Titus hires assassins to kill Wanheda's daughter. He has paid them off. He gave them orders to wait a few days for the assassination. He goes back to the tower to talk to Heda himself. He noticed the entire floor is heavily guarded and he thinks to himself "After my talk with Indra she must have had this place guarded." He stops in front of the door and the guard stops him from entering.
"I'm the flame keeper. I have the right to talk to Heda." Titus ordered.
"You mustn't disturb the Heda's their asleep." Ryker said.
"Their sleeping together?!" Titus shouted.
"Where have you been? Hiding in your chambers? Yes, they're sleeping together. We have our orders for you not to disturb them." Ryker said again.
"Where is the child?" Titus getting furious at the second.
"What do you want with the child?" Ryker gave him a stern look.
"I'll kill the child so Heda will come to her senses." Titus threatened.
"You have to get through all the Trikru warriors to get her. No one is laying a hand on the child." Jayden threatened the flame keeper.
"When Heda awakes, I would like to talk to her!" Titus shouted.
The door unlocks.
"You may have woken up, Heda." Ryker said.
Lexa woke up from the shouting outside her door. She looks over at Clarke who is still fast asleep. Lexa gets up and wraps the fur around her walks to the door, unlocking it. Opening it a little bit and peeking outside her door. She sees that Titus is there arguing with her guards. She looks over again that the hallway is filled up with guards especially at Madi's and Abby's doors.
"Titus!" Lexa yelled in a whispering voice not to wake Clarke.
"Heda. We have matters to discuss." Titus ordered not noticing she's not dressed.
"What matters? There is nothing going on." Lexa looks at him holding fur up tightly around her body.
"To be a commander, you must be alone." Titus repeated his teachings to her.
"I'm stronger than alone!" Lexa shouted at him.
"Klark and her daughter will get you killed. They are your weakness." Titus mentioned.
"If you do anything to harm, I will kill you myself." She shouted closing the door on his face and relocking it then going back to bed holding Clarke close to her.
"We told you so. You best get out of here before Heda beheads you in this hallway." Jayden ordered.
"I don't take orders from lowly guards." Titus replied.
"Actually, we do. Heda said we are entitled to order you around to protect Wanheda, her child, and Skaikru guests." Ryker announced.
Titus huffs and leaves the hall to his chambers below the tower.
"What is Heda doing. Her feelings for Klark and the child will get her killed. I must stop this before they think about bonding with each other." Titus thinks of another plan sends out messages to the three hired assassin.
What Titus didn't know that the messenger is loyal to Heda not to the flame keeper.
The messenger went to Indra.
"Indra, Titus has me sending messages to Ice Nation. I think there assassination attempts on Wanheda and the child." He said handing the messages to Indra.
Indra reads the messages.
"Titus is trying to get them killed. Reword the messages that it called off and send it. He's trying to have another war to break out. If that happened Heda is going to think Ice Nation started it not Titus. Go quickly. As soon as Heda's wake up I'll inform them." Indra said.
"Yes, Indra." The messenger said rewriting the messages and leaving to deliver them.
Clarke finally stirs from the bed, stretching and looking at the hod in of her life smiling watching, Lexa peacefully sleeping beside her. Lexa shifts in her sleep and sighs. Clarke holds back a giggle and just smiles.
"It's not nice to stare." Lexa mumbles in her sleep.
"I can't help it. You look beautiful and peaceful when you sleeping." Clarke said still staring.
"Hmm well since your up now, I have matters to attend. If you go anywhere definitely take the guards." Lexa said sitting up tracing her fingers over Clarke's back.
"Did something happened while I was asleep?" Clarke said being mesmerized by her fingers gliding across her back.
"Titus making threats within my walls." Lexa said.
"Whatever you do, I know you will make it right. You've changed a lot since we've been here. Your still ruthless in front of your people and the other clans. But, you more reasonable." Clarke said sitting up beside her.
"Well, I should be thanking you. If you fell in the hands of the Ice Queen, I would have waged war a long time ago just get you back." Lexa mentioned looking over at her.
"But, I didn't. You killed her and Roan took her place as King so everything has been better within the clans." Clarke replied rubbing her hand on her thigh under the furs.
"Mmmm...I would love to stay here and tend to you all morning. But, I have neutralize this threat within my walls before something happens." Lexa said leaning over kissing her.
"You must go now before I keep you here in this bed." Clarke said smirking in the kiss.
"Abby and Kane can leave once this has been dealt with." Lexa said pulling away from the kiss, getting up walking into her bath.
"So what am I going to do, while you're doing your thing?" Clarke asked flopping over on Lexa's side of the bed.
"I don't know have a day with the children, your mother, and Kane." Lexa said walking out of the bath to her closet putting her commander get-up on.
"Have I ever told you, how sexy you look with all your commander gear on?" Clarke said just watching her getting ready.
"Once or twice. Then there is Raven saying the exact same thing." Lexa said fixing her hair.
"Plus when you have your warpaint on, you are really irresistible." Clarke mentioned.
"Well, you just laying there with nothing is also irresistible. If didn't have to tend to this issue, we probably wouldn't be leaving this room for a few days." Lexa said leaning down giving Clarke a kiss then pulls away.
"Such a tease." Clarke laughed as her love pulls away and leaves their chambers.
"Traavi and Zaan, be sure to follow Klark around until I know this threat is done with." Lexa ordered.
"Yes, Heda!" They responded.
Lexa makes her way to Indra.
"Indra?" Lexa asked.
"Yes, Heda?" Indra answered.
"What is Titus planning?" Lexa asked again.
"He was planning an assassination on Clark and Madi. Titus is unaware that the messenger is more loyal to you than him." Indra explained.
"Which clan are the assassins coming from?" Lexa asked again.
"Ice Nation." Indra replied.
"So he planned on using Ice Nation, since their still fragile in my Coalition. Trying to get me to wage war on them when really it's Titus planning." Lexa figured it out.
"Titus likes wars. When were all trying to be at peace with each other." Indra said.
"Let's go see him then." Lexa ordered started walking to Titus' chamber with Indra right behind her.
