Truth Hurts More Then Anything
Hank was the last to leave that night, Kelly agreed to have Lucia again if he needed to. Knowing how Hank was going to be at the office for quiet some time if not longer. Hailey's been on his mind with worry. So Hank agreed, with his back turned against the wall drinking, knowing his daughter needs him, but he can not shake off that Hailey's going to need him as well. Sighing he picks up the glass pours some more.
Hailey heads inside the 21st precinct wringing out her hands, she takes a deep breath while walking up the stairs, so everybody now knew what her father was, what haunts her at night. Wanting the tears to fall was never going to happen. Hailey would not let it, not until she was safe in his arms. Placing her hand in the scanner, putting in her code number the door opened. Shutting it behind her, she makes her way up the stairs into the bull pen. Making her way into Hank's office. Quietly opening the door, shutting it behind her. Closing the blinds including on the door. "Please do not be mad me at me, I did it all for Lucia." Hailey speaks in a whisper. As the person turns around she knows she is in massive trouble.
Hank heard the door open the softness of her feet gave her way. Hailey's always walked quietly everything she did was quiet. Wanting to slam his glass down know she will jump caused him to wait to what she had to say, slowly placing the glass down, capping the bottle. Putting them both back in there right spots hearing the soft whisper of her sweet voice Hank knew his emotions are hanging on by a thread. At the moment this was not how it was going to be, his house his bedroom was where it was all going to happen not in his office. Turning around yeah guess now would be the perfect time. Time to teach is kitten whom not just loves her but will protect her as well.
Hank gets up pulling her with him, Hank slams her not hard just hard enough to where her mouth was opened. That was what he needed, kissing her rough and hard at the same time. Pulling back from her face, whispering "could not trust me is that it" as he slowly lightly touches her hips as his lips find her neck does a light if not hard nibble to where he knows it will leave a mark. Whispering yet again "scared to come to me is that it?" as his hands slowly make there way up to her rib cage. Whispering one last time "guess loyalty and trust do not matter." Hank kisses her soft this time as he pulls away before making his leave out of his office. With a stunned Hailey left behind.
Crumbling to the floor she cries alone yet again. Hurting Hank was the last thing she wanted to, hurting herself was not planned how was Hailey to know how much Hank meant to himself. Until now in his office the raw passion she felt. The hurt of the trust, loyalty, and the anguish she felt all those times he came to her was his way of opening up. Being there when Al died, being there when he needed someone to talk to. Hailey had no idea how much he fallen for her. Hailey knew it would be a matter of time before she caught wind of his feelings damn it she loved him.
Hank was so pissed how could she not trust him? Wanting to hit something then realizing he left Hailey inside his office with all the information on the board and in the stakeout room hurrying back upstairs. Taking three at time, it was then that Hank spotted her sleeping in his office on the floor. Picking her up laying with her on the sofa, mumbling "i love you Hank" Hailey went back into a deep sleep. Hank was shocked in the morning they will have a much talk about kissing Hailey's head whispering, "love you to kitten." As sleep took them both over.
