"Spectre… you claimed you were a Lost Incident victim when Soulburner beat you…." Blue Girl said.
"Is that a statement of a question?" he replied.
"There's only one Ignis left which could match up…. and Earth was nothing like you!"
"I'm not proud of it either… but the Earth Ignis was most defiantly created from me." Spectre held out his hand and an orb appeared which showed the Earth Ignis in a cage.
"Earth!" Aqua yelled out.
"He can't hear you but he was made from it. Deep down you can sense it as well."
"How…. why…. could you be a Knight of Hanoi?!"
"You'll have to take it up with us in a duel!" Trojan replied.
"Yes…. you were one of the people who saved the Lost Incident kids that day…" Playmaker recalled.
"Let's remise elsewhere!" Spectre said. "We'll separate and duel. Blue Girl, would you be open to a duel?"
"You didn't even need to ask."
"And. Playmaker, I'll take you on!"
"Yes, let us."
Spectre clenched his fist and both he and Blue Girl disappeared to top of some of the last remaining buildings while Playmaker and Trojan remained in the street.

"That's mutual destruction?!" Decode and Draga clashed with their weapons which caused both to wipe each other out.
"Now I attack with Transcode directly!" Transcode locked onto Trojan and fired up on from a cannon which formed on his arm.

A green seed from Dryas dropped on the floor and emerging from it in purple liquid was a white and brown armoured Monster. The skin was made of yellow vines.

"I have to know. Even though he's working for the Hanoi… he's still a Lost Incident child… it's only fair you hear him out."

"You see I was also kidnapped at the age of six, ten years ago… and I loved it!"

"I was in an orphanage… my home! The orphanage took us on a trip…. and on that trip I got lost…. for days I had to shelter in the woodland… it was there I discovered how beautiful nature was!"
"But they didn't find you?" Aqua asked.
"I didn't want to be found. I survived on the food the trees grew… the water from the lake…. I was happy! It was quiet!"
"But how did you join the Hanoi?"
"After several weeks I was found…. but when I came back…. life wasn't the same… it was noisy…. so I ran…. trying to get back to my home of nature! But it was sealed off…. they had planned to cut it down because of its dangers to the children it posed…"

"It was then Revolver came to me! I continued to run away…. I refused to go back…. Revolver told me about a project…. a project to allow me to return to my favourite place in virtual reality! All I had to do was help by dueling and at night I could return to my favourite place! I gladly accepted!"
"You… weren't treated by being abused?!" Blue Girl replied.
"No! I was a willingly volunteer! Kogami and Revolver gave me everything I wanted… after the Ignis threat became real…. I happily volunteered to stop them!"
"But they want to destroy the network? You benefited from it?!"
"Once Kogami passes away…. our mission will be over… we'll have a blank slate… I'll be able to create a new virtual world…. somewhere without the Ignis! A place that anyone can come to experience what I felt!" Spectre smirked.
"I understand." Aqua said.
"I don't! You happily assisted to destroy the Cyberse World yet you hated your peaceful forest being wiped out?!"
"The Ignis are not on the same level as humanity. You can give whatever hero speech you want…. I won't change my mind!"
"I don't see any redemption for you or the rest of the Hanoi! I'll make sure you get the punishment you deserve!"
"You might get us put in prison but…. SOL is still out there! Only we can stop them!"
"I can't allow that! For Aqua's sake…. for my sake! LINK VRAINS is enjoyed by so many people…."

"Not just the Earth Ignis but all will be wiped out! Des-Code wipes out your defence Fern Knight!" Des-Code fired the charge at Blue Girl's last Monster and it was easily destroyed.

"So you pulled out a LINK-4…. big deal!"
"It's a big deal as Hairi can wipe out cards on your field X each Monster used to Link Summon! I destroy your two Monsters!"
Hairi had a golden arrow form in her bow and she fired it at the ground, causing a golden light to dissolve Spectre's Monsters.
"No!" Spectre yelled as his Spell also vanished since the Link Monster it summoned was destroyed.
"You might not like your Ignis… but I do! Hairi, direct attack!" Hairi fired another golden arrow into Spectre's chest which sent him flying across the building top.
Spectre LP: 2300 – 0 Blue Girl Wins
"You beat me…. not bad at all!" Spectre said as he was dissolving. "But you made a big mistake! I know what SOL is hiding from you!"
"What?!" Blue Girl yelled as Spectre dissolved. "Was he lying?"
I couldn't get a read on him…." Aqua said.
"How about you get a read on me?" Blue Girl knew that voice and she turned around. "Miyu…" she said bluntly as Violet Dagger stood fully recovered.
