You woke up exhausted on your last day in the away games. You've been up late to help out with your team's free practice. Not only that, but you and Shimizu are also tasked to prepare breakfast for today. When you got up, the first thing you noticed was the other managers are still fast asleep. Shimizu shifted on her sleep, slowly her eyes opened.

You smiled at her, "Ohayō, Shimizu-senpai!"

She got up while rubbing her eyes, "Ohayō, (F/N)-chan," she turned to look at the others, "I think we should get moving while the others are still asleep."

You stretch your arms up, "That's right,"

You started preparing breakfast once you got to the cafeteria. Shimizu went to start cooking the rice, while you chopped the fresh vegetables and meat. You're also currently cooking the soup. It took you two whole hours to finish everything. By then, the players were already filling in the cafeteria.

"I really need a bath," You mumbled as you serve the boys with their breakfast.

"Good morning, (L/N)-san!" Hinata seems really chirpy this morning.

"Good morning, Shoyo!" You handed him over a large serving of rice, "Here you go!"

"Thank you!" He moved to the next counter.

After breakfast, you and the rest of the managers cleaned the dishes. It's been a long week, it's like you've been here for a month. With all the practices your team members went through and the heavy penalties, they've been beaten up to shape so bad. They won't be able to find any other training camp this intense.

Once you were done, you went to the gym to prepare for the practice matches. This time, the punishment for the losing team will be diving drills around the court. Shimizu asked your help to fill up the water bottles, retrieved the newly washed towels and their sports bib for the matches.

Losing the match isn't new to your team anymore. Instead, they held some kind of strange dignity in executing their penalties. Hinata's diving skills improved rapidly too. There was actually good in doing the penalties.

In their final match, Karasuno was paired up with Fukurodani. Your team members wouldn't give up so easily and believed that they will breakthrough with the help of their newly honed skills. They looked fired up already but something made them more motivated than before. Daichi mentioned something about food, that got the Karasuno's Best Players in an enthusiastic state.

They started dancing all of a sudden which weird out everyone, even you. Hinata, Tanaka, Nishinoya dancing as if they are worshiping something. Then there's Kageyama a few inches away dancing in his own choreography.

The sight made you chuckle, your team will be ok as long as those four are all in a good mood. You continue helping around before the match began. Then finally Coach Ukai called them out to huddle around. It was a brief speech but it sure as hell it made everyone fired up for their last game.

"Let's at least try to win this one set against the strongest school at the training camp, Fukurodani, before we go home!" Daichi said they huddle around together.

"YEAH!" They cheered in unison.

Asahi was the first one to serve, using his improved jump serve. The opposing team manages to receive it but it was a bit off. Akaashi tosses the ball towards Bokuto with Kageyama and Tsukishima to blocking your side of the court. It was a wipe.

"Kei's getting better in blocking," You commented.

Shimizu chuckled, "You seemed to be relieved about it (F/N)-chan,"

"Well, he's unmotivated before. It's good to see that he's actually taking this training seriously." You replied, crossing your arms together.

"Maybe you had some good influence in him," Shimizu teased.

Your cheeks blushed, "I doubt it! I can replace him in the team if I was a guy, but then again he'll probably tell me I suck at blocking."

Your conversation was cut by an insane cut shot performed by Bokuto. It left everyone speechless around the court. Bokuto was really happy about it, even his setter Akaashi was amazed.

The game continued, just watching them enjoying the match was just out of ordinary. Bokuto was somehow behind it, he can lift everyone's spirits even his opponents.

Nishinoya received the ball and passed it directly to Kageyama. Hinata was prepared to do a quick, or so you thought. But then, the next thing he did caught everyone in surprise—he did a feint. Even Kageyama couldn't believe that the sunshine boy did something unexpected.

Another unexpected result happened during the game. Just when Hinata and Kageyama were about to do a quick when they finally able to execute what Kageyama has been practicing for every free practice. You've seen the improvements in these couple of days when you're helping him train.

A round of silence followed after, everything happened so fast that no one could even react on time. Even the ones who performed the freak-quick are left speechless for a while. They just stared at each other before reacting. They looked so excited and happy at the same time.

The game continued with each member doing their best to score for their team. You can see how well the Karasuno improved their flawed skills from the start of the resuming Tokyo away games. Nishinoya was also executing the proper tossing of the ball from the back zone. All you can say was they've grown these past few days. They definitely level up all of their plays.

It was almost a match point when Coach Nekomata asked you to help out in setting up the barbecue grills and cooking the rice for the onigiris. There are boxes of fresh vegetables and grocery bags full of meats arrived. You started making onigiris once the cooked rice cooled down. There are varieties of onigiris, some are plain and others have fillings inside.

"Wow~(F/N)-chan! You're so good at making onigiris. Where did you learn that?" Eri was amazed by just watching you.

"My aunt who I lived with before used to teach how to cook and prepare meals," You answered.

"Watch out, (F/N)-chan, Yukie's definitely eyeing your onigiris," Kaori warned in a jokingly way.

"I shall have one of those later," Yukie said, moving to the wash are to clean the vegetables.

You have to be honest though, you pretty much enjoy being with the other managers besides they are all females. They are easy to get along with.

It was time for you to chop the vegetables. You helped Eri chopped the onion because she was having a hard time finishing them off. Also, you made more onigiris after that. You heard a loud whistle, which means the match was over. The other members of Shinzen went to help your group start cooking the meats. Not long after the other players pour out of the gym. Their eyes sparkling as they see and smell the food being cooked in the grill.

After Nekomata-sensei finishes doing his speech. You all started distributing the plates to the boys. Going around in circles to make sure they all have one. You went into the corner to make more onigiris for them. Just then you saw Kaori offering a plate of onigiris to Asahi when Yukie popped out nowhere eating four of it.

"Wah~Yukie-senpai really did ate the onigiris," You said.

Mako chuckled, "She said she was already hungry from all the preparations."

"Hey, that should be enough. We should probably get some food." Eri said.

You grabbed a plate and went to get some food. While doing so, you see Nishinoya, Tanaka, and Yamamoto standing in the corner emitting scary vibes. Shimizu grabbed your wrist and pulled you away from them.

"Oh! (L/N)-san! Come eat with us," Lev gestured you to approach them, "Have some meat!"

"Thank you, Haiba-san." You smiled at him.

"You can call me by my first name!" Lev said.

"Oh, a—alright then, Lev-kun." You chuckled when you saw how his eyes sparkled when you called him by his first name.

"(F/N)!" You turn to the direction of the voice to see Eri waving his hand at you, "Join us!"

"I—" You turn to Lev.

"It's alright, (L/N)-san! You go and have fun!" He grinned at you.

"Thank you, Lev-kun!" You bowed and made your way to the other managers.

You enjoyed eating while conversing with them not sensing that some of the boys are actually watching your group. Oblivious to what's happening around you, the other members of your team seemed to sense it though.

"Ne, Tsuki, I heard (L/N) used to be a volleyball player," Kuroo said.

Tsukishima looked in your direction, "Uh, that's true. She was the captain of middle school volleyball. She and Kageyama used to be in the same school too."

"Really?" Kuroo turned to Kageyama.

Kageyama cocked an eyebrow before understanding what Kuroo was trying to tell him, "She's the setter of their team. She didn't join the girl's team when we got to high school."

"Ah! But didn't she joined the girl's team temporarily for the Inter-High? They even made it as top 16," Hinata added.

"Eh!? (L/N)-san's a volleyball player?" Lev who just arrived in the scene asked in disbelief.

"Where did you come from?" Kuroo cocked an eyebrow at him.

"The setter of the girl's team sprained her ankle pretty badly. Without a substitute, they will need to withdraw their game. The third years were devastated, I think that got (F/N) to play for them."

"You seemed to be close with (L/N)-san Tsuki," Kuroo smirked.

"How's that?"

"You call her by her first name," Lev pointed out, "I couldn't even bring myself to call her that even if I wanted to! You say it so naturally like you've been friends ever since."

"Believe or not, we used to hate each other," Tsukishima confessed.

"Used to, huh?" Kuroo returned his eyes in your direction.

The sky turned orange, it was already late in the afternoon when you finished cleaning everything after the barbecue party. It was kind of sad that the training camp is over and you will have to go back to Miyagi right away. But at the same time, you were glad that you get to spend your summer meeting new people and making friends with them.

You were done arranging your things inside your bag. Once you're done, you turn to look at the other managers inside the room. They seem a little bit sad about the two of you leaving but you know you'll meet again.

Eri was the first one to hug you and Shimizu, "Wah! I can't believe you're actually going!"

You hugged her back, "Thank you for being our happiness when doing work, Eri! I'll miss you!"

"Take care of yourself," Shimizu said.

She pulled away, "I will! I'll miss you too." She wiped the tears in the corner of her eyes.

"This may be our last year in high school but we are so glad that we met and spent time with you two." Kaori patted your shoulder.

"Your onigiris are delicious," Yukie said with her cricket-like smile, "Take care,"

"We'll see you soon, ok? In Tokyo!" Mako grinned.

You and Shimizu, "That's a promise!"

Once you were finally out of the building, everyone from the other teams was actually waiting for your group. They started saying goodbye to each other. Each member gets to talk with one another.

"(L/N)-san!" You turned to see Kuroo, he walked up to you, "It was great to meeting you. Take care," He held his hand out to you.

You stared at his open hand before smiling, "Thank you, Tetsurō-senpai. It's nice meeting you as well," and you took his hand for a shake.

"My turn! (L/N)-san!" Lev was just as energetic as ever, "I hope to see you soon! Come back anytime!" He grinned at you.

"Thank you, Lev-kun!" You smiled at him.

"(L—L/N-san)!" Yamamoto shouted, "T—Take care!"

You smiled at him, "Thank you, Yamamoto-senpai!"

On your way back to Miyagi was pretty filled with soft snores. Everyone seemed to be knocked out from that long training camp. Even Shimizu was fast asleep beside you, while Takeda fights off his sleepiness.

You took a deep breath before closing your eyes. Surrendering into the calmness of the ride.
