Prince's POV

"Why is there a mirror in here?" Was Prince's first question when he met with Lucy, Susan and Peter in the Room of Requirements. Pete raised his eyebrows at Prince, in disbelief more than anything.

"That's what you ask? Both you and Ced come back from the Tournament announcing that Voldemort is back and you ask why there's a Mirror in the room?" Peter questioned ludicrously and Ed smirked, trying not to laugh at the look on Peter's face and the look on his brother in all but blood, who was looking back sheepishly.

"Well it wasn't there before." Prince stated innocently. Luce was the one to laugh, while Ed and Susan managed to compose themselves. Peter ran a hand through his hair frustratedly.

"You -"

Whatever Prince was, they never knew.

The five suddenly felt a pull, a magical pull coming from the mirror in front of them and their eyes widened in shock. This was Narnian magic. The mirror was practically dragging them into said mirror, using liquid from the glass so they couldn't move. None of them had time to speak, or ask questions as they were pulled in, in a matter of seconds. As soon as they were in the mirror, the room went back to normal as if nothing had happened.

Narnia.

"Why the fuck is Narnia still in snow?" Ed questioned, wide eyed with worry.

Prince winced, but the same question was in his own mind too, he thought it was the same with Susan and Luce.

"And why is there a statue of the white witch for all to see?" Luce snarled out like she had been in Slytherin for years. True enough, Prince narrowed his eyes at the sight between the beautiful hills covered in snow, was a statue much like the size of Big Ben. Prince didn't know what to think, he would have been happy to be back in his first home, but...

What had happened to Narnia?! Had the white witch lived? That would be impossible. How many years had it been?

The question Prince asked was...

"Is that fox psst-ing us?"

Peter raised an eyebrow at the surprise tone in Prince's voice. Had he really been out of Narnia long enough to not remember that animals could talk? It was Susan who chose to answer, having been quiet for a while. Pete didn't know what was up with Susan, he felt bad for not checking up on her so often while they were in school. Her and Ed he'd have to remember to look out for, after all, that's what he promised his Mother. Why did he forget that? Why did it only take being in Narnia to remember that promise?

"Let's find out. I don't know about you four but I'm cold." Su said and Prince smiled, nodding in agreement.

As they walked over to the small fox, Luce shivered. She felt coldness, not just about the weather... there was something else that was cold. Cold at heart. Luce wasn't looking forward to finding out what or who it was. She kept her thoughts to herself, however. Not wanting to worry the others. Luce did smile at the fox who was being very secretive and wanting them to follow quietly, she guessed until they got to shelter.

Ed stayed to the back, covering up their footprints that would track them easily in the snow. He did not want to make the same mistakes as he has done in the past. He wasn't sure what was going on, or how bad this was going to be, but he knew one thing. He missed Daph. He wished she was here with him. Her and even Theo. Hell, he wouldn't actually mind Draco's company. He wasn't exactly sure what was happening between him and Lucy, though he trusted her judgement. In time, hopefully soon, he hoped she'd explain. But right now, they needed to focus on following this fox to get shelter. Shelter from who was the most important question, but he wasn't about to break the silence to ask a question everyone was wondering.

Finally, they arrived to a small burrow hidden in with the trees. Prince was impressed, he would never have thought to hide in with the tree's, the forest... would be very difficult to be found if they weren't with someone who already knew where the place was. As they hurried in, crouching down to fit through the door, he saw another fox and a baby fox. He grinned brightly as he heard Lucy go 'Awwww'. He nodded when Ed closed the door behind them, using his wand to cast a privacy charm around the house, not overly surprised that their magic actually worked here.

"Kings, Queens and Prince of Narnia, welcome back." The fox who lead them here spoke finally and four of them smiled warmly. Ed, however, sent a look of concern.

"What happened?" He questioned softly, ignoring the stare he got from Peter.

"King Edmund. Much has happened since you were all in Narnia. It's been 1,500 years. When Aslan killed the White Witch, he never considered to stay, he was in between world's for too long. The White Witch had a son."

Prince froze, along with Luce, Ed and Susan. Peter had to sit down in the nearest chair. Prince thought the fox was looking at them with sympathy, or as much sympathy as a fox could show.

"Your Majesties, he is more powerful than the White Witch. It's been winter for this long, the prophecy says the Prince of Narnia will return and restore Narnia to it's former glory..." The fox said looking at Prince with a scary smile to Prince. Peter stood up and held Prince's hand tightly, Prince blushed deeply.

"And if Prince dies saving Narnia? What then? Peter asked and Prince turned to Peter in surprise, though he smirked.

"Trying to get rid of me, Pete?" Prince questioned jokingly. Peter mock glared at the joke in a disapproving way, they managed to make the fox laugh though.

"As if Aslan would let Prince die."

Lucy was in deep thought, not knowing what to think. If only Draco was here, he'd know what to do.

"What's the son's name?" Susan asked, speaking for the first time in a while.

The fox was hesitant in saying the name.

"Abigor, literal meaning is ruler of 60 regions of Hell. The White Witch must have thought it to be funny when she named him. And not in a good way. Abigor killed a Prince when he was just a babe. Abigor has no heart." The fox told them with a glare. "On top of that, he likes to be called Abe,"

Ed sighed deeply. Here he was hoping for a normal visit to Narnia. Like that would ever happen.

"What are we meant to do? How Can Prince save Narnia?" Susan asked over the silence of the room.

"This, was a very bad idea." Edmund spoke for everyone. For the millionth time. "When we knock on the door of Abe's castle, what do you think is going to happen? Because I don't see him hugging us with welcoming arms and roasting marshmallows with us, do you?" He ranted.

Prince rolled his eyes, not letting go of Peter's hand since they were back in shelter. The plan was exactly as Ed described. King Abe was ruthless, using methods by any means necessary. He was never taken by surprise. Well, until the King's and Queen's of Narnia returned.

About two hours later they were greeted by said King who was exactly what Prince thought would look like. The White Witch, only a male version.

"I'm only interested in the Prince, the rest of you I'll send to banishment." Prince whipped his head round in time to see his family struggling against some invisible force, dragging them away from him. Prince tried to control his emotions as he glared dangerously at Abigor.

"You hurt them and you will regret your existence. I will find away to stop you." He practically growled out and couldn't help but shiver when Abe all but laughed at his statement.

He did it. He saved Narnia. Prince turned in search for Peter, Susan, Ed and Lucy and was relieved to see them on Aslan's back, not looking injured one bit. He grinned brightly running up to them, Peter jumping down and running towards Prince with open arms. They joined in a very tight hug and a passionate kiss, Prince never wanted Peter to go anywhere from him ever again.

"I thought I'd lost you... Abe, he told me you all..." Prince trailed off in a whisper and Peter shook his head as he felt warmth for the first time since they stepped into Narnia.

"We were in Aslan's country, Harry. We saw our parents, Prince Caspian... Everyone is alive. You did it. I knew you could," Peter told Prince who had tears down his face. Happy tears. He grinned even more when the others joined in on the hug. It had been close, but in the end, Prince's magic and knowledge helped defeat King Abigor. As he let go of the hug he nodded to Aslan, before running and hugging him too. He looked older, but still seemed as strong as ever.

"You did well, Prince. There was no doubt in you at all. Narnia believed in you." Aslan spoke and Prince wiped his eyes from the tears. "Peter, you have your sword on you, I'd like you to do the honours." Aslan spoke as an order and Peter knew what he had to do, Aslan had asked him before hand. Aslan got Prince to kneel, who looked very confused, as Peter pulled out his sword with a proud smile on his face. He placed the sword on Prince's shoulder's, one and then the other.

Prince's eyes widened... was Peter making him...

"Arise, King Prince the Brave-heart. All of you have grown so much. When you go back to your world, I want you to make sure you remember all that you have learnt here this year. I'll be with you in your hearts and mind every step of the way. King Prince, times will be difficult for you, do not give in. Take this, a book from Salazar Slytherin himself. He won't remember writing it, but contains how you can stay calm when all you want to do is punch a wall. It teaches a non Slytherin how to have masks that even Dumbledore will be fooled by. Written in Parseltounge." Prince nodded and took the book he was now holding carefully, eyes wide and too shocked to talk. He did wonder why Aslan thought he would need such a book.

"King Peter, just be who you are. Try practising duelling once your back. Ask Edmund about Slytherin's duelling chamber."

Ed's eyes widened in excitement.

"Duelling chamber?" He questioned wanting to jump up and down but didn't. Aslan grinned.

"Edmund, you need to believe in yourself more. Trust your instincts. You're going to be just fine," Ed nodded with a bright grin as Aslan turned to his favourite, Lucy, walking her away from the others to talk to her privately.

"Lucy, you have done perfectly. I can't fault any of your choices. Draco will never betray you and you wouldn't with him. You have so much unconditional love, Lucy, that one day it will be used against you. Be strong, Lucy. Don't fall for the trap, even if it seems real." Lucy frowned in confusion,

"How will I know whats real and what isn't?"

"Pay attention to detail. Call for me, if I don't come, you know it's not real. That's all I can say."

Before she could respond, she felt the same pull of magic that sent them to Narnia a whole year ago. In a moment, the group of five were on the floor of the Room of Requirement with a bang. Lucy got up and found her wand, casting a simple Lumos spell. Good, they still had magic. She was still a witch.

"All of a sudden, I don't care that Voldemort is back. We are lucky to be here as we are, I for one, want to see our friends." Lucy spoke decisively and the others nodded in agreement, silently agreeing to talk about what happened later.

What the group didn't know, was that Albus Dumbledore had felt both powerful strings of magic in just a few seconds. He didn't know what caused it, Hogwarts being very protective, but he was going to find out

Author's Note

I know you didn't get to see all of what Prince suffered in this chapter, but I hope you get the gist and let your imagination figure out the missing pieces. Of course, you will be getting flashbacks from them of this year throughout their years at Hogwarts, so your questions will be answered in time. Please review and let me know what you think.

Next - Summer before Order of the Phoenix, but what changes am I going to make?
