"Hey Nick can I talk to you in the other room?"
Judy's dad's voice came from a doorway across the room.
"Yeah sure"
Nick walked over to Stu and Stu closed the door behind Nick.
"What's up Mr. Hopps?"
Stu crossed his arms and stood there.
"What is wrong with you? Destroying my daughter's innocence for your own sick games"
Nick looked at Stu with shock and surprise and gave a small chuckle.
"Ah i get it, you're playing around with me"
Stu gave Nick an angry scowl.
"Either you leave my daughter and never tell her what's going on or your kits will grow up knowing what kind of dad you really are! A sick and twisted one"
Nick's eyes fell to the ground.
"Then I guess my kits will be told lies forever, good day sir, now if you'll excuse me I have a family I need to go tend to!"
Nick walked out and saw Judy holding Wyatt and Sabrina.
"Hey Carrots can I talk to you in the other room?"
She nodded as she handed Sabrina to Nick and began to walk towards her old bedroom.
"What's up?"
Nick closed the door.
"Judy your dad just told me to leave you"
She looked at him with concern as her nose twitched.
"I'm sorry what did he do?"
Nick sighed.
"He said if I don't leave you he'd tell our kits the truth about me, whatever the hell that means, basically he's going to fill their heads with lies"
She handed Wyatt to Nick and walked out the door with anger.
"DAD!"
Stu walked out into the living room.
"Oh hey Jude the dude, you ready for movie night"
She shook her head.
"Yeh I am, with Nick, back at our apartment, where you aren't"
Bonnie walked beside her daughter.
"Sweetheart is everything ok?"
Judy shook her head.
"Why don't you ask dad?! Ask him why he would pull the father of my children aside and threaten him! Ask him that, we're going back home, have a nice life you two"
She walked back into the room with tears in her eyes and grabbed the luggage they had brought.
"Put the kits in the car Nick, we're obviously not wanted here"
He nodded as he walked to the car, Judy walked by her dad to get through the door.
"Jude"
She turned around in anger
"NO DAD! Whatever you have to say, it can wait, goodbye"
She closed the front door behind her and got in the passenger side of the car, her mom came running after her.
"Judy! Please wait, I don't know what happened but I intend to find out! I'll talk to him and call you tomorrow, I'm sorry you couldn't stay"
Judy rolled up the window and Nick drove off, Judy turned to Nick with tears in her eyes.
"My dad would never just say something like that unless there was a reason"
Nick sighed.
"I wish I knew the reason Carrots"
She rested her face on Nick's shoulder and fell asleep, they drove home with nothing but a song playing in the background.
"They could tear this house down brick by brick But we won't even miss a thing They said we'd never make it, but our hearts won't quit A never ending fantasy"
Nick looked over at Judy who was sleeping and smiled as he turned his eyes back to the road.

In that moment his heart knew what he wanted, and he wouldn't let anything happen to it, he wanted... her.
