Thechaosmaster: Hey everyone! I'm back! Now then, I'll be honest right now, I had this chapter completed late last night, but I wanted to upload it today, that way I can give it one final read over, and make sure that I had everything I need on it.

Red: Yeah, the boss has been working tirelessly on this story all day yesterdy, but he was finally able to finish it, and now, it's been uploaded.

Chaos: Yep, plus, I had to decide whether or not I was actually gonna transform the Digimon or not, figure out what kind of animals everyone was gonna be, the whole nine yards.

Red: Indeed. But, because we don't want to waste your time with all our talking, how about we waste your time, b having you read this chapter?

Chaos laughes: Yeah, and seriously, I can just say, that, I liked writting this chapter, plus, this marks the ned of the first ark of the story. Oh, and before we carry on, can I just remmind everyone about the poll I'm doing? You see, not to long ago, I had put up a poll that would decide Aqua's fate. And Right now, I only have three votes for it. Two votes saying that I should save Aqua, and one vote saying that I should leave Aqua in the realm of darkness. If you guys can please vote for her, that would be great! But other than that, roll the disclaimer!

Chapter 16: The Circle Of Life

After departing from Halloween Town, Henry was taking his turn piloting the Gummi Ship, and traversing through another highway, blasting Heartless ships out of the sky, during which, our local annoyance boldly said, "Well, that was exciting. Especially the costumes! But, like always, I kicked the most butt out there!"

To which Sora, chuckled and with a cocky attitude, said, "As if, I got the most Heartless, Terriermon."

Drake smirked, almost as if he was challenging that remark, and then, he did by saying, "No, you didn't, Sora, I did."

Rika scoffed and said, "Pah-lease! I got the most Heartless back there!"

Jeri, while casually sharpening her sword, said, "Actually, Rika, I believe that I got the most Heartless back there."

To which Renamon calmly said, "I do believe that I took out twice as much Heartless as either of you boys, and you humans, put together."

Takato shook his head, but smiled, then he asked, "Since when have we ever kept track of how many Heartless we defeated? I mean, shouldn't our mission being to just slay the Heartless and protect the worlds? This ain't a 'who has the higher Heartless count' challenge, after all."

Drake turned to his Tamer/father and said, "Eh, come on, Takatomon, we've been on this mission for over a year now, so of course we're going to have to do something to add a little flair to the mix. What's wrong with that?"

Takato didn't say anything, but he just shook his head and smiled. Smiled at his friends. 'Despite how different we are, and what worlds we come from, or what our childhood was like, we all share the same goal, restoring peace to the worlds. This is what it means to be a leader, to be able to look at the ones, whose hearts you have changed for the better.' He thought to himself with a smile on his face.

Takato then looked out of the Gummi Ships window and sighed, then, with a light smile he thought, 'Dad, is this how you felt, when you ruled over your kingdom? The joy of seeing the smiles of those who've loved you, and of those of whom you loved? I just hope that you are proud of me and what I've done for my team, and my people.'

Then Rowena, who she and the other voices that make up the band of merry voice in Takato's head, have been hearing the young prince's thoughts, then said, "Listen, Takato. No matter what you've done in the past, I am sure that your father would be proud of the young man that you've grown to be. And I am certain that he feels the same way about his people, as you do your friends. And I know, that no matter what, you will become a true king."

Takato didn't say anything at first, instead he just looked down at his necklace, then he thought, 'One day, I will restore our home, and one day, I will tell Kairi everything, and try to have a normal childhood again.' Takato closed his eyes and, while shaking his head, he laughed, then he softly said, "Yeah, right, like anything will ever BE normal with me ever again."

That was when Rika said, "Yo, Goggle-Prince. You say something?"

Takato looked at his girlfriend, then he chuckled and said, "Nah, just me rambling to myself, well, myself and the many voices that are in my head, that is, Rika. What's up?"

Rika pointed behind her and nonchalantly said, "Not much, just this."

Takato looked behind Rika and had to do a double take at the scene that he was seeing. He saw that Drake, Renamon, Terriermon, Sora, Donald, and for some strange reason, Jeri, were all wrestling with each other, while Goofy was watching them, and each and every one of them had a large smile on their faces, even though they looked like they wanted to delete Terriermon, but they still had a silly smile on their faces.

Takato sweatdropped and asked, "Uh, how did that happen?" Takato shook his head and said, "Know what? Never mind. I don't want to know."

Rika nodded in agreement to Takato not wanting to know, then both she and Takato watched in mild amusement as their friends wrestled with each other, then Rika said, "I swear, Terriermon is a magnet for trouble. He says that he could take on every one of us with both his arms and ears tied behind his back, and still win."

Takato nodded and with a chuckled laugh, he said, "Ok, that explains about ninety nine percent of what's going on here, but how did Jeri get involved?"

Rika smirked and casually said, "Oh, you know, the dummy bunny, who else? He said that his, and I quote, 'Totally Awesome Rabbit Powers Of Awesomeness' are more powerful then having a lions heart." The way that Rika said, 'Totally Awesome Rabbit Powers Of Awesomeness' was full of sarcasm, to which Takato lightly smiled at.

Then he said, "True, but this is the kind of stuff I miss from our Tamer days, right, Rika?"

Rika rolled her eyes in annoyance, but you could see the slight signs of a smile breaking from her face, then she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Eh, I guess so. But, I also miss kicking the crud out of the dimwit duo."

Takato smiled and he said, "Yeah, I bet. And I really do miss hanging out with Kazu and Kenta. Though, I hate to admit it, I do miss the old crew. I mean, sure we visited them not to long ago, but, I just miss having the whole team together. Know what I mean?" To which, Rika silently nods, then Takato rubbed the back of his head, then he said, "But," Rika looked at him with a raised eyebrow as he said, "The one thing I don't miss, is Miss Asaji's class. Honestly, sometimes she just over reacts when we have to do our Tamer duties, know what I mean?"

Rika chuckled, then she said, "True, but then again, she's also our teacher, of course she'll be concerned about us. But, nothing we can do about it now, other then, keeping the worlds safe."

Takato nodded, then the two tamers just enjoyed each others company as they watched their little band of misfits try to overpower each other, all while laughing like little kids on the playground.

And so, while our heroes made their ways to the next world, they all enjoyed the time to just be weird, and goofy teenagers, Digimon, and Anthropomorphic animals alike, and just had some fun. But once they got through the highway, and teleported, that was when the weirdness took a turn for the really weird. But first, some exposition…I mean plot relevance stuff!

***Unknown time in the Wildebeest Valley***

We see a young lion cub with light orange, almost yellow fur, walking through a mountain pass. But, just when you think that this will be a happy story with a cheerful ending, the ground started to rumble, and pebbles began to shake, that was when a stamped of wildebeest began charging through the terrain, and right towards the fearful lion cub, who began running away from the stamped.

Then the lion cub ran onto a rotted out tree, but nearly fell off, but was able to climb on top of it and held on for fear of one of his nine lives. But his safety wasn't to last, as a wildebeest struck the tree, and sent the young cub flying through the air, only to be saved by a fully grown lion, with a darker color of orang fur, and a dark brown mane, who caught him in his mouth, but didn't bite down on him.

Then the lion climbed on top of a nearby rock mountain, and was able to let the cub get to the safety of the rocks, but the lion in question, fell, and was lost to the stamped of the wildebeest, or so it seemed.

Then the lion jumped up on top of the mountain wall, clinging onto it for dear life, but, the lion was quickly losing his grip. Then the lion cub ran to try to get some help, but that was when the lion in question saw another lion with a black mane and a scar over his left eye.

Then our lion cub continued climbing onto the mountain, but when he turned to face the elder lion, that was when he saw him fall off of the cliff and lost to the stampede, this time, lost for good, and the young cub screaming out a Darth Vader, "Nooooo!"

***Current times***

An older lion, woke up screaming, "Noooooo!" This lion, is Simba, an old friend of Sora and the gang, who helped them out on their last journey. And what just happened was him having a nightmare about the incident years ago.

After calming down, Simba looked around and saw that it was still night time, and that his two best friends, a warthog named Pumbaa, and a meerkat named Timon. Simba, seeing his two best friends sleeping, decided to go for a late night walk.

He looked over a cliff overseeing a large jungle, gazing into the night sky, looking at a lion shaped cloud.

***Meanwhile in another area***

In a rocky mountain, ten beams of light shot down from the sky, showing that our heroes had changed form yet again. Starting with the original trio, Sora had changed into a young lion cub with dark brown fur, and a white belly, and paws, while his quote unquote "Mane" was his regular hair, he still had his crown necklace though.

Goofy became a tortoise, kind of simular of his tortoise form from Atlantica, with a golden yellow shell, and a green underbelly, plus he still had his hat.

Last of the trio, Donald has become some kind of exotic bird, with long wings, and white feathers with blue ends, still kept his sailors hat, though.

Meanwhile, Takato had transformed into a jaguar, with light brown short fur, with white circles around the fur, making it look like spots. He still had his Hazard necklace around his neck, but his goggles and become two red circles over his eyes, giving him a unique look.

Rika became a Kitsune with light orange fur, with two tails waving lazily behind her, while her two tails had golden tips at the ends of them, and she appeared to have that Tao symbol on her legs. All in all, the way she looked here, and the bored look on her face, kind of made her look like a certain pineapple hair shaped Nara.

Henry had transformed into a animal that looked a bit like Takato, but instead of a jaguar, Henry had become a leopard, with an odd light blue fur, and dark brown spots. Though, he did have a strange marking on his chest, it almost looked like the nobody sigil, but upside down, and it had a weirdly shaped 'w' sitting on top of it.

Jeri, had been transformed into a young lioness cub, with brown fur, and white paws, just like Sora, but on her left side, she had a symbol in the shape of a roaring lion. And it seemed that her sword had transformed as well, it was a bit shorter than before, and kind of looked like a dagger now, with the blade looking like a lion's fang, and the hilt looking kind of like, it was rapped in a tribes cloth of some kind.

The Digimon have changed as well, Drake now looked like a small Chinese styled dragon, with a long red and black body, with scales decorating him, two long whisker like appendages sprouting from his cheeks, and four legs, his front legs being longer than his hind legs.

Renamon became a four tailed Kitsune, with the same golden fur that she was known for, a slightly dark shade of purple decorating her legs, and the Tao symbol decorating her legs, in all honesty, in this world, she and Rika could be mistaken for sisters, or as mother and daughter, with Rika being the daughter.

And last but not least, Terriermon had been changed into, a Jackalope, antlers and all. He still had his creme and green colored fur, and single horn on his head, but he had two large antlers on both sides of his head, and was slightly taller, and made him look more like a rabbit then a dog, but no matter what form he's in, he's still annoying.

Then Sora noticed their changed appearances, and he jumped around saying, "Hey! Check us out."

Takato looked at himself and said, "Okay, this is not what I was expecting."

Drake then chuckled and asked, "Oh, yeah? Look at me, Takatomon. I'm a bloody dragon!" Drake then jumped in the air and just started flying for no apparent reason, I guess that not having wings does not mean that you can't fly, then he said, "At least I can still fly."

Terriermon scratched his head, then he felt his horns and screamed, "WWWWHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAA!" Everyone looked at the annoying bunny, then he said, "WHY DO I HAVE HORNS!?"

Renamon shook her head and grabbed him with two of her four tails and covered his mouth, then she said, "Why don't you trying a softer voice? Or do you want to bring attention to ourselves?"

Rika, who simply shrugged off becoming a fox, or should she say, a kitsune, and said, "Yeah, and in case you haven't realized, we don't have our Modify Cards, or our D-Arks on us, so that means, you guys are on your own for this trip. At least this form is better than last years animal form."

Henry looked around, then he asked, "Speaking of, what world did we end up on, this time?"

Jeri didn't say anything at first, but then she asked, "Uh, how are we supposed to use our weapons here? We don't have arms anymore." No one really said anything, but the Tamers did have a slight idea of how they were going to be fighting, and they didn't like it.

Then Henry thought, 'No matter what, I will not be using Ends Of The Earth here. Not only do I not want to get spit on my master's Keyblade, but I don't think I could hold that long enough to use properly.' Say what you will about how awesome the Ends Of The Earth is, I don't think even you would want to carry around a Keyblade that big, in your mouth.

Then Rika looked around the area, and took notice of the strange glowing green pits in the area. The more she looked around, the more disturbed she became, then she said, "I get the feeling, that we're going to be getting company soon."

Then Sora slightly shivered and looked around the place, getting a very creepy vibe from it. Then he said, "This place is kinda creepy, though."

Then something happened, Rika started sniffing the air, and she picked up a foul sent, then she covered her nose with her tails, then she said, "Ugh, it stinks is what it is, Air-Head."

That was when everyone took notice of the Hyenas surrounding them. Two looked serious, but one, looked like an imbecile.

Then Rika put her paw over her mouth and in an exhausted sigh, she said, "Wonderful. Just what we needed. More annoyances! Whatever, let's just deal with Moe, Larry, and Curley and got on with this already."

Then the dumb looking hyena laughed stupidly, while several other hyenas started jumping down from the mountains. Then Sora asked, "Heartless?"

"I don't know, Sora. I get the feelin' they might live here." Replied Goofy.

Then Donald fearfully said, "Don't mind us! Just passing through. We won't be any trouble."

Then Jeri, slowly went for her sword, as she said, "Donald, I don't think they care about us being any trouble."

Takato unconsciously growled at the pack of hyenas, baring his sharp teeth, then one of the hyenas, possibly a female, said, "Don't be silly. We'd love you to stick around for lunch."

Then Sora awkwardly said, "Uh…we didn't bring anything to eat."

Then another hyena laughed and said, "Hehe. That's not gonna be a problem!"

Henry nodded and he said, "Uh, Sora, I think they mean us." To which the not so smart hyena nodded erratically.

Takato growled, baring his fangs, then you could see red energy starting to build up in his mouth, but then Rika yelled out, "Run!"

That snapped Takato back to reality, causing the red energy to dissipate, and everyone tried running away, but, with everyone not used to running on all fours, they tripped over their own feet.

The only ones who were not effected by this, were the Digimon, Donald, Goofy, and Takato, who ran up along the rock wall, running after Sora, who had a hyena looking down on him, and asked, "Going somewhere?"

Then Takato launched himself off the wall, and right into the hyena, sending him flying away. Sora slowly got up, then he said, "Thanks, Takato."

But Takato simply glared at the hyena, his eyes becoming slits, and giving off a very slight red tint, Sora noticed this and backed up in shock, then Takato, in an, almost animalistic growl, and while glaring down at the hyena, he said, "If you lay even a single claw on my pack, I'll EAT YOU!" And to emphasise this, he bit down on his teeth in threatening manner.

Everyone was taken aback by this, and even his friends were surprised at how vicious Takato was being.

But no one dared to say anything, mostly because Renamon was busy protecting everyone else, and Takato was looking more wild then he has been when he used his Hazardous Claws last year. His eyes were even slightly glowing.

Then the female hyena said, "Oh, and what are you going to do, kitten?"

Takato simply brushed his front right paw over the ground. And just as Takato was about to charge at the hyena, a loud roar cut through the valley.

Then the hyena that Takato had just sent flying said, "Man, that Scar's got the worst timing."

Then the female hyena said, "Just let him roar."

But the first hyena said, "Nah, we better go see what he wants. Sounds like he's grumpy enough already."

Then the female hyena sighed in defeat and said, "Fine…"

And just like that, the pack of hyenas were gone, out of the valley, with Takato still sending a harsh glare at them, softly growling as he was.

Then Sora turned to the others and he said, "I don't know what that was about, but I'm glade it's over!"

Rika then looked over to Takato and said, "Yo, Takato, snap out of it."

The fact that Rika actually called Takato by his name, actually surprised the whole group, Takato included, this caused him to shake his head rapidly, and then his eyes returned to being normal, and they stopped glowing.

Takato looked down at himself and sighed in exhaustion, then he looked up at his friends and said, "Sorry, about that, guys. I don't know what came over me."

Henry then walked up to him and asked, "Why did you call us your pack, Takato?"

Takato looked at his best friend and said, "I think…I think it's because of my past, animalistic personality. Whenever I used my claws, I would become more, vicious, and animal like. But since I obtained the Bonds Of Hazard and Zero's Vaccine Reverse, I never had that happen."

Takato then looked at his paws, then he said, "And I think the reason why I called you guys my pack, is because you guys are like my family, and I guess, part of my 'animal nature' seeped through and just took over for a moment. But, can we please just, forget about this? I don't want to get too focused on this right now. Besides, we have other things to focus on, first."

Drake slowly walked up to Takato and said, "Takatomon's right. We aren't used to these new forms of ours yet, I think it would be best for us to take this time to become acquainted with our new bodies, that way we won't be taken by surprise or anything."

Then Sora nodded in agreement then he said, "Yeah, everything's harder on four legs…but Takato, how were you and Renamon able to move just fine on four legs?"

Takato looked at his brother-in-spirit, and said, "Well, for Renamon, her Champion form is kind of what she is now, so, running around on four legs is kind of like walking to her. And as for me, well, my Hazardous Claws kinda made me fight on four legs, so, it kinda became instinct to me. But, let's make sure that we got this mastered before we check this place out."

Rika nodded, then she said, "Better do some quick battle practices as well. Without arms and hands, we'll only be able to use our weapons with our mouths while we're here."

Jeri sighed in annoyance, then she said, "Wonderful, I had just cleaned this thing too."

Then Goofy said, "If you want some tricks, I can teach ya. Here, lemme show ya."

After several minutes of learning how to walk and relearning how to fight, our animal cast headed in the direction where the hyenas ran off to.

As our heroes moved, they moved like a pack, Takato in the front, acting as the leader, like always. Rika behind him, on his left, and Henry on his right.

Sora in the middle, with Donald on his right, and Goofy on his left. Jeri behind him, with Renamon on her right, and Terriermon on her left, and Drake bringing up the rear.

Then Terriermon complained, "Why have we been transformed into completely different animals? Halloween Town, the only thing that changes was that we became more scary. So, why did we transform into different animals!?"

Drake, who had been walking, said, "Shut up, Terriermon, and stop complaining. Be grateful that you and Rena remained close to your original forms. I have been transformed into a freaking Chinese Dragon, for Yeggdrasil's sake!"

That was when everyone heard the sound of running. They all turned to their left and saw a lioness running from Heartless. Then Sora asked, "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

"Heartless, Air-Head. What else would they be?" Asked Rika, with annoyance clear in her voice.

Then Goofy asked, "What do we do?"

Takato's eyes turned into slits, then he asked, "What else?" Then both he and Sora jumped down and in between the lioness and the Heartless, which, thanks to the Scan Ability, called these things, 'Living Bone' and boy, they were ugly. They kind of looked like large lizards with only two legs and skulls for heads.

Then Sora turned to the lioness and said, "Stay back!"

"We got this!" Takato replied, his eyes turning into slits, and glowing red.

Then Takato summoned his Bonds of Hazard, and dashed into the Living Bone, he unleashed some good combs, but he was knocked into the air, but then he used Arial Recovery, and glared at the Heartless, his eyes glowing bright red, then he began falling down fast, and brought his Keyblade back, and with a powerful throw, launched his Keyblade at the Heartless, destroying it in one shot.

Meanwhile, Rika decided to come in and save Sora from being Heartless food, then she brought up both of her tails, which started glowing in a deep blue glow, then she said, "Taste my flames, FIRE!" Then she launched two fire balls into the Heartless's mouth, causing it to burst into flames. Rika looked back at the destroyed Heartless, and smirked, then she said, "Okay, now that's awesome. I guess this is how you feel, huh, Rena?"

Renamon walked up to her partner and smiled, then she said, "Kind of, but at least I'm in a form I'm used to."

Then, once the Heartless were destroyed, Sora said, "Definitely Heartless."

Then the lioness said, "Thank you. You really saved me."

"We're just glad you're okay." Replied Goofy.

Drake nodded and said, "Yeah, just doing our best, keeping the animal kingdom in peace, and all that fun stuff." The lioness took a long look at Drake, who said, "Trust me, there's a story to tell, but I really don't feel like telling it. Name's Drake, by the way."

Then Sora asked, "Did you see any other Heartless around here?"

The lioness asked, "Heartless…Is that what they're called? I'm not sure if there are any others… I don't usually hunt outside the Pride Lands."

This seemed to set Jeri's ears to shoot up, then she asked, "Pride Lands? Is that where we are?"

Then Sora asked, "Hey, do you know if an animal named Riku is here?"

Then Takato asked, "Or some creeps in black hoods."

"Or an ugly fat purple cat, named Pete?" Rika asked. "He's nothing but an idiot, and a trouble maker."

The lioness shook her head, to which Sora and Takato sighed, on in disappointment, and another in annoyance, then Takato said, "Looks like we're going in blind, again."

Then Sora sighed and turned to the others and said, "Oh well, we might as well go take a look, anyway."

Takato nodded, then he said, "Yeah, knowing our luck, we'll probably run into Pete anyways."

Then the lioness said, "Wait-the Pride Lands are dangerous. Scar and the other hyenas have made things unbearable for everyone. There's no food left. They've driven off the prey. We're about to starve."

Then Sora boldly said, "We can handle a little danger. You just saw us beat those Heartless, didn't you?"

Then Takato said, "Look, even if you don't believe that we can handle ourselves, just know that, we've literally went to hell and back, and still came out on top. Doing this, will be noting for us."

Then the lioness said, "I guess you're right…You could be just what the kingdom needs. Maybe you can help us."

Then Goofy asked, "Ya mean take on this Scar guy and all those hyenas?"

Then Donald asked, "Scar?"

Then The lioness said, "He took over when our last king, Mufasa, died."

Then Sora asked, "So you're saying this guy is your king."

Takato lightly growled, as he said, "For a king to do this to his people, and his own kingdom, he does not deserve to be called a king."

Then Sora asked, "You want us to take down your king?" You could tell that he was surprised by the tone of his voice.

And the lioness, nodded, then Takato said, "Give us a minute." Then everyone regrouped to decide what to do next.

Then Sora softly said, "We can't just go around knocking kings off their thrones." But then he had a smile on his face as he said, "Then again, if they see that I'm stronger than their king, maybe they'll ask me to be their next king!"

Takato then smacked Sora across his head, and said, "Sora, listen to me, you can't just become king like that."

Sora looked at him and asked, "And why not, Goggle-Prince?" Sora asked Takato, calling him by Rika's one of many nicknames, then he asked, "After all, aren't you technically royalty? Why can't I become king?"

Takato looked at his friend and said, "Because, being king is not doing it for the glory, or the power, or fame, but doing it for the people. As I have said before, to be a king, you must put others before yourself."

Everyone watched and listened in amazement when Takato spoke, when ever Takato talked about being a king, or a knight, he become passionate, and humble, and every word he spoke, sounded genuine and sounded like it was coming right from his soul. "A true leader, a true king, knows that in order to be a great king, he must be willing to sacrifice himself, before letting others sacrifice themselves. Being strong does not make a great king. It's about being merciful, and honest. And, it's about making the difficult decisions, the ones that will determine the fate of his people. That is what it means to be a king. Not the fame, not the glory, but making the tough decisions, and having to strife through the consequences of your actions that makes you a great king. Remember that."

Sora then chuckled and said, "Yeash, Takato, you didn't have to go out and make tell a life lesson to me. I would have refused if they asked me, anyways." Then he turned to the Lioness and said, "Still, I'd like to see the Pride Lands, so you guys don't mind lending 'em a paw, do you?"

Everyone nodded in agreement, then Sora and Takato both ran up to the lioness, and agreed to help out. Then Donald said, "Uh-oh, there he goes again…"

Then the lioness, who introduced herself as Nala, ran off ahead, and Sora said, "She's gonna go on ahead and tell the other lionesses."

And Takato said, "We're supposed to meet her at a place called Pride Rock."

Rika then asked, "Well, did Nala happen to state where Pride Rock was?" She seemed board, and the way her two tails swayed back and forth showed this.

Takato nodded, then he said, "Yes, she said that if we follow this pathway through the Elephant Graveyard, we will see a large mountain with a cliff over looking the whole savanna, that's Pride Rock."

Everyone nodded, then, with unspoken agreement, they all headed forward, fighting off Heartless left and right. Our heroes were starting to get used to their new forms, Rika learning how to use her magic by channeling it through her tails, almost like a real kitsune, or, like Kyubimon.

Speaking of Digimon, Renamon seemed to be in her element, dodging Heartless with grace and a devil-may-care attitude, then bringing her tails to her mouth, created a bright white light, then she said, "Diamond Storm!" And sent a barrage of diamonds out from her mouth.

Henry was using his new leopard like speed, to our run the Heartless, then strike them down with his Soul's Guardian to take down three Solders at once.

Jeri was jumping wall to wall, dodging Aerial Knockers, which were Heartless that looked like birds, but had white and gold wings protruding from their heads, and had blue boxing gloves for feet. Then she would jump above the Heartless, and with her shortened sword in her mouth, she struck down on the Heartless, before throwing her sword over her back, and sheathed it once again.

Everyone was becoming one with their animal forms, and was slightly enjoying it. Then they made their way to the savannah, then they headed for the large rock face, that was Pride Rock, as our heroes made there way, more and more Heartless kept showing.

Then another Livin Bone charged at the group, but Takato wasn't having any of that, his eyes became slits, and began glowing, then he charged at the Heartless, and jumped onto it's back, and proceeded to ram the Heartless through the other Heartless, before making the big one jump into the sky, then having it ram its head into the ground, and finishing it off with a ZVR through the body.

After this was all over, Takato was left breathing heavily, eyes still glowing, and the pupils were still slits. Then Drake walked up to his Tamer and said, "Takatomon, clam yourself, do not let the animal instinct take over you."

Takato looked at his metaphorical son, then he nodded. And by taking three deep breaths, he slowly regained himself, then he said, "Thanks, bud."

Henry then walked up to him and asked, "Are you sure you're all right, Takato?"

Takato shook his head, and said, "Not really, but, I'm positive that I can handle myself."

Jeri then asked, "You sure?"

Takato gave her a simple nod, then he said, "Positive. C'mon, let's move."

Then Takato continued walking towards Pride Rock, while his friends stayed behind, then Rika said, "I haven't seen Goggle-Cub act like this before. I mean, back when I ran into him inside Monstro, he was a bit, wild, but never like this."

Drake looked at Rika, then he said, "I'm afraid that it could be bits of the Hazard, seeping into his personality."

Sora looked at the large serpent like dragon, and asked, "You sure, Drake? I mean, we can't really blame the Hazard for everything, can we?"

Drake looked his Tamer, who was looking at them, almost as if he knew what they were talking about, then he said, "Trust me. Take it from someone who has been infused with a small portion of the Hazard's power, and I became a mindless animal. Takato has the full thing rushing through his veins, so imagine how hard it must be for him."

Terriermon then asked, "What do you mean? So, Takato's got a huge pit of rage buried up inside him, who doesn't?" Terriermon slightly chucked at his question seeming to reaize just what he had said.

But Drake shook his head, then he said, "That's not it. Imagine you had a dark power sealed inside you, a dark power that fed on your anger and rage, and imagine if you were turned into an animal, whose instincts are trying to over take your own. Would you be able to keep a cool head, if that was you?"

Renamon then asked, "Wait. Are you saying that, the animal form that Takato's in, is trying to over take him?"

Drake shook his head, then he said, "No, not that. It is more like, Takato is feeling the animal instinct he had, back before he obtained both of his Keyblades. Remember, when Takato only had his Hazardous Claws, he would fight like an animal, that is what is happening. His animal instinct is trying to return to him, but he is trying to keep himself in check. All Takato really needs, is us by his side, to help remind him of his real self."

No one really said anything after that. I mean, c'mon, how often does Drake actually refer to Takato, as Takato, and not Takatomon? That actually shows how Drake is feeling right now.

Then Rika scoffed, and said, "So Goggle-Cubs being dramatic, what else is new? Why don't we just keep moving? We can discuss this later." And with that, Rika walked up to Takato, with everyone else following behind her.

Back with Takato, 'I guess they've noticed. Not surprised, they'll always notice when I act strangely.' Takato thought as he watched his friends quietly talk to one another.

"No doubt, they're just worried about you, Takato. You know that. So, of course they'll notice, especially Drake." Rowena said, in her motherly tone that Takato has come to welcome.

Then Takato said, 'Yeah, I guess you're right, Rowena. But, why is this happening? Is it your powers, Hazzado? Or am I just too in tune with my animal side?'

Hazzado didn't say anything for a while, then he said, "Honesty, I have no explanation for what's happening, Takato. But, from what I can guess, it's probably just you already having acting like an animal from last year, nothing to worry about."

Takato mentally nodded, then watched as his friends walked towards him, once they approached, Takato asked, "You guys done talking about me now?" He finished off the question with a smile.

Rika then smirked and said, "You do know it's rude to eavesdrop, right, Goggle-Head?"

Takato then said, "Well, maybe you guys should be made aware that here, I have very sensitive hearing." But, just when Jeri was about to ask something, Takato shook his head, and he said, "Look, you guys shouldn't have to worry about me. I'm fine. Why don't we just head towards Pride Rock, already?"

Everyone nodded, then ran towards the mountain, but they were still worried about their leader.

Then our group of heroes made there way through the savanna, and they finally ended up at Pride Rock, there, they saw tons of lionesses sleeping, and Nala was waking towards them with a mandrill holding some kind of staff.

Our heroes waited for the odd pair to arrive, then Nala said, "That's them."

Then the mandrill walked up to Sora and Takato, and looked directly into their eyes, Sora's response was, "Uh…what?"

While Takato remained calm and waited, then the mandrill looked at each of the other heroes, with a look on his face that told Takato he was in deep thought. While this was happening, the other lionesses started waking up, and looked towards the new arrivals.

Then the mandrill walked up to Nala, and whispered something in her ear. The mandrill must have said something surprising, because Nala looked shocked. Then the monkey shook his head, and Nala sighed, and the other lioness laid down, and went back to sleep.

Takato had a strange feeling like they had just been judged and denied the chance of being rulers, which was fine for him. 'One kingdom is enough for me.' Takato thought to himself.

Then the mandrill walked off and Sora asked, "What is it?"

Then Nala said, "I told Rafiki that you lot might be able to help us force Scar and the hyenas out of the Pride Lands. But he says it won't work."

Then Rika scoffed and said, "So, what? He thinks we're not good enough or something?"

Nala shook her head and told the kids, "No. You see, whoever saves the Pride Lands will be our next king…and he has to have the right qualities."

Then Sora said, "Meaning…"

Rika shook her head and said, "Meaning that we're not worthy, Air-Head."

Goofy nodded and he clarifed what Rika had just said, "I think she means you're not cut out for the job, Sora, Takato."

Sora sighed in disappointment, while Takato simply shrugged, and said, "Eh, oh well."

Terriermon then arrogantly said, "Oh, c'mon! I'd make a great king! Just give me a chance!"

To which Renamon said, "Terriermon, this place wouldn't last a day with you as it's king."

Drake scoffed and said, "Not even. I'd give it an hour before someone tries to turn you into rabbit stew, Terriermon."

Then Nala said, "I'm sorry you lot came all this way."

Takato waved his paw and said, "Nah, it's no big deal, we just wanted to see if we could help. No harm in trying, they always say."

Sora nodded and said, "Yeah, it's okay."

Then Nala walked up to our heroes and softly said, "You'd better go before Scar finds out you're here." Then she stood tall and said, "I'm really sorry."

Drake then said, "Like Takato said, no big deal."

Rika then flicked her tails and said, "Well, c'mon, time to get while the gettings good." Everyone nodded then began walking away.

But, just before they could leave, they were cornered by the trio of hyenas from earlier, Shenzi, the female, Banzai, the smarter looking male, and Ed, the dumb looking one.

Everyone took a battle stance, and Drake glaring at the hyenas, then, with a smirk, he asked, "You really think it's wise to challenge a dragon?"

Then Banzai said, "Hey-a snack."

To which Shenzi asked, "Snack? Nah, we got us a meal to last us a week!"

Takato glared at the trio of hyenas, eyes becoming slits, and glowing a bright red, teeth showing, and ready to strike, then he said, "You even move one strand of fur on them, and I will be having YOU for lunch, you laughing fools."

Shenzi then said, "Oh, look at this guy, who do you think you are? A king? HA! Don't make me laugh. You're just a cub."

That was when a loud roar echoed through Pride Rock, then everyone looked up to see two large lions overlooking everyone. One had dark brown fur, and a deep red mane, and a scar over his left eye. And the other was large and fat, and had black fur, and a really stupid face.

Then Banzai said, "Look at that, here comes Scar-the king."

Then Takato said, "Look! It's Pete! Should have known he'd be here!"

Rika rolled her eyes and said, "And it looks like he'd put on a few pounds since we last saw him in Port Royal."

Then Scar ran down the mountain, with each of our heroes glaring at him. Then Pete followed soon after him, but unlike the grace that Scar had, Pete tumbled over his own four feet, falling down the mountain like an idiot.

To which everyone looked at him with embarrassment at how he fell down the mountain. Then Pete said, "My back…"

"What are you doing here!?" Sora asked the fat lion.

"Besides making yourself look like an idiot?" Rika asked with a smirk.

Then Pete said in an amused voice, "Aww, the cute li'l kitty's worried about me. If I were you, I'd be more worried about my friends!"

Sora, Rika, and Takato turned to see being surrounded by hyenas, that was, however, until Drake grabbed four of them from the sky, and threw them into more hyenas, then Drake said, "Really? This is all you've got? I was expecting more of a fight."

Then the trio turned back to Pete with smirks, then Takato said, "You were sayin'?"

Then even more hyenas appeared, leaving them all surrounded. Then Scar turned to the other lionesses and said, "Go on, ladies-you've got some hunting to do."

Then Nala said, "The herds have moved on, Scar. We can't hunt in a land with no prey."

Then Scar asked, "No prey? Then what do you call this?"

Terriermon clenched his fists and yelled out, "You really think I'm edible!? Buddy, you go on and try to eat me! You'll be throwing up hairballs for months!"

Renamon then said, "I don't think he'll have a problem against that, Terriermon."

Takato stood his ground and said, "We're not prey!"

To which Scar brought his right paw up and mockingly said, "Oh. We have ourselves a tough one. Nice and fresh, too."

Then Pete said, "Well, they're all yours, Scar." Then he ran off, like an idiot.

But Scar wasn't impressed. Instead, he turned to the group of eleven and prepared to pounce.

Takato took on the defensive and mimicked Scar, then he said, "Just try it."

But that was when Nala pounced on Scar, Jeri called out, "Nala!"

But the young lioness turned to our heroes and said, "Run!"

Rika brought her two tails above her head and said, "Gather!" Then a large ball of light appeared and started sucking the hyenas into it, then Rika turned to the others and said, "You heard the lady, move it!"

Everyone nodded and ran for their lives, but they weren't fast enough, then Nala ran ahead of them and said, "Follow me!" In no time, our heroes were able to make it out of Pride Rock, then Nala bowed her head in shame as she said, "I'm sorry I got you all involved in this."

Jeri shook her head and said, "Nonsense."

Takato nodded and said, "She's right. We probably would've gotten involved with this, whether or not you asked for our help."

Sora nodded and said, "Yeah. It's no big deal."

Donald nodded and said, "Aw, it's not your fault. Sora wouldn't be a good king."

Then Sora said, "Hey! I had to give it a try, right? And besides, Takato already has his own kingdom to look after."

Nala looked at Takato and asked, "You're a king!?"

Takato shook his head and said, "No, not yet, still just a prince. I'm still growing, I don't see myself ready to be a king yet, but, one day."

Nala nodded in understanding, then she said, "I guess you're right."

Then Goofy and Rika looked at Sora and they both said, "So you DID want to be king!"

Sora then blushed in embarrassment, then he said, "Well…you see…" Sora then turned to Nala and asked, "Uh, Nala, isn't there anybody else who could be king?"

Nala sadly nodded and she said, "There was…but he died…when he was just a cub. He was the son of our last king, Mufasa." Nala looked down sadly and said, "If only Simba were here…"

Then Jeri's ears shot up in surprise, then she turned to Nala and asked, "Simba!? But Simba's just fine!"

Takato nodded and said, "Yeah. He was fighting right beside us not that long ago."

Nala then asked in surprise, "You mean Simba's alive!? But where is he?"

Jeri sighed and said, "I wish I knew, Nala."

But Nala wasn't saddened. "Still…Simba's alive! I can't believe it…Please-tell me more about him."

Jeri smiled and waved her paw as she said, "Of course!"

Then Rika then casually said, "I don't want to interrupt the mood, but, shouldn't we keep running? After all, I doubt that Scar has given up on having us for a snack yet."

Nala nodded, then she said, "Right. You can tell me more after. But first, we should get away from Scar. We'll go through Wildebeest Valley. He won't follow us there."

Everyone nodded, then they followed Nala through the Savanna, fighting off Heartless that tried getting in their way.

***Meanwhile***

The large lion from earlier can be seen sleeping in a grassy plane. Then Timon and Pumbaa walked up to the lion and Timon asked, "Hey, why the long face, Simba? You gotta lighten up and live a little!"

But the lion, Simba softly said, "Y-yeah…" But then he closed his eyes in sadness.

Then Pumbaa asked, "What were you thinkin' about?"

To which Timon folded up his arms and asked, "Let me guess. The past, right?"

Then Simba looked at his two best friends and nodded. Then Timon and Pumbaa both said, "Hakuna matata!"

This seemed to bring a smile on Simba's face. Then he stood up and walked away from his friends. Then Timon said, "Would you look how he's grown, Pumbaa. Why when I rescued the little guy, he was only this big." He said as he put his paw no his knees, to show how small Simba was back then.

Then Simba walked up to the cliff side, and fell to the ground, kicking up a patch of flowers, that blew in the wind.

***Back with our heroes***

Nala had just led our heroes to Wildebeest Valley, but first, there was a large pit between where they were, and where they needed to go. Sora looked frightened, Takato and the other Tamers? Not so much.

Then Nala backed up a bit, then she ran at full speed and jumped right over the bottomless pit. Everyone was impressed by her jump, Rika then said, "Not bad."

But no one moved, then Nala asked, "What's wrong?"

And Sora said, "We're never gonna make it!"

Then Nala sighed and she softly said, "I guess Rafiki was right."

While Sora didn't hear her, the Tamers did, and honestly, they did hear her, but Sora yelled out, "What?"

And Nala replied with, "Never mind. It's not important. Here, I'll show you how. You can do it!"

After the quick lesson, Takato looked to his friends, and nodded, then he backed up, and with speed worthy of a jaguar, he cleared the pit. Then one by one, everyone took turns jumping, Donald and Drake simply flew over the pit, then Takato and the other Tamers closed their eyes, and waited for their friends to catch up.

Not long after that, Takato's ears stood up, and he and the others woke up to see Sora jumping over the pit, but he noticed that Goofy had already made it. Then he asked, "Hold on, how did Goofy make it? Drake?"

Said dragon shook his head and said, "Not me. Some how, he managed to spin fast enough to launch himself over the chasm." Then Sora waved his paw to show he was all right.

Then our animal heroes proceeded through Wildebeest Valley. Fighting off more and more Heartless along the way.

***Meanwhile***

Back at Pride Rock, Rafiki was outside his home, overlooking the inhabitants, when he saw the flower petals blow over him, he quickly grabbed a few, and looked at them. Then he gave them a big whiff, and something struck him, he quickly jumped down from his tree, and into his cave.

There he had a turtle shell, with strange paste inside it, he then threw the flower petals into the shell, and began swirling the shell around, while humming to himself.

But, then, something caught his eyes, and with a quick inspiration hit him, he looked over to the tree, where a drawing of a lion cub was, then he cheerfully jumped up to the painting, and dipped his hand in red paste, then added a mane to the lion cub, while laughing madly to himself.

***Back with our heroes***

The gang of merry animals continued through the Wildebeest Valley, and Nala began telling a story. "When Simba's father, King Mufasa, died, we were told that Simba died alongside him."

Then Sora asked, "Who told you that?"

Nala stopped and everyone turned to her as she said, "Scar."

Then Takato's ears twitched as he heard someone walking towards them, everyone turned to see Rafiki, standing there. Then Rafiki began walking up the cliffside, then he said, "It is time." Rafiki pointed his staff ahead of him.

Then Nala said, "It must be Simba!" Then she ran off ahead of them, "Sora! Takato! Hurry!"

Then Sora said, "Wait up!"

And soon, all our animal friends were running like the wind, out of Wildebeest Valley, and into the Wastelands.

After fighting hoards and hoards of Heartless, our heroes managed to find a jungle on the edge of the Wastelands. After making quick work of the Heartless, our heroes headed deeper into the jungle, there they found a familiar looking lion, fighting off against some Heartless.

But, just when it seemed like the lion was a goner, he let loose a loud roar, making the Heartless retreat.

Then Sora and the others ran towards him, and Sora yelled out, "Simba!"

But Simba didn't recognise our heroes as animals, and seeing this, Sora said, "I-it's me-Sora! Donald, Goofy, Takato, Rika, Henry, Jeri and Hazzardmon-I-mean, Drake are here, too!"

Simba took a long look at our heroes, then a sudden image of the gang appeared, and Simba looked surprised, and he said, "Sora! Donald! Goofy! Takato! Jeri! Everyone!"

He then pounced on Sora and Takato, and started rubbing their stomachs. Simba looked at our heroes and he asked, "What happened to you guys?"

But before anyone could say anything, everyone heard the sounds of screaming, and a voice called out, "Help! Simba! Heeelp!"

And another voice called out, "She's gonna eat us!"

That was when Simba said, "Timon? Pumbaa!?" But he didn't get a response, then he said, "Something must have happened in the jungle! I have to go help my friends!"

Then Simba charged through the forest, and Sora said, "Okay, we'll back you up!"

And just like that, everyone charged after Simba, after running through the jungle, our heroes watched as Simba fought against Nala. That was when Jeri shouted out, "Simba! Wait!"

But the two kept on fighting, then Donald yelled, "STOP!"

And Sora yelled out, "It's Nala! Don't you recognise her?"

Then Nala got the upper hand on Simba and flipped him onto his back, and growling at him.

That was when Simba FINALLY recognised the lioness on him and he asked, "Nala?"

Hearing the lion call her by her name, she looked shocked, as she got off of the lion, and looked at him in confusion.

Then Simba said, "It's me, Simba!"

Nala took a moment to look at the lion, then she smiled and said, "Simba!" Then the two old friends bopped their heads together and circled one another, then Nala said, "You ARE alive!"

Meanwhile, a warthog was looked at the two with a smile, while the meerkat looked on in either horror, or confusion. Then he asked, "Hey! What's goin' on here!?"

That was when the two saw the other heroes standing behind them, and screamed in fear, and ran away.

Rika then scoffed and said, "Wow, those two make the dimwit duo seem like Captain America and Batman."

Then Timon hid behind Simba's leg, and Simba said, "Don't worry. They're all friends of mine."

Then Timon asked, "So that means…nobody's planning to eat anybody else for lunch, right?"

While most of the heroes nodded, Rika simply said, "Not right now, anyways, I'm not hungry." Then she smirked, causing Timon to shiver in fear, and causing Rika's smirk to widen.

Takato shook his head, then he said, "Ignore her. She just loves to mess with people's heads."

Then the warthog fearfully said, "Are you sure they don't wanna eat me like I'm some kinda pig!?"

Then Sora shook his head and he said, "We won't…but you are a pig, right?"

That was when the warthog angrily said, "Call me Mr. Pig!"

This caused everyone to start laughing, then Simba knelt down to Timon and said, "Could you guys excuse us for a few minutes?"

Timon then waved his hands and he said, "Why am I not surprised?" Then Simba and Nala began walking up the mountain.

But Takato, Rika, Henry, and Jeri followed them, Takato, using his animal forms skill to hide in the shrubs stayed out of sight, Rika, being both a kitsune and master at Renamon's stealth ability, was pretty much a ghost.

Henry and Jeri just stayed in the shadows,, watching over the two lions. Once the two reached to oasis, Nala said, "Simba, you've got to come back to Pride Rock. I thought Sora and his friends might be able to help, but you're the only one who can save us from Scar."

Simba then stopped and he sadly sighed, then he sadly said, "I can't go back."

Nala then looked towards Simba and asked, "Why?"

Then Simba said, "Hakuna Matata." Simba then started walked around Nala as he said, "It's something I learned out here. Sometimes bad things happen and there's nothing you can do about it." Then Simba went to the cliff side.

Then Nala said, "Simba…"

That was when Sora and the others started dancing through the trees being led by Timon, then the meerkat said, "Hakuna!"

And the others said, "Matata!"

The only ones who weren't part of the conga line, were the Digimon. Terriermon walked up to the Tamers and angrily said, "Hakuna Matata!? That's horrible! Yeash, why can't people just momentai, and be happy about it!?"

Henry looked down at his partner in slight annoyance and asked, "Are you really yelling about that now?"

Terriermon looked at him and said, "Look, Momentai just means take it easy. You're still allowed to worry about your problems, but you just need to relax, and take a breather. Those two nitwits say Hakuna Matata, which basically means no worries, aka, leaving all of your worries behind and forgetting about them. I can't live with such a notion! Everyone has to just MOMENTAI ALREADY!"

Drake then looked at the line of animals chanting Hakuna Matata, then he said, "You know what, for once, I actually agree with the rabbit here. Having no worries seems nice, but when you have to leave all your responsibilities in the past, that is where I draw the line and say momentai."

Everyone looked at Drake in surprise, then he gagged and said, "I think I'm gonna have to brush my tongue after this is over."

But Terriermon smiled and swung around on Drakes neck and said, "YES! I HAVE FINALLY TURNED SOMEONE TO THE SIDE OF MOMENTAI! YES!"

But Drake just grabbed Terriermon and said, "I have not been turned, I just prefer your lousy line, over their lousy line. It's only a matter of which of the two are the lesser of two evils."

That was when Nala walked past our heroes and said, "He's not the Simba I remember. Something about hakuna matata…" And like that, Nala left the oasis.

Our heroes walked up to Simba, but Simba didn't say anything, he just walked out after Nala.

It was hours later, with nightfall, we find Simba over looking the valley he was looking over earlier.

Takato and the others were there as well, but respectfully hiding in the shadows, for Rika and Renamon, this was literally. There they watched as Simba began talking to himself. "My father's dead. And it's all because of me…It's my fault." He looked up at the stars and said, "I can't go back…It won't change anything."

Then Simba had a flashback, of a much simpler time, when his father was still alive, Mufasa then turned to the young Simba and said, "Look at the stars. The great kings of the past look down on us from those stars. So whenever you feel alone, just remember that those kings will always be there to guide you…And so will I."

Back in the present, Simba looked to the stars and asked, "Father…are you there?"

Just then, everyone watched in surprise as clouds began to gather and soon, a ghostly image of a lion appeared, then the lion said, "Simba…you have forgotten who you are. You must take your place in the Circle of Life."

Then Simba asked, "How can I go back? I'm not who I used to be."

Then Mufasa said, "Remember who you are." And this remark left Simba speechless, and just like that, Mufasa was gone.

Simba ran up to the edge of the cliff, wanting to hear more, but no more words came, then Simba said, "You can all come out now."

Then our heroes started walking up to Simba, with Rika and Rena suddenly turning visible.

Then Simba said, "I'm going back to face my past. I could use your help."

Then Timon smiled and said, "He really is a king…"

Takato smiled then he walked up to Simba and said, "Simba, from one king to another, I will help you reclaim you kingdom, you have my word."

Simba smiled and said, "Takato, thank you." Then Simba closed his eyes, and everyone watched as the sun began to rise, then Simba opened his eyes, and you could see the determination in them.

Then Simba walked up up to a nearby fallen over tree, and pull something out, he then walked u[ to Sora, holding a charm and said, "Here, Sora, I was holding onto this for luck, I want you to have it."

Sora nodded and said, "Thanks. I'll keep it safe."

***Obtained Circle Of Life***

Takato looked at his merry band of animals and said, "Lets move out. We have a kingdom to reclaim!"

Everyone nodded, then they charged through the Pride Lands, defeating Heartless as they went along, Sora and Simba even worked together to defeat a great number of Heartless, but once they reached the Savanna, Simba saw just how bad the Pride Lands were.

Then Timon, who came along for the journey, asked, "Wait a minute. We're gonna fight your uncle for THIS?"

Simba nodded and he said, "Yes, Timon. This is my home."

Takato nodded, then he said, "A king must be willing to fight till his last breath for his kingdom, and a leader, must be willing to die for his friends. But we will neither die, nor shall we take our last breath, not here, not ever."

Simba nodded and said, "Couldn't have said it better myself, Takato."

Then everyone jumped down and started making their way towards Pride Rock.

***Meanwhile***

But Scar was overlooking Pride Rock, then he turned and saw Simba glaring at him. Seeing Simba scared Scar. Then he said, "Simba! You're…alive!"

Then Simba said, "This kingdom doesn't belong to you."

"Simba's the rightful king." Replied Nala.

"No false king shall rule another kingdom. Not while I'm alive!" Stated Takato, eyes slits, and glowing bright red, but this time, no one said anything, they were all ready to fight with everything they got.

Then Scar started backing up, and Simba said, "The choice is yours, Scar. Either step down or fight."

Then Scar asked, "Must this all end in violence?" Then Scar walked around Simba and said, "I'd hate to be responsible for the death of a family member, Simba…" The way he spoke, just shown how arrogant and proud he was.

Then Simba said, "I've put the past behind me."

Then Scar smirked and asked, "But what of your faithful subjects? Have they?"

Everyone was ready to attack, but Nala asked, "Simba, what's he talking about?"

Then Scar walked behind the true Lion King, and said, "Go on. Tell them who's responsible for Mufasa's death!"

Then Simba weakly said, "I am."

Nala gasped in shock at this revaluation, then Scar began to back Simba over the cliff and he said, "He admits it! Murderer! If it weren't for you, Mufasa would still be alive. Do you deny it?"

Then Simba shook his head and said, "No! But it was an accident!"

Then Scar continued to back Simba to the edge of the cliff and said, "You're in trouble again. But this time, Daddy isn't here to save you. And now everyone knows why!"

That was when Simba's hind legs fell of the cliff and he was holding on by his claws. Then Scar said, "Now this looks familiar. I think I've seen this before." Then he casually said, "Oh, yes! I remember. This is just the way your father looked…before he died." Then Scar slammed his paws onto Simba's, then he went up to Simba and asked, "And here's my little secret…I killed Mufasa."

This sent Simba over the edge, not literally, however, but it made him very angry, and he launched himself back onto the cliff, and pounced right on top of Scar.

Then Simba angrily said, "Murderer! Tell them the truth!"

Then Scar said, "All right. All right! I did it."

But Simba wasn't satisfied, then he said, "Louder!"

Then Scar shouted, "I…killed…Mufasa!"

That was when Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed charged out of Pride Rocks cave, and slammed into Simba. Then Scar ran right into the cave.

Then Takato shouted, "Simba! You get Scar! We'll handle these losers!" Simba nodded, then he ran after Scar.

Then more hyenas surrounded Takato, but that was when Timon, riding on top of Pumbaa came charging through, saying, "'Scuse me! Pardon me! Comin' through!" They then sent several hyenas flying, but soon found themselves surrounded. Then they did the only thing they could think of, they ran away.

Leading the hyenas into the cave. Then after entering the cave and fighting off the hyenas, which, is pointless to write, mostly because they're not Heartless or any meaningful characters.

Then the trio of hyenas ran off, then Sora asked, "Where's Simba?"

Nala looked up towards the peak, and said, "He went up there."

Then everyone ran after him. Once at the peak, they saw the two lions still fighting it out. But Simba was looking exhausted, while Scar wasn't even winded.

Then Donald called out, "Simba!"

But Rika grabbed him with her tails and said, "Shut it, bird brain, this right now, is his fight."

Takato nodded, then he said, "Yes. Simba must reclaim his kingdom on his own. We'll only step in if we're needed."

Everyone watched as Simba took a swing at Scar, while Scar returned the favor. Then Scar sent Simba flying. Then Simba watched in slow motion as Scar went to pounce on him, but Simba's quick reflexes, allowed him to launch Scar off of Pride Rock.

Then Terriermon scoffed at how quick that fight turned out and said, "Well, that was anticlimactic."

Drake growled as he said, "No. We're not done yet."

But Sora, Donald and Goofy walked up to Simba and Sora said, "You're okay!"

That was when Pete spoke up, "Aw, that was just a sneak preview!" Everyone watched as Pete strolled out, saying, "'Cause this ain't over-not by a long shot!" Pete then pointed over the edge.

And everyone watched as Scar climbed his way back on top of the peak. Then Pete said, "Anger and jealousy turned the king of Pride Rock into a Heartless! Oh, your kingdom's gonna rise again…But this time, as the Pride Lands of Darkness!"

Then Simba stood in front of the Heartless Scar and said, "That's what you think!"

Takato nodded, then he walked beside Simba and said, "A true king never gives up, and he never loses faith. He trusts his friends and his people, to always back him up!" And at that deceleration, Takato's eyes lit up like Christmas, and his slit like eyes, transformed into, the Digital Hazard!

Everyone could feel the power rolling off of Takato, but it wasn't unrestrained anger, it was his determination. Rika then asked, "Goggle-Head?"

Takato looked towards his friends, and smiled, "The one and the same. Now, c'mon, let's slay this false king!"

Everyone nodded, then Sora summoned his new Keyblade, The Circle Of Life. The handguard was comprised of two large fangs that curve downward and did not connect the pommel of the handle. The rainguard and Keychain are both lion heads, specifically Simba's head. The blade is a short wooden shaft that extends upwards a little, then curves into a backward C-shape. The C-shape is wrapped in white cloth stripes and wooden spikes protrude from the wrapping, which serve as the teeth of the key. The chain of the Keychain seems to be made of vines, instead of metal.

Then everyone charged at Scar. With Sora, Simba, Takato and Henry, making up the first group to attack, unleashing barrages of fangs, claws, Keyblades, and magic, making the Heartless Scar feel winded.

Then Jeri led the second assault, with Donald, Goofy, and Terriermon charging in, Jeri began slicing and dicing Scar with her modified version of her Noble Lion, already encased in fire magic, allowing Donald to start casting spell after spell at Scar, Goofy spinning like a top, and Terriermon firing of his Bunny Blast Barrage.

Then Rika turned to Renamon and asked, "You ready, Rena?"

Renamon nodded with a smile, then the two Kitsune began charging up an attack, then Rika asked, "You ready, Rena?"

Renamon nodded, then she said, "For you, Rika. Always."

Then they both shouted out, "DIAMOND STORM! And unleashed a hailstorm of crystals at Scar, and while Renamon's attack was a real Diamond Storm, Rika's was only one, by name, in actuality, her attack was just a Blizzard Spell, focused into small shards of ice.

But either way, their attack seemed to make Scar dizzy, then Hazzardmon took to the sky, and brought all four of his claws together and shouted "HAZARD'S LIGHT!" Then he unleashed his ultimate attack, and created a massive pillar of light then could be seen from all of the Pride Lands. When it was safe to look, everyone saw that Scar was gone, reduced to nothingness.

And Drake? Well, he was breathing heavily, Takato ran up to his son and asked, "Drake! Are you all right, boy?"

Drake slowly opened his eyes and said, "Yeah, very weak. You wouldn't happen to have any bread on you, would you?"

Takato chuckled and said, "Only you would ask for some bread, even though I don't have any pockets, Drake."

The dragon laughed and said, "Yeah, but still, old habits die hard, and so do I, dad."

Takato lightly chuckled and said, "They sure do, son."

Then Simba and the others returned to the lower area's of Pride Rock, then Simba stood on the peak of the rocks cliff, with everyone watching with baited glaze, then, with a deep breath, Simba let out a monstrous roar, that echoed throughout all of the Pride lands! And every single lioness roared as well.

Then a white portal opened up, and Mufasa appeared in the clouds, then Mufasa began glowing, and Takato summoned his Bonds Of Hazard, and held it sideways, and energy began to come into his Keyblade, then the symbol of the Digital Hazard appeared underneath him, then he had to brace himself as he was surrounded by a swirling vortex, and was transported to the realm between light and darkness.

Then the keyhole appeared above his head, and Takato threw his keyblade upwards, did a back flip, and caught his Keyblade in his tail, then unleashed a beam of light at the Keyhole, opening up the next pathway.

Then Timon asked, "Hey, what's with the light show?"

Then Sora said, "We have to say good-bye for a little while."

Then Pumbaa said, "I'll go tell Simba."

Then Goofy said, "Aw, he's prob'ly busy."

Jeri nodded, then she said, "Just tell him we'll be back soon."

Then Timon said, "Oh, that's right-he's king now. He's gonna be so busy he'll prob'ly forget about his two best buddies."

Then Sora asked, "Well, you always got hakuna matata, right?"

Then Pumbaa said, "Guess so…"

Then Timon asked, "Whaddaya mean, 'Guess so'!? What if he forgets to tell the carnivores who we are? One look at you, and you're a pig roast."

Then Donald said, "That's MISTER Pig Roast."

And Pumbaa said, "Same thing! And I'm not sticking around to be anybody's pork dinner!" And just like that, the pig was gone.

Then Timon said, "Pumba!"

Then Sora softly said, "You can never forget your true buddies."

Thechaosmaster: Now then, how's THAT for a chapter, eh? It's much longer then my other chapters, but it works. And, the thing about Jeri's sword shrinking, I only did that because I wanted to do something different. And besides, do you think that a lioness cub would be able to fully unsheath a large freaken sword from her back? Now way! And the thing with Takato? I, honetly have no idea why I did it, but I think it fits in with this world very nicely? Don't you think?

Red: Yeah, plus, Chaos has always wanted a little argument between Hakuna Matata vs Momentai, that's one of the reasons Terriermon was brought along.

Chas: Indeed. And, I think I did great. Now, for the animal forms, I did not choose any form based on status in the animal kingdom, just was I thought would best describe them. And Rika as a two tailed kitsune? Well, I always pictured her to be very simular to her partner. And while Takato and Drake are a lot alike, and I constantly say that they are like father and sone, their personalities are very differnt. And Jeri? Well, she has a true lions heart and what not.

Red: Now then, we have finished the first ark of this story!

Chaos: That's right! We're half way there. Now we get to revisiting the worlds for new stuff. And please, do I really have to do Atlantica? Because I do most of my writing while the game is paused. And, I do NOT want to constantly play these stupid minigames! At least, not as many times that I am going to HAVE to play them if I want to do a complete 100% of this game on critical mode. So please, should I or should I not do Atlantica? And as I asked up top, should I, or should I not save Aqua? Atlantica answers can be left in the revies, and Aqua's fate can be left in both the reviews and in the poll. You have until we reach The World That Never Was before Aqua's fate gets decided.
