Back at Baltimare, Septim's army were at a campsite setup by the Mayor of Baltimare.

The ponies who were near the camp overheard what they said. They never heard about some kind of thing they used back on Tamriel.
The Emperor and his brother told the ponies the story about what he did to unite Tamriel under his empire. The ponies were amazed. The citizens begin spreading the word around Baltimare. Fortunately they were not kidnapped by Jewelius's soldiers.
