his back.
"Hey... How are you feeling yulil?" Intruder was the first one who spoke up "What's... What's a yulil?... Who are you? Where am I?" He said, looking around the room with a confused expression And as he said those words their hearts dropped.
"Don't tell me..." M16 said "He lost his memory? How?!" Ar15 added.
"M-maybe the explosion caused a strong enough concussion?" M4 said.
"No way, I never heard of someone losing his memory from an explosion!" Izuna said And as izuna finished talking yulil bursted laughing as he held his sides.
"Did you all seriously believe me? I can't...my sides..." He said as he continued laughing, as they realised he tricked them they all sighed as they looked at him with looks of disappointment while ar15 closed in and pushed with her thumb on the wound on his shoulder.
"Ow! I'm sorry I'm sorry stop, stop!" He pleaded with her as she gave in and smiled at him, she crouched down by his bed.
"Don't do that again" she said with a stern look "I don't think I'll survive another explosion" he said with a chuckle "So how are you feeling now?" Intruder asked "I feel okay... For someone who survived an explosion, I don't feel pain anymore but my shoulder feels uncomfortable I guess"
"That's good, that's good..." intruder replied with a smile.
"Did you repel the enemy attack?" He asked with a serious face "Haha, don't you think you should focus on resting?, Yeah we did, the tdolls were quite obedient when Negev spoke for me" intruder replied "Good, good, what about the commander that got shot?"
"Ah yes, she's okay, she should be in the commanding room"
"Alrighty then, looks like today was a smashing success" he said as he fell down his bed.
"I'll go see if I can help around, don't try to leave your bed, you hear me?" Intruder said with a serious look "Not like I'll try" he said with a laugh "I'll go too, I'm here if you need anything commander" izuna said as he gave her a thumbs up while smiling.
And so the two left the room as yulil spoke up.
"So...what about the virus you caught" he said as he looked at ar15 "I don't know what it does, i only know I've got something I shouldn't have inside my system" ar15 replied Yulil scratched his Chin thinking of what to do.
"Right... We'll take a look at it tomorrow, just in case that you got the same virus the tdolls in sangvis Ferri caught I suggest you get someone to keep an eye on you, preferably you three" he said while looking at the rest of the team "Yeah you're probably right, I wouldn't want to hurt anyone here, and... Thanks again...for everything...dad" She said finishing her sentence with softly muttering the last word, as to not let the others hear it which made him chuckle a bit "Oh please don't mention it, we gotta have each other's back right?" He replied with a warm smile "Absolutely, I'll let you rest for now, take care of yourself okay?" She added as he gave her the okay sign.
"Good night commander! sleep well" sop said as she gave him a quick hug and followed ar15 "T-thank you for keeping ar15 with us, I'll always be in your debt" M4 said with a warm smile "Please, don't worry about it" he replied And so M4 also left the room, leaving the uneasy looking M16 with the commander.
"Hey, sorry for snapping at you back then." He said, cutting The silence "Oh uh... Yeah don't worry about it..." She said and paused for a second before continuing.
"Actually you shouldn't even apologize... What kind of sister I am anyways... Leaving ar15 to go to her doom" she added, looking at the ground "M16... You're not a bad sister... You wanted ar15 to decide her life by herself...right?"
She slowly nodded her head.
"But sometimes you need to show her the correct path you know? Sometimes some people think they're doing the right thing, when in reality they're only causing harm, for themselves or for others... Or sometimes both, you feel me?"
"Yeah you're right, I'll act better next time...and thanks a lot of bringing her back, I don't think I can ever pay you back for what you did"
"Don't worry about it, I'm your commander, it's my job to show you the right way"
"Yeah I expected you'd say something like that... Well... I'll get going now...Good night, commander" she said with a warm smile "You too, keep an eye on ar15 okay?"
"You got it boss"
And so M16 exited the room, after a bit of time his door got opened so violently he twitched a bit, and of course it was AK47 who opened the door.
"Boss~ so glad you're alive!" She said as she entered the room, followed by g36 who was holding a bunch of flowers, m590, Springfield and grizzly.
"Oh great, here comes the trouble" he said with a chuckle "Oh cmon, I was worried~" she said as she came on his right side and rubbed his hair "Damn right you had us worried, why the hell did you do something like that?" Grizzly asked "Miss grizzly is correct, that was very reckless of you master" g36 said with a stern look which made him scratch his head.
"Reckless... Well Maybe, but not in vain"
"I presume you're right, still... do not do that again" g36 said as she sighed and put the flowers in a vase on a table near his bed.
"She's right though, you left us worried commander, and you almost died, as such try not to do that again"m590 added "Don't worry I won't... As long as no one runs away into the enemy lines again"
"Of course you'd say that" she added as both laughed Then Springfield came on his left and whispered something to his ears.
"You should thank g36 for the flowers"
After that she winked at him, g36 didn't notice them as she was looking by the window Yulil made a "oh, yeah I forgot" expression and spoke up "Oh g36 thanks for the flowers they're really beautiful"
G36 looked at him for a bit before smiling and saying "Of course, no problems at all" and resumed looking at the window, keeping her smile.
"She can smile?!" yulil softly muttered with a genuinely surprised face.
They all laughed as g36 had a confused expression on her face.
And so the five tdolls kept yulil company for a bit before heading towards their dorm, after that yulil felt asleep as he was too tired to even keep his eyelids lifted.
Suddenly he woke up in the middle of the night, his eyes were still closed but he could feel a really intimidating gaze, it got him really uneasy, he tried to sleep it off but alas, it was in vain, he slowly opened his eyes to find g11 sleeping on the end of his bed, hk416 was on a chair by the window looking at him, ump9 was also inside leaning against the wall, and as he looked to his left he found ump45 standing up near his bed, crossing her arms and for the first time, with a really angry expression.
"Hello? How can I help you?" He said timidly "Hello?...is that what you got to say for yourself?" She said as she closed the distance between their faces while still keeping the angry look.
She pinched his cheeks really hard and said "You dummkopf! What the hell were you thinking fighting that ringleader?!" "I'm sowwy im sowwy, pwease shtap" he said, or barely said.
After ump45 enjoyed pinching his cheeks she finally let him go.
"Don't go too hard on him shwester, he did save the day after all" ump9 said as she winked at him.
"Suppose you're right... Still though, you got me really worried, we couldn't even help you since we got spotted by the other ringleader"
"The other ringleader? How did she look like?" He asked curiously "Honestly, I've got no idea, we started getting fired at from really far away, by a weapon, and a weapon of really big calibre... Almost like a railgun."
"Guess I still got a lot to do" he said as he sighed.
"I hope by a lot to do you don't mean going Rambo again, kommandant" ump45 said, as she angrily pronounced kommandant "Well, as long as no one needs my help"
Ump45 scratched her head at his reply "Guess I can't change you..." She said as she looked away "Good" she muttered as she smiled "Oh, you still have the bracelet, that's nice to know" 45 said as she grabbed his hand and noticed a bit of blood on the metallic part of the bracelet, she put her thumb in her mouth and wiped the blood off with her wet thumb.
"Good as new" she said as she smiled.
"Oh I almost forgot... Thanks for your help you all, I really mean it, I don't think I could've saved them without your informations" he said with a sincere expression The twins and hk416 smiled at him.
"Glad we were of help, commander" hk416 "Oh yeah at first hk416 didn't accept to help you, since she thought we lacked too much info" ump45 said "Ump45..." Hk416 said angrily "But when we told her it was yulil who asked us to do that job surprisingly she immediately agre-" ump45 was saying as hk416 covered her mouth.
"Don't you think you've said too much?" hk416 said with a faint red colour on her cheeks which made the rest laugh.
Ump45 just winked at her as 416 let her go "Like I've said I'm glad you helped us, I mean it" yulil said "Don't worry about it, remember what you said? a favour for a favour, but from now on you'll have to pay up" she said with a wink "Let's hope nothing like this happens again then" he said as he laughed.
"Oh don't be so shrewd, I'll even give you a discount, only for the people I truly like" she said with a proud face "Oh please, you're gonna make me blush" he said as they laughed "Well... We'll get going now, it was really nice to see you again kommandant, please take better care of yourself from now on" ump45 said as she headed outside "Goodbye...commander" hk416 said as she picked up g11 and followed ump45 "You're really one of a kind you know? My sister rarely gets close to humans let alone worry about one... so you must be special" ump9 said "Oh please, I'm not special, just trying to do my job" "Jeez, I feel bad for her if you think that's way she likes you... Ah well sweet dreams kommandant!" She said as she softly closed the door behind her.
Yulil sighed and after that he went to sleep again, this time without tdoll ninjas sneaking inside his room.
Yulil finally woke up, as the sunshine came through his window and dispersed on his face. He yawned and rubbed his eyes. Then checked the time 10:21.
After a few minutes a doctor got inside.
"Ah Mr yulil, finally awake?" He said with a polite smile.
"Well, woke up yesterday night actually"
"Yes, we thought we'd give you time to rest and talk with your tdolls before talking with you, so how are you feeling?"
"Feeling pretty okay actually, I don't feel any pain really."
"I'm sorry?" The doctor said with a confused look "I said I don't feel any pain"
"Can you lay down for a second mr yulil?"
"Sure" yulil said, and internally added here we go again After the doctor examined his tissue, the stitches and his bones and kept asking yulil if he felt any pain where the doctor touched. He just stood there with visible confusion on his face, the doctor slowly removed his glasses "Your wounds are all healed... The scars are there... And your bones also are in perfect condition... What the hell is your diet?!"
"Haha I guess my body is hyped to go into battle again eh?"
"Mr yulil... Those kind of wounds are impossible to heal overnight..."
Yulil sighed and though of a way to get the doctor's attention off him "Sorry doc... Military secrets"
"I see... I'm sorry but I'll have to write a report to Mr kruyger since he told me to make a meticulous report on your recovery"
"Of course I understand doctor, we both wouldn't want to lose our jobs"
"Thank you for understanding, then I guess you can... get off your bed"
And so the doctor helped yulil get up, yulil stretched a bit and gave the doctor the okay sign to show that everything felt in place "Your body is really a miracle"
"Heh I guess so" "Well anyway, I'm sure miss Anna would want to meet you by now, she was busy with reorganising the troops yesterday that's why she couldn't visit you"
"And I'm guessing that's the commander huh?"
"Correct" the doc replied before looking at his watch "Well looks like I have to go, please take care of your body, and if you feel any symptoms, unexplained fatigue or anything out of place call me... I still can't believe your wounds healed overnight"
"Thanks doc, oh what's your name by the way"
"I'm doctor kazimir...nice to meet you"
The doctor said as he shook yulil's hand "Nice to meet you too doc"
After that kazimir exited yulil's room Yulil noticed the wooden wardrobe in his infirmary room and opened it.
A black shirt and black jeans were there he chuckled and thought that maybe they didn't want him to change his look, he also noticed his plate carrier, he grabbed it and noticed that it blocked every shrapnel and metallic debrit it hit, it really saved him by protecting his vital organs, he grabbed it and though of cleaning it and repairing the tissue.
He changed his clothes and went outside, he only saw tdolls he didn't knew, holding different weapons.
He headed down izuna's helicopter and opened the sliding door, where he noticed his full kit was there, he put down his plate carrier alongside them.
After that he disembarked the Heli.
"The hell you're thinking walking around injured?!" Izuna said, scaring him.
"The hell?!... Don't do that again man..." He said as he sighed, izuna kept laughing "Still haven't answered my question though" she said with a stern look "Well the doc said I was okay, and all my wounds healed so~"
"Do you think I'm a mentally deficient tdoll or something?" Izuna replied, clearly not believing him "No I'm serious I swear" he said "Ugh fine... It's not like you'd listen to me anyways... So when are we heading back to base?" "Let's let the others get the sleep they deserve at least, and when everyone gets ready we'll head back"
"I'll prepare my heli then"
"Good idea, I'll go get something to eat, see ya"
"Yeah take care"
And with that yulil went towards the cantine and as he was headed towards it he noticed someone exiting the building that person started waving at him, it was a woman in her early 30s wearing the Griffin & kruyger red overcoat, the one they issued to all commander, also the one that yulil never wore, fingerless gloves and black jeans, she had black hair in form of a ponytail with streaks of purple, red eyes, a long scar on her upper nose bridge and another scar on her left cheek, she looked more of a soldier than a commander.
He also noticed she had two cups of coffee and two MRE rations "Ah finally, I'm meeting with the man who saved my base" she said with a scary smile as she handed him a cup and a ration "Name's Anna, nice to meet you yulil" she said as she tightly shook his hand "Nice to meet you too Anna, so how are you recovering from your wound?"
"Ah it still hurts but I'll survive... Wait a second, talking about wounds shouldn't you be in the infirmary?!"
"Ah don't worry about it I don't even feel my injuries by now, my body heals quickly" he said, trying his best to dismiss her question "I see... Come let's sit down over there" she said, pointing at some chairs that were next to the commanding building.
As they sat down yulil sipped on the coffee and opened the MRE, it had quite a lot of snacks inside.
"I'm still impressed you captured a ringleader" she said "Ah well, it just kinda happened you know?"
"No I don't... Don't be so humble you did something that all g&k commanders me included never could've done have some pride dammit!" She said as she slapped his back while laughing, she was a bit scary he thought.
"Ah also, you need to thank that ringleader, she really kept my base protected from the attacks when I got shot, I regret almost shooting her"
"You almost shot her?!"
"Hehe it kinda just happened" she said as she winked at him.
"Don't just steal my lines like that, but no seriously what happened?"
"Ah well... How do you expect me to react when I see a ringleader in my base" she said, making him chuckle "Heh, well I don't blame you"
"I know right? but really please tell her I'm sorry" "Don't worry about it Anna, she probably doesn't even remember it"
"Let's hope so... You're pretty friendly though, didn't expect you to be like this" she said with a smile.
"Huh? Did you expect me to be some kind of monster or something?"
"What do you think when you're told a human deployed alongside a few tdolls and brought back a ringleader with ripped off arms" she said which made yulil burst laughing "You're probably right"
"Ah also I almost forgot... Kruyger did get the report about ar-15s virus... He told you to wait here until you get a new tdoll, he told you that she should be able to avoid the virus from activating"
"Ah thanks for the info, then I guess we won't be leaving so soon"
"Good, I thought I'd enjoy talking with you more"
"Pay me dinner and I'll consider" he said with a wink "Meanie" she said as she pouted "Don't you think paying for your medical bill is enough?" She added "Yeah...the medical bill that I got from helping you"
"Touch " she said as both laughed and enjoyed their breakfast After Anna was done with her share she got up and spoke up "Well I'll get going now, here's my number if you ever need backup, I'll definitely come help you, promise of a soldier!, Or if you still want me to pay you dinner... Wouldn't mind" She said as she handed him a piece of paper with a wink.
"Hehe, I'll be sure to remember, take care of yourself" he said to her as she walked forward towards the dorms.
Yulil put the piece of paper inside his pocket and as he sipped his coffee someone whispered in his ears.
"So that's your type huh?" He snapped forward away from her as he turned and noticed it was M16 "Don't... Do that, you're gonna gimme a heart attack" he said as she laughed and sat down "Getting pretty close to to her huh?"
"It's not really me who's getting close you know? Wait why am I even trying to defend myself, don't eavesdrop it's not nice"
"Well... I wasn't really eavesdropping I just passed by and heard the last words and decided to keep listening"
"M16...that's the definition of eavesdropping" he said as both laughed.
"Ah well I'm sure you can forgive me right?"
"Yeah yeah... Hey!" He said as M16 stole the cracker that was in his hand and ate it "Heheh, it's pretty tasty can I have more?" She said.
"No" he said sternly.
"Please?~" she said as she made puppy eyes "Ugh, fine" he gave in as he handed her more "Thank you kindly!"
"So how's ar15?" He asked her.
"She's... She's doing okay actually, she's more expressive than usual, which is really weird... You changed her you know?"
"Good, she kept too much things inside of her, it's not good... Especially if you don't find a way to decompress"
"My my, aren't you the best therapist"
"Oh please... I'm only doing what I think is best for my soldiers" "Jeez, be a bit more Prideful, isn't that what Anna said?"
"Fine fine... By the way, I got news that a new tdoll is gonna join us, any idea who she is?" "I didnt even know that we're gonna have a recruit" she said as she laughed "Of course you don't...she will supposedly try and temporarily block the virus from activating"
"Awesome!" "I know right? Better than throwing her in a cell or dismantling her..."
"Yeah you're right, well I'll be leaving you now, I'll take a look at ar15, see ya" she said as she got up "Take care of yourself M16"
After that yulil enjoyed the rest of his breakfast and as he finished he noticed g36 sitting on some sandbags.
He thought he should pay her back from bringing him flowers yesterday, to find flowers in this desolated place must be a miracle itself, and so he thought the least he could do was to buy her something refreshing as he noticed a vending machine close by. He bought a soda can that was really cold and sneaked behind her, she looked like she was day dreaming and so he put the icy cold soda can on the back of her neck...
As it touched her neck she immediately snapped forward and looked at him with such a serious face that he couldn't hold his laugh.
"That wasn't very gentlemanly of you... Master" she said with a stern look "I'm sorry I'm sorry, I couldn't restrain myself" he said as he lobbed the sodacan which she easily grabbed.
"It's not much but I thought you'd appreciate something cold in this heat, for always taking care of us" he said with a wholesome smile.
"It's the thought that counts master... Thank you" she said with a cute smile.
And so they sat together on the sandbags as g36 opened the can and took regular sips "Aren't you scared?" She asked him "Hm? Scared of what?" "Dying I mean"

"I mean, tdolls are much more harder to kill than humans, yet you still deploy alongside us, even though your chances of survival are much slimmer than ours, you can tear ours limbs and we won't be bleed, yet if we only cut your arm you'll lose all your blood in a matter of minutes... "Of course I am" she said with a serious face "Ah well, if I'm being honest... No. Not really afraid of dying, I'm a bit afraid of pain, but dying... Not really, never was and never will. I'd rather deploy and take care of my tdolls than stay back in the command center and then regret if something happens to one of you, like in the case of ar15... Just imagine if I didn't find her, she wouldn't probably be with us today... besides I command you all better when I'm in the field" g36 just stared at him and as he finished his speech she just smiled and looked at the ground "Guess that's what makes you yulil"
"You're damn right" he said as both laughed.
After that g36 excused herself as she had her duties to take care of, or that's what she said.
After that yulil notice a helicopter coming in the distance, probably his new recruit he thought.
As the helicopter landed and the slidedoor opened he noticed a serious looking tdoll holding a Colt RO635 and wearing a yellow jacket on top of a sweater

"Yes, I was also made by 16lab, we studied the virus and thought of a way to contain it, not kill it but it's a start"
"That's wonderful! You can go join ar15 and the rest of ar-team in that building" he said as he gestured to the building "Thank you very much commander, let's get along from now on, take care"
"You too" and with that ro started heading towards ar-team to join their squad After a bunch of time passed alone it was finally time to leave, ro successfully managed to contain the virus inside of ar15's system, but reminded yulil that it was only a temporary solution he shrugged and replied that he'll look into it when they reach parabellum... yulil was the only passenger in izuna's helicopter as it was used to carry supplies and ammunition. Ar-team boarded alongside the other helicopters, yulil talked with Anna for a bit before the helicopter took off heading for parabellum.
After a bit of time passed into the flight izuna spoke up to yulil who was sitting on the co pilot seat.
"Hey commander, I just received a call and it looks like the military blocked aircrafts from going into the zone we came through"
"Which means?"
"Which means we'll have to take a detour, a really long one, damn... And by this map...we... Need to take a detour through some snowy lands"
"Will the fuel be sufficient?"
"Yup"
"And what about those "snowy lands" you're talking about? Are they safe?"
"I'm not gonna lie... It's in the non protected zone... And we haven't really checked it that much for sangvis activity but ah don't worry, what could possibly go wrong"
