Later that night after dinner Hermione and Ginny went up to their room. They changed and Ginny immediately starts off "Where were you the whole day. I wanted to tell you so much."

"So did Ron I guess" said hermione from the corner of the mouth.

"Hermione! Listen, you were right."

"Was I? And about?"

"About Harry ofcourse. He did indeed go after that stupid Cho."

"Well I told you. He still fancies her. I wonder what would happen now after Cedric gone."

"Well forget that, I listened to your advise. I met Micheal at Yule Ball. You know I was so angry Harry didn't even think of asking me and instead went for her thay I thought I'm also going to find someone else."

"Good for you!"

"Yea I met Micheal corner at Yule Ball. I thought he was just being friendly and all throughout the year but he asked me out at the end of the year. And I was like what the heck, why not. And I said yes to him. So I'm dating him now and it's amazing. And Hermione we-we almost kissed. Dont tell anyone! Especially Ron! "

" Wow! That's great. See I told you, have fun and enjoy. Don't hang out for Harry. If he likes you he will come to you. "said with a smile.

" Yea I'm so happy. I was bursting to tell you. Wasn't getting a chance. But now you tell me, what's the Bulgaria vacation Ron is talking about! "

" What! That! Oh its nothing! "

" Hermione you promised you will tell me EVERYTHING! "

Hermione hesitated for a moment but she knew she could trust Ginny." Listen Ginny, I will tell you everything okay, but you have to promise not to tell ANYONE, especially Ron! "

She raised her eyebrow and said" Ofcourse hermione "

" You remember Viktor asked me out! We had a great time together. Me and him are alot alike. He has these amazing ideas. And then I was having alot of fun at the Ball, and then went to sit with Harry and Ron to tell them to dance too and then Ron makes this huge fight to not talk to the enemy of Harry. And Viktor was such a gentleman and everything you could hope for. And then-then I was angry at Ron and went away. And we-we kissed. "

" WHAT!? Hermione you didn't tell me! How was it!? What happened!? "

" Yea, just for afew seconds you know. Cause it was first for both of us. And I liked how he noticed me but then Ron ruins everything! He had this huge fight with me over it after the Ball. And he told, well we talked and sorted it out " she deliberately hid the fact that they both admitted to liking each other.

" What is the problem with Ron? "

" Well he wasn't comfortable and all and I avoided meeting him infront of him. We became really good friends. He's really nice and caring and praises me alot. And then he told me he-he loves me."

"Woah! Let me let this sink. Viktor Krum loves you!"

"Yes and I told him I need some time to answer..."

"WHAT!? What time do you need? What else do you want in a guy? Hermione are you mad?"

"Maybe. But I was so busy with Harry task and I didn't know how Ron would say to it."

"Who cares what Ron would say!"

"Well I do Ginny. He's my best friend. Anyways he asked me to visit him in Bulgaria and stay over summer. Which came in the article also."

"Oh I thought Rita just made that up"

"No he did ask me. I didn't know what to say. And I read the article infront of Ron. And I didn't reply to Viktor and Ron kept asking me my reply. I think that's why he was worried about my vacation"

"What is ths problem with Ron. Why is he being nosy. Unless...well then why didn't you go?"

"I-I turned him down Ginny. I don't think..."

"YOU WHAT!? WHY!? HOW!?"

"Relax Ginny! I don't know Ginny. He's not my type. He doesn't thrill me or excite me. He keeps praising me. I don't know I think I like being challenged you know."

"What's your type?" asked Ginny curiously.

"whaaaa... I don't know. Maybe who can surprise me, who can make me laugh."

Ginny was looking at her shrewdly. She knew Ginny would find out eventually that she fancies Ron. But she will not let her know. Atleast not yet.

"You're hiding something! A guy who is really into you and you're not. Why? Do you like someone else?" hermione knew this is the moment Ginny is indirectly asking if she likes Ron. And she remained quiet, she looked at Ginny with a smile.

"No..."

"Fine don't tell. But remember I will figure it out. I'm not stupid you know, like Ron" and she looked at hermione deliberately to see her Reaction on Ron's name. Hermione kept a straight face.

"No you're not" She smiled. "Let's go to sleep now. It's late, so much to do tomorrow." they wished goodnoght to each other and went off to sleep.

"What!?" said Sirius.

"Oh no Oh no! Dumbledore knew something like this would happen. All of them noticed an activity among the Order members. There was certainly something wrong.

" What happened!? " said Ron as they all came downstairs running.

" Not now wait! " said Mrs. Weasley. "Ahhhhh Arthur owl. Dumbledore reached ministry."

"Ask Figg to let us know what is happening with Harry. We need to know he is not leaving the house. Im owling him too Molly." said Sirius

"Be careful."

"Yes I'm telling him to stay home." said Sirius.

"Ohhh Figg owl is here." said Mrs. Weasley. "Read it!" said Sirius.

"His uncle is throwing him out of the house!"

"What!?" said Sirius, Ron and Hermione.

"Please can anyone tell us what's going on?" said Ron.

"Tell Dumbledore Sirius! We can make him stay but what if he gets thrown out from them?" said Mrs. Weasley.

"Talk to Arthur in the fire. He is closest to Dumbledore at the moment" said Sirius.

Mrs. Weasley threw the powder in fire and put her head "Arthur, quick word. Harry uncle is throwing him out, Figg just informed."

"I'm on it" said Dumbledore.

"Molly! He will get a hearing!" said Mr Weasley. She came out of the fire and said "Oh thank God! He is getting a hearing!"

"Now can you all tell us what happened!? We are his best friends you know." said Ron

Sirius looked up at them and asked them to sit. "There was a Dementor attack on Harry. Mundungus went off duty for cauldrons!"

"Oh I'm going to get him big time for this Sirius! I'm going to kill him. How irresponsible he is!"

"So he couldn't be there to defend. So Harry used magic!"

"Nooooooooo!" shrieked hermione.

"Yes and ministry was waiting for it. Thankfully Figg, Harry's neighbor, found him and Dumbledore was informed at once." said Sirius.

"Ministry expelled him first!" said Mrs. Weasley.

"What!?"

"No way...!"

"They can't do that!"

"Well they did. Thankfully Dumbledore was informed he reached there instantly and now he got a hearing!" said Sirius

"Still Sirius! The hearing! We can't relax upon it. Anything could happen. We can't predict the Ministry."

"I think Dumbledore should bring Harry here now!" said Sirius.

"I think so too. Let's wait till we get here" said Mrs. Weasley. Just then Hedwig arrived with three letters from Harry. To ron, hermione and Sirius.

"He wrote the same to all of us!" said Sirius.

"Don't put anything into writing." said Mrs. Weasley.

"Can we just reply!?" said hermione.

"No hermione! Do you want him to get into more trouble. I think we could convince Dumbledore to bring Harry here. So you don't need to reply" said Mrs. Weasley.

"But..." said Hermione

"Drop it Hermione!" said Ron. "Let's go upstairs. Ouch! Hedwig! Whats wrong with you. Ouch!"

"I think Hedwig heard you of not replying." said Sirius.

"Ouch!" said hermione. "See even Hedwig wants us to give answers!"

"Harry must have told Hedwig" said Sirius. "Now you lot go upstairs, Order meeting about to start"

"Oh thank God he's coming today! I can't wait to meet him!" said Hermione

"Me too! So much to tell him!" said Ron excitedly. They were sitting in Ron's room waiting for Harry to come as per plan. Hermione was curled up on his bed and Ron was lying on his back close to her.

"Do you think he would be angry!?"

"He would be, but he will understand I guess. There was nothing we could do to give him information. I'm just glad we can finally talk to him"

They have gotten so much comfortable with each other and use to each other during the stay. She knew she could talk anything to Ron and he would answer. Although they were cleaning up daily but she was having so much fun with the Weasley, especially Ron, she never felt so happy in her life. She was feeling happy that she chose Ron for summer stay rather than Bulgaria. The more she stayed with them the more she learnt about Ron. How his brothers constantly put him down and every time she had to defend him. How Ginny makes fun of him being a prat, how he always get ignored by his parents and still he puts up a smile for everyone and make them happy. Nobody notices him, except well me. I couldn't stop gushing over his sensitivity, his protectiveness, his charm, his smile, his loyalty, his heart. Was she falling for Ron?

Suddenly Ron asks out of nowhere "Hermione? What if-what if Harry is convicted? I won't go to Hogwarts without him!"

"They can't Ron. I checked it, it's within the law to use it in life threatening situation."

Ron sat up straight. "But can you really trust Ministry?"

"How can minister go against their own law? See this book,i read in it."

Ron came over and sat closely next to Hermione, their shoulders touching and started looking over the book. "This para states that you can use magic."

"But what if Ron, they swing it for him, you know, making it hard for him to answer and and..."

He turned to hermione and looked into her eyes and said "Relax hermione! He will get away with it. He always does. And whole Order is with him. And Dumbledore!" Said Ron. Hermione wanted to say so much but was lost in his eyes. She turned away before her feelings start to show up.

"But I'm still scared hermione. I can't lose him. Let's just hold ourselves till the hearing."

"yes we have to keep it together. For him. And ourselves." she turned and looked him into his eyes and he returned the gaze with a smile. "Just keep me together please Ron. You know I lose it!" she was still staring into Ron eyes and he looked back into her eyes with a smile. For a second Ron seemed lost. He didn't know what to say or do. He blushed.

She knew she made him blush. She likes to make ron feel things and see his feelings for her. She had gotten him speechless. He got so confused he turned away and said "Ofcourse hermione. I will always be there for you." but was afraid to make eye contact again.

Just then the door knob turned. Hermione jumped away from ron, scared if the twins or Ginny find her like this with Ron, how will she save herself. The door opened and it was Harry.

"HARRY! Ron, he's here, Harry's here! We didn't hear you arrive! Oh, how are you? Are you all right? Have you been furious with us? I bet you have, I know our letters were useless — but we couldn't tell you anything, Dumbledore made us swear we wouldn't, oh, we've got so much to tell you, and you've got to tell us — the dementors! When we heard — and that Ministry hearing — it's just outrageous, I've looked it all up, they can't expel you, they just can't, there's provision in the Decree for the Restriction of Underage Sorcery for the use of magic in life-threatening situations —"

"Let him breathe, Hermione," said Ron, grinning, closing the door behind Harry.

"The meeting's over, Dung," said Sirius, as they all sat down around him at the table. "Harry's arrived."

"What the hell is wrong with Harry?" Ron whispered to hermione.

"Oh I don't know, I knew he must be angry ofcourse. But didn't know he was this angry." hermione whispered back.

"I think he has lost it."

"Maybe. But let him get it all out you know. He deserves a break!"

"Yea, I mean we should be there for him. We are his best friends!" he smiled at hermione.
