As Mina crossed Hado's name off of the list, her classmates were trying to come up with explanations as to who it could be.
"Hatsume seems like the obvious choice, considering how friendly she was to him during the sports festival." Kaminari pointed out.
"Yeah, but don't forget, this whole situation has Setsuna written all over it." Jiro said.
"Kinoko also seems to be a worthy choice." Tokoyami said.
"Yes, but even though they've only had small interactions, Midoriya has communicated with Kendo, the most." Iida pointed out.
"True, but Ibara is so wholesome, it would make sense that Midoriya would be attracted to her." Tsuyu said.
"Yui seems to be the shy, quiet type of person, so she'd be perfect for Midoriya." Yaoyorozu said.
"Reiko is the same way, plus Midoriya was probably interested in her quirk first and that was what started it." Shoji said.
The class continued to argue over who Midoriya would be interested in, romantically.
Finally, Mina stood up and took a deep breath.
"Quiet!" Mina shouted.
Everyone stopped talking and turned their attention towards Mina.
"Alright, we all clearly have different opinions and ideas on who it could possibly be, but arguing about it isn't going to get us anywhere in terms of finding out who it really is." Mina told them.
"So, what do you suggest that we do?" Ochaco asked.
Mina thought about it for a moment, trying to come up with another plan to compliment her other one.
"I have Mt. Lady on my side, but within the school, it gets a bit more tricky." Mina thought.
"Momo, have you talked to Kendo yet?" Mina asked.
"I haven't had any luck, every time that I've seen her recently, she immediately says that she has somewhere to be and runs away." Yaoyorozu said.
"Yeah, that doesn't sound suspicious at all." Mina said, sarcastically.
Meanwhile.
Midoriya was having a rough night.
At first, he struggled to fall asleep, despite his exhaustion.
It was only after hours of trying that he finally got results.
Unfortunately for him, the results would be less than satisfactory.
Midoriya ended up having a nightmare.
Within his nightmare, Midoriya was wandering around the dorms, searching for his friends.
"Hello?!" Midoriya called out.
There was no response, with only the sound of the falling rain being heard.
Midoriya sighed and tried to turn on the lights, to no avail.
"The power must be out." Midoriya said.
As Midoriya navigated his way to the main room, he could hear the rain starting to fall harder and the thunder roaring.
As he entered the room, a flash of lightning illuminated it, causing Midoriya to flinch in fear as he thought he saw someone.
"No, it couldn't be." Midoriya thought.
Midoriya headed for the front door and tried to open it, only to find it locked.
"How am I locked in?!" Midoriya thought, in a panic.
Midoriya stepped away and went up to a window to see if he could find anyone.
As he began to look, he was met with another flash of lightning and someone standing there, smiling at him.
Midoriya flinched again, only this time, he was sure of who he saw.
"Toga." Midoriya said, while trying to catch his breath.
"That's so sweet of you, I love it when you say my name!" Toga exclaimed.
Midoriya spun around, seeing Toga standing right behind him.
Midoriya got into a fighting stance.
"What are you doing here?" Midoriya questioned her.
"Isn't it obvious, we are here to take care of your girlfriend." Toga said, with a grin.
"We?" Midoriya asked, in horror.
Toga pointed towards the front door, causing Midoriya to turn around again.
There they were, the rest of the league, standing before him.
Midoriya's instincts kicked in and he activated his quirk, charging forward as fast as he could, only to pass right through them.
"What?" Midoriya said, in confusion.
Just like that, they were gone.
Midoriya looked around, trying to find any sign of them.
"Midoriya!" Ochaco shouted.
Midoriya looked up, seeing Ochaco and the rest of his classmates, who were all glaring at him.
"How could you keep this from us?" Iida asked, disapprovingly.
"It was just to keep her safe, I trust all of you." Midoriya said.
"Yeah, right." Mina said, sarcastically.
"You don't deserve her or anyone for that matter." Yaoyorozu said.
"Which is why we made a call." Bakugo said.
His friends stepped away, revealing his girlfriend and two people standing by her.
"Midoriya, help me." She cried out.
The people grabbed her by her arms and started pulling her away from him.
Midoriya started running forward, reaching out to try and save her.
"No!" Midoriya screamed.
With that, Midoriya awoke.
Midoriya jolted upwards, sweating and breathing heavily.
Midoriya took in his surroundings, seeing that he was in his room.
He winced in pain, finding that he had a headache.
He got out of bed and made his way to the bathroom, rinsing his face with water.
As he got control of his breathing, he looked into the mirror.
"I can't let that happen." Midoriya thought.
Midoriya sighed and stood up.
"I won't let that happen." Midoriya said.
