its the next morning here at horseland, and we are all busy saddling up our horses. Aunt Zoey broke the silence, "complete silent treatment. not one word for any reason" Aunt Zoey said. we all nodded to let her know we heard her. I was ready for this.
Molly deserves the silent treatment after all the mean things she said to me and Sarah. a second later, we all saw Molly walking in the barn. we all turned away when we saw her. Molly walked up to Calypso's stall and petted her.
"hey you, at least I still have one good friend left at horseland" Molly said. I rolled my eyes. we all left the barn leaving Molly alone. when we all met up with Bailey in the arena we all started practicing for the show that was gonna happen in a few days.
things did not go so well. we kept messing up. everyone was arguing and getting angry at each other. Bailey noticed this and told us to stop. "hold it.
a few days ago, you guys were winning the blue ribbon, ready to win this thing. where did that team go?" Bailey said. we stayed silent not knowing what to say.
"fine then, we will be taking a break" Bailey said. he clearly was not happy with us. after Bailey left we all decided to ride in the arena,
together for fun. non of us went near Molly though. after a while of us riding around the arena, we decided to let our horses get some water.
Molly was about to walk up to us to go get water too but Aunt Zoey cut in front of her right in time. Aunt Zoey stood right next to me.
"nice one Aunt Zoey" I said. "thanks, but we need to keep giving her the silent treatment" Aunt Zoey said. I nodded to let her know I heard her.
after we let our horses get some water we put them back in their stalls and unsaddled them. after we unsaddled them we all went outside,
along with my family and sat down on haystacks talking to one another. I was enjoying my time talking to my friends and family,
until I felt my neck itching. it was from the stupid shock collar that I have tightly around my neck. everyone noticed my discomfort.
"is everything okay Lana?" Sarabi said with concern. "no not really, my neck is itching again because of the stupid shock collar that is on my neck" I said.
everyone looked at me with worry. "I know Lana, I wish we could get it off of you" Sarabi said. "maybe if I could just..." I said putting my hands around the collar.
"Lana, don't!" Nala shouted. I pulled the collar attempting to get it off of me but it shocked me and I screamed in pain. "Lana!" Sarah cried. I gasped trying to recover from the shock. "see, that's what happens when you try to take it off" a voice said.
we turned around to see my husband Scar standing in front of us. "Scar, what the hell do you want?!" Mufasa shouted. "Calm down Mufasa, I only wanted to talk to Lana" Scar said. "like hell you are!" Simba yelled. "your coming with me Lana" Scar said as he took me by the arm.
"no!" I yelled. Scar glared at me and punched me in the face. I fell to the floor. my friends rushed over to help me. "leave her alone, she does not want to go with you!" Alma shouted. "yeah!" I said. Scar punched me again.
"you will come with me Lana!" Scar yelled as he shocked me. I screamed again as I felt the shock. "she is not coming with you Scar, and that's final"
Ahadi said in a firm voice. Scar growled then spoke up, "fine. but this isn't over yet Lana" Scar said. with that, he walked away.
"Are you okay Lana?" Sarah said as she helped me up. "yeah I'm fine, thanks" I said. "come on lets go sit down and get some rest" Alma said.
I nodded. "are you sure your okay Lana?" Mufasa said with concern. "yeah Mufasa, I am okay" I said. "that's good" Mufasa said.
"That bastard, I really want to beat him up" Simba said with anger in his voice. "I know you do Simba" Nala said. we then went back to our conversation.
we saw Molly who was walking Calypso over here. we turned around. "I used to have the coolest friends at horseland. I wonder where they went"
Molly said. we then walked into the barn to get our horses saddled up for practice again. "hey I got hot chocolate with marshmallows,
the other day" Aunt Zoey said. "and who could possibly care!" Molly snapped turning away from us. when we got our horses saddled again,
we got on our horses and met Bailey in the arena. the only person missing was Molly. Bailey noticed that Molly was no where to be seen.
"where is Molly?" Bailey said. "she...dropped out" Alma said. Bailey was not happy with this. "what?! get her back!" Bailey yelled. with that, he stormed off. we then walked over to the fence of the paddock and tied our horses to the fence.
Calypso was here too. "I think I will get my jacket" Sarah said. "good idea" Aunt Chloe said. "I will be back, I need to tell my husband where I am going" I said. "Okay" Sarah said. I got off my horse and looked for Scar. when I walked up to Scar,
he stood up and looked at me. "what do you want Lana!?" Scar snapped. "Scar I umm..." I said nervously. "hurry up and tell me, Lana I don't have all day!" Scar shouted. "I'm just going on a trail ride with my friends" I said. Scar glared at me and stayed silent for a minute.
he sighed and then spoke up, "fine, you can go on your stupid trail ride. but when you get back we are gonna talk" Scar said. "yes Scar" I said.
"Good, now go!" Scar yelled, which scared me so I ran out of the barn. when I met up with my friends we left for our trail ride.
after a while, we ran into Molly. "hey...Molly" Sarah said. "oh, your talking to me now?!" Molly said with anger in her voice.
"your the one who started it, I think you know how to end it" Alma said. "started what, end what?! I don't know what this is all about!" Molly shouted.
"come on Sarah, Lana lets go" Alma said. "yeah" I said. Alma galloped away with Button. Molly turned her back on us.
"are you and Calypso okay?" Sarah said. "we're fine" Molly snapped. I sighed. "come on Sarah, let's go" I said. Sarah nodded. I galloped away,
and I met up with Alma. "where is Sarah?" Alma asked me. I turned around. Sarah wasn't by me. "I'm not sure" I said.
"well we better get back" Alma said. "yeah" I said. "race you back" Alma said. "you're on!" I said. Alma and I galloped back to the stable.
when we got back, Alma was the first one back. "no fair, you cheated!" I whined. "well I am the best jumper in horseland" Alma said.
I then saw my Aunt Zoey and my Aunt Chloe who were reading a magazine. "Wacha guys doing?" I said. "reading a cool magazine, check this out" Aunt Chloe said as she showed me the magazine. we were all having a good time reading the magazine and laughing.
when we saw Sarah and Molly riding their horses together Laughing. I was shocked. "Z-Zoey!" Aunt Chloe cried pointing to them. Aunt Zoey looked up and saw them. when Sarah walked up to us she said, "guys we all owe Molly a huge apology" Sarah said.
all of us were shocked. "what why?!" Aunt Chloe and Aunt Zoey said at the same time. "Molly did not say what we thought she said. she was talking about a different singer named Lana and Sarah. not us" Sarah said.
she and Molly got off their horses. my heart shattered into a million pieces when I heard that. Alma hugged Molly. "Oh Molly, Molly!
I am so sorry" Alma said through tears. I felt tears streaming down my face. I felt ashamed of what I did. I ran up to Molly and hugged her.
"I'm so sorry Molly. I didn't know" I said sobbing. "its okay Lana" Molly said. After we hugged Aunt Zoey spoke up,
"I guess this was our fault" Aunt Zoey said. "well technically, its your fault Zoey" Aunt Chloe said. Aunt Zoey broke down in tears.
"Why did we let this go on for so long?!" Aunt Zoey said crying. Sarah walked up to Aunt Zoey to comfort her. "we have to make a vow.
we will never let this happen again. ever" Sarah said as she put her hand out. "never" I said as I put my hand out and touched Sarah's hand.
"I'm all for that" Molly said as she joined us. Aunt Chloe and Alma joined us. Aunt Zoey joined us too. "what I did was really awful.
can you ever forgive me, Molly?" Aunt Zoey said. "sure, I can Zoey" Molly said. they smiled and hugged. "hey!" A voice called.
we turned around to see Bailey who was smiling at us. "are we ever gonna practice?" Bailey said. "you bet" Sarah said.
we then walked to the barn to get ready for practice.
