Rick and Harry head out on the highway heading towards Atlanta, but it was slow going. There were so many obstacles in their way, car crashes, abandoned campsites, and, of course, walkers that Rick and Harry were having a hard time getting through. They weren't even halfway there when the sun began to set. Rick pulled off the road, and he and Harry hiked a little way into the woods to find a relatively clear piece of land where they could set up their tent. Harry pulled out his wand and pointed it at the shelter, quickly setting it up. Then he began to set up the wards around the tent to get the walkers and people away from them. Once he was finished, Harry went inside with his dad and began to make dinner for him and Rick.

"Will those wards keep the walkers away," Rick asked

"Yes, they will. I put wards around the house, and they worked just fine," Harry informed Rick.

Rick nodded, having full confidence in his son's magic. Rick stepped out of the tent just as a walker staggered towards the canvas, and sure enough, it changed course, as if pushed by an invisible force. Rick smiled and went back into the tent to get some sleep.

The next morning, Harry and Rick got back into the squad car and set out for Atlanta again. Once again, they ran into the problem of the vehicles littering the road and abandoned camps. Eventually, it got so bad that Harry and Rick had no other choice but to leave the car and head out on foot, "If we can find some horses we can make up for lost time," Rick said.

"Why, dad? We can use my Firebolt and avoid walkers altogether. I'll even cast a disillusionment spell on us, so no one sees us," Harry said.

Rick thought about it for a moment. He wasn't afraid of flying on a broom, far from it, Rick enjoyed it very much. Rick slowly began to nod; he couldn't think of a good reason why they shouldn't travel by broom.

"But how are we going to spot your mom and the others?"

"Simple, I'll cast a point me spell, and it'll lead us right to them."

Feeling better about be able to find his family, Rick agreed. Harry pulled out his Firebolt, collapsed their tent, and removed the wards. He put everything away, then mounted his broom. Kicking off, Harry hovered a few feet off the ground, and Rick got on. Harry then disillusioned him and Rick and then took off into the air.

Harry and Rick decided to go to the magical district of Atlanta to stock up on supplies and to see if they had been affected by what had happened in the No-Maj world. An hour later, they arrived in Atlanta and landed on the roof of a building. Harry put his Firebolt back in his pack and looked around. What they saw was disturbing. There was a group of people trapped on the roof of the building and hundreds of walkers clamoring at the bottom of the building.

Rick and Harry looked at each other. They couldn't very well leave those people to die at the hands of those walkers. They had to do something. Father and son quietly apparated to the closest building then jumped to the building where the people were trapped. Harry didn't understand why they didn't try to escape by using the rooftops, but he guessed that they didn't want to leave anyone behind.

Rick and Harry slowly approached the group with their hands up, "Do you guys need help," Rick asked.

Just as he suspected, the group turned their guns on them, "Who are you?"

"My name is Rick Grimes, and this is my son Harry."

"How did you get up here?" A blonde woman asked.

"We were on the other building and saw that you were surrounded," Harry explained.

"How did you get to this building," The same blonde asked.

"We jumped across," Harry said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

The group looked at each other. It hadn't occurred to them that they might be able to escape by jumping to another building, "Do you want our help or not?" Rick asked.

An Asian boy stepped forward, "Do you think you can get us off this roof?"

"Yes," Rick and Harry said at the same time.

"How," The blonde woman asked.

She was starting to get on Harry's nerves. She must have thought that she was the leader of this little group. But by the way, the others would roll their eyes every time she would ask a question; it is evident that she wasn't.

The Asian boy came up to Rick and Harry and introduced himself as Glenn, and he introduced the others as well, "That's Jacqui, Miguel, T-Dog, Andrea, and Merle."

"It's nice to meet you all, but I think we should get going," Rick said.

He walked to the edge of the roof and easily jumped across. The group looked at each other and began to follow him across; Harry was the last one to come across. Merle looked around and scoffed, "Alright, Officer Friendly, you led us to another roof now how do we get away from the geeks down there?"

"My boy and I will go down and get one of those trucks and bring it to the loading dock, and you all can take off from there," Rick said.

"You're not coming with us," Glenn asked.

"No, we have business in Atlanta," Rick said.

"What kind of business could you possibly have here," Andrea asked.

"Private business," Harry told her.

The blonde woman glared at Harry, "Look, do you want our help or not," Harry asked, Andrea.

"Yes."

"Then, I suggest you mind your own business."

With that, Harry walked towards the exit with his father. They slowly and carefully made their way downstairs. They were making sure that there were no walkers in the building. When Rick and Harry got to the ground floor, Rick looked out the barred windows and noticed that all the walkers were concentrated on the building next door. Rick and Harry discussed how they were going to handle this. Rick decided that if Harry could get the walkers attention with a spell, they could make a run for the truck.

"Okay, I know exactly what to use."

Harry disillusioned himself and stepped out into the street. He quickly cast a bombarda at the far end of the road and blew up part of a building then ducked back into the building. He and Rick watched as all of the walkers turned and started to stumble their way towards the commotion. Once all the walkers left, Harry disillusioned Rick, and they rushed out and quickly got to the moving van and got it. Rick found the keys, and they backed out of the fence and drove around to the docking bay and opened the back of the van.

Rick called for the others, and the opened the door, "What was that explosion," T-Dog asked.

"I don't know, but you guys need to get going before they come back," Rick said, and then he and Harry got out. They help everyone get into the van, wished them luck, and went back into the store and closed the door.

Harry took Rick by the arm and turned on his heel and apparated to his apartment in the Wizarding district. Meanwhile, the other people made their way to the quarry, where the other survivors were waiting for them. Andrea and Miguel were greeted warmly by their families while the others welcomed Glenn, and Jacqui and Merle walked away from everyone without saying a word.

"We thought we had lost you," A man named Dale said.

"We almost didn't make if it hadn't been for a sheriff and his son," Miguel said.

Shane, Lori, and Carl suddenly turned to listen. Shane stood up and walked over to the group, "And where are they," Shane asked.

"They stayed behind. The boy said they had some business in Atlanta. I can't imagine what," Andrea said in a huff.

Shane looked back at Lori who stood up and walked over to stand next to Shane with Carl beside her, "What did they look like?"

"Tall, medium build dark hair. They looked exactly alike except the son had green eyes, and the dad had blue."

Carl smiled; he knew that it was his dad and brother. It was only a matter of time for Harry and his dad to find them. Carl looked up at his mother and Shane and they had the same look on their faces, happy and relieved.
