Chapter 34
Later on that day
Angela took a deep breath and looked out at the rushing water nearby. She had used a car service and had agreed to meet with Austin to talk. Her parents had offered to drive her over here but she had refused. This is something she had to do alone.
When she heard his car park in the parking lot and saw him walking over to her. She re said the words she had prepared.
"This is a welcomed surprise. Are we finalizing details for dinner with you're family in a few days.?" Austin asked. As he sat down beside her.
"No it isn't. I love you. And i know you love me. But after talking with parents i see things between us in a new way. I need our relationship to be over. I'm not ready to date someone so much older. From this day forward we can only be friends. If you can't handle that then we'll be nothing." Angela proclaimed.
"You're breaking me because of you're parents! This is all their fault! They turned you against me!" Austin yelled.
Angela felt alarms going off in her mind. Telling her to leave and never see him again.
"No they did nothing like that. I told you from the beginning. I make my own choices. Forget what i said before. I don't want to be friends or anything with you." Angela replied. Getting up from where she was seated. Before she began to walk towards the Unfiltered coffee shop. Not looking back as she picked up her pace. And started to run.
Austin felt something inside him snap. His entire body fuming. He got up from where he was seated. He ran after her and grabbed her tightly. Throwing her to the ground.
"I'm never letting you go!" He yelled. And made his way towards his car.
Angela quickly scrambled to her feet and and ran towards the the coffee shop.

The Unfiltered Coffee Shop
Angela took a deep breath. As she felt herself begin to calm. The cup of chamomile tea shaking in her hands. Unable to drink any of it. She placed it back down on the table seeing the cinnamon bun she had ordered made her stomach turn.
Hearing the door open and close. Then footsteps coming towards her table caused her to jump.
"I'm here. I left as soon as i got you're text. What's going on.?" Asher asked. Taking a seat beside his twin sister.
Angela took a breath and began to explain what had happened between her and Austin. By the end she was in tears. The entire incident leaving her shaken.
"Who the hell does this guy think he is.! He had no right to behave that way. He had no business being involved with you at all. Where is he.?" Asher asked.
Angela quickly wiped her eyes. "I'm not telling you that. I don't want you to go after him. I don't want dad to know. I just want to forget about this and him. And move on." She replied.
"Fine. Let's get you home and settled." Asher said.

Awhile Later
With Angela now fast asleep in her room. Asher took it upon himself to inform his father, brother , and mother of exactly what happened between Angela and Austin.
Brooke remained at home. In her daughter's room. Watching over her little girl protectively.

"That's the bookstore and the house where Austin and his parents live." Asher pointed out to his dad and brother. While his father drove through the neighborhood.
